브러시리스 직류모터 방식 EMDP의 구동을 위한 제어시스템 설계

  • In KSLV-I, actuation system for thrust vector control of kick motor was configured as electro-hydraulic servo actuation system and consisted of actuators, hydraulic power supply system, hydraulic power distribution system and control system. In case of hydraulic power supply system, we use EMDP(Electric Motor Driven Pump) to supply hydraulic power. Generally, we use brushed DC motor for EMDP but it is not easy to operate EMDP using brushed DC motor at a high altitude. Hence, we are developing EMDP using brushless DC motor to use at a high altitude. In this study, we will explain control system for BLDC motor to drive hydraulic pump.

  • This paper proposes an SRM drive system to improve the drive efficiency of the hydraulic system. From the maximum hydraulic pressure and flow rate required by the hydraulic system, a proper SRM is designed and tested. The proposed SRM drive system controls oil pressure of the hydraulic system as well as motor speed. A 2.2[kW], 12/8-pole SR motor and digital controller based DSP are designed and tested for hydraulic pump system. The test results show that the system has some good features such as high efficiency and rapid response characteristics.

  • 근년, 일반산업기계, 하역운반기계 및 공작기계등의 유압화가 급격히 진보되고, 더욱이 각종기 계에서의 자동제어 및 원격제어의 필요성이 고조됨에 따라서 유압구동계의 사용이 날로 증가 하고 있다. 그러므로 유압구동계의 특성을 잘 이해하여, 기존의 유압화기계는 성능을 최대한 발 휘할 수 있는 상태에서 운전되도록 하고, 새로운 기계를 설계할 시에는 기능과 성능을 충분히 발휘할 수 있도록 설계하여야한다.

  • 유도무기체계를 위한 구동장치는 크게 유도탄 조종용 구동장치와 유도무기 발사대 터렛 구동장치로 나눌수 있다. 유도탄 구동장치는 1회용이지만 높은 출력/무게비가 요구되고, 발사대 구동장치는 대부하라는 점에서 기술적 특성이 구별된다. 유도무기 구동장치로는 유압, 공압, 전기모타 구동장치가 쓰일수 있으나 종래에는 작은 동력이 요구되는 전술용 유도무기의 구동장치를 제외하고는 많은 경우에 출력대 무게 비가 높은 유압구동장치가 사용되어왔다

  • 유압프레스의 단점을 극복하기 위해서 서보모트를 장착하여 성형속도를 높인 서보 유압프레스를 개발하게 되었으며, 특히나 서보모터를 국내산으로 적용하여 듀얼형으로 유압시스템의 효율성을 높여 최종적으로 개발함으로써 서보 유압프레스를 완전 국산화하였다. 또한 하사점 위치 제어의 용이성을 확보하기 위해 프레스 램용 메인 실린더에 톱니나사부를 만들어 임의의 위치에 정지할 수 있는 정지정도 및 하사점 위치 제어정밀도를 향상시켰으며, 유량의 미세 제어를 통해 프레스 램의 동작성을 개선코자 하였다. 다이쿠션은 메인 실린더와의 연계 제어를 통해 제품의 손상 방지 및 제품 추출의 용이성을 확보하였으며, 소재의 종류나 제품의 형상 특성에 따라 프리모션 제어가 가능한 지식기반형 자율제어 시스템을 적용하였다. 듀얼 서보시스템과 유압펌프가 연계구동함에 따라 기존 유압프레스 보다 약 40%이상의 에너지절감을 달성할 수 있을 것으로 예측되며, 현재 에코머신 인증제도에 대한 논의가 활발한 시점에서 매우 적합하고 필요한 하이브리드형 서보 유압프레스의 국산화 개발 사례라고 하겠다.

  • If an actuation system of the tactical missile is required very fast response time on conditions of short operating time and big loads on the actuator, we would prefer to adopt a small hydraulic system. In this paper, a mathematical model is proposed to analyze and simulate the small hydraulic actuation system. The mathematical model consists of a high pressure vessel model, a pressure regulator model, a hydraulic reservoir model and a actuator model. The suggested model is validated by comparison of simulation results with experimental data. The simulation results show that the mathematical model could be useful for designing a hydraulic actuation system.

  • Large hydraulic excavator weighted 90 tons used the several pumps installed in parallel to use the hydraulic pump driving gearbox to improve fuel consumption by improving the energy efficiency of the hydraulic system. Gearbox connected to hydraulic pump supply the mechanical output to the high pressure and low pressure pump to be supplied by torque and rotation, which are the mechanical power, through a input shaft connected to large size engine of the excavator. So, gearbox connected to hydraulic pump is same as main artery in the human body and is required long life because it operates the hydraulic pump continuously during operating the engine. This study had used oil contamination analysis method to check the wear characteristics of the gearbox and frequency response characteristic analysis method to check the failure of the teeth failures of gearbox, while the test equipment adopted by the electrical feedback method to reduce the energy consumption was operating for the life assessment, in which the required power was 600 kW input power.

  • In this paper, the analysis results of synthetic resonance characteristics are described for the electrohydraulic thrust vector control actuation system. The synthetic resonance is induced by integration of position servo actuation system on the flexible launch vehicle mounting structure. The new resonance mode is synthesized due to composition of hydraulic resonance for electrohydraulic position servo system with inertia load condition and structural resonance for flexible mounting structure. This synthetic resonance can make stability of control system worse by feedback and amplification of control system. The exact nonlinear analysis model of this phenomenon is developed to predict and design a control algorithm for improvement characteristics. The DPF (Dynamic Pressure Feedback) control algorithm has been designed and has excellent resonance suppression capability.

  • Variable guide vanes(VGVs) that consist of link mechanisms and an actuator system are required for an aircraft gas turbine engine to adjust the incidence angle of stator vanes. In this study, we developed a VGV actuator system for three-stage VGVs with two hydraulic actuators. The requirements for the actuator system were derived by analyzing the link mechanisms and air loads, and a hydraulic power-pack was developed based on these requirements. Through a load test using the actuator test-rig and the application of synchronizing control logic with proper control gains, the actuator system could be developed and verified.

  • This paper describes the development results of electrohydraulic actuation system which performs the attitude and trajectory control of pitch and yaw motion using thrust vector control for high altitude launching vehicle operated in high vacuum environment (altitude higher than 300 km). As compared with electrohydraulic actuation system for low altitude launch vehicle which operated under altitude of stratosphere, the intensified development requirements, newly adopted design and manufacturing technologies, newly developed test equipments and test results are summarized in this paper. The development test and evaluation of actuation system were successfully accomplished. The developed actuation system will be installed on KSLV-I after finishing verification of interface and integration compatibility with related other systems.
