  • The core technique of ubiquitous computing is the context aware computing and the context aware technique is more like software so the important research work is to develop the core engines first and the adapted device for the engines. When ubiquitous computing era comes, the current existing internet shopping mall, the form of searching the direct goods and ordering the goods by the customers evolves and develops the form of system that recommends the goods by the search engine which combined with the input data and technique of case based reasoning and intelligent agent that is based on the context aware technique. In this paper, search engine which is based on the case based reasoning and intelligent agent is designed and the prototype is implemented to be adapted to the internet fashion expert shopping mall.

  • As public attention on Well-being culture increases, it is now considered to be a new trend of modern society. The purpose of this study is to publicize the necessity of design products which are advanced in quality and encourage the use of it. The researcher judged that study on design of lighting product to adopt well-being trend is in preliminary level and aims to research on the tendency of well-bing trend and lighting design which the consumer of this age is demanding. As the result of changes in modern consumption trend, design is considered to be a factor of capricious cultural phenomenon. In addition to this, as high technology such as ubiquitous develops with the degitalisation and informatization, the consumer are paying attention to dynamic products rather than static products or products which respond to external stimulus. Products which adopt well-being trend pursuing nature friendly life are particularly preferred It means that not only the basic function of products but also design which satisfy the five sense is required. Modern consumers use products in various way. However, the pro-environmental and human-centered tendency is tried only in very limited area and general study on this matter is extremely rare. This study analyzes the factors which intercepts the adoption of well-being trend to lighting products and seeks for an alternative to solve the problem. Interaction design with well-being trend was adopted to lighting design and the result presented that there is a possibility to differentiate existing lighting design by adding interaction design to the existing lighting design. Therefore, the need for further study on this matter is presented.

  • Recently, the development of sensor devices has accelerated researches on advanced technologies like Wireless Sensor Networks. Moreover, spatial sensors using GPS lead to the era of the Ubiquitous Computing Environment which generally uses spatial information and non-spatial information together. In this new era, a real-time processing system for spatial sensor data is essential. In this reason, new data processing systems called DSMS(Data Stream Management System) are being developed by many researchers. However, since most of them do not support geometry types and spatial functions to process spatial sensor data, they are not suitable for the Ubiquitous Computing Environment. For these reasons, in this paper, we designed and implemented a spatial DSMS by extending STREAM which stands for STanford stREam datA Manager, to solve these problems. We added geometry types and spatial functions to STREAM in order to process spatial sensor data efficiently. In addition, we implemented a Spatial Object Manager to manage shared spatial objects within the system. Especially, we implemented the Simple Features Specification for SQL of OGC for interoperability and applied algorithms in GEOS to our system.

  • 디지털 컨버전스와 유비쿼터스 시대의 시작은 디지털 미디어 기술의 발전과 방송 통신 사업의 컨버전스를 가속화 시켰으며, 그 결과로DMB, WCDHA, Wibro, IP-TV, HSDPA 등의 새로운 형태의 차세대 제품과 서비스들이 뉴미디어 매체의 핵심으로 등장하고 있다. 국내에서 방송 통신의 컨버전스의 빠른 진행은 세계 최초로 디지털 멀티미디어 방송(DMB) 서비스 시작을 가능하게 하였다. DMB 서비스는 멀티미디어 서비스가 핵심이다. DMB 데이터 서비스인 Broadcasting Website Service(BWS)는 현재 지상파 DMB방송 사업자인 KBS, MBC, SBS, YTNDMB가 본방송 준비 막바지 단계이며, 삼성 전자와 LG전자를 비롯한 단말기 개발사들도 데이터 서비스를 위한 제품 출시에 서두르고 있는 등 DMB 산업의 활성화의 주역이 될 것으로 예상된다. DMB의 데이터 서비스는 뉴스, 날씨, 프로그램 정보 등의 단순 정보보기 수준에 그치지 않고, 리턴 채널을 이용한 양방향 서비스와, SMS, 전화걸기 등 휴대전화 단말의 고유기능과의 연계를 통한 다양한 서비스도 선보일 것이다. 더 나아가 향후 T-Commerce와 개인 광고 등 새로운 비즈니스 모델과 사업영역으로 확산시켜 나갈 수 있을 것이다. 그러나, 아직까지 DMB와 데이터 서비스는 초기단계로서, 표준 기술의 규격 작업, 이론적 논의들, 관련 사업자들의 비즈니스 준비 등에서 검토되어, 실제 사용자들을 대상으로한 연구 분석이 이루어 지지 않았다는 연구의 한계를 가지고 있다. 본격적으로 방송, 통신 컨버전스 데이터 서비스가 시작되면서, 사용자들에 초점을 맞춘 많은 연구가 이루어지길 바라며, 이러한 연구의 분석를 통해 또 다른 새로운 서비스와 비즈니스 기회의 창출을 기대해 본다.여 RD(Rate Distortion) 최적화 기반 모드 결정을 빨리 완료함으로써 고속 프레임간 모드 결정을 가능하게 한다. 제안된 방법은 프레임 간 모드 결정을 고속화함으로써 스케일러블 비디오 부호화기의 연산량과 복잡도를 최대 57%감소시킨다. 그러나 연산량 감소에 따른 비트율의 증가나 화질의 열화는 최대 1.74% 비트율 증가 및 0.08dB PSNR 감소로 무시할 정도로 작다., 반드시 이에 대한 검증이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 현지관측에 비해 막대한 비용과 시간을 절약할 수 있는 위성영상해석방법을 이용한 방법은 해양수질파악이 가능할 것으로 판단되며, GIS를 이용하여 다양하고 복잡한 자료를 데이터베이스화함으로써 가시화하고, 이를 기초로 공간분석을 실시함으로써 환경요소별 공간분포에 대한 파악을 통해 수치모형실험을 이용한 각종 환경영향의 평가 및 예측을 위한 기초자료로 이용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.염총량관리 기본계획 시 구축된 모형 매개변수를 바탕으로 분석을 수행하였다. 일차오차분석을 이용하여 수리매개변수와 수질매개변수의 수질항목별 상대적 기여도를 파악해 본 결과, 수리매개변수는 DO, BOD, 유기질소, 유기인 모든 항목에 일정 정도의 상대적 기여도를 가지고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이로부터 수질 모형의 적용 시 수리 매개변수 또한 수질 매개변수의 추정 시와 같이 보다 세심한 주의를 기울여 추정할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다.변화와 기흉 발생과의 인과관계를 확인하고 좀 더 구체화하기 위한 연구가 필요할 것이다.게 이루어질 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.는 초과수익률이 상승하지만, 이후로는 감소하므로, 반전거래전략을 활용하는 경우 주식투자기간은 24개월이하의 중단기가 적합함을 발견하였다. 이상의 행태적 측면과 투자성과측면의 실증결과를 통하여 한국주식시장에

