RSS(RDF Site Summary)는 웹 사이트의 콘텐츠를 간단하게 기술하고 RSS 수집기는 사용자에게 이를 적절한 형식으로 보여준다. 그러나 현재의 RSS는 자신의 콘텐츠에 대해서만 기술하고 있어서 웹 자원의 검색 측면에서 볼 때 사용자는 그와 유사한 콘텐츠를 갖는 다른 웹 사이트를 찾는데 또 다른 노력을 들여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 현재의 RSS에 다른 웹 사이트로 연결되는 추가적인 요소를 통하여 웹 자원의 탐색에 RSS를 이용할 것을 제안한다.

These days Mobile web Full Browsing is getting the issues which displays whole Web Site contents in browser of mobile device. Since the size of browser is too small, in this paper, it recommends a new method that web users can choose variable service and web contents for mobile contents by adopting new platform. The mobile web would be generated automatically to apply the web 2.0 through the web users pattern. The platform is that no one belong in data, anyone can use this, anyone can modify the data, so variable users can create new contents for proper mobile web. It is the Mobilder application which can build Mobile web pages. Any User can make mobile web pages with Mobilder Before producing the program, in this paper, it will build mobile web pages by web users navigation pattern. After analysing the web users pattern, we will produce the mobile web pages through this.

Users are able to search and read interesting items and hence click hyperlink linked to the item which is detailed content unit such as menu, login, news, video, etc. Small screen like mobile device is very difficult to viewing all web contents at once. Browsing and searching for interesting items by scrolling to left and right or up and down is discomfort to users in small screen. Searching and displaying directly the item preferred by users can reduces difficulty of interface manipulation of mobile device. To archive it, web contents based on desktop will be segmented on a per-item basis which component unit of web contents. Most segment algorithms are based on segment method through analysis of HTML code or mobile size. However, it is difficult to extract item blocks. Because present web content is getting more complicated and diversified in structure and content like web portal services. A web content segment algorithm suggested in this paper is based on extracting item blocks is component units of web contents.

Study method is contents analysis and comparative . study by suggest data. 웹 2.0 시대의 웹에는 UCC 같은 소비자가 직접 미디어를 생성하고 소비하는 프로세스가 등장하여 일반화되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 인터넷 사용의 트렌드에 발맞추어 다종의 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 포함하는 개인화된 맞춤형 콘텐츠 추천 에이전트를 개발하였다. 웹 상에 존재하는 다양한 콘텐츠 중에 사용자의 선호패턴과 일치하는 콘텐츠들을 추천하여 서비스하는 본 시스템은 유무선 환경을 망라하는 다기종의 디바이스들을 위한 플랫폼들을 지원하고 있다. 또한, 사용자들이 웹 상에서 콘텐츠들을 등록하고 생성하여 각 사용자들의 그룹과 친구와의 공유가 가능하다.

정보통신부가 주최하고, 한국소프트웨어진흥원과 한국데이터베이스진흥센터가 공동으로 주관하는 디지털콘텐츠 대상 4분기 수장작에 대한 시상식이 지난달 30일 개최됐다. 이번 4분기 디지털콘텐츠 대상에는 디지털영상, 무선콘텐츠, 웹정보콘텐츠 등 3개 부문의 작품이 선정됐다. 디지털영상 분야에서는 썸엔터미디어의‘네티비(Netibee)’가 수상의 영예를 안았고, 무선콘텐츠 분야에서는 포켓스페이스의‘슬램덩크’가 선정됐다. 웹정보콘텐츠 부문에서는 엔플러스엠닷컴의‘영상채팅 노래방’서비스가 선정됐다. 이번 디지털콘텐츠 대상 수상업체들은 향후 정통부의 해외 진출과 마케팅을 위한 각종 활동에 우선적으로 참가하는 혜택을 누릴 수 있다. 한편, 이번 4/4분기 디지털콘텐츠 대상에서는 온라인게임 부문과 교육용콘텐츠 부문에서 수상작이 나오지 않아 다소 아쉬움을 남겼다.

