후막형 폴리머PTC의 전기적 특성

  • 최근 첨단기술 집약형 자동화 시스템과 정보기술의 발달에 따라 산업은 고도화, 정밀화되고 있다. 특히 안전분야 중 기능성 고분자 재료의 응용 분야로서 carbon black, carbon fiber, graphite, 금속 분말 등의 전도성 충전재를 고분자 matrix에 혼입하여 전도성 복합재료를 성형가공하는 기술이 개발되고 있다. 이를 이용한 복합성형체는 과전류 차단, 회로 보호, 전자파 차폐효과 등의 특성을 이용한 electrical hazard 감소 효과, 제어설비, 자동화 설비, 제조설비 등 각종 산업설비의 정밀제어, 과전류차단 및 외란 방지 등에 다양한 용도로 활용되고 있다.(중략)

탕구형상이 박육 전자기부품의 유동거동에 미치는 영향

  • 다이캐스팅과 같이 가압 사출방식을 이용한 제품 성형 공정에서 관심의 대상이 되어왔던 연구 주제 중 하나는 어떻게 하면 금형 내에 충진되는 용탕의 유동을 층류성으로 제어할 수 있을까 하는 문제이다. 그러나 다이캐스팅 공정에서 일반적인 용탕의 사출속도로는 그 유동 특성을 제어하기가 거의 불가능하다. 이러한 사출속도의 설정 및 게이트의 형상설계를 하는데 있어서 대부분 경험적인 자료를 이용하고 있어 공정의 효율성을 극대화하고 있지 못한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 용융 마그네슘합금이 금형내에 충진 될 때 유체의 유입속도 및 탕구형상이 유동에 미치는 영향을 전산유체역학을 이용하여 충진 및 응고해석을 하였고, 예견되는 제품의 결함 및 결함제어 가능성을 진단함으로써 개선방안을 제안하고 최종적으로 금형설계 제작에 반영하여 실제 주조된 제품을 해석결과와 비교하였다. 또한, 본 연구에서 주조된 전자기부품의 미세조직을 관찰하고, 인장강도 및 파괴 특성을 관찰 하였다. 실험결과 빠른 응고속도에 따른 조직의 미세화 효과로 항복강도, 인장강도 그리고 경도 특성이 우수하게 관찰되었다.

자동변속기용 드럼클러치의 유동제어 성형공정 및 실험장치 개발 연구 (A Study on the Flow Control Forming Process and Experiment Device of Drum Clutch for Automatic Transmission)

  • This paper presents the development of the FCF method for the manufacturing of final products using numbers related to the minimum amount of work. The utilized product is a drum clutch, which is part of the transmission of an automobile. A double acting press is secured first and a prediction of the forming load on the practical material is made through an experiment with a plasticine model. Also, a finite element simulation using product shape and properties is performed, as well as a press experiment. A double acting press is manufactured that is suitable for a double acting experiment with a conventional hydraulic press(200 tons). A peripheral device for the press is additionally designed for experimental purposes. And, the press has as its essential points the drive speed, stroke control, etc., all of which influence the forming and is modified. Especially, a laser system is used for velocity measurement of two punches. The forming load of a practical material is predicted in order to derive a forming load formula for cold conditions on the basis of approximate similarity theory. Finite element analysis of the relative velocity ratio(RVR), etc., for most suitable flow defect(unfilling, etc.) prevention is achieved as well. The results are verified through a press experiment.

자동차용 피스톤 핀의 전.후방압출에서 유동제어에 관한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Investigation on the Flow Control in Forward-Backward Extrusion of Piston-Pin for Automobile)

  • In cold forging of piston-pin for automobile parts, the flow defect appears by the dead metal zone. This appearance evidently happens in products with a thin piercing thickness for the dimension accuracy and the decrease of material loss. The best method that can prevent flow defect is removing dead metal zone. The purpose of this study is to investigate the material flow behavior of forward-backward extruded piston-pin through the relative velocity ratio and the stroke control of upper moving punch & container using the flow control forming technique. The finite element simulations are applied to analyse the flow defect, then the results are compared with the plasticine model material experiments. The model experiment results are in good agreement with the FE simulation ones.

