Facial Expression Animation which Applies a Motion Data in the Vector based Caricature (벡터 기반 캐리커처에 모션 데이터를 적용한 얼굴 표정 애니메이션)

  • This paper describes methodology which enables user in order to generate facial expression animation of caricature which applies a facial motion data in the vector based caricature. This method which sees was embodied with the plug-in of illustrator. And It is equipping the user interface of separate way. The data which is used in experiment attaches 28 small-sized markers in important muscular part of the actor face and captured the multiple many expression which is various with Facial Tracker. The caricature was produced in the bezier curve form which has a respectively control point from location of the important marker which attaches in the face of the actor when motion capturing to connection with motion data and the region which is identical. The facial motion data compares in the caricature and the spatial scale went through a motion calibration process too because of size. And with the user letting the control did possibly at any time. In order connecting the caricature and the markers also, we did possibly with the click the corresponding region of the caricature, after the user selects each name of the face region from the menu. Finally, this paper used a user interface of illustrator and in order for the caricature facial expression animation generation which applies a facial motion data in the vector based caricature to be possible.

Improvement of Microwave Water Surface Current Meter and its Commercialization (전자파표면유속계의 성능개선 및 실용화)

  • 홍수기에 안전하고 정확한 유량측정을 통하여 물관리에 필요한 기초수문자료를 확보하고자 한국수자원공사에서 1993년도부터 홍수유량측정기술 확보를 위한 연구를 시작하였다. 그간의 연구성과를 바탕으로 1999년도에 하천의 유속을 비접촉식으로 측정할 수 있는 홍수용 전자파표면유속계를 개발하여 특허등록하였고 그와 동시에 이의 상품화를 추진하여 2010년도까지 75대를 보급하여 실무에서 이용하고 있다. 이동식인 홍수용 전자파표면유속계를 바탕으로 2001년도에는 고정식 실시간 홍수유량측정측정시스템을 개발하여 특허등록하였고, 이 시제품을 현재 용담 수자원시험유역의 동향지점에서 시험운영하고 있다. 또한, 현장 유량측정실무자들의 홍수용 전자파표면유속계 개선요구에 따라 편각용 전자파표면유속계 시제품을 개발하였으며, 이는 임의의 한 지점에 설치한 한 대의 장비로 좌우 여러 측선의 유속을 동시에 측정할 수 있는 다점 측정기능을 갖도록 성능을 개선하였다. 이에 따라 홍수시 유량측정에 소요되는 시간이 줄어들어 신속하게 유량측정을 완료할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였다. 이와 더불어 유속측정 범위를 확장하여 홍수시의 고유속 뿐만 아니라 0.5 m/s 이하의 저유속까지 측정할 수 있는 범용 전자파표면유속계의 시제품을 추가로 개발하였다. 이 장비는 최저유속 0.03 m/s의 측정을 실내시험을 통하여 입증하였다. 범용 전자파표면유속계는 상품화 시제품의 개발을 목표로 기존 시제품의 현장시험을 통하여 현장적용상의 문제점에 대한 해결에 주력하였다. 첫째, 평갈수용 전자파표면유속계의 사용편의를 개선하기 위하여 소형화 및 경량화를 추진하였고, 이를 위하여 사용주파수를 기존의 10 GHz에서 24 GHz로 변경함으로써 $35{\times}35\;cm$ 크기의 기존안테나를 $22{\times}22\;cm$ 크기로 소형화하였으며 송수신부의 무게는 기존 18 kg에서 3.3 kg으로 혁신적으로 줄이는데 성공하였다. 이를 위하여 안테나는 기존의 반사형안테나에서 도파관슬롯배열안테나로 변경하였다. 둘째, 측정값의 안정화를 위하여 안테나의 특성을 개선하여 부엽(side-lobe) 레벨 30 dB 이하 그리고 전후방비(front-back ratio) 50 dB 이하로 개선하여 안테나가 지향하는 방향 이외의 위치에서 반사되는 불필요한 신호를 줄였다. 또한 적응형 이득제어(adaptive gain control)기법의 채택으로 미소 신호에 대한 안정적 측정 및 과다 신호에 대한 능동적 감쇄를 할 수 있도록 시스템을 구성하여 전 유속범위에 대한 안정적 측정을 가능토록 설계 및 제작하였다. 셋째, 자가점검 기능을 탑재하여 유속측정 전에 기기의 상태에 대한 self test기능을 통하여 측정자가 기기의 상태를 사전에 파악 가능토록함으로써, 기기 오작동에 대한 능동 대처할 수 있도록 하였다. 이외에도 저전력 회로설계를 통하여 배터리 사용시간을 확장하였고, 기존의 전자파표면유속계가 가지고 있던 방습 및 방수에도 내성을 갖는 제품으로 설계하였으며 스마트기기를 이용한 무선측정 및 세련된 디자인 등 사용자의 요구사항을 충분히 반영하였다.

