Development of GPS/IMU/SPR Integrated Algorithm and Performance Analysis for Determination of Precise Car Positioning (정밀 차량 위치결정을 위한 GPS/IMU/SPR 통합 알고리즘 개발 및 성능 분석)

  • Based on the GPS/IMU integration, the car navigation has unstable conditions as well as drastically reduces accuracies in urban region. Nowadays, many cars mounted the camera to record driving states. If the ground coordinates of street furniture are known, the position and attitude of camera can be determined through SPR(Single Photo Resection). Therefore, an estimated position and attitude from SPR can be applied measurements in Kalman filter for updating errors of navigation solutions from GPS/IMU integration. In this study, the GPS/IMU/SPR integration algorithm was developed in loosely coupled modes through extended Kalman filters. Also, in order to analyze performances of GPS/IMU/SPR, simulation tests were conducted in GPS signal reception environments and the GCPs (Ground Control Points) distributions. In fact, the position and attitude gathered from GPS/IMU/SPR integration are more precise than the position and attitude from GPS/IMU integration. When IPs (image points), corresponded to GCPs, were concentrated in the center of image, the position error in the optical axis respectively increased. To understand effects from SPR, we plan to carry additional test on the magnitude of GCP, IP and initial exterior orientation errors.

  • 지하 탐사용 레이더를 이용하여 지하에 매설된 구조물의 위치를 파악하고 그에 따른 근사 이미지의 추출 방법을 제안하였다. 기본원리는 구조물에 의해 산란되어 수신 안테나로 유입되는 펄스신호의 지연시간과 크기를 측정하는 데 있으며, 측정의 실용성을 위하여 레이더 탐색경로에 따른 수신신호의 절대치 적분 방법을 사용하였다. 일반적으로 지하매질은 침투 주파수에 따라서 다양한 분산 및 손실 특성을 나타내는데, 이러한 매질 특성은 다항 Debye 모델을 이용하여 기술되었다. 3차원 전파(電波) 전파(傳播)를 위한 시뮬레이션에는 FDTD(Finite Difference Time Domain) 방법을 사용하였다.

  • The location estimation using sensor network has been considerably researched. The methods taking the differences of the forms of location estimation between indoors and outdoors into consideration have been studied. While it is possible for outdoor location to be estimated because outdoor location estimation has a consistent distribution during unit period through the value of RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication) on outdoor location estimation, Indoor location estimation is difficult since multi-path and interference indoors are higher than those outdoors and indoor location estimation can be affected by other factors. In this paper, we revise the information of RSSI changed by multi-path and interference through the Moving Average method and K-means algorithm and propose the method of estimation for the value of RSSI with reliability in the group of signals received during unit period. We also suggest the way to put some weights on fixed nodes in network using a snooping node on location estimation and then evaluate the efficiency of location awareness as compared with the existing method by implementing proposed method on system through the reconfiguration of network.

  • Recently BLE beacon has been widely used as a method for measuring the indoor location in the IoT Technique. But it requires a filtering technique for the measurement of the correct position. It is used the most fixed beacon. It is not accurate that calculates the position information through the identification of the beacon signal. Therefore, filtering is important. So it takes a lot of time, position measurement and filtering. Thus, we is to measure the exact position at the indoor using a mobile beacon. The measured beacon signal is composed of an ontology for reuse in the same pattern. RSSI is measured the receiver is the distance of the beacon. And this value configure the location ontology to be normalized by the relationship analysis between the values. The ontology is a method for calculating the position information of the moving beacon. It can detect fast and accurate indoor position information and provide the service.

  • In this paper, we study and simulate the suggested position control system using GPS and USN to replace the existing control system of a crane. For the correct approach, the position control system of a crane is divided into the control system of the ground station and the mobile station The hardware is comprised of GPS receiving module to receive the position control data of a crane from GPS satellites, bluetooth communication module for the data communication between the ground station and the mobile station, supersonic sensor module for a precise position control of a crane, motor to replace a crane roller, embedded MCU(ATmega128L) and so on. In here, an embedded MCU controls GPS receiving module, bluetooth communication module and supersonic sensor module. The Software is comprised of three programs. Three programs are the program to filter GGA output part in a receiving data of GPS receiving module, the driving program for supersonic sensor module, the digital map program to monitor a crane location. From the simulation results, it is demonstrated that the proposed system has the capability of crane position control with 1cm precision.

