서울시내 산업간호사의 업무수행과 직무만족, 지식과의 관계

  • 본 연구는 산업간호사가 수행하는 산업간호업무 수행실태를 파악하고 업무수행에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지를 직무만족도와 지식의 측면에서 조사 분석하기 위한 목적으로 이 연구를 시도하였다. 연구방법은 1991년 4월 26일 부터 5일 3일까지의 총 8일간 서울시내에 소재하고 있는 사업체의 산업간호사 77명을 대상으로 연구자와 조사자 1명이 직접방문을 하여 자료수집 하였다. 자료는 SPSS를 이용하여 전산처리 하였다. 실수와 백분율, 평균 표준편차를 구하였으며, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, ANOVA 분석방법올 활용하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 산업 간호업무 수행 정도는 근로자건강관리업무 중의 통상질환관리 업무를 대상자의 97.6%가 실시하여 수행정도가 가장 높았고, 가장 수행정도가 낮은 업무는 근로자복리중 진업무로 대상자의 40.2%만이 실시하고 있었다. 산업환경위생관리업무(실시율 45.5%), 직업병 관리업무(실시율 43.1%), 산업보건교육업무(실시율41.5%)로 역시 낮은 실시율을 보였다. 2. 산업간호사 직무만족도는 최대가능점수 240점에 대하여 점수 143.8점이며 최대평점 5점에 평점 3.0으로 나타났고 상호작용, 전문적위치, 자율성면에서 3.4점으로 높았으며 보수에 관한 만족도는 평점 2.3으로 가장 낮아 산업간호사들이 보수에 대해 불만족하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 3. 산업간호사의 산업간호업무 관계지식정도는 최대가능점수 21점에 대하여 점수 17.9점을 나타내었다. 영역별로 가장 많이 알고 있는 지식은 건강관리실운영업무 관계지식으로 정확하게 알고있는 사람이 63명으로 전체의 81.4%이었고, 가장 낮게 알고 있는 지식은 산업환경위생관리 업무 관계지식으로 정답자는 42명(54.2%)이었다. 4. 산업간호업무 수행정도와 직무만족도 및 지식정도와의 상관관계를 분석하여 본 결과 직무만족도가 높을수록 업무수행정도가 높은 것으로 나타났고 (r=.3010, P<.01), 업무수행정도와 지식정도 역시 순상관관계 (r=.2591, P<.05)가 있음이 통계적으로 유의하여 지식정도가 높을수록 업무수행정도가 높음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 직무만족도와 지식정도는 상관관계가 없었다. 결론적으로 연구에서 나타난 산업 간호사의 업무수행은 통상질환관리 위주의 업무로서 직업병 예방, 산업보건교육, 산업환경위생관리 업무등에는 수행이 미비한 것으로 나타났으며, 업무수행과 직무만족도 및 지식정도는 순상관관계가 있어 직무만족도와 지식정도가 높을수록 업무수행이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

A Study on the Variation of the GDOP and Service Area in Accordance with Arrangement of Transmitting Station Loran C System (로오란 C 시스템에서 발신국의 배치에 따른 GDOP의 변화 및 유효범위에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, the authors calculate GDOP(Geometric Dilution of Precision) with the mast and slave transmitting stations at the past and present and simulation positions in the 9970 chain and 5970 chain of the loran C system, and analyzed variations of the GDOP and effective ranges in accordance with the shifting of transmitting stations. The results obtained are as follows; 1) The line 3.0 of equi-GDOP map that the Z slave station of 9970 chain is Guam island is falled on with line 2.0 of it's map that it is Yap island approximately, and units of GDOP of calculating with Guam island are increased then them with Yap island on the south parts of mast station. 2) If the control right of Z slave station of 9970 chain could be not transfered to japan and be closed on account of the territorial problems, the units of GDOP to calculate without it's station at any positions are very increased and the accuracy is down on the south parts of mast station. The line 5.0 of it's map is falled on with line 2.0 in case of Yap island, its Z station, and line 3.0 in case of Guam island with Z slave station approximately. 3) The X slave station of 9970 chain and 5970 chain are required rearrangement for the purpose of accurating position fix and expending service area in view of propagation route of wave and arrangement of transmitting station.