  • Mobile multimedia services such as TV-call or video streaming are gradually becoming popular in the 3rd or more generation mobile network (IMT-2000). Multimedia traffic is expected to continue increasing into the coming years, and IP technology is considered to be the efficient way of transporting such huge volumes of multimedia traffic. IP-based IMT network platform represents an evolution from IMT-2000. The structure of IP-based IMT network as ubiquitous platform is three-layered model : Middleware including Network Control PlatForm (NCPF) and Service Support PlatForm (SSPF), IP-BackBone (IP-BB), access network including sensor network. Mobility Management (MM) architecture in NCPF is proposed for IP-based IMT network in order to manage routing information and location information separately. The generous existing method of multicast control in IP-based IMT network is Remote Subscription. But Remote Subscription has problem that should be reconstructed whole multicast tree when sender in multicast tree moves to another area. To solve this problem, we propose the way to put Multicast-manager in NCPF.

Pollution Status for Agricultural Reservior in Chungbuk Province (충북지역 농업용 저수지의 오염실태 조사연구)

  • 충청북도 내의 농업용 저수지중 26개소를 선정하여 관개초기, 홍수기 및 비관개기의 연 3회에 걸쳐 저수율을 파악하고 채수를 실시하였다. 또한, 현장(수온, pH, DO, EC)과 실내 수질분석(Cd, As, Cn, Hg, 유기인, Pb, $Cr^{+6}$ PCB, ABS, COD, SS, TP, TN)을 실시하여 저수지의 오염도를 평가하였다. 저수율 측정결과, 홍수기(97%)가 관개초기(72%)나 비관개기(66%)보다 높게 나타났다. pH 값의 측정결과, 수질기준$(6.0{\sim}8.5)$을 만족하고 있는 저수지의 비율은 35%(9개소)의 낮은 값을 보였다. EC와 DO 및 SS농도의 측정결과, 거의 모든 저수지에서 수질기준을 만족하고 있었으며, COD, TN, TP농도 측정결과, 수질기준 만족도는 관개초기 100%, 홍수기 81%, 비관개기 65%로 나타나, 저수량이 많은 관개초기보다 저수량이 적은 비관개기에 질소와 인의 관리가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 사람의 건강항목(CN, Hg, 유기인, PCB, Cd, 비소As, Pb, $Cr^{6+}$, ABS)은 모든 저수지에서 관개 초기, 홍수기 및 비관개기에 모두 수질기준을 만족하였다. 점오염원을 관리하기 위해서는 저수지 상류유역에 있는 마을하수도를 정비하고, 축산분뇨처리시설 등을 설치하여 저수지로의 유입부하량을 저감할 필요가 있다. 또한, 비점원오염을 관리하기 위한 대책으로서, 질소농도를 저감시키기 위해서는 용존성 성분을 제공하는 비료의 시용량을 줄여야하며, TP농도를 저감시키기 위해서는 강우시 입자성 인의 유출을 제어할 필요가 있으며, 이를 위해서는 비가 많이 오는 여름철에 나지(裸地)나 밭에 식생이나 멀칭(mulching) 등으로 토양침식을 방지할 필요가 있다.가용한 장 단기간의 관측자료와 물수지 분석 연산식의 추정치를 바탕으로 관측자료에 의한 물수지 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과로 산지 소하천 유역인 설마천 시험유역의 각 수문요소의 물이동간의 정량적인 값을 알 수가 있었으며, 앞으로 추가적이고 지속적인 수문모니터링이 운영되고 물순환 해석 모형에 의한 검증이 수행된다면 정량적인 물순환 관계를 규명할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이와 관련된 수문요소기술을 확보할 수 있을 것이다.절한 타협과 조정을 필요로 한다. 그러나 절제의 한계를 넘어선다고 생각되거나, 조정의 노력이 불가능하거나, 실패했을 때 폭력적인 행동으로 나타나게 된다. 리차즈(I.A Richards)는 분노와 공포는 일단 겉잡을 수 없는 경향이 있다고 하면서 오늘날 폭력에 대한 요구가 일상의 정서 생활에 있어, 억압을 통한, 빈곤함을 반영하고 있지 않은지 생각해봐야 할 것이라고 충고한다. 조성 가이드라인(안)을 제시하였다.EX>$\ulcorner$세종실록$\lrcorner$(世宗實錄) $\ulcorner$지리지$\lrcorner$(地理志)와의 비교를 해보면 상 중 하품의 통합 9개소가 삭제되어 있고, $\ulcorner$동국여지승람$\lrcorner$(東國與地勝覽) 에서는 자기소와 도기소의 위치가 완전히 삭제되어 있다. 이러한 현상은 첫째, 15세기 중엽 경제적 태평과 함께 백자의 수요 생산이 증가하자 군신의 변별(辨別)과 사치를 이유로 강력하게 규제하여 백자의 확대와 발전에 걸림돌이 되었다. 둘째, 동기(銅器)의 대체품으로 자기를 만들어 충당해야할 강제성 당위성 상실로 인한 자기수요 감소를 초래하였을 것으로 사료된다. 셋째, 경기도 광주에서 백자관요가 운영되었으므로 지방인 상주지역에도 더 이

