E-learning education methodology using the web has been as much activated with the introduction of the internet to our society. As for the web-based education, there is no exception in case of mathematics. However, when it comes to representing math equations by using HTML image tags, a type of web marked-up language, it can be hard to represent math equations that have structural features, and to do the search, resulting in the difficulty in reusing math related applications. Therefore, based on MathML and using ActiveX control technology, a math equation generating website was designed and implemented in this study. Since this system employed ActiveX control technology, it is possible to generate math equations without the limit of time and place on the web, and to manage the program with the most up-to-dale version. And in this system, it is also possible to save the math equations generated in this system to be referred to for their reuse in the future.

According to a long-term master plan for the implementing of MOMAF's marine environmental informatization, we have developed marine environment portal web site which consists of 7 main-menu and 39 sub-menu including various types of contents (text, image and multimedia) based on RDBMS. This portal site was opened in Oct., 2002 (http://www.meps.info). Also, for the national institutions' distributed DB which is archived and managed respectively the marine chemical data and biological data, the integrated retrieval system was developed. This system is meaningful for the making collaborative use of real data and could be applied for data mining, marine research, marine environmental GIS and making-decisions.

웹이 등장하면서 지금까지 인터넷 상에서 텍스트와 이미지를 이용하여 정보를 표현하고 전달하는 방법이 가장 많이 사용되어왔다. 그러나 웹 관련 기술의 비약적인 발달과 네트워크 속도의 증가 및 인터넷의 급속한 보급으로 단순한 텍스트와 이미지 중심의 HTML 문서를 이용한 정보의 전달이 아닌 멀티미디어 데이터를 이용한 정보의 표현과 전달이 점차 증대되고 있다. 이에 따라 멀티미디어 데이터를 전송하기 위한 스트리밍 프로토콜도 등장하였다. 최근에는 컴퓨터의 성능 증가 및 네트워크 속도의 증가(초고속 통신 서비스의 보급)에 의해 멀티미디어 데이터의 전송이 가능하게 됨으로써 기존의 공중파나 CATV 방송국의 형태 지니고 인터넷 상에서 실시간 생방송 서비스와 VOD(Video On Demand) 서비스를 제공하는 인터넷 방송국이 급속하게 생겨나고 있다. (11) 인터넷 방송은 동영상과 오디오의 실시간 전달을 가능하게 하는 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술과 멀티미디어를 실시 간으로 전송할 수 있는 실시간 전송 프로토콜을 기반으로 발전하고 있다. 인터넷 상에서 멀티미디어 스트리밍 서비스를 하는 대부분의 인터넷 방송은 스트리밍 서버로서 RealNetworks사의 RealSystem과 Microsoft사의 WMT(Windows Media Technologies)를 사용하고 있다. 본 논문은 Real Server와 WMT의 비교 분석을 통해 실시간 전송 프로토콜을 지원하고, 멀티미디어 스트리밍 기술을 지원하는 자바를 기반으로 한 분산 서버 구조의 스트리밍 서버, 서버간의 부하를 제어하는 미들웨어, 멀티미디어 스트림을 재생할 수 있는 클라이언트를 설계하고 구현한다.있다.구현한다. 이렇게 구현된 시스템은 전자 상거래, 가상 쇼핑몰, 가상 전시화, 또는 3차원 게임이나 가상교육 시스템과 같은 웹기반 응용프로그램에 사용될 수 있다.물을 보존·관리하는 것이 필요하다. 이는 도서관의 기능만으로는 감당하기 어렵기 때문에 대학정보화의 센터로서의 도서관과 공공기록물 전문 담당자로서의 대학아카이브즈가 함께 하여 대학의 공식적인 직무 관련 업무를 원활하게 지원하고, 그럼으로써 양 기관의 위상을 높이는 상승효과를 낼 수 있다.하여는, 인쇄된 일차적 정보자료의 검색방법등을 개선하고, 나아가서는 법령과 판례정보를 위한 효율적인 시스템을 구축하며, 뿐만 아니라 이용자의 요구에 충분히 대처할 수 잇는 도서관으로 변화되는 것이다. 이와 함께 가장 중요한 것은 법과대학과 사법연수원에서 법학 연구방법에 관한 강좌를 개설하여 각종 법률정보원의 활용 내지 도서관 이용방법에 관하여 교육하는 것이다.글을 연구하고, 그 결과에 의존하여서 우리의 실제의 생활에 사용하는 $\boxDr$한국어사전$\boxUl$등을 만드는 과정에서, 어떤 의미에서 실험되었다고 말할 수가 있는 언어과학의 연구의 결과에 의존하여서 수행되는 철학적인 작업이다. 여기에서는 하나의 철학적인 연구의 시작으로 받아들여지는 이 의미분석의 문제를 반성하여 본다. 것이 필요하다고 사료된다.크기에 의존하며, 또한 이러한 영향은 $(Ti_{1-x}AI_{x})N$ 피막에 존재하는 AI의 함량이 높고, 초기에 증착된 막의 업자 크기가 작을 수록 클 것으로 여겨진다. 그리고 환경의 의미의 차이에 따라 경관의 미학적 평가가 달라진 것으로

The article presents the method that medium enterprises could manage technical information effectively. There are some merits in using the next generation Web brower, HyperWave as technical information management system. First, it makes anyone else to manage the technical information easily. Second, if he could manages the technical in-formation by using HyperWave, he can input, modify, and delete information effectively. Third, HyperWave system can creat the link to connect the related documents or images. Fourth, it provides various retrieval techniques. Lastly, HyperWave system can organize technical information at a low cost.

