A Study on the Prediction of Traffic Accidents Using Artificial Intelligence (인공지능을 활용한 교통사고 발생 예측에 대한 연구)

  • Traffic regulations are expanding to prevent traffic accidents for people's safety, but traffic accidents are not decreasing. In this study, the probability of traffic accidents occurring at a specific time and place is estimated by analyzing various factors such as weather forecast data from the Meteorological Agency, day of the week, time of day, location data, and location information. This study combines objective data on the occurrence of numerous previous traffic accidents with various additional elements not considered in previous studies to derive a more improved traffic accident probability prediction model. The results of this study can be effectively used for various transportation-related services for the safety of people.

  • The travel behavior should be analysed microscopically for the traffic management of urban street. The car following theory which found out the correlation between the lead and the following vehicles is being widely used as basic data in many fields. As the vehicle position and its speed information can be received by GPS, this technique is recently applying to the various fields. For the case study the travel data were collected with two vehicles equipped with GPS receiver. The moving distance was calculated by the collected location data every 2 seconds and the speed variation was checked. And this study analysed and compared the acceleration and deceleration speed between the lead and the following vehicle. Finally, Regression model about the relationship between the acceleration and deceleration speed and the acceleration and deceleration distance was constructed. This model could be helpful for the road design and the regulation for the safe traffic management.

  • Depending on the field of smart industry has become increasingly widespread, the digital signage industry as advertising and content industry is emerging. However, this industry is growing rapidly it is not the reason for that is lack of a legal definition or system. The current legal system merely existing laws that apply to the use of outdoor advertising such as advertising and outdoor advertising Electrical, according to a separate law on digital signage is still is not enough.   • As greenhouse gas emissions have been increasing in the world, global warming is being recognized as a cause of the global problems like climate change. This is closely associated the fossil fuels. Thus renewable energy has been brought to the attention of many people as the upcoming alternative energy source to cope with the fossil drain and increased environmental regulations. Especially, the solar energy among renewable energy has drastically increased. In this study, we calculate on daylight ratio about the solar energy for buildings based on digital surface model. The digital surface model was made using the spatial information data. And it was simulated the shadow analysis using SAS. Therefore, it was suitable places to utilize the solar energy in the Gyeongsan city. Consequently, the daylight ratio was considered important factor to select region of the industry of the solar light power generation.

Differences between Sale Prices and Lotting Prices in New Multi-family Housing Considering Housing Sub-Market (주택하부시장 특성을 고려한 신규 분양가와 입주후 가격 변화에 관한 연구)

  • This study tried to find differences between housing lotting prices and sale prices owing to new multi-family housing price regulation. As the results of this study, they are as follows; First, this study shows housing market in Busan has a preferences of new housing which has a new housing form differing from the existing housing form. For example, the mixed-use apartment with higher stories shows steeper incline than the apartments with the existing forms. Second, the new housing prices are affected by the information that affect the price of the old existing housing. They are rates of green area of an apartment complex, the number of household, accessibility to downtown Busan and etc.. They are also confirmed factors that affect a rise of used-housing price in other studies. Third, brand value of apartments affects new housing prices. For example, if the major construction companies build the new apartment, it shows a rising trend than any other housing. Therefore, the local construction companies are expected to be put on a disadvantage places than major construction companies. Fourth, the lotting prices are the most important cause that lead to rise the new housing prices. Accordingly, the present lotting prices are expected that upward tendency the purchasing prices of the new housing will not continue, because the lotting prices have risen since the government removed lotting price regulations and exceeded the level of used-housing prices. And it denote that importance of housing sub-market which indicates rates of old existing housing market rising, frist preference Gu, second preference Gu, rate of multi-family housing.

  • 우리가 일상 생환에서 사용하고 있는 전자레인지는 마이크로파를 방출하는 마그네트론이 동작을 하기 위해 예열이 되어야하기 때문에 전력이 항상 공급되고 있다. 따라서 항상 전자기장이 형성되어 있으나 이에 대해서 잘 알지 못한다. 또한 동작 시에 방출되는 마이크로파의 세기가 얼마나 되는지에 대해서도 잘 알지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 100대의 전자레인지에서 0cm, 30cm, 50cm, 100cm 떨어진 거리에서 전원이 On 되었을 때와 Off 되었을 때 자기장을 측정하였으며, 마이크로파는 전자레인지의 동작중 전자레인지에 밀착해서 측정하였다. 이번 조사를 통해 전자레인지에서 측정된 전자기장 및 마이크로파 세기는 모두 ICNIRP 및 정보통신부 인체보호기준 권고안 기준치 이하였고, 마이크로파의 세기는 FDA 규제값 이하였음을 알았다. 측정된 값들은 모두 매우 미약하였다. 그러나 전자기장에 장시간 노출될 경우 인체에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지는 아직 정확히 규명되지 않았기 때문에 전자레인지를 평소의 동선과 멀리 떨어진 곳에 위치시키고 만약의 마이크로파 노출에 대비해 전자레인지가 동작할 때에는 일정거리를 유지하는 것이 좋다.

