The purpose of this study was to investigate the state library services in the United States in order to consider what services are needed for regional libraries in Korea. The data were collected from library statistics and library web pages. The analyses particularly focused on examining the residental service and library service of state libraries. The analyses revealed that the state libraries provide funds, services, and training to local libraries, but the service levels are varied among states. State libraries provide state historical information and genealogy information to residential users, and focus on the information needs for handicapped people. Based upon the analysis of U.S. state libraries, Korea regional libraries would provide services different from local public libraries. Also, regional libraries would be operated based upon the regional characteristics.

Web-based physiological signal monitoring system can provide appropriate healthcare services to transmit bio-signal processing, analysis of bulk in medical centers. Therefore, we constructed a design of system to analyze effect of cardiac associated auricular acupuncture reflexology based on physiological signals. System to analyze effect cardiac associated auricular acupuncture reflexology, which carried out analysis and measurement of bio-signal to apply cardiac-related biometrics input in biometric image and voice signal. In addition, we also confirmed through statistical analysis actual home healthcare system to performance evaluation of system on subjects 20.

이 논문에서 통계기반의 정렬기법을 이용한 한영/영한 양방향 명사구 기계번역 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 정렬기법을 이용한 기계번역 시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 않은 양의 병렬말뭉치(Corpus)가 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 병렬 말뭉치를 구축하기 위해서 웹으로부터 한영 대역쌍을 수집하였으며 수집된 병렬 말뭉치와 단어 정렬 도구인 GIZA++ 그리고 번역기(decoder)인 PARAOH(Koehn, 2004), RAMSES(Patry et al., 2002), MARIE(Crego et at., 2005)를 사용하여 한영/영한 양방향 명사구 번역 시스템을 구현하였다. 약 4만 개의 명사구 병렬 말뭉치를 학습 말뭉치와 평가 말뭉치로 분리하여 구현된 시스템을 평가하였다. 그 결과 한영/영한 모두 약 37% BLEU를 보였으나, 영한 번역의 성공도가 좀더 높았다. 앞으로 좀더 많은 양의 병렬 말뭉치를 구축하여 시스템의 성능을 향상시켜야 할 것이며, 지속적으로 병렬 말뭉치를 구축할 수 있는 텍스트 마이닝 기법이 개발되어야 할 것이다. 무엇보다도 한국어 특성에 적합한 단어 정렬 모델이 연구되어야 할 것이다. 또한 개발된 시스템을 다국어 정보검색 시스템에 직접 적용해서 그 효용성을 평가해보아야 할 것이다.

This study investigated how college students seek and use information sources in their everyday lives. A total of 360 students from twelve colleges located in Seoul were randomly selected and participated in this study. The survey asked them what kind of information sources they use in their everyday life and what differences it has when they seek the information sources for their decision making time. Various criteria for evaluating information sources were reviewed to adopt in this study and collected data were analyzed using SPSS 17.0.

에너지 절감을 위해 다양한 분야에서 노력을 기울이고 있지만 전체 에너지 사용량의 약 20% 이상을 차지하는 건물 분야는 정부의 정책과 제도적인 지원 하에 에너지 절감활동을 활발하게 진행하고 있다. 특히 $3000m^2$ 이상의 중대형 건물의 경우 BEMS(Building Energy Management System)기반의 건물에너지 관리가 의무화 될 예정이다. 하지만 기존 BEMS의 경우 특정 기업에 의한 단독 솔루션 형태로 제공되고 있어 BEMS간 데이터 상호호환성을 보장하지 않고, 단순 모니터링 기능에 의존하여 저장/관리 되지 않고 버려지는 데이터들이 많아 차후 문제가 발생한 경우 과거 데이터를 통한 분석 작업에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 건물에너지 통합관리 측면에서 원격지에 설치된 다양한 BEMS들의 센서/미터 데이터들을 웹을 통해 수집하고 데이터 웨어하우스에 저장/관리되며 건물에너지 통계, 분석 및 진단을 가능하도록 하는 데이터 웨어하우스 기반의 원격 건물에너지 통합 관리 시스템 설계에 대해 서술한다.

Since information technology such as database or network technology was brought into the information and library science fields, the functions and services of libraries have drastically changed. To cope with the changes of fields, library schools have been improving curricula. This study collected curricula of library and information science in US and Korea and selected classes related to information technology. It also investigated the title keywords and keywords of class description statistically. As a result, 'system, 'database', 'network', 'programing', 'web' are major topic keywords for both countries, but 'library'shows high frequency pnly in Korea.

