호텔 내의 한식당은 내외국인에게 우리의 음식으로 우리 문화를 소개하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 다른 한편으로는 직원들의 유니폼을 통해서 우리의 의복문화를 반영할 수 있는 장소이기도하다. 따라서 본 논문은 음식과 함께 우리 옷의 아름다움을 전달할 수 있을 것이라 기대되는 한식당의 유니폼 디자인 현황을 파악하고, 이를 통해 호텔 내 한식당의 이미지 제고와 함께 우리 옷의 미가 잘 표현되는 유니폼을 개발하는 데에 도움이 되고자 한다. (중략)

본 연구는 항공승무원의 유니폼에서 고려되어야 할 특징적인 기준을 분석하여 유니폼 제작시의 디자인 방향을 제기코자 한다. 그 기준은 착용주의 안락함, 승무원의 움직임을 고려ㅏ여, 항공사의 특성을 살리는 이미지 창출, 고객에게 신뢰감을 주는 전문적인 복장, 적하반 섬유소재 등이다.

Uniform is the dress of distinctive design or fashion worn by members of a particular group or serving as a means of identification. The postman's uniform of Ministry of Communication should be distinctive or characteristic clothing to provide high functionality and symbolization of job characteristics, cost effectiveness and esthetic. In order to design the postman's new uniform available in 2000, there has been a satisfaction survey to 1,116 postmen. A thorough analysis of survey and informal and face-to-face discussion with postmen give the direction of design concept. One of the most important things in the design concept is to make the uniform high quality & refinement. The style is a refined jumper suit in consideration of form stability, wearing satisfaction, convenience in activity. The basic colors selected are navy and medium gray. The colors of jumper are MOC red ; C.I color Green : a representative color of youth, white : a symbolic color of bright future. All three colors are plaid on a basic nary color. In the selection of the textile, synthetic fiber (Polyester 65%, rayon 35%) equipped with UV cutting as well as water resistance etc. was recommended. In the uniform design process, the effective communication with user (postman) is critical to find the requirements and needs of uniform user (postman). Also. the uniform designer should reflect the above four key factors in design development. Therefore, the uniform should provide the user with high job performance and job pride in wearing the uniform.

This study is performed the design and production of the real hotel uniforms around the actual case. The purpose of the study is to research and develop the uniform design which is partially utilized for image integration. After reviewing and making up a theoretical background of general hotel uniforms, we designed I hotel's uniforms based on the uniform design process. Research Scope of uniform design is up to the development of it for practicians who have many opportunities to meet customers directly at front desk, banquet reservation office and restaurant. Based on logo of company C.I.(Corporate Identity) and symbol colors, the concept and an illustration according with I hotel are drawn up. Also design is planed and a real is produced. This like objective design development becomes the basis for building a uniform image suitable for C.I.(Corporate Identity) of hotel I and realizing a positive service. Also this study associated with the company would help the design development of corporate uniform.

This research was conducted to develop uniform designs as a part of CIP(Corporate Identity Program) for Corporate Identify of G College. A uniform is the dress of a distinctive design or a fashion worn by members of a particular group. Therefore, the uniform should provide the user with pride and distinction for a company or a college in wearing the uniform. The method and procedure of this research was as follows: First]y, we examined CIP(Corporate Identity Program) expressing 'visual Image' of G College such as symbolic marks and colors and logos and investigated the actual conditions of G College uniform and the others. Secondly, we decided the direction of the design concept to reflect the investigated results. Thirdly, we designed the new uniforms by the design process considering of the essential factors of a uniform. for example functional, beautiful, symbolic aspects.

The objective of this study is to consider the uniform as visual communication, and analyze the expression of symbol shown on the uniform design by the pattern by applying the visual symbol in the communication and operation of the meaning. Also, it is to construct the systematic modeling method of the expression of design symbol by the pattern of uniform in th e various fields. This study is to analyze the symbolic expression method of the uniform design by the pattern by suggesting the symbolic expression method as a frame through the visual symbolic approach of the uniform design and the analysis of semantic symbol according to that. As a result, there arose simplification and emphasis and a method of symbolic expression with the national flag, a conceptual factor characteristically in the sports uniform design. The characteristics of symbolic expression of uniform design were mainly used in the symbolic expression with the customary code and symbol. Also, the uniform in the enterprises were widely used in the expression of uniform with the suggestion and code by the color. As for the characteristics of symbolic expression shown on the event uniform design, the method of symbolic expression by the pattern of uniform was grasped differently asa result of symbolic expression through the image. The method of symbolic expression suggested on this study could be used on a basis of uniform design in the future. Accordingly, this study has a meaning of suggesting the methodology of uniform design that would be a parameter.

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical basic data to develop public uniforms design, by understanding international universality and advanced design sense, through the analysis of public uniforms design at home and abroad. The theoretical study reviewed the character and area of public design, and the concepts and requirements of public uniforms. The empirical study analyzed public uniform design at home and abroad, focusing on typical public uniforms, such as police, fire fighter, and street cleaner. The results of this study were as follows. First, the police uniform has a standardized and formal suit style, which consists of a single-breasted dk-PB jacket with a notched collar and pants. It uses PB as the main color, to show their authority and role reliability. Epaulet or badge, which represents belonging and difference in rank, are attached to express the identity of an organization. Second, the fire fighter uniform consists of a hip length coat with a stand collar effective for heat shielding, and straight pants with flap pockets, in which it is easy to put things. Its main color is dkg-PB, to mitigate visual fatigue and enhance comfort, and an accent color scheme is used, to effectively raise visual attention and safety. Finally, the street cleaner uniform has a casual style, which consists of a jumper with a shirt collar and pants for high activity. v-YR and R with high chroma is mainly used, for increased attention during day and night work, to stress safety.

The purpose of this study is to examine the cases of Korean requesting fashion designers for uniform design, that were created from the combination of designer's ideas with company identity, and analyze its design characteristics. For research methods, the uniform design cases were investigated and analyzed from 2000 to 2012. Uniform design cases were classified by job categories( airlines, banks, distributions, constructions, communications and restaurants). The most frequently applied trait on the part of uniform design proved to be for the fashion trend, followed by emblematic and functional factor and lastly, by korean tradition. This might be ascribed to the occupational characteristics of the fashion designers, which is the most emphasis on the fashion trend. The uniform of the construction and the distribution companies showed very fashionable designs that would be regarded to be associated with the trendy life styles in these companies' consumers. To the contrary, the uniform of the financial and communication companies showed the functional and emblematic trend that might be due to work conditions with long hours of sitting, coming from the occupational characteristics of these companies.