Change of Diaphragmatic Level and Movement Following Division of Phrenic Nerve (횡격막 신경 차단 후 횡격막 위치 및 운동의 변화)

  • Diaphragm is innervated by phrenic nerve and lower intercostal nerves. For patients with avulsion injury of brachial plexus, an in situ graft of phrenic nerve is frequently used to neurotize a branch of the brachial plexus. We studied short-term and mid-term changes of diaphragmatic level and movement in patients with dissection of phrenic nerve for neurotization. Material and Method : Thirteen patients with division of either-side phrenic nerve for neurotization of musculocutaneous nerve were included in this study. With endoscopic surgical procedure, the intrathoracic phrenic nerve was entirely dissected and divided just above the diaphragm. The dissected phrenic nerve was taken out through thoracic inlet and neck wound and then anastomosed to the musculocutaneous nerve through a subcutaneous tunnel. With chest films and fluoroscopy, levels and movements of diaphragm were measured before and after operation. Result : There was no specific technical difficulty or even minor postoperative complications following endoscopic division of phrenic nerve. After division of phrenic nerve, diaphragm was soon elevated about 1.7 intercostal spaces compared with the preoperative level, but it did not show paradoxical motion in fluoroscopy. More than 1.5 months later, diaphragm returned downward close to the preoperative level (average level difference was 0.9 intercostal spaces; p=NS). Movement of diaphragm was not significantly decreased compared with the preoperative one. Conclusion : After division of phrenic nerve, the affected diaphragm did not show a significant decrease in movement, and the elevated diaphragm returned downward with time. However, the decreased lung volumes in the last spirometry suggest the decreased inspiratory force following partial paralysis of diaphragm.

  • The intelligent maritime traffic information service provides a service to prevent collisions and stranding of ships based on the location information of ships periodically collected from ship equipment such as LTE-Maritime transceivers and AIS installed on ships. provided in real time. However, the above service may reduce the reliability of ship location information because GPS location information for measuring the ship's location may be cut off during transmission through LTE-Maritime or AIS networks, or phenomena such as location jumps and delays may occur. This study aims to estimate reliable position information to some extent even in an abnormal section through ship position prediction based on the existing received position information using the Kalman filter, which is an optimal estimation filter based on probability.

  • Kinect sensors have the ability to recognize the behavior and voice of the user. Due to its low-cost and high accessibility, Kinect sensors have been used in various fields, including healthcare, education and so on. In this paper, we propose to use Kinect in piano education. Specifically, the proposed method first recognizes the coordinate values of user's posture, compares them with coordinate values of teacher's posture and provide real-time feedbacks to the user. This enables user to keep the correct posture even when he is learning piano without a teacher. However, since the piano education is a long process, it is difficult to achieve the correct posture as a teacher immediately. Thus, we propose a user-oriented method to measure the error tolerance rate. The proposed method is the first feedback based piano education system that uses Kinect sensors.

  • Executing various constructions and national land planning, it has rised importance how to acquire 3-dimensional geographical information efficiently. In conjunction with this, the concerned parties are interested in the accuracy of GPS positioning and applications. This study suggest the efficiency and possibility to apply geographical information construction by kinematic GPS surveying as comparing kinematic GPS results with triangulation, trilateration and static GPS results. In this study, we try to compare static with kinematic and can determine 3-D positions with difference of 6 mm in distance, 2"/10,000-4"/10,000, 20 cm in latitude, longitude and height at local area. In addition, difference from conventional surveying is about 1"/l0,000-3"/10,000 in horizontal. Therefore it is expected to apply kinematic GPS to make out topographic map and to construct data base associated with GIS.associated with GIS.

  • GPS based car navigation systems show significant problems in such environment as a tunnel, a road surrounded by high buildings. In this study, we thus propose a method to determine positions and attitudes using only in-vehicle sensory data without a GPS. To check the feasibility of this method, we constructed a system to acquire in-vehicle sensory data and reference data simultaneously. We acquired test data using this system, estimated the trajectory based on the proposed method and evaluated the accuracy of both the sensory data and the trajectory. The speed and angular velocities provided by the in-vehicle sensors include 1.1 km/h and 0.8 deg/s RMS errors, respectively. The estimated trajectory using these data shows 20.8 m RMS errors for a 15 minute drive. In future, if we further combine additional sensors such as a camera and a GPS, we can achieve a high accurate navigation system at a low cost without an expensive high-grade external IMU.

