인터넷 환경 아래에서 멀티미디어 매체 및 컴퓨터 통신 기술의 발전은 사회전반의 변혁을 가속화하게 되었다. 교육에 있어서도 수동적인 자료 중심으로 상호작용하고 시간과 공간을 초월하는 새로운 구조에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되어 왔다. 새로운 교수-학습 활동의 형태로 웹을 기반으로 한 교육(WBI : Web-Based Instruction)이라는 모형이 제시되고 있다. 또한, 학습자의 필요에 응하는 코스웨어의 제공이 요구되고 있으며 이에 따라 웹 기반 교육 시스템에 효율적이고 자동화된 교육 에이전트의 필요성이 인식되고 있다. 그러나 현재 연구되고 있는 많은 교육 시스템들은 학습자가 원하는 코스를 적절히 제공하지 못하고, 계속적인 피드백과 부족한 부분을 적절히 반복 학습할 수 있도록 인도하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학습자의 성취도 생성 알고리즘을 이용한 코스 스케줄링 멀티 에이전트 시스템을 설계하고 구현함으로써 보다 효율적인 학습을 유도한다. 제안한 시스템은 학습자의 학습활동을 지속적으로 모니터링하고 평가하여 개인 학습자의 학습 성취도를 계산하며, 이 성취도를 에이전트의 스케줄에 적용하여 학습자에게 적합한 코스를 제공하고, 학습자는 이러한 코스에 따라 능력에 맞는 반복된 학습을 통하여 적극적인 완전학습을 수행하게 된다.

To enhance the rule-based reasoning capability of Semantic Web, the XRML (eXtensible Rule Markup Language) approach embraces the meta-information necessary for the extraction of explicit rules from Web pages and its maintenance. To effectuate the automatic identification of rules from unstructured texts, this research develops a framework of using rule ontology. The ontology can be acquired from a similar site first, and then can be used for multiple sites in the same domain. The procedure of ontology-based rule identification is regarded as a graph search problem with incomplete nodes, and an A* algorithm is devised to solve the problem. The procedure is demonstrated with the domain of shipping rates and return policy comparison portal, which needs rule based reasoning capability to answer the customer's inquiries. An example ontology is created from Amazon.com, and is applied to the many online retailers in the same domain. The experimental result shows a high performance of this approach.

The number and size of resource constituting the web page has been increasing steadily, and this circumstance leads to rapidly falling quality of web service in mobile network that offer relatively higher delay. Moreover, Improving the quality of a web services protocol is difficult to provide network function because the current network architecture has closed structure. In this paper, we suggest schemes to enhance web performance in mobile network, which are Check Coded DOM scheme and Functional JavaScript Transmission scheme, and then try to seek idea which can be provided suggested schemes as a network function using NFV(Network Function Virtualization). For the performance evaluation and analysis about the suggested schemes, we perform network simulation using SMPL library. We confirm that suggested schemes offer better performance in term of page loading time, the number of message and the amount of traffic in the network than HTTP Protocol.

The development of the Internet in the 21st century had made a variety of cross-cultural environment so that animations also have evolved with new features to Web-Animation. In Korea, the web-based flash animation leap forward to the animation Utopia in the early 2000's, but did not last long. The web-based animations should attract audience's attention not only with it's minimum streaming capacity but also with showing it's best qualities as well, Therefore, the stimulating narrative strategies were mandatories for web-animation in 2000's. The absence of in-depth research on media, poor revenue structure, and the emergence of mobile games and e-learning industries made the web-animation become just a one-time/one-consumable content. There were no subsequent generation of korean web-animation ever since. In this study, I want to introduce and analyze the american web animation series, (2005) as a new type of web-animation in current digital culture, In particular, I want to discuss how this web animation appeal to the audience with its narrative strategies through using some aspect of the internet culture which's differentiated from traditional media based cultures. This research could suggest diverse narrative strategies for the future web-animation with new vision. Moreover, This also allows to look at latest web-animation trends and its new experiments.

