  • 본 연구는 판에 존재하는 유공형상에 따른 응력 집중 해석이다. 일반으로 판은 가공이 쉽고 제작이 편리하여 그 사용이 많다. 이러한 판의 연결에는 원형의 유공을 이용하는 경우가 많고 구조물의 중량감소를 목적으로 유공을 만드는 경우도 있다. 그러나 판에 존재하는 유공의 경우 응력 집중으로 인한 균열생성과 같은 단점을 가진다. 이를 보완하기 위해 유공부의 최적설계 및 응력해석과 같은 많은 연구들이 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 원형, 정사각형과 정삼각형의 유공을 유한 요소 프로그램을 이용하여 시뮬레이션하고 유공형상에 따라 판에 발생하는 응답을 알아보았다. 또한 원형유공의 응답을 기준으로 정사각형과 정삼각형 유공의 모서리의 곡률반경을 변화시켰을 때 발생하는 응답을 비교하였다. 상용 유한 요소 프로그램인 ANSYS/Workbench를 사용하여 인장응력하의 유공판의 응답 해석을 수행하였으며 얻어진 결과를 유공의 형상, 곡률반경의 변화에 따라 분석하였다.

Experimental Study for Wave Reflection of Partially Perforated Caisson by Slit Shape of Front Wall (부분 유공케이슨의 Slit 형상에 따른 반사특성 실험)

  • This study examines the reflection of a partially perforated wall with single chamber by 2D and 3D hydraulic experiments. The effects of slit shape on the front wall, relative chamber width and wave steepness were discussed. For the normal incident wave condition, the reflections of horizontal slit case were lower than that of the vertical slit with the similar porosity, but the differences are not significant. When the wave steepness is relatively small, the reflection coefficients are large. In the oblique incidence, the normalized wave heights along a perforated wall with similar porosity are almost same for the vertical and horizontal slit walls and therefore the difference by slit shape can be ignored.

  • In this study, a shear experiment was conducted to evaluate the structural performance of RC members according to the shape of web opening reinforcement. For a total of 4 RC members specimens, the main variables were with or without web openings, with or without web opening reinforcement, and shape of web opening reinforcement, respectively. In this study, a spiral web opening reinforcement with a mixture of square and octagonal shapes was proposed and compared with the existing band type. As a result of the experiment, the specimen with the proposed web opening reinforcement showed that the shear capacity and the energy dissipation capacity increased compared to other specimens. It was confirmed that the web opening reinforcement proposed in this study had a positive effect on the shear performance and crack control of RC members with web openings.

  • This study evaluates the shear performance of reinforced concrete members with web opening reinforcement. A total of 4 reinforced concrete members with or without openings were cast then tested. The main variables investigated were with or without of web openings and with or without of web opening reinforcement, respectively. The proposed web opening reinforcement was a rectangle and rhombus-shaped spiral considering of construct ability. Test result showed that the proposed web reinforcement had improved shear capacity and ductility of the specimens. It was found that the web opening reinforcement proposed in this study had a positive effect on the shear strength and crack control of RC beams with web openings. In addition, it was confirmed that the analytical results by the current design codes underestimates the test results of the specimens with the proposed web opening reinforcement.

  • 본 연구에서는 구조물 상치에 에어챔버를 설치하여 챔버 내부의 공기주입량에 따라 흘수심을 조절 할 수 있는 유공 및 투수성부유식방파제를 사용하였으며, 부유식방파제의 흘수심구간에 유공을 두어 내부의 흐름에 따른 에너지소산 효과를 수리모형실험을 통하여 분석하였다. 기존 연구에 의하여 선행되어진 부유식방파제의 형상은 구조물 제체의 입사면과 투과면이 막힌 형태의 연구가 대다수였으나, 계류라인의 장력에 따른 부체의 안정성을 고려하여 본 수리모형실험에서는 입사면 흘수심구간과 투과면 흘수심구간에 유공 및 투수층을 두어 진행하는 입사파랑을 일부 흡수하도록 하였다. 또한, 부유식방파제 흘수심단면의 내부에서 흐름변화에 의한 에너지소산 효과와 입사면과 투과면의 유공률 변화에 따른 방파성능을 무공 부유식방파제와 비교하며 효율성을 분석하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 Dhir의 이론에 따라서 Mapping함수로 고차다항식을 사용하여 여러가지 하중상태에 따른 최적형상을 연구하고 Mapping함수에 포함되어 있는 계수가 응력집중 및 형상변화에 미치는 영향을 검토하며 광탄성 실험을 통하여 이론의 타당성 을 입증하고자 하였다.

A Study on the Buckling Strength of Perforated Plates for 60M Twin-hull Car-ferry (60M급 쌍동형 카페리 구조의 유공판 좌굴강도 연구)

  • This paper discusses about results of advanced buckling strength design for several kinds of perforated plated in the twin-hull car-ferry. For medium / small sized high speed vessels with a length of more than 50 meters and a length / width ratio of more than 12, such as car-ferries, it is highly possible that the buckling strength becomes weak due to the relatively thin thickness and the use of low strength capacity such as mild steel. Especially, it becomes big problem about weak buckling rigidity around the opening to access purpose in the perforated. As regarding safety design point of view for perforated plate, it is necessary to clarify buckling strength and ultimate strength by the distribution of in-plane load distribution around the opening. In this study, nonlinear series analysis using ANSYS was performed to clarify the influence of parameters such as aspect ratio, opening ratio and opening shape affecting the buckling and ultimate strength characteristics of the perforated plate under axial compression and we are derived the optimum design as buckling strength point of view. Based on these results, the governing factor determining the buckling strength of the perforated plate was the opening ratio, and the aspect ratio and the shape of the hole were not influenced.

  • 착륙장치는 완충장치를 이용하여 항공기 착륙 시의 충격을 흡수하는 역할을 한다. 여러 방식의 완충장치가 있으나, Oil에 의한 감쇠력과 Gas에 의한 스프링력을 이용하여 에너지를 흡수하는 유공압 방식이 가장널리 사용되고 있다. 착륙장치 성능해석에서는 다양한 착륙조건에 대한 Dynamic simulation을 통해 최적의 Orifice 형상과 Gas spring 특성을 결정하고, 설계에 필요한 착륙하중을 구하게 된다. 이 논문에서는 상용 프로그램인 VI-Aircraft를 이용한 착륙장치 성능해석 과정을 소개한다. 유공압 완충장치의 모델링 및 Landing simulation 결과를 분석하고, 이에 따른 완충효율 최적화 과정을 제시한다.
