Construction projects are characterized that exposed high risks so feel strongly necessity of actively risk management that manage the time of project. but recent generally time management tools are not satisfied sufficient supporting the risk identify and risk analysis. Therefore this study purposed development the time management model that in order to improve existing problem of time management model in construction project and developed model could perform practical risk management in construction field. The new time management model focused on the risk management will be able to conduct critical path management and risk critical path management simultaneously.

Recently, a few major construction companies in Korea have a growing interests to the risk management system, and they are trying to apply it to their construction projects. However, the existing methodologies to be applied to the foreign public projects are not proper to the construction environments due to its adaptabilities, that has one time process and heavily depends on personal judgement. The purpose of this paper is to propose a risk response process in consideration of the residual risks, which would be more adaptable and practical in the construction environment, overcoming the current obstacles to be mentioned above. This process has systematic repeat process until the residual risks go down to the risk thresholds based on the efficiency of specific response strategy.

With the recent rising project complexities and competitive environments in the construction projects, a risk management is recognized as more important management tool than the others. However, as most risk management techniques applied to the construction projects are centered around their initial phases and risk analyses, they are not developed into general project management technique such as time management, cost management and quality management, etc., that are usually applied in the process of construction. Thus, this paper proposes a response process to construction project risks based on the risk threshold and its calculation methodology applying a concept of VaR to establish risk management as general management technique in the construction projects.

최근 국내 보험시장은 개방화, 국제화 등으로 기업의 위험관리에 대한 인식의 변화가 일어나 위험관리 업무의 수요가 증가하고, 손해보험회사에서도 고객에게 질 높은 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 위험관리의 선진화를 위해 다각적인 방안을 모색 중에 있다. 이러한 분위기 속에서 동부화재 위험관리연구소는 장기적인 안목을 가지고 재물보험 분야뿐만 아니라 산종위험에 대한 연구 및 방재기술 개발 등 R&D 업무 강화를 통해 독자적인 업무 분야를 개척하여 향후 위험관리 분야의 선두조직으로 우뚝 서고자 노력하고 있다.

Owing to changing work environment and increasing uncertainty, risk management in records management area is becoming more important to secure work legitimacy and to increase the value of information for future. While risk factors in traditional records management were mainly focused on the preservation function, those in current records management were directly coupled with those of overall work processes which produce, distribute, and utilize records because information technologies make the relationship between works and records closer. This study proposes a set of risk management factors and strategies in records management based on the overall risk management framework of ISO 31000. Moreover, ARMA's works areas and NIST's systems areas were applied to form the risk management processes in records management, and ISO's records management standards were used to suggest the checklists for the processes in both areas, especially with ISO TR 26122 for work processes, and ISO 16175-3 for the context of records.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of trust toward digital risk management organization on risk perception and cognition of risk management focused on expert survey. The results were as follows. First, Trust toward digital risk management organization influenced negatively on risk perception. Second, Trust toward digital risk management organization influenced positively on cognition of risk management organization. Third, risk perception on digital risk influenced not significantly on cognition of risk management organization. Findings of this study requires an effort to increase trust of digital risk management organization and to develop trust-based decision-making on digital risk.

Recently, risk management is a very important issue in many industrial applications. This paper describes a general structure for risk management and suggests a new risk assessment methodology. In risk management applications of financial or insurance industries, there are many methodologies developed for practical use. However, areas for improvement exist to facilitate the application of the methods. Two major risk assessment methodologies have been developed and widely applied in system engineering. One is in its original development application from aerospace and defense industry, and the other was developed in applied software engineering. In a large and complicated system development application, an effective risk management can reduce total development cost as well as uncertainty in achieving project goals of schedule and performance.

프로젝트의 성공을 위해서는 프로젝트에서 발생하는 위험을 관리해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 위험관리 프로세스 개선을 위해 위험관리 국제모델과 SP모델의 위험관리 프로세스를 참고하여 프로세스 관점에서의 프로젝트 위험관리 대응방안을 제시한다. 실제 프로젝트에서의 위험관리 사례를 살펴보고 주요 위험으로 제시된 범위 및 이해관계자 측면에서의 위험식별, 분석, 대응전략 및 대응방안 실행을 통해 위험도가 줄어들 수 있음을 보인다.

Recently, a risk management in the construction project is getting more important. But the field application cases of risk management and its performance level that have been worked in the construction field are so rare and poor, because an application criteria on the risk management technique is not established systematically. So in order to apply of risk management in the field more successfully, it is necessary to optimize the technique of situational application on the risk management. The purpose of this study proposes the optimized application criteria in the field risk management based on the three categories such as historical data, experts, and analysis time.

최근에는 의료기기의 구성 요소 중 소프트웨어의 기능과 역할이 커지면서 의료기기 소프트웨어의 비중이 높아지고, 의료기기의 사용자의 생명과 안전에 직결되는 특성으로 인해 의료기기 소프트웨어 위험관리의 중요성은 더욱 강조되고 있다. 이를 위해 여러 표준들은 위험관리를 위한 다양한 요구사항들을 제시한다. 그러나 의료기기 소프트웨어 개발생명주기의 각 단계에서 수행되어야하는 위험관리 항목들은 분류되어있지 않다. 이로 인해 개발자들은 의료기기 개발 중에 직접 표준들의 연관성을 분석하여 위험관리 활동을 수행해야하는 어려움을 겪고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 위험관리 프로세스의 항목들을 추출하고 PEMS(Programmable Electrical Medical System) 개발생명주기와 대응시켜 연관성을 분석하고, 이를 통해 의료기기 소프트웨어의 개발 중 효과적이고 체계적인 위험관리를 가능하게 한다.
