최근 조선기술의 발달과 해운업체의 요구로 선박이 점차 고속화 대형화됨에 따라 선박의 통항량은 매년 증가하고 있으며, 해양사고의 위험도 함께 높아지고 있다. 따라서 전세계 대부분의 국가에서 해양사고를 미연에 방지하고자 해상교통관제 시스템을 설치 운영하고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 그러한 안전장치에도 불구하고 해양사고 발생하였다면 VTS는 보고체계에 따라 사고내용을 신속하고 정확하게 전파하는 등 초동조치를 취하여 더 이상 사고위험이 진행되지 않도록 하여야 한다. 하지만 각종 사건이나 사고가 발생하면 상황 보고 및 지휘 체계는 아직 팩스나 구두보고에 의한 방법이 주로 사용되고 있어 신속하고 효율적인 사고처리업무를 저하시킨다. 이 연구에서는 팩스나 구두보고 등 그동안 사용되었던 사고처리체계의 문제점을 보완하고 해양사고를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 해양사고관리시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

As the competition among the autonomous vehicle (AV, here after) developers are getting fierce, Korean government has been supporting developers by deregulating safety standards and providing financial subsidies. Recently, some OEMs announced their plans to market Lv3 and Lv4 automated driving systems. However, these market changes raised concern among public road management sectors for monitoring road conditions and alleviating hazardous conditions for AVs and human drivers. In this regards, the authors proposed a methodology for monitoring road infrastructure to identify hazardous factors for AVs and categorizing the hazards based on their level of impact. To evaluate the degrees of the harm on AVs, the authors suggested a methodology for managing road hazard factors based on vehicle performance features including vehicle body, sensors, and algorithms. Furthermore, they proposed a method providing AVs and road management authorities with potential risk information on road by delivering them on the monitoring map with node and link structure.

최근 국가적 차원에서 자연재해대책법에 근거한 여러 방재심의제도를 운영하고 있다. 그 중 최상위 계획인 풍수해저감종합계획을 통하여 저감대책을 마련하고, 위험지구에 대한 대책과 사업을 시행중에 있다. 그러나 방재업무를 진행하는 중앙부처와 지자체, 방재대행업체자 등에서는 심의보고서간의 자료공유와 접근성이 미약하고 잦은 담당자 변경으로 인한 심의보고서 보관과 관리가 힘든 실정이다. 또한 제도간의 연계와 환류기능이 미흡하여 제도별로 산재되어 있는 부분이 많으므로 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 운영체계가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 풍수해 방재심의제도를 통합적으로 운영하고 관리하기 위한 시스템을 구축하는 것이 최종 목표이며, 이를 위해 우선적으로 풍수해저감종합계획 수립제도를 시범적으로 적용하여 운영 관리할 수 있는 시스템 기반을 마련하였다. 또한, 향후에 있을 방재심의제도별 통합적인 운영을 위해 선제적으로 재해위험지구 정비사업과 구성항목의 데이터 연계성을 분석하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 제도별 연계 시스템을 설계하여 제시하였다.

최근 조직간정보시스템의 연구는 조직간 전략적 협력을 형성함에 있어서 발생될 수 있는 잠재적 갈등의 위험 인지에 초점을 두고 있다. 기존 연구 대부분은 조직간의 위험발생에 있어서 경제적 관점의 위험에만 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이는 조직간 기술적 호환과 관련된 기술적 문제, 조직상호간의 활동, 서로 다른 문화ㆍ전략 차이간의 조정에 요구되는 사회정책적 문제는 고려하지 않고 있어서 조직간의 합리적이며 경제적인 협력적 동맹관계를 논의하는데는 충분치 않다. 따라서 조직간 협력적인 동맹관계를 다루기 위해서는 기존의 경제적 관점에 기술적 관점, 사회정책적 관점을 추가한 세가지 측면에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 조직간 정보시스템의 개념적 특성을 살펴보고, 조직간의 상호의존성, 구조적 특성, 기술, 조정매카니즘 요소등에 의해 정보자원공유, 가치사슬망, 네트웍 형태의 세 가지 유형으로 구분하여 각 유형별에 대한 경제적, 기술적, 사회정책적 관점의 위험을 분석하고 위험을 최소화하기 위한 관리방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Case studies for real bridge sites are performed to verify the applicability of the Bridge Scour Management System in the field. The case studies for 20 bridges in Gangneung District of National Road Management consist of site investigations including the boring tests, bridge scour analyses for the design floods, bearing capacity evaluation of the bridge foundation before and after scour, and comprehensive evaluation of the bridge scour maintenance. The bridge scour management system is verified as an useful tool which can evaluate bridge scour vulnerability quantitatively, and is also proposed as a reasonable system which can help establish effective measures and secure the safety of bridges during floods.

Risk of damage on information system being grow according to increasing its dependence rate on most of organization. On this work, make planed for a safety assessment system in which information protection management system and threat analyzing method. Also, during threat assesment, we have planned possible an equal-weight applied assesment and considering the characteristics of the organization, an assesment which security factor's weight is variably applied to, and respective organizations to examine its security by itself in order to support the easy findings of the vulnerabilities on the management point of view, and to show the advices to practice.

The Korea standard model is not fitted to general company in many faces because it is made for the public institution. This report suggests the risk analysis Simulation model of Security Management based on korea standard model , to apply and operate for general companies possibly. This model tries to show many standards, come subjectively in the character of the risk analysis, objectively and generally, and tries to give you the possible countermove, which can be operated and actual , for the countermove analysis and presentation.

21세기 산업 전반에 걸쳐 IT기술의 접목은 해당 산업의 부가가치와 편의성을 증가시키고 있다. 몇 가지 예로 전자 문서 관리 시스템, 디지털 자산 관리 시스템은 사용자에게 편리함과 편의성을 더해줬지만 이와 함께 정보의 위·변조, 유출과 같은 위험요소 역시 야기되었다. 그 해결 방안으로 블록체인 네트워크를 이용해 문서를 관리하는 시스템을 소개한다. 본 논문의 제안 시스템은 문서에 대한 모든 접근을 기록하여 추적을 가능하게 함으로써 문서 이동 경로의 투명성을 보장하는 기능을 제시한다. 또한 기존 시스템에서 소요되던 유지 비용을 줄이고 데이터의 무결성을 유지하여 중요 데이터의 유출 위험을 감소시키는 데 기여한다.

Information System (IS) Outsourcing is one of the powerful alternatives to guarantee the competitive advantages in the rapidly changing business environment. Most studies on IS outsourcing area have focused on the Critical Success Factors(CSFs) influencing the Success of IS outsourcing or the performance measuring the success of IS outsourcing projects. The CSFs or the performances which measures the success of IS outsourcing project have limitations to explain how to succeed in doing IS outsourcing project. This study uses Real Options Approach to make IS outsourcing projects' success by recognizing and minimizing IS outsourcing risks.