인터넷 쇼핑몰을 통하여 사용자들은 다양한 상품의 구입과 유통정보시스템의 구축으로 복합적이고, 차별화된 전략을 통해 소비패턴의 큰 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 추세는 대형마트를 중심으로 확산되었고, 대형마트를 선호하고 구매력을 향상시키는 요인이 되었으며, 경제성장과 소득수준의 향상으로 사용자들의 욕구 또한 고급화되고 다양화되는데 큰 영향을 끼치고 있다. 이로 인하여 인터넷에서 처리되는 정보의 종류가 점차 확대되고 다양화되면서 정보를 처리하기 위한 구현기법도 복잡해지고 있으며, 웹사이트들은 단순히 정보제공 차원을 넘어서고 있다. 이에 따라 사용자들은 동적인 정보제공, 보안기능, 통계처리들의 기능도 요구하고 있다. 이러한 요구를 수용하기 위해서는 웹 자원을 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 이러한 이유로 현재 대형마트별로 홈페이지가 구축되어 있어 사용자들이 원하는 생필품을 검색할 수 있으나, 어느 특정지역을 대상으로 통합하여 검색할 수 있는 시스템은 없는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 D 지역의 대형마트를 선정하여 사용자들이 주로 이용하는 생필품들의 가격을 조사하여 상품에 대한 가격을 웹상에서 보다 쉽게 비교하여 검색할 수 있도록 MPP(Mart Products Price) 통합 검색 시스템을 구현하였다.

스포츠팀 운영에 있어서 경기 중 상황에 대한 통계와 분석을 통해 좋은 성과를 내는 것은 스포츠 야구 종목의 Sabermetrics를 통해 이미 증명된 바가 있다. 한편, 축구에서는 최근 들어 선수의 역량을 평가하기 위하여 객관적인 시각에서 슈터(Shooter)에게 주어진 기회, 즉 슈팅 상황을 바라보는 기대 득점(Expected Goal; 이하 xG)이라는 지표가 등장하였으나, 객관성이라는 평가 의도와 다르게 경기 내 각각의 슈팅 상황을 정의하는 것에 있어 축구 분석관들의 주관성에 의존하는 한계성을 지녔다. 본 논문은 xG를 산출하는 방식에 있어서 기존의 주관성을 배제하고 인공지능을 통해 상황을 정의하여 객관적인 평가지표를 지향하며 유의미한 통계적 수치를 지닌 xG를 도출함으로써 결과 위주의 분석만이 존재하던 축구 종목에 있어서 경기 중 상황에 대한 객관적인 판단 및 정의에 대한 방향성을 제시한다. 또한, 본 논문에서의 인공지능은 국내 K리그 슈팅 데이터를 통해 학습되어 K리그 내 전략적인 상황들에 대한 특화된 xG를 도출하며, 이를 웹을 통해 K리그 내 선수 개개인에 대해서 시계열, 상대 팀, 슈팅 위치별 그래프로 시각화하여 제공하는 시스템을 구축함으로써 K리그를 기준으로 선수에 대한 평가 및 경기 운영에 기여할 수 있는 기대 득점 분석 서비스를 제공한다.

최근 COVID19 상황에서 생활 속 거리두기가 강조되면서 관광지나 다중이용시설 등의 이용객 수와 밀집도를 파악하는 것이 중요해지고 있다. 따라서, CCTV 영상을 활용하여 저렴한 비용으로 다중이용시설의 출입자수에 대한 정보를 실시간으로 모니터링할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 딥러닝 실시간 객체인식기술을 활용한 출입자의 수와 동선을 측정하여 출입자에 대한 통계정보를 웹브라우저를 통해 제공하는 시스템을 개발하였다. 실시간 객체인식기술인 YOLOv4와 YOLOv4-tiny 알고리즘을 Nvidia사의 Jetson AGX Xavier 와 데스크톱PC에 적용하여 각 알고리즘의 FPS와 객체 인식률을 비교 분석 하여 알고리즘을 적용하였다.

The objective of this study is to analyze the actual using status of domestic e-book in the academic library and to help e-book related policy and its vitalization. The web survey of e-book user of A-junior college was conducted to carry out this study. Frequency analysis and descriptive statistics were used for analysing data basically. Also, t-test, ANOVA, non-parametric chi-square, and correlation analysis were used to examine whether there are any significant differences between treatment groups divided by gender, major etc. or not.
