If a mobile node out of home domain asks to provide mobility service, the mobile should be permitted by the home domain. This can be accomplished by the usage of AAA but the recent studies have shown its weakness to fail the ability of mobile node. This study suggests Fast Handoff model which will shorten permission time by AAA and allow the mobility service to be more efficient. Our suggestion with Assertion function is a new approach to assist authentication capability through mutual authentication of each V_AAA when the distance between HA and itself gets far or its delay time becomes longer. Our suggestion verifies its efficiency by cost analysis.

무선 인터넷 서비스는 언제 어디서나 사용할 수 있는 편리함을 제공한다. 반면 무선 인터넷 서비스에 접속하기 위한 단말기는 저장 공간이 제한적이고 입력하기가 불편하다. 위와 같은 문제점을 개선하기 위해 본 연구에서는 별도로 제공되는 음성인식 시스템을 웹 서비스로 요청하여 음성인식이 가능한 PDA클라이언트 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 모바일 클라이언트와 웹 서비스 프로바이더로 구성되어 있다. 모바일 플라이언트는 웹 서비스를 요청하기 위해 사용자정보와 인식할 음성데이터를 웹 서비스 프로바이더로 전송한다. 웹 서비스 프로바이더는 웹 서비스 보호를 위해 인증된 클라이언트에 한하여 음성인식결과와 사용자명을 반환하는 서비스를 제공한다.

IPTV has been launched to provide a simple convergence service with broadcast and communication, and now it is evolving to support personalized service capabilities according to user's requirements. The paper presents DSON architecture and its control model to provide personalized features and user centric capability in IPTV services over service overlay network. Furthermore, the paper introduces DSON based service models on community IPTV and home IPTV service model.

웹 서비스는 이질적인 응용 시스템들 사이의 연동 및 통합을 위한 표준화된 수단을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 기존 웹 서비스들을 이용하여 정의되는 복합 웹 서비스를 효율적으로 실행하기 위한 방안으로서 사용자 에이전트를 이용한 분산 처리 시스템 구조 및 처리 방법을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 웹 서비스들의 통신 QoS 및 복합 웹 서비스의 부하 등을 고려하여 복합 웹 서비스의 호출 및 통합 작업을 사용자 에이전트에게 동적으로 위임하여 분산 처리함으로써 복합 웹 서비스의 성능 및 가용성을 향상시킨다.

The importance of data as a core resource of the 4th industrial revolution is emerging, and companies illegally collect and use personal data. In the financial sector, active research is conducted to safely manage personal data and provide better services using blockchain, big data, and AI technology. In this paper, we propose a system that can safely manage personal data by using blockchain technology, which can be used without changing the existing system. The composition of this system consists of a blockchain, blockchain linkages, a service provider, and a user (i.e., an app). Blockchain can be used regardless of its type and form, and services are provided by classifying blockchains and services in the blockchain linkages. Service providers can access personal data only after requesting and receiving delegated permission from users. Existent MyData services store all data in a user's mobile phone, so information may get leaked due to jailbreaks or rooting. But in the proposed system, personal data are stored in blockchain so information leakage can be prevented. In the future, we will study ways to provide customized services using personal data stored in blockchain.

As cloud computing services become popular, the concern on the data security of cloud services increases and the efforts for the data security become essential. In this paper, we describe the pros and cons of cloud computing including the definition of cloud. Then, we discuss the regulations about the protection of user data defined in cloud promotion act. Previous studies related to the privacy protection and the entrustment of personal information in cloud computing are reviewed. We examine how to store the personal information depending on the cloud service model. As a result, we argue that the entrustment of personal information should vary according to the cloud service model and we propose how to protect the personal information on IaaS and SaaS cloud service models.

Recently, the requirement of processing High Definition (HD) video or 3D application on low, mobile devices has been expanded and content data has been increased as well. It is becoming a major issue in Cloud computing where a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Service needs efficient data processing ability to provide Quality of Experience (QoE) in Cloud computing. In this paper, we propose three kind of Thick-Thin VDI Service which can share and delegate VDI service based on Thick Client using CPU and GPU. Furthermore, we propose and discuss the VDI Service Optimization Method in mixed CPU and GPU Heterogeneous Environment using CPU Parallel Processing OpenMP and GPU Parallel Processing CUDA.