With development of mobile communications terminal and expansion of mobile Internet, a large number of users can use mobile web contents at anytime and anywhere and will demand service of greater contents. Due to such demand, many studies are being carried out on transcoding contents so that wired web contents can be used in mobile web. However, transcoding and creation of mobile web contents involve difficulties because specifications available from telecommunications companies and mobile terminals have not been standardized. Especially, in order for serving dynamic object of wired web page contents to dynamically change according to time or user, it is required not only to program scripts to suit each terminal, but also to transcode the resources used in advance. for solution to this problem, this study uses the hierarchy structure of DOM (document object model) to display structural characteristics of wired web page. In other words, this study proposes the following technique. Wired web pages are analyzed and the results are established as data structure. Then, dynamic object is extracted and the domain is indexed so that, when serving mobile web page, information can be extracted at the indexed position to create mobile web contents for service on real-time basis. Also, this study aims at developing an editing device to edit mobile web contents and mobile web service server to service the edited contents by applying the above technique.

최근 웹 표준의 준수와 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 기업체에서 뿐만 아니라 공공기관 등에서도 확산되고 있으며, 필수 요소로 자리매김하고 있는 추세이다. 인터넷을 사용하는 환경은 개인용 컴퓨터의 윈도우 기반에서 인터넷을 사용하는 환경과 시대에서 벗어나고 있다. 학생들의 인터넷 사용 환경도 핸드폰, PDA 등의 모바일 기기를 이용한 다양한 플랫폼으로 확산되고 있는 실정이며, 이에 따라 교육용 홈 페이지에서도 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 노력이 필요한 때이다. 이 논문에서는 한국형 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 대하여 알아보고, 일선 학교에서 운영하는 교육용 홈 페이지에서 웹 접근성 향상을 위한 방법으로 웹 콘텐츠 접근성 지침에 따른 평가 방법을 도입하는 방안을 제안한다.

온라인 접속이 기존 컴퓨터가 아닌 스마트폰과 타블렛 PC로 확장되면서, 웹에서 보여지는 방법, 즉 웹 디자인에 큰 변화가 일고 있다. 스마트폰, 타블렛 PC, 컴퓨터, 이 세 가지 디바이스에 모두 최적화된 웹 혹은 각각의 디바이스의 환경에 맞춘 웹 퍼블리싱 서비스가 크게 증가하고 있는 것이다. 또한 지금까지의 인터넷의 역할이 콘텐츠, 검색 쪽이었다면 모바일 기기 사용이 증가함에 따라 사용자들은 그들만의 개인화 서비스에 대한 요구가 점점 증가하고 있다. 이러한 요구에 맞춰 가장 눈에 띄는 변화는 바로 "One Page Design"의 증가와 반응형 웹 디자인이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문은 모바일 웹 환경에서 개인화서비스를 효과적으로 활용하기 위해 One Page Design과 반응형 웹 디자인에 대해 알아보고 이를 현재 개발진행중인 포털사이트에 적용해본 후, 이에 대한 문제점과 개선방안에 대해 논의해 보고자 한다.

최근 웹 서비스 사용자와 웹상에 대용량 콘텐츠의 급증으로 웹 서버의 부하가 가중되고 서비스의 질이 떨어지는 문제가 발생하였다. 이러한 문제의 해결로 콘텐츠를 다수의 지역 서버에 복제하고 복제 서버로 하여금 클라이언트의 요청을 처리하도록 하여 웹 서버의 부하를 줄이고 트래픽을 분산하는 콘텐츠 분산 네트워크 기술이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 다수의 복제 서버 사용하는 환경에서는 복제 서버의 효용을 극대화 할 수 있는 배치 전략이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 복제 서버의 효율을 위하여 선형 구조상에서 지연과 트래픽이 기반 한 각 노드의 비용이 임계값을 초과하지 않도록 복제 서버를 배치할 수 있는 방안을 제시하여 O(N(N-1))의 시간복잡도로 문제를 해결하였다.