  • 지적도는 모든 지도중 가장 큰 대축척 지도이며 토지에 대하여 필지별로 지번, 위치 및 경계 등 소유권의 범위를 등록하는 것으로서 국민의 기본권리인 토지에 대한 소유권과 그 이용을 보장할 수 있는 가장 기본적인 특성을 가지고 있다. 도형자료인 현재의 지적도는 1910년 토지조사사업에 의하여 실제 토지필지를 1/1,200로 축소하여 도면에 등록한 도해지적으로 제도오차, 축척오차, 신축오차, 도곽접합 등의 기술적인 오차와 측량을 할 때마다 각기 측량사에 따라 개인오차의 누적으로 성과결정에 있어서 차질을 가져다주고 있다. 따라서 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여는 지적재조사사업이 가장 바람직하지만 복잡한 과정을 거쳐야 함으로 그 이전에라도 축척변경사업을 통하여 새로운 지적체계로서 토지이용상태에 따라 토지의 경계를 수치좌표로 등록하는 수치지적체계로 전환하여 지적측량의 정확도와 정밀도를 높여 지적불부합지에 대한 민원을 해소함으로써 재산적 가치를 증대할 뿐만 아니라 국민의 소유권 보호 및 양질의 서비스 개선에 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 해당지역의 지적도를 독취, 정도곽으로 보정하여 일필지를 공부상면적의 공차범위 이내로 조정한 후 현형도와 지적도를 조정(Orientation)하여 좌표를 저장하였다. 일필지 좌표결정 방법에는 CAD기능을 이용하여 컴퓨터의 모니터에서 지적도를 이동 및 회전함으로써 위치를 결정하는 방식, 모니터상에서 국부적으로 위치를 결정하는 방식 및 디지타이져상에서 결정하여 모니터상에서 조정하는 방식있다. 현실적으로 국부적인 방법이 합리적이라고 생각되어 모니터상에서 조정(Orientation)하여 국부적으로 좌표 위치를 결정하는 방법으로 연구하고 성과를 비교, 검토하였으며, 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 지적도면은 토지조사사업 한지를 배접한 켄트지를 사용함으로써 종이의 신축으로 인하여 정도곽으로 보정을 하면 독취면적은 대부분 공부상면적보다 늘어났다. 2. 좌표의 이동량이 일률적이지 못하므로 기초점에 대한 문제라고 생각되며, 따라서 도해지적을 수치지적으로 전환함에 있어서 가장 우선되어야 할 사항이 기초점 정비라 하겠다.

Accuracy of the NNSS Fix in Pusan Areas (부산지역에서의 NNSS 위치의 정도)

  • For the purpose of getting the accuracy of NNSS fix, the continuous observation was performed to search the factors affecting the accuracy of NNSS fix, and then to examine their effects. The observation was made at Lat. $35^{\circ}'||'&'||'<\TEX>05'04"N, Long. '||'&'||'129^{\circ}'||'&'||'<\TEX> 02'13"E from 28th January to 20th July in 1985. Accuracy of the position fixed in accordance with the observation time, each satellite, elevation angle doppler count, passed direction of each satellite and the antenna height were analyzed. The results obtaines are summerized as follows: 1. The deflaetion error is reduced to 0.21 miles when the geodetic system of the calculating the position converted from WGS-72 to Bessel. 2. When the elevation angle of the mountain is high, or the range of the elevation angle of satellite is 20-70 degrees, the position fixed comes nearest the true position. 3. The position fixed is more accurate on the condition that doppler count is more than 21, and at night than in daytime. 4. The accuracy of the position fixed is more seriously affected when the input data of the antenna height has considerable errors. But there occures almost little difference in the accuracy of position according to each satellite.

The Degree of Age-Friendliness of Living Environments Perceived by the Aged - Focused on the Physical Environments of Nagasaki Area in Japan - (고령자가 인지하는 지역환경의 고령친화정도 - 일본 나가사키 지역의 물리적 환경을 중심으로 -)

  • The study examined how age-friendly their living environments the aged perceived and it's significant difference depending on their characteristics. The subject were 96 old persons who aged more than 60 years and lived in Nagasaki city, Japan. They asked how far each neighborhood facility related to the aged was located from their houses, and the age-friendliness of walk way, traffic, multi-family houses for the aged, and interior space of their living houses. Data were collected by using one to one interview. Results were as follows: 1) Most neighborhood facilities related to the aged were located within a walking distance or 10 min. distance by bus from their houses. 2) Among 5 areas of living environments, while traffic, house interior, and pedestrians road were relatively age-friendly, the amount of multi-unit dwellings for the elderly and the usability of wheelchair users in house interior were not age-friendly. 3) Age and education level of the aged influenced on the age-friendliness of their living environments.