With our economic development and increment and increment of GNP, the number of autos has incremented. But lacking in mind for traffic safety and traffic order, many traffic accidents have occurred. So the purpose of development of traffic safety education system based on web is to advertise the importance and the need of traffic order and safety education and protect walkers and drivers from traffic accidents. The Contents and Scopes of Study Development are as follows. There are input of text, image and moving image data for traffic safety education, establishment of hierarchical relation for traffic safety education, relation analysis between traffic safety education information and design of hyper link structure between them, thesaurus implementation for traffic safety education system, design and implementation of information retrieval engine based on thesaurus, design and implementation of database schema for traffic safety education and GUI implementation for user.

The geophysical data management system was developed to meet both the increasing demands of geophysical data in the practical application of civil engineering, underground water survey, and environmental problems and needs for digital archive and quality control of geophysical data. The system for a data manager is developed under Client/Server (C/S) environment. This manager system is characterized by a relational geophysical database system using MS SQL-server, standardization of geophysical data format, the development of C/S interface program for Windows environment, and the development of transfer program module for the searched data. The system developed for a general user under the internet environment is characterized by Web service (URL:http//geophy.kigam.re.kr) and the development of plug-in module to visualize geophysical image data.

Composite and compact devices equipped with the functionality of digital still image acquisition, such as cellular phones and MP3 players are widely available to common users. In addition, the application of digital still images is becoming common among security and digital recording devices. The amount of still images, that are maintained or shared in personal storage or massive storage provided by various web services, are rapidly increasing. These still images are bound with file names or identifiers that are provided arbitrarily by users or that are generated from device specific naming method. However, those identifiers are vulnerable for unexpected changing or eliminating so that it becomes a problem in still image search or management. In this paper, we propose a method for still image identifier generation that is created from the still image internal information.

With the development of deep learning technology, various research and development are underway to estimate preference rankings through learning, and it is used in various fields such as web search, gene classification, recommendation system, and image search. Approximation algorithms are used to estimate deep learning-based preference ranking, which builds more than k comparison sets on all comparison targets to ensure proper accuracy, and how to build comparison sets affects learning. In this paper, we propose a k-disjoint comparison set generation algorithm and a k-chain comparison set generation algorithm, a novel algorithm for generating paired comparison sets for crowd-sourcing-based deep learning affinity measurements. In particular, the experiment confirmed that the k-chaining algorithm, like the conventional circular generation algorithm, also has a random nature that can support stable preference evaluation while ensuring connectivity between data.

With the recent increasing influence of multimedia content other than the text-based content, services that help to process information in content brings us great convenience. These services' representative features are searching and masking the sensitive data. It is not difficult to find the solutions that provide searching and masking function for text information and image. However, even though we recognize the necessity of the technology for searching and masking a part of the audio data, it is not easy to find the solution because of the difficulty of the technology. In this study, we propose web application that provides searching and masking functions for audio data using audio partitioning method. While we are achieving the research goal, we evaluated several speech to text conversion APIs to choose a proper API for our purpose and developed regular expressions for searching sensitive information. Lastly we evaluated the accuracy of the developed searching and masking feature. The contribution of this work is in design and implementation of searching and masking a sensitive information from the audio data by the various functionality proving experiments.

Covid-19, of which the first patient in Korea occurred in January 2020, has affected various fields. Of these, the tourism sector might havebeen hit the hardest. In particular, since tourism-based industrial structure forms the basis of the region, Gangwon-province, and the tourism industry is the main source of income for small businesses and small enterprises, the damage is great. To check the situation and extent of such damage, targeting the Chuncheon region, where public access is the most convenient among the Gangwon regions, one-day tours are possible using public transportation from Seoul and the metropolitan area, with a general image that low expense tourism is recognized as possible, this study conducted empirical analysis through data analysis. For this, the general status of the region was checked based on the visitor data of Chuncheon city provided by the tourist information system, and to check the levels ofinterest in 2019, before Covid-19, and in 2020, after Covid-19, by comparing keywords collected from the web service sometrend of Vibe Company Inc., a company specializing in keyword collection, with SK Telecom's T-map search site data, which in parallel provides in-vehicle navigation service and communication service, this study analyzed the general regional image of Chuncheon-city. In addition, by comparing data from two years by developing a tourism popularity index applying keywords and T-map search site data, this study examined how much the Covid-19 situation affected the level of interest of visitors to the Chuncheon area leading to actual visits using a data analysis approach. According to the results of big data analysis applying the tourism popularity index after designing the data mart, this study confirmed that the effect of the Covid-19 situation on tourism popularity in Chuncheon-city, Gangwon-provincewas not significant, and confirmed the image of tourist destinations based on the regional characteristics of the region. It is hoped that the results of this research and analysis can be used as useful reference data for tourism economic policy making.
