분산 시스템이 널리 적용됨에 따라 효율적인 분산 시스템 관리 방안 연구가 다양하게 진행되고 있다. 그러나 SNMP 나 CMP 에 바탕을 둔 클라이언트/서버 방식의 분산 시스템 관리 환경은 확장성, 상호운영성, 신뢰성, 유용성 등과 관련하여 많은 제한점을 드러내고 있다. 근래에는 이러한 단점을 극복하기 위해 시스템 관리에 이동 에이전트(mobile agent)를 적용하려는 연구가 집중적으로 이루어지고 있으며, 이러한 연구는 자바 언어의 출현으로 가속화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 관리자 응용(manager application)이 관리 작업을 수행하는 이동 에이전트를 관리 대상 노드에 파견()하는 일반적인 방식에서 탈피하여 관리 대상 노드가 관리자 응용에게 특정 이동 에이전트의 파견을 요청하는 에이전트-온-디맨드(Agent-On-Demand)방법을 제안하고 이를 위한 계층적 상태 임계값(Hierarchical)에 대해 설명한다. 또한 성능 분석을 위해 자바 RMI 와 이동 에이전트를 위한 분석 모델을 제시하고 AOD를 적용한 분산 시스템 관리 기법과 기존의 방법을 네트워크 부하와 실행 시간 관점에서 비교한다.

정보통신 분야에서의 최근의 기술적인 발전에 힙입어 인트라넷을 기반으로 한 조직내 업무를 자동화하고, 또한 정보 공유를 통해 생산성을 높이기 위하여 많은 정보시스템이 구축되고 있다. 이러한 정보시스템은 조직의 성격에 따라 유연성있게 변화하면서 기술문서 등 여러 가지 종류의 문서들을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있도록 지원하는 것이 바람직하다. CoDocs 시스템은 공동작업의 효과적인 지원을 위해 문서를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 웹 기반환경에서 구현된 문서관리 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 CoDocs 시스템에서 구축된 문서정보조직을 기반으로 문서간의 연계성을 높이고 활용성을 증가시키기 위해 문서 버전관리기능을 설계 및 구현하였다. 버전관리는 각 문서의 버전을 저장하여 히스토리(history) 정보를 유지하고 관리하며, 문서간의 연관성을 부여하여 문서등록 및 검색 시 관련문서에 대한 참조기능을 제공한다.

네트워크 관리 시스템은 네트워크를 모니터링하고 감독하여 잘 유지하고 활용성을 높이는 것을 목적으로 하는 시스템이다. 네트워크 관리 시스템 자체의 생존성이 보장되지 않으면 네트워크를 안정한 상태로 유지하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 관리 시스테 자체의 생존성을 높일수 있도록 매니저들간의 세션을 형성하고 SNA를 통해 고장이 발생한 매니저의 관리 작업을 세션 내의 다른 매니저들이 대행해 주도록 하여 네트워크가 항상 관리될수 있도록 하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 방법은 하나의 관리 스테이션에 집중되던 부하를 하위의 매니저들에게 분산시키고 SNMP 메시지를 전송하기 위해 백본을 통과하는 트래픽을 줄일 수 있다. 제안한 방법의 우수성을 보이기 위해 노드의 오류에 관한 생존성 함수를 도출하였고 그에 따른 분석결과를 도시하였다

본 연구는 Building Information Modeling(이하 BIM)의 본연의 목표인 정보의 통합 관리 및 재활용 측면에서 모델의 정보를 정확하고 체계적으로 구축될 수 있는 품질검증의 필요성을 인지하고 이를 위해 BIM 모델의 품질검증 방안에 관하여 논의하고자 한다. 이를 위해 국내외 BIM 관련 품질관리 현황을 파악하고 국내 정보시스템 구축에 관한 지침으로 한국데이터베이스 진흥 센터의 데이터 품질관리 지침을 분석하여 BIM 품질검증 방안을 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과 BIM 모델의 품질검증 방안을 구축하기 위해 첫쩨 사전적 의미로부터 품질관리의 개념을 수립하고, 그 대상을 설정 하였으며, 둘째로 품질관리의 최종 목표인 정보의 재활용 관점에서 단계적 접근방안으로 5단계의 전략적 방향을 제시 하였다. 마지막으로 BIM 모델의 품질검증 방안을 구축하기 위해 사례 분석을 토대로 BIM 모델 관점에서 품질 검증 시기, 기준, 방법을 제시하였다.

