Today the web-based learning management information systems are developed as forms of many ordered learning information systems acting up to the personal characteristics, but the previous systems have difficulty in their mutual working, maintaining, and repairing between the systems, because of their one-sided "push" method or reuse of the contents. Also they were not managed together having the dissimilar learning management systems each. Therefore, I made up for the weak points of the previous systems and embodied the international standard SCORM-based ordered learning management information systems. After adapting to sequencing contents, all systems are supplied; giving lectures, solving the problems, evaluating the learners and the function of successive personalization learning based on the result of the learner evaluation systems.

According to a long-term master plan for the implementing of MOMAF's marine environmental informatization, we have developed marine environment portal web site which consists of 7 main-menu and 39 sub-menu including various types of contents (text, image and multimedia) based on RDBMS. This portal site was opened in Oct., 2002 (http://www.meps.info). Also, for the national institutions' distributed DB which is archived and managed respectively the marine chemical data and biological data, the integrated retrieval system was developed. This system is meaningful for the making collaborative use of real data and could be applied for data mining, marine research, marine environmental GIS and making-decisions.

웹 기술 기반의 컨텐츠 개발 및 운영으로 다른 환경에서의 컨텐츠 활용을 토대로 교육자원의 정보들을 통합 운영할 수 있는 관리 중심체인 e-learning 시스템의 중요성과 필요성이 대두되고 교육용 어플리케이션은 현재 표준화되지 않은 개발 프로세스를 기반하여 개발하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 국제적 표준인 SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Model)을 기반으로 높은 재사용성과 유지보수성을 극대화하기 위해 컴포넌트 개발 방법론(Component Based Development)을 적용해서 체계적으로 교육자원을 개발하고 지원하기 위한 교수-학습지원 시스템에 초점둔 연구가 요구된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 컴포넌트 개발 방법론중에서 Unified Process를 이용하여 교수-학습지원 시스템을 정의하고 SCORM기반의 메타데이터를 이용한 컨텐츠저장소에 관한 분석 및 설계를 한다. 이를 통해 실제 교수자가 필요로하는 컨텐츠 제공을 함으로써 재사용성 향상으로 교수-학습지원 시스템의 효율성을 극대화하고자 한다.

정보생산을 촉진하는 새로운 형태의 사이버공간이 나타나면서 지식의 창출과 지식을 얻는 형태가 변화하고 있다. 최종사용자에게 웹 애플리케이션을 제공하는 컴퓨팅 플랫폼인 web 2.0의 도입으로 손쉽게 자신이 필요한 정보를 분류할 수 있는 웹 컨텐츠가 활발히 제공되고 있으며 제공된 컨텐츠를 활용하여 수많은 정보 속에서 자신만의 보석을 찾아 손쉽게 지식을 쌓아 관리를 하고 있다. 이러한 지식공유서비스는 무분별한 정보, 중복된 지식, 그리고 단순한 관리로 인해 자신이 원하는 지식을 얻기란 쉽지 않은 것이 사실이다. 본 논문에서는 온라인상의 정보를 탐색하기 위해서 인터넷을 이용하던 네티즌들이 정보생산자로서 참여하는 공간으로 등장한 '지식공유서비스'를 기반으로 지식 창출 및 관리자로서 시니어를 활용하여 지식의 수용자로서 유아들을 위한 NIE (News In Education) 활용 교육 체계를 제안한다. 뉴스는 유아부터 성인까지 활용될 수 있는 좋은 교육 자료로서 NIE를 통하여 사고력, 논리력, 표현력, 창의력 등 여러 영역에 걸친 능력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 특히 유치원이나 학교의 교과과정에 맞추어 이러한 능력들을 더욱 배가 시킬 수 있다는 점에서 NIE가 더욱 각광받고 있다. 본 연구는 미디어 융합의 결과로 인터넷 뉴스를 활용해 생활과 분리되지 않은 통합교육을 할 수 있는 SCORM 기반의 유아용 콘텐츠를 생성하여 유아 교육에 활용하고자 한다. 또한, 유아용 NIE 교육 콘텐츠는 시니어들을 NIE 강사로 양성하였을 때 학습 자료로도 활용된다. 시니어들을 NIE 강사로 양성함으로써 시니어의 일자리 창출 및 지역사회 통합과 1세대인 여성시니어와 3세대인 아동 간의 세대통합을 이끌어 낼 수 있도록 하는 것에 목적을 두고 시니어 NIE 콘텐츠를 생성하고자 한다. NIE에 생성되는 지식을 생성하고 관리하기 위한 지식 솔루션으로 위키의 기능을 추가하여 개발하고자 한다. 위키를 사용하므로 개별적으로 존재하던 지식을 공동의 지식으로 공유할 수 있으며 의견을 하나로 통합하는 과정에서도 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다. 위키를 이용한 시니어 NIE 콘텐츠에서는 교수 학습 계획안 및 NIE 아이디어를 공동 작업을 통하여 효율적으로 지식을 생성할 수 있으며 여러 사람들이 여러 단계를 거치면서 하나의 정제된 지식을 생성하게 되므로 양질의 교수 학습 계획안이나 NIE 아이디어를 창출할 수 있을 것이다.