A Study on the Influence Factors of the Ratio of Assessment Value to Sale Price of Forest Land - Focused on the Sales Case of Forest Land in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do - (임야가격의 현실화율 영향요인 연구 - 경기 광주의 임야 거래사례를 중심으로 -)

  • This study empirically analyzed the determinants of the assessment ratio (hereinafter 'AR') based on a total of 2,129 sales cases of forests in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do. The main findings of this study through multiple regression analysis are summarized as follows. First, this study shows that regional characteristics have significantly different effects on the AR of forest land prices. Specifically, there was a significant difference in the AR depending on the location of the parcel by sub-region and the ratio of residential area, and the higher the number of development plans in progress, the more likely the officially assessed land price will be formed close to the sale price. Second, this study analyzed that location characteristics such as the proximity of the inner and outer center of the jurisdiction and traffic accessibility had a significant influence on the determination of the AR. Third, this study identified significant differences in AR depending on detailed factors such as planning management areas, production management areas, conservation areas for mountain, conservation areas for nature, and restricted development areas as land use and regulatory characteristics of forest lands. Fourth, this study found that land characteristics are a significant factor influencing the AR as an individual factor in forest land.

Analysis of Offshore Aquaculture Detection Techniques Using Synthetic Aperture Radar Images (레이더 영상을 이용한 연안 양식장 탐지 기법 분석)

  • In the face of escalating utilization of the marine spatial domain, conflicts have emerged among stakeholders, necessitating effective management strategies beyond conventional government permits and regulations. Particularly within the domain of aquaculture, operational oversight relies on a localized licensing system, posing challenges in accurately assessing the prevailing circumstances. This research employs synthetic aperture radar (SAR) imagery as a tool to monitor coastal aquaculture fish farms, aimed at enhancing insights into management protocols. Leveraging Sentinel-1A imagery and time series SAR data integration, a superimposition technique is utilized, facilitating noise reduction while retaining crucial information regarding smaller-scale facilities, such as fish farms. Through analysis of VH polarization data, a detection overall accuracy of approximately 88% for coastal fish farms was achieved. The findings of this study offer potential applications in the continuous monitoring of aquaculture farms in correspondence with seasonal variations in aquaculture yields, thereby proposing frameworks for the establishment of effective management cycles for marine space utilization.

  • The study has try to analyze firm-level marketing strategy for making inroads into United Arab Emirate(UAE) in the Middle East Rrgion. Korea's pharmaceutical medicine industry can overcome that growth limit by strategically advancing into the world market even the its market share is slight as of 2013. The results of Marketing Mix strategies to enter the UAE pharmaceutical medicine market are as follows: STP strategy and Marketing Mix strategy based on the findings of this study, the practical implications of the following. First of all, domestic pharmaceutical industries in Korea due to the domestic market, growth in the various institutional devices have limits on the expansion. On the other hand, supports the Government's active policy of UAE health care industry is booming. UAE Government medical facilities and health care in the health care industry in 2010 to improve the level of 80 billion dollars of investment. The UAE's medical sector is equipped with independent regulatory regime by the Emirates. The UAE is a foreign worker influx has been showing a high population growth rate, over the last 30 years, UAE resident population has increased about 7 times. The UAE Government to improve the quality of medical services, the private sector and the public to encourage the signing of partnership (PPP) can also be found in the regulation of foreign direct investment. The results of this study would play a role in analyzing a marketing strategy to make inroads into UAE pharmaceutical medicine market.

A Geographically Weighted Regression on the Effect of Regulation of Space Use on the Residential Land Price - Evidence from Jangyu New Town - (공간사용 규제가 택지가격에 미치는 영향에 대한 공간가중회귀분석 - 장유 신도시지역을 대상으로-)

  • In this study, we examine how land use zoning affects the land price controlling other variables such as road-facing condition of the land, land form, land age after its development and land size. We employ geographically weighted regression analysis which reflects spatial dependency as methodology with a data sample of land transaction price data of Jangyu, a new town, in Korea. The results of our empirical analysis show that the respective coefficients of traditional regression and geographically weighted regression are not significantly different. However, after calculating Moran's Index with residuals of both OLS and GWR models, we find that Moran's Index of GWR decreases around 26% compared to that of OLS model, thus improving the problem of spatial autoregression of residuals considerably. Unlike our expectation, though, in both traditional regression and geographically weighted regression where residential exclusive area is used as a reference variable, the dummy variable of the residential land for both housing and shops shows a negative sign. This may be because the residential land for both housing and shops is usually located in the level area while the residential exclusive area is located at the foot of a mountain or on a gentle hill where the residents can have good quality air and scenery. Although the utility of the residential land for both housing and shops is higher than its counterpart's since it has higher floor area ratio, amenity which can be explained as high quality of air and scenery in this study seems to have higher impact in purchase of land for housing. On the other hand, land for neighbourhood living facility seems to be valued higher than any other land zonings used in this research since it has much higher floor area ratio than the two land zonings above and can have a building with up to 5 stories constructed on it. With regard to road-facing condition, land buyers seem to prefer land which faces a medium-width road as expected. Land facing a wide-width road may have some disadvantage in that it can be exposed to noise and exhaust gas from cars and that entrance may not be easy due to the high speed traffic of the road. In contrast, land facing a narrow road can be free of noise or fume from cars and have privacy protected while it has some inconvenience in that entrance may be blocked by cars parked in both sides of the narrow road. Finally, land age variable shows a negative sign, which means that the price of land declines over time. This may be because decline of the land price of Jangyu was bigger than that of other regions in Gimhae where Jangyu, a new town, also belong, during the global financial crisis of 2008.
