본 연구는 기존의 평가방법 및 평가시스템의 문제점을 지적한 후, 영리조직의 성과측정 방법론인 균형성과표(BSC: Balanced Scorecard) 접근을 채택하여 지자제 웹 사이트 성과측정 프레임워크를 제시한다. 또한 본 연구에서는 이 프레임워크를 지원하는 정보시스템을 설계하고, 프로토타입을 개발한 후, 군단위 지방자치단체의 사례를 보여줌으로써 본 프레임워크 및 시스템의 적용 가능성을 보인다.

본 논문에서는 스프링 프레임워크를 사용하여 사용자가 보유한 식재료를 기반으로 적합한 레시피를 추천하는 웹 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 또한 MVC 패턴을 적용하여 비즈니스 로직과 사용자 인터페이스를 분리하여 개발하였고 MySQL과 Spring Data JPA를 사용하여 로그인 및 회원가입, 레시피와 댓글을 생성, 수정, 삭제할 수 있는 기능을 구현한다.

스마트폰이 본격적으로 도입 활용되면서 서비스가 특정 플랫폼이나 환경에 제한 되지 않도록 하는 서비스 접근성을 만족하는 것이 스마트 서비스 제공의 중요한 목표가 되었다. 또한, 개발자들이 복잡한 앱 기술 보다 HTML5등 기존 웹 개발 기술을 활용하고 네이트브 앱에서 제공하던 단말 기능을 웹 기술로 사용 가능하도록 제공하는 기술이 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 전자정부 모바일 표준프레임워크는 이러한 요구사항을 만족하기 위하여 AJAX 프레임워크와 하이브리드 앱 기반의 실행환경을 도입하였다. 또한, 개발자 편의성을 위한 개발환경, 재사용성 증대를 위한 공통컴포넌트, 가이드 프로그램을 제공한다. 모바일 전자정부 표준프레임워크는 여러 공공서비스에 활용 되어 왔으며, 공공정보화 분야와 민간 기업 환경에서 핵심적인 기반 플랫폼 역할을 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 표준프레임워크에서 활용된 기반 기술, 적용 아키텍처 및 주요기능, 활용사례에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.

This paper proposes a compact eAI framework for the integration of various types of applications deployed on different platforms in the Internet. The applications are connected and invoked to achieve a business goal by the coordination of the workflow system in the framework. for the construction of the framework, five sub-modules are elicited and the functions and roles of each module are defined. The elicited five sub-modules include business process modeling tool, eAI platform, business processes transform module, UDDI connection module, and workflow system. In the framework, intra and inter organizational applications can be integrated together across firewalls. In this paper, the extension of a workflow system to implement the framework is also described in detail and the usefulness of the framework is ascertained by implementing an application process within the framework. A full-fledged eAI solution can be constructed by gradually adding supplementary functions within this framework.

The purpose of this research is to provide strategic guidelines for EDI transaction companies to migrate from EDI system to Web-based e-Business frameworks such as ebXML, RosettaNet and Web Services. Due to various limitations of EDI and evolution of Web technologies, a lot of firms want to adopt Internet based B2B standards However, they are seeking ways of migrating from EDI to open and public B2B frameworks smoothly not giving up existing EDI system at a time. Therefore, it is very important to provide migration strategies and guidelines for companies to migrate from EDI system to Web-based B2B frameworks. The strategic guidelines provided in this paper can be used as a practical guidance in developing migration strategies of EDI companies.

This paper proposes a Web Service framework on both wired and wireless network environment that can be interoperable and extensible among geo-spatial servers. Mostly, OGC has studied and announced international standards which are related to web services on various kinds of geo-spatial data. Therefore, the proposed framework satisfies interoperability and extensibility for geo-spatial servers by adapting WMS, WFS, WCS, and WRS standards of OGC and web services standards of W3C. This framework, also, satisfies requirements of huge volumed data service, GML service, geo-spatial function service, and wireless network service. This framework consists of geo-spatial servers group, geo-spatial broker, and web-based client. The geo-spatial servers group includes GIS, SIIS, ITS, GNSS, and Telematics server for the purpose of providing various kinds of geo-spatial services. Especially, this paper proposes main memory based GIS server(MMG server) that can efficiently serve huge volumed GML data on wireless network environment. Finally, experimental results about the MMG server and prototype implementations of the framework show the effectiveness of this study.

애플과 구글이 주도한 모바일 앱 장터에 새로운 변화가 찾아올 것으로 예상된다. HTML5(HyperText Mark-up Language 5)로 무장한 모바일 웹 앱의 등장은 모바일 인터넷 환경의 비약적인 발전과 고사양의 스마트기기 보급 확대에 힘입어 모바일 앱의 생태계를 재구성하고 있다. 본고에서는 애플리케이션 플랫폼의 발달 과정과 모바일 웹 환경에서의 HTML5의 역할에 대해서 알아보고 모바일 웹 프레임워크에 대해 정리하였다.

Because the complexity in the development phase of geographic information system, its hard to change its operation or user interface after the development. So we should develop most part of the applied GIS even though previous GIS is almost exist. In other words, reusing the previous system is not easy. Therefore, its required to research reusable GIS for easy construction of applied GIS. This thesis describes design and implementation of web GIS framework which makes applied web GIS development more easy. Framework is software library composed of reusable units such like classes and objects. Proposed web GIS framework Provides basic web GIS functionalities and execution design to web GIS developers. They could extend the framework to build applied web GIS with applied operation and user interface. The development of applied web GIS could be archived by various tools used for general web application development.

분산 시스템의 다양한 언어와 이기종의 플랫폼을 하나의 서비스로 묶어 비즈니스의 요구를 적절 충족시키기 위하여 XML 웹서비스가 제안되었다. 그러나 비즈니스의 요구는 만족시킬 수 있지만 개발자의 입장에서는 SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol), XML 웹서비스 기술, XML 등 알아야 할 기술들은 점차 증가하고 개발자의 업무는 점점 증가하고 있다. 이런 현실에서 개발자는 다양한 기술을 익히지 않아도 XML 웹서비스를 구축할 수 있고 한번 개발된 소스코드는 EJB같은 다른 분산시스템에도 적용시킬 수 있는 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이는 개발자에게 개발 코드 수를 줄이고 다른 시스템으로의 전환에 최소의 비용으로 할 수 있으므로 경제적, 또는 개발 자원을 최소화할 수 있는 프레임워크이다.

본 논문에서는 웹 개발에 있어 확장성 높은 스프링 프레임워크 기반의 오픈소스 커머스 스위프트인 브로드리프 커머스(broadleaf commerce)를 기반으로 한 전자 상거래 웹 사이트 구축의 국내 동향과 이 프레임워크를 통해 만들어진 웹 사이트를 벤치마킹 하고 브로드리프 커머스의 특징과 장점들을 분석하여 어떤 전자상거래 웹을 만들어야 할지 그 방향을 제시한다.