  • A large number of people living in modern times prefer remaining unmarried or living alone independently for the reason of their own will or another person's will. This is because they dislike being interfered with by other persons or because there is a financial problem. This behavior has become mainstream in persons working for professional jobs, persons having a strong disposition toward individual activity or college students. In particular, career women pursuing their own comfortable life have the tendency to prefer single life. However, sometimes, they become a target of crime that targets and makes bad use of this point. For these reasons. Consequently, sometimes, they additionally install and use a security system such as door security guard at front door and so on. It is not so difficult to lock the door security guard at the front door. However, it is apt to be forgotten. And when they are on the bedspread before falling asleep, in case they should check whether the door security guard is locked or in case they should lock it, they should get up, go to the entrance, and check and lock the door security guard. They often don't lock the door security guard due to their feeling that it is all right because of annoyance and inconvenience. This paper is intended to work for safety from crime such as illegal housebreaking by more conveniently using the door security guard after designing and implementing a system that can remotely control the door security guard, using a smartphone as a method of resolving this annoyance and keeping life more safe.

Autonomous Path-Tracking Performance of an OmniX-Type Boat Based on Open-Source Ardupilot with RTK GPS (RTK GPS를 이용한 오픈소스 아두파일럿 기반 OmniX 보트의 자율주행 경로 추적성에 관한 연구)

  • The IoT (Internet of Things) technology is rapidly becoming an important consideration in many engineering fields in the current 4th industrial era. In recent years, the concepts of digital shipbuilding and smart factories have been adopted as trends in shipyards. However, there is active interest in research on implementing autonomous driving in autonomous vehicles and airplanes, which is currently available in commercial form in a limited capacity. The present study is regarding the path-tracking performance of a boat to accomplish an autonomous driving mission using a flight controller (FC) and real-time kinematic (RTK) global positioning system (GPS) based on an open-source Ardupilot; an actual sea test is also performed using this system on a calm lake. The boat's mission is to evaluate the maneuverability of the self-driving process to a specific point and returning to the home position. For a given speed, the difference between the preset mission trajectory and actual operational trajectory was analyzed, and a series of studies were conducted on the applicability of the system to ships. In addition, the movements and maneuverability of the OmniX-type hull with four propellers were investigated, and the driving path-tracking performance was observed to increase by a maximum of 48%.

Comparion of Rockwool, Reused Rockwool and Coir Medium on Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) Growth, Fruit Quality and Productivity in Greenhouse Soilless Culture (시설 내 수경재배에서 암면, 재사용암면, 코이어 배지에 따른 토마토의 생육 및 생산성 비교)

  • This experiment was conducted to find out the possibility of use of reused rockwool and comparison of growth, productivity and quality of tomatoes according to the use of rockwool and coir medium. The experiment was conducted in an automatic controlled greenhouse at Andong National University, College of Life Science, located in Andong, Gyeongsangbuk-do.. As a result of the experiment, there was no difference in the number of leaves, plant height, and leaf area between treatments, and the crown diameter was slightly higher in rockwool medium, also there was no difference between reused rockwool and coir medium. Fruit productivity showed different responses depending on the cultivation environment, but there was no significant difference between rockwool, reused rockwool and coir medium. In addition, the quality of fruit was observed to be different according to the concentration of EC in the medium. Therefore, in tomato hydroponic cultivation, there was no difference in the type of medium in growth, productivity, fruit quality and the environmental and water management had a great effect, and it is expected that the reuse of rockwool will have a positive effect on the economic point of view.