The appearance of web technology has accelerated the role of the application of multimedia technology, computer communication technology and multimedia application contents. Recently WBI model which is based on web has been proposed in the part of the new activity model of teaching-teaming. How to learn and evaluate is required to consider individual learner's learning level. And it is recognized that the needs of the efficient and automated education agents in the web-based instruction is increased But many education systems that had been studied recently did not service fluently the courses which learners had been wanting and could not provide the way for the learners to study the learning weakness which is observed in the continuous feedback of the course. In this paper we propose design of multi-module system for course scheduling of learner-oriented using weakness analysis algorithm. First proposed system monitors learner's behaviors constantly, evaluates them, and calculates his accomplishment and weakness. From this weakness the multi-agent prepares the learner a suitable course environment to strengthen his weakness. Then the learner achieves an active and complete teaming from the repeated and suitable course.

The world has rushed into knowledge information society. Information technology is one of the causes to show up knowledge management and one of the motives to accelerate knowledge management. And, these days information technology and internet have made staffing progress. Therefore, the objective of this study is to take out latent knowledge of customers through web data mining in a vast amount of data on the internet in rapidly developing digital environments, to develop the knowledge-based design paradigm applied to knowledge management framework, and finally to develop design which satisfies customers' needs. To reach the objective, knowledge management process and varied previous studies related to web data mining are reviewed on a theoretical basis, and then a new knowledge-based design paradigm (in this study, eCRM in a true sense which combines web data mining with knowledge management process is called knowledge-based design paradigm) combining knowledge management process with web data mining is suggested.

With an exponential growth of blogs, lots of important data have appeared on blogs. However, since main topics mentioned in blog pages are quite different from general web pages, there are problems which can't be solved by general search engines. Therefore, many researchers have studied searching methods only for blogs to help users who want to have useful information on blog. We also present a blog classifying method based on similarity of titles. First, we analyze blogs and blog search engines to find problems and solution of current blog search. Second, applying our similarity algorithm on blog titles, we discuss a way to develop clustering method only for blog. Finally, by making a prototype system of our algorithm, we evaluate our algorithm's effectiveness and show conclusion and future work. We expect this algorithm could add its power to current search engine.

최근 개인 및 기업에서의 인터넷 활용이 급증함에 따라 인터넷 그 자체를 사업수단으로 이용하는 추세가 가속화되고 있다. 또한 인터넷은 전자상거래를 활성화시킴으로써 새로운 시장의 창출과 효율성 극대화를 위한 활력소가 되고 있다. 그와 더불어 최근 차세대 웹 표준문서 포맷으로 부상되고 있는 XML(extensible Markup Language)을 사용한 B2B 전자상거래 규격에 대한 국내외적인 표준화 작업 또한 가속화되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기업 간 문서교환을 위한 B2B기반 XML 전자상거래 시스템을 구현하고, 시스템 내에서 보안상의 요구를 충족하기 위하여 XML 전자서명(Xml-Dsig : Disital Signature) 표준에 입각하여 기업 간 문서 교환시의 인증 및 보안문제를 해결하기 위한 XML 전자서명 기반 보안시스템을 설계하였다.

As the demand of the customized coursewares from the lwarners is increased, the needs of the efficient and automated education agents in the web-based instruction are recognized. In this paper we propose a system monitors learner's behaviors constantly, evaluates them, and calculates his accomplishment. And the system offers suitable course to learner applying this accomplishment degree to agent's schedules. Therefore, the learner achieves an active and complete learning from the repeated and suitable course semantic-based retrieval.

As the usefulness of internet is kept changing more productively with web 1.0, web 2.0 usage of XML is also increasing very rapidly. In XML environment the most critical function is the ability of effective retrieval of useful information from XML repository. That makes the W3C XQuery more popular XQuery has very complicated structure as a query language due to the semi_structured nature of XML. FLOWOR, which stand for, let. where, order by, return, is the most commonly used expression in XQuery. In this paper we suggest the methods to handle XQuery FLWOR on relational environments. We also analyze and evaluate our approach to prove its correctness.