  • 섬유로 강화된 열가소성 복합재의 성형과정 중에는 유동특성에 미치는 금형내 충전패턴의 제어나 섬유배향 및 섬유함유율과 같은 성형공정 인자들의 영향을 예측하는 것이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 등온상태에서 두께가 얇거나 두꺼운 성형품을 압축성형하는 경우에 발생하는 유동선단과 압력분포, 속도구배 등을 예측함을 목적으로 한다. 이때 복합재는 비압축성 뉴턴유체로 하였으며, 성형공정 변수들에 미치는 미끄럼 지배상수 $\alpha$와 점성비 $\zeta$의 영향에 대해서 고찰한 내용을 보고한다.

효과적인 웰드라인 제어를 위한 사출성형 유동해석 (Flow Analysis for an Effective Weld Line Control in Injection Molding)

  • Weld line is one of serious troubles which are observed in a plastic part manufactured by a injection molding process. This is caused by many process factors, which are molding pressure, temperature, velocity, location of a injection gate, mold geometry and material properties. investigation on the effects of these process factors to the appearance of a weld line was carried out using a finite element method. Filling and packing analyses were carried out by modifying both the configuration of the injection gates and cavity thickness. Proper locations of the injection gates could be determined by considering molding pressure, temperature, velocity and frozen layer, and whereby the weld line was controled. In order to make a weak appearance of the weld line, flow velocity and flow front in a cavity were also investigated by modifying a cavity thickness. As a result, flow front was extended around the corner in the cavity by changing the flow velocity and hence the appearance of the weld line was much weakened.

  • This paper suggests the new techmology to control metal flow in order to reduce the number of preforming and machining for the cold forged product with complex geometry. This technology can be summarized the complex forming, which consists of bulk forming and sheet forming, and multi-action forging, which be preformed double action dies. To analyze the process, finite element simulation has been performed. The proposed technology is applied to hub which is part of air conditioner clutch. According to the result of this study, the relative velocity of mandrel and punch is primary process variable.

  • The characteristics of a pulsating flow field from a heated block representing heat-dissipating electronic component in a channel have been numerically investigated. At the channel inlet a pulsating sinusoidal flow is imposed. The Reynolds number based on the channel height (H) is fixed at Re=500, and the forcing frequency is varied in the range of $0\leqSt\leq2$. Numerical results on the time-dependent flow field are obtained and averaged over a cycle of pulsation. The effect of the important governing parameters such as the Strouhal number is investigated in detail. The results indicate that the recirculating flow behind the block is substantially affected by the pulsation frequency. To characterize the periodic vortex shedding due to the inflow pulsation, numerical flow visualizations are carried out.

Results on the time-dependent temperature field are obtained and averaged over a cycle of pulsation. The effect of the important governing parameters, such as the Strouhal number on the flow and the heat transfer is investigated in detail. The results indicate that the recirculating flow behind the block are substantially affected by the pulsation frequency. These, in turn, have a strong influence on the thermal transport from the heated element to the pulsating flow. The frequency at which the enhancement is maximum is determined.

환형관내 유동에서의 항력감소를 위한 준최적 제어 (Suboptimal Control for Drag Reduction in Turbulent Pipe Flow)

  • A suboptimal control law in turbulent pipe flow is derived and tested. Two sensing variables ${\partial}p/{\partial}{\theta}\;|_w\;and\;{\partial}{\upsilon}_{\theta}/{\partial}r\;|_w$ are applied with two actuations ${\phi}_{\theta}$ and ${\phi}_r$. To test the suboptimal control law, direct numerical simulations of turbulent pipe flow at $Re_r=150$ are performed. When the control law is applied, a $13{\sim}23%$ drag reduction is achieved. The most effective drag reduction is made at the pair of ${\partial}{\upsilon}_{\theta}/{\partial}r\;|_w$ and ${\theta}_r$. An impenetrable virtual wall concept is useful for analyzing the near-wall suction and blowing. The virtual wall concept is useful for analyzing the near-wall behavior of the controlled flow. Comparison of the present suboptimal control with that of turbulent channel flow reveals that the curvature effect is insignificant.