Analysis and cause of defects in reinforced cement concrete lining on NATM tunnel based on the Precise Inspection for Safety and Diagnosis - Part I (정밀안전진단 결과를 활용한 NATM (철근)의 라이닝 결함 종류별 발생원인 및 분석 - Part I)

  • Related to the previous paper on the typical crack pattern of tunnel lining with NATM, the characteristic defects in reinforced cement concrete lining of NATM tunnel have analyzed with the precise inspection with safety and diagnosis (PISD) by KISTEC. Depending on the reinforcing materials, steel rebar, steel fiber, and glass fiber have been implemented to reinforcing lining in various NATM tunnel constructions. Reinforcing lining with rebar are prevailed on NATM tunnel to countermeasure the weak geological circumstances, to pursuit the economical tunnel sections, and to resist the risk of tunnel deterioration. By the special act on the safety control of public facilities, the reinforced NATM tunnels for more than 1 km length are scrutinized closely to characterize defects; crack, reinforcement exposure, and lack of lining. Crack resistance by reinforcing is shown in comparison with the normalized crack to the length of tunnel. Typical exposed reinforcements in lining have exemplified with various sections. The lack of lining due to the mal-construction, spalling, fire, earthquake and leaching has been analyzed. The cause and mechanism with the field inspections and other studies has also been verified. Detailed cases are selected by the above concerns as well as the basic information from FMS (Facilities Management System). Likewise the previous paper, this study provides specialized defects in reinforced lining of NATM and it can be widely used in spreading the essential technics and reporting skills. Furthermore, it would be advised and amended for the detail guideline of Safety Diagnosis and PISD (tunnel).

A Four-Wheeled Mobile Robot with Omnidirectionality (전방향성을 갖는 네 바퀴 이동로봇)

  • Traditional automobile or 2-wheeled robot have limitations on mobility because of their mechanical structure. As traditional automobile is being replaced by electric cars, robot technology is applied to the car industry. In robotics, many researchers worked on omnidirectional mobile robot and produced lots of noticeable results. However in many of the results, specialized wheels such as Mecanum wheels are required. That imposes restrictions on robot speed and outdoor driving. We proposed a 2-wheeled modular robot that has omnidirectional mobility without using specialized wheels. In this paper, we propose a 4-wheeled omnidirectional mobile robot that consists of those two modular robots. The proposed robot adopts electric brakes to combine wheel housings and the robot body or to separate wheel housings from the robot body. Two absolute-type encoders and four incremental encoders are used to control the position of the wheel housing and velocities of the wheels. The proposed robot has omnidirectional mobility and can move fast and outdoor with normal tire wheels. We implemented the proposed robot and the feasibility and stability of the robot is verified by two separate experiments.

SNIPE Mission for Space Weather Research (우주날씨 관측을 위한 큐브위성 도요샛 임무)

  • The Small Scale magNetospheric and Ionospheric Plasma Experiment (SNIPE)'s scientific goal is to observe spatial and temporal variations of the micro-scale plasma structures on the topside ionosphere. The four 6U CubeSats (~10 kg) will be launched into a polar orbit at ~500 km. The distances of each satellite will be controlled from 10 km to more than ~1,000 km by the formation flying algorithm. The SNIPE mission is equipped with identical scientific instruments, Solid-State Telescopes(SST), Magnetometers(Mag), and Langmuir Probes(LP). All the payloads have a high temporal resolution (sampling rates of about 10 Hz). Iridium communication modules provide an opportunity to upload emergency commands to change operational modes when geomagnetic storms occur. SNIPE's observations of the dimensions, occurrence rates, amplitudes, and spatiotemporal evolution of polar cap patches, field-aligned currents (FAC), radiation belt microbursts, and equatorial and mid-latitude plasma blobs and bubbles will determine their significance to the solar wind-magnetosphere-ionosphere interaction and quantify their impact on space weather. The formation flying CubeSat constellation, the SNIPE mission, will be launched by Soyuz-2 at Baikonur Cosmodrome in 2023.