전라남도 국민참여형 위성영상 블로그 시스템은 2006년도 행정자치부 자치단체정보화지원사업의 일환으로 구축된 것으로서， 사용자가 고해상도 위성영상 위에 직접 자신의 글，사진， 동영상을 올리고，이를 다른 사용자나 시스템과 공유할 수 있도록 구축된 시스템이다. 본 시스템이 궁극적으로 구현하고자 했던 과제는 다음과 같다. (1)지리정보 혹은 기타 정보의 고정성을 탈피하고，(2)지리정보와 멀티미디어 자료의 효율적 통합을 통해 geoUCC를 구축하며，(3)사용자의 참여를 통한 지리정보 제공 방식의 쌍방향성을 구현하여，(4) 사용자를 일방적 자료 활용자에서 자료 생성자로 발전시키고 궁극적으로는 자치단체와 국민 간 새로운 방식의 소통 방식을 생성하는 것이다. 본 시스템 구축의 결과로서 본 시스템에서 일반 국민에게 서비스되는 내용은 다음과 같다. (1) 전라남도 전역의 1m급 고해상도 위성영상의 대국민 서비스，(2)전라남도 전역에 대한 지번 단위까지의 주소 검색 서비스，(3)웹 상에서의 실시간 3차원 GIS 서비스，(4)Web2.0의 철학을 반영한 RSS, Trackback 및 Tag 검색 기능，(5)사용자가 직접 고해상도 위성영상 위에 자신의 글， 사진，동영상，홈페이지 등을 올릴 수 있는 "위성영상 블로그 쓰기 기능"，(6)국내 거의 모든 포털 사이트의 블로그와 홈페이지를 지원하는 시스템 연계(퍼가기) 기능 등이다. 결론적으로 본 시스템의 사용자는 고해상도 위성영상 기반의 지도 위에 자신의 여행기，사진， 동영상을 올림으로써 자신만의 사용자제작콘텐츠(UCC)를 생성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라， 이를 다른 사용자와 공유， 활용함으로써 실질적인 쌍방향，참여형 지리정보시스템을 이용하게 된 것이다.

그리드 컴퓨팅 기술은 이용하여 이종의 분산 자원들을 묶어서 사용할 수 있게 해 준다. 최근의 그리드는 이기종 자원간의 상호 호환성 증대를 위하여 웹 서비스 기술을 도입하여, OGSA와 WSFR 표준을 정의하였다. 그에 따라 그리드 자원과 그 위에서 동작하는 작업들은 웹 서비스의 형태로 구현되고 관리된다. Globus Toolkit은 이 표준들을 구현한 미들웨어로 그리드 연구에서 가장 널리 활용되고 있다. 서비스가 자원을 효율적으로 사용하면서 서비스 성능을 유지하기 위해서는 서비스가 원하는 시점에 원하는 양의 자원을 제공 받을 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해서 유휴자원을 찾는 기능과 동적으로 자원에 서비스를 설치하는 기능이 반드시 필요하다. 그러나 기존의 Globus Toolkit은 이런 기능을 제공하지 않는다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 Globus Toolkit에 동적 서비스 설치 기능을 추가하고 그것을 관리할 수 있는 도어 서비스를 구현하여. 동적 자원 제공 기능이 가능하도륵 하였다.

최근 도서관에서는 실업률 증가와 지역사회 정신보건 문제 등 총체적인 사회적 현상과 맞물려서 도서관 서비스에 불만을 품거나 이상행동을 하는 이용자들이 도서관으로 유입되면서 많은 문제행동을 일으키고 있다. 일부 이용자의 문제행동은 다른 이용자의 이용만족에 있어서 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 도서관직원에게 부정적 영향을 미치고, 이는 결국 서비스의 불만족과 이로 인한 도서관 조직에 악영향을 끼치며 전반적인 도서관 서비스의 질적 저하를 유발하는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 본 연구는 도서관서비스에 대한 이용자 만족도를 제고하고, 친절하고 품위 있는 공공서비스 문화의 선진화를 촉진하기 위여 국가 및 공공도서관 직원을 대상으로 도서관 응대서비스 문제점 및 문제이용자 현황과 응대서비스 매뉴얼 개발에 관련된 요구사항을 분석하여 일반이용자 및 문제이용자 응대서비스 매뉴얼을 개발하였다.