As flash technology is a widely used in Web pages, it tends to load a S/W flash player in mobile phones and PDAs to play flash contents on diverse H/W platforms currently. In this paper, we design and implement a linux-based standalone flash player which can be used in various fields like animation, game and advertizing. We also implement an web-based manager which user can effectively manage flash players anywhere.

웹의 성장에 따른 기하급수적인 정보의 축적으로 인한 정보과다(Information Overload) 현상의 심화를 해결하기 위해 이루어져 온 많은 연구 중 하나인 추천 시스템은 사용자에게 고수준의 편의성을 제공하기 위한 시스템으로써 발전해 왔다. 그러나 과거에 고도로 집중화되어 관리, 구축되어 오던 정보와는 달리 Web2.0라는 새로운 웹 환경의 도래와 함께 태그, 블로그 등 새로운 형태와 특성을 가지는 점보들이 등장하게 되었다. 웹의 컨텐츠에 대한 메타정보를 사용자가 직접 입력한 Web2.0 기반의 태그 데이터론 활용해서 추천 시스템의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는 기법을 연구하였다. 추천 기법 중 가장 대표적이고 기초적인 협업 필터링 기법에 태그를 활용하며 태그에 사용자에 대한 중요도를 감안한 가중치 부여 기법에 연구한다. 유사한 성향을 가진 사용자를 식별하는데 있어 태그 집합간의 유사도를 비교하는 방법을 사용하며 사용자의 성향을 반영하기 위해서 태그와 사용자의 선호도 정수와의 연관성을 분석해서 이를 태그의 가중치로 환산하는 기법을 제안한다.

It is essential for any public institution to establish a systematical scheme and a management system to maintain the contents and securities of its ever-expanding web-site with efficiency. The general users want a reliable system and a simple and stress-free web environment and expect the public institutions to maintain the accuracy and conformity of information they provide to the public. In this study, I examined a web-site owned by a certain governmental research institute for the current maintenance status and problems to seek an effective and easy-to-use scheme for both users and web managers. Based on what I learned from my study, I moved on to design a web integration system and tested it on the above mentioned web-site for analysis.

현재 WML 무선 인터넷 사이트를 제공하는 CP(Content Provider)들은 구축된 사이트의 오류 발생 여부를 확인하는데 많은 시간과 노력을 소모하고 있다. 특히, WML 컨텐츠를 제공하는 망 사업자들은 다수의 CP로부터 등록된 많은 수의 사이트를 제한된 시간이내 검증하는데 많은 어려움을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 무선 상의 CP가 제공하는 WL 컨텐츠의 효율적인 관리를 위해 WML(Wireless Markup Language) 사이트를 자동 검증해 주는 웹 기반의 검증 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다.

본 논문에서는 WAP을 지원하는 휴대폰을 가지고 무선 인터넷 서비스를 제공하는데 사용되는 WML 문서를 WYSIWYG방식으로 손쉽게 생성하고 유지, 관리할 수 있는 도구와 효과적인 WML 컨텐츠 사이트를 구축하기 위한 사이트 빌더의 설계와 구현에 대해 소개한다. 그리고 요즈음 웹사이트에서 많이 서비스해 주는 웹 커뮤니티 구축 서비스와 유사한 서비스를 휴대폰을 통해서도 지원 가능하도록 해주는 기능을 서비스에 첨가하기 위한 모듈도 설계, 구현하였다.

The business environment is changing rapidly because of the global crisis. In order to survive and enhance competitiveness in the global market, global manufacturing companies are trying to overcome the crisis through the convergence of production infrastructure and IT technology. The importance of systems to support the integration of manufacturing processes, collaboration in product development, and information integration of providers and producers is therefore increasing. In this paper, research is conducted on the design and implementation of a collaboration system to support a power-boat manufacturing company in this situation of increased demand for collaboration and information integration. The system was designed through product-structure and production-process analysis, support product data management, and enterprise contents management. The company involved in the power-boat development project is expected to show an improvement in productivity through the integrated management of information and collaboration provided by this system.