  • Floor number determination has attracted considerable attention because many applications require accurate floor number information for providing better localization services in multistory buildings. This paper describes a Wi-Fi-based, low-complexity floor number determination method for multistory buildings. In our scheme, with the exception of floor ID and received signal strength of each WAP, detailed information on the wireless access point (WAP) coordinates is not needed. The multi-wall-floor model is used for the simulation and analysis. The simulation results show that the floor determination accuracy is nearly 100 given an adequate deployment density of WAPs on each floor. The results also show that the proposed method provides a good estimate of floor number even when only a few WAPs are implemented on each floor. Specifically, the proposed method can work under extreme conditions, i.e., where there are no WAPs on a floor.

  • 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 맥락 인지 응용들은 사용자의 상황에 맞는 서비스를 제공하기 위해 위치 정보를 활용한다. 그러나 대부분의 실내 위치 추적 시스템들은 환경이 사용자의 위치를 파악함으로 프라이버시 문제가 야기 된다 또한 더욱 지능화된 서비스를 제공하기 위해 위치 정보와 더불어 방위 정보 인식의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안된 방법은 사용자나 대상물의 방위를 알기 위해서 기존의 ubiTrack의 수신기에 두개의 적외선 수신기 소자를 부착한다. 두개의 적외선 수신 소자는 각각의 위치를 측정하고 각각의 위치로 부터 사용자나 대상물의 위치와 더불어 방위, 크기를 인식한다. 또한 대상물에 부착되어 있는 수신기가 대상물의 위치를 환경에 일정한 시간을 간격으로 환경에 알려 주도록 하여 사용자의 프라이버시 침범되지 않는 상태에서 사용자와 대상물의 위치 및 방위 정보를 제공한다. 실험 결과 제안된 방법은 홈 환경 내에서 여러 대상물의 방위를 10도 안팎의 오차를 가지고 인식하였다. 따라서 제안된 방법은 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 여러 맥락 인지 서비스와 연동하여 사용자의 의도를 반영한 절러 LBS에 쉽게 응용이 될 수 있다.

  • 스마트 모바일 기기 즉, 스마트폰을 이용한 위치 기반 서비스(LBS)가 각광 받고 있는 가운데, 사용자 관점에서의 위치 측정에 대한 오류를 검출과 위치를 교정하는 서비스가 필요로 하게 되었다. GPS를 이용한 위치 측정의 방법을 예로 들어 GPS 신호를 수신하는 기기에서의 위치 측정 오류 감지는 어려운 실정이고 약간 더 정밀하게 측정하는 방법뿐이 존재하지 않는다. 이 논문에서는 GPS 수신기와 같은 사용자 관점에서 위치 데이터들의 속도를 계산하여 속도의 변화량을 이용해 multipath와 같은 위치 데이터의 오류를 검출하고 교정한 결과에 대해 다룬다. 단순 속도의 변화량이 아닌 인간의 이동 속도가 지수 확률 분포를 따른다는 사실을 기반하여 이동 윈도우(Moving Window)의 개념을 도입해 매 윈도우마다 한계 속도를 결정하고 한계 속도 이상의 속도가 발생하였을 때를 위치 오류라 검출 할 것이다.

Network Configuration Design of GNSS Receiving Station for Optimizing Performance of Precise Positioning (정밀 위치결정 성능 최적화를 위한 위성항법 수신국 네트워크 구성)

  • In this paper, requirements of GNSS receiver station installation are derived for optimizing the performance of network based GNSS precise positioning by concern of international organization(IGS, NGS) recommendation. Also a analysis method of network based GNSS precise positioning is suggested in order to evaluate the availability depending on various network configurations. To evaluate network candidates, a performance evaluation method is proposed for positioning of users according to a geometric configuration and the baseline distance. After the proposed method is used to Ochang region that is a the test area 6 network candidates are derived and the performance of positioning was analyzed. Finally, Ansung, Gongju, Eumsung, Boeun network configuration was selected as the best positioning performance. An optimal Receiving station network was selected using the proposed method.