  • In recent years, our society, because of the arrival of a new paradigm according to the rapid changes in ICT has entered into future smart society and the ubiquitous era. So it can be a notable turning point in the marine disaster prevention system with big data, aspects of the era change. Therefore, this study was to derive a desirable vision for the big data marine disaster prevention informatization in terms of ICT maritime disaster prevention system development as preparedness for the maritime disaster by applying 'scenario planning' as a foresight method. Soon this study derived a successful marine disaster prevention informatization strategy as preparedness for the maritime disaster like Ferry Sewol Disaster. It proposed the big data marine disaster prevention informatization system with the use of the administrative aspects of information with spatial informatization as big data information. Also this study explored the future leadership strategy of the big data marine disaster prevention informatization in smart society. Eventually in 2030 to around, In order to still remain our marine disaster prevention informatization as a leading ICT nation, this study suggested the following strategy. It is important to ready the advanced Big Data administrative spatial informatization system In terms of prevention of incidents like Ferry Sewol Disaster.

  • The Ubiquitous Healthcare business are growing recently by medical service development. According to this environment, many healthcare service model have been studying and suggested. At the same time, medical world market has been reorganized into a traditional medical science out of the west medical science. But in spite of this trend, domestic U-Healthcare market in traditional medical science is for lack of profit service model. So it is true that the presentation is demanded from oriental medicine U-Healthcare service model these days in oriental field. Thus, in this paper we propose the healthcare service model that can be applied to the oriental field efficiently. Our method is based on fuzzy rule method that analyze the patient data by CDSS processing. In experiment, proposed method is more profitable and efficient than west service model. For future works, we will research about the standardization and security of processed data.

  • As a society of knowledge and information has been developed rapidly, because of changing from web environment to ubiquitous environment, a lot of countries across the world as well as S. Korea for national information with electronic Government have a variety of changes with big data. So this study is about development for national information and e-government of S. Korea with public data as big data analysed by the application of scenario planning. And then this research focused on the strategy consulting of national information with e-Government of S. Korea for utilization of public data as big data analysed by the application of 'scenario planning' as a foresight method. As a result, the future policy for utilization of public data as big data for national information with electronic government of S. Korea is to further spur the development of technology for linked data with semantic web for 'understanding of machine' than 'understanding of man'.

  • Recently, convergence phenomena among industries are appeared with the rapid development of information and communication technology and technology convergence also is emerging as a key issue. Especially, geospatial information industry may be expected to conduct a role as a pioneer in this convergence era. In order to do this, all fields of geospatial information should be classified systematically and interoperability and compatibility among geospatial information systems should be acquired. In this paper, a technical reference model of intelligent geospatial information is proposed to show a hierarchical technical system in the field of geospatial information. The model is developed with five core research projects of Korean Land Spatialization Group (KLSG) and includes also the scope and importance of core technology in the system. The model would be helpful to manage and control all projects of KLSG.

  • Users of the Information Age, IT usage patterns of the wired broadband information services and various forms of the same quality wireless multimedia services are required. Changes of these times the next-generation mobile communications (IMT-Advanced) has emerged as the necessity of developing its current voice and packet data communications on the move in the high-speed 100Mbps, 1Gbps in stationary and slow data transmission rates up to fixed-mobile convergence based on needed to provide ubiquitous service platform for the realization of IMT-Advanced is the time for preparation. In particular, 3-5GHz band, focused on mobile communications can be used to secure the necessary frequency band relocated and the existing crosstalk analysis methodology developed for the services rendered, and the frequency of such results to obtain new spectrum for IMT-Advanced for the country to secure the frequency characteristics and IMT-Advanced 3-5GHz band for the radio frequency of the characterization techniques necessary to develop a national wireless communication interference and frequency-based technology acquisition and management skills were identified.

  • Recently, we are living in the world of information and ubiquitous technology strayed away from the fixed network systems resulting in an increase of using mobile terminals which is convenient for mobility and functionality. Because the diversification of mobile devices to communicate between disparate mobile terminals is difficult, the two kinds of operating systems and hardware for data communication between the terminals is needed to convert the data. The proposed instant messenger design in MRP-S3C2440A (Windows CE 5.0) and Nexio XP30 (Windows CE .NET 4.1) were tested and applied. Usually the mobile terminal has an information on a central server. Sender terminal receives the message according to the characteristics of the terminal after converting was sent to the receiving terminal. Receiving-side terminal without a separate conversion process, it was the output terminals. This paper deals with the proposal and implementation of designing an instant messenger application program between the two different mobile terminals and network systems.