정부와 시설물유지관리 기관에서는 공공시설의 안전성 확보와 유지관리 업무의 생산성 향상을 위해 다양한 시설물유지관리시스템을 구축하여 운영중에 있으나 대응적 유지보수 체계의 한계로 인하여 합리적인 예산수립을 위한 최적의 의사결정을 하기가 어려운 실정이다. 이러한 이유로 유지관리의 효율성 증대 및 예산 절약을 위해 공공시설에 예방적 개념의 자산관리체계를 도입해야 한다는 요구가 증대되고 있다. 자산관리는 시설물의 최적화된 관리를 위한 경영전략으로 시설물 상태에 대한 공학적, 해석적 분석을 넘어 대상물을 자산으로 인식·평가하고 가치유지 및 향상을 목표로 하며 동시에 사용자의 최대만족을 얻기 위한 전략이다. 국내에서는 이러한 시대적인 요구에 따라 자산관리에 대한 연구가 진행 중이며 본 논문에서는 자산관리정보시스템을 개발하기 위한 해외 사례조사를 통해 시스템 핵심 기능을 도출하고 이를 통해 데이터 항목 분류방안을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 멀티캐스트기법에 기반한 중앙분배방식의 그룹키 관리 기법에 대한 안전성 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 지금까지 키 관리 기법과 관련한 안전성 모델 연구는 주로 두 사용자간에 안전한 키 교환이 이루어지는 환경에 집중되어 왔다. 이와 달리 본 논문에서 다루는 환경은 특정 그룹에 속한 다수의 사용자가 안전하게 키를 공유하는 것을 목적으로 하며 이때 키 생성, 키 분배 등의 그룹키 관리를 위해 신뢰기관인 그룹 관리자가 존재한다. 이러한 중앙분배방식의 그룹키 관리가 안전하게 이루어지기 위해 반드시 요구되어지는 안전성 조건을 분석하고 이를 기반으로 구체적인 안전성 모델을 제시한다.

Though Quality Management(QM) is key determinant for corporate success as shown in Jappanese cases, however, its performance wasn't translated into the context of profitability, which is a good managerial means. Meanwhile the quality cost theory is a different attempt to measure the quality management performance with a financial scale, which doesnot have a reasonable measure. This study suggests a new approach to measure the performance of quality management using ABC(Activity-based Costing), and explains its usefulness with a case study.

This study aims to propose an implementation plan for ensuring the digital continuity of university information resources that require the continuous management of temporary and permanent records in digital transformation environments. Thus, the cases of The National Archives (TNA; United Kingdom) and the National Archives of Australia (NAA)'s digital continuity policies were investigated and analyzed, drawing implications for ensuring universities' digital continuity. The process for ensuring digital continuity proposed by TNA was then applied to a university case for the proposal of an implementation plan applicable to university information resources.

Role-Based Access Control(RBAC) is an access control mechanism that reduce the cost of administering access control policies. The Admin Tool developed for RBAC Model manages relationship informations of user and role. In order to maintain the consistency of the information for these relationships, a set of properties defining consistency of the relationship informations is required. When it will be designed security systems applying RBAC policy on the Linux server system environments, this paper described consistency properties of relationship informations for information management of user and role relationships. It leads us to the development of minimal set obtainable the equivalent results of consistency properties for a more efficient Admin Tool implementation.

In this paper, a PMS(Pavement Management System) is presented for the public agency who wish to execute rational repair by referring to asset management information regarding road pavement. The aim of the paper is to provide the decision makers with the planning information regarding maintenance strategies for efficient road pavement management. We found that life cycle cost can be minimized and repair cost in each year fluctuates when repeating repair at the IRI management level. The validity of PMS application presented in this paper is investigated through case studies for conducted for 22 national highway road sections in Korea.
