A Study Analyzing the Effect of the Service Quality of Food Festival Websites and Review Information on Satisfaction with Use and Behavioral Intention (음식축제 웹사이트 서비스품질과 이용후기 정보성이 이용만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to look into the service quality of websites and the attributes of review information thereon as perceived by visitors thereto and to analyze the effect that the service quality of festival websites and informative usefulness of testimonials would have on the satisfaction with use, along with the effect that the satisfaction with use would have on behavioral intention. Based on the results of this study, we intended to present measures that could help strengthen the intention to spread positive word-of-mouth for festivals and to visit a festival through satisfaction with a festival's website. The festival selected to achieve the objectives of this study was the Yeongdeok Snow Crab Festival, which is one of the most renowned local food festivals in the Gyeongbuk region, having been held for 17 consecutive years, and has been selected as the top festival of Gyeongsangbuk-do for 4 consecutive years. We surveyed visitors to Yeongdeok Snow Crab Festival who had searched for information on the Yeongdeok Snow Crab Festival prior to its opening, as well as those who had participated in Yeongdeok Snow Crab Festival before. The results of this study showed that review information on a food festival website, service quality design, adequacy of substance, responsiveness to customers, and system capability were found to have a positive effect on behavioral intention through satisfaction with use. The findings suggest that it is crucial to manage the service quality of websites in order to stimulate interest in, and induce visits to, food festivals.

인터넷 웹사이트 평가에 관한 실증적 연구 - 교육기관 웹사이트를 중심으로 -

  • 본 연구는 새로운 딜리버리 채널로 자리잡고 있는 웹사이트의 평가도구를 개발하고 각 웹사이트를 비교 분석하여 상대적 강점과 약점을 파악할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고자 한다. 인터넷 웹사이트 평가 도구는 주관적인 평가요소의 사용을 배제하고 접근성, 속도, 항해성, 컨텐츠 품질 등 객관적 평가도구를 이용하는 상대적 평가방법을 사용하였고, 제안된 평가도구를 이용하여 서울지역 42개 대학교 웹사이트의 상대적인 위치에 따른 평가 및 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 기존의 범용적 웹사이트 평가모델을 이용한 교육기관 웹사이트 평가에서 벗어나 교육기관 컨텐츠 특성에 맞는 평가도구를 제시하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

  • This study aims to evaluate the usability of XML-based Chungnam National University Digital Library Website. Usability testing are used three method, that is Log File Analysis, Online Questionnaire and Heuristic Evaluation. Log files are analyzed in using WiseLog Enterprise and Hit Analyzer for Enterprise jx 1.5 Beta Version and total 21 items are analyzed and evaluated in using online questionnaire method and heuristic evaluation is inquired by experts of web and information retrieval fields. Finally this paper was suggested some problems and improvements to advance quality of user services in university digital library website in korea.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 양질의 웹사이트를 선별하기 위한 평가 기준을 수립하고 평가 항목에 계량적인 평가 척도를 적용한 평가 모형을 제시하는 데 있다. 문헌연구 및 예비실험을 통해 보편적이고 객관적으로 적용될 수 있다고 판단된 평가 항목을 선정하여 내용, 디자인, 접근의 용이성 범주로 구분, 국내 웹사이트 평가실험에 사용하였다. 평가실험은 객관적 평가와 주관적 평가를 사용하였으며, 이를 토대로 산출된 각 품질 평가 지수에 근거하여 유용한 웹사이트를 선정하는 단계를 제시하였다.

The Evaluation of Web Site Service Quality for Transportation Information (교통정보 웹사이트의 서비스 품질 평가)

  • The continuing growth of transportation and communication has resulted in the spread of transportation information interlocked with the Internet. General users are actively seeking web-based transportation information and are trying to apply it into their lives. Now the implementation of user-centered transportation information services are becoming the essential activity for pertinent companies or public institutions. In this paper the author tried to measure the quality of web sites featuring transportation information using the robust measurement tool called WebQual. In addition, the author investigated the relationship between the components of WebQual (usability, information quality, and interactivity) and satisfaction/intention to revisit. According to the results, WebQual had the effectiveness of confirming the service quality for the web sites of transportation information. Also the components of WebQual had positive influences on satisfaction and intention to revisit.

  • Online firms collect consumers' private information, which serves as a valuable database for marketing activities. In order to encourage consumers to provide their private information, online firms offer high quality websites for consumers who provide private information. However, identity theft, phishing, and pharming, become critical social issues, consumers started to avoid providing their private information to online firms. Thus, consumers often provide false or limited information, which lacks value for practical use for the online firms. The main issue raised in this study is to discuss how online marketing activities has influence on consumers attitude and information providing behavior. From the result, this paper found that websites reputation had greatest impact on willingness of providing information. Also this study revealed that unauthorized use is the key factor for increasing distrust and avoidance of providing information.

  • 최근 들어 WWW(World WideWeb) 환경은 데이터의 소유자나 독점자 없이 누구나 손쉽게 데이터를 생산하고 인터넷에서 공유할 수 있도록 한 사용자 참여 중심의 인터넷 환경인 Web 2.0 시대를 맞이하고 있다.Web 2.0 관련 기술이 발달함에 따라 UCC(User Created Contents) 웹사이트의 사용자 수는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 여럿의 중지를 모아 만들어지는 집단지성의 중요성이 부각되고 있고, UCC 웹사이트는 고품질의 집단지성을 제공하려고 다양한 서비스 및 상품의 개발을 하고 있다. 또한, UCC 웹사이트들은 자신들이 제공하는 집단지성을 사용자들이 채택하도록 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 대표적인 UCC 웹사이트인 위키피디아(www.wikipedia.org), 네이버 지식인 (kin.naver.com), 윙버스 (www.wingbus.com) 를 비롯한 실용적 특성 UCC 웹사이트를 대상으로 집단지성에 대한 신뢰가 실용적 특성 UCC 웹사이트의 지속사용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 개발하여 실증분석을 한 결과 집단지성에 대한 신뢰가 사용자 만족을 통해 지속사용에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되다.

A Study on the Web Service Quality and User Satisfaction at Open Market (오픈마켓의 웹서비스 품질과 사용자 만족)

  • The open market are expanding service quality which was used as rating scale in the field of marketing. In accordance with open market, they convert it to e-service quality and use it. Udo et al.[6] suggested web service quality combining e-SEVQUAL[2] and extended Information Success Model[7]. This study suggests four influence factors of e-service quality in the open market; website privacy and security, web site contents, web site convenience, and images of the open market companies. The study conducted survey on 301 college students and life long education center students in Busan. The study found that all four influence factors have positive effects on the web service quality and ultimately web service quality has beneficial effects on the satisfaction in open market users' information system.

  • This study aims to evaluate the usability for improving quality of Hoseo university digital library website. Compatibility of web browser and loading speed are analyzed in using Doctor HTML and Web Site Garage, and seven major attributes of website. that is navigation, functionality, user control language and contents. system and user feedback, consistency, architectural and visual clarify, are analyzed and evaluated in using online questionnaire method. Finally this paper was suggested some problems and improvements of that website mentioned above, and general guidelines of website construction based on usability in university digital library in korea.

  • This study is to develope the usability evaluation criteria for improving quality of user services in digital library website. It compared and analyzed major eight studies concerning usability evaluation of library website in foreign and domestic. This paper was suggested 36 items of evaluation criteria that are belongs to six domain(quality of links, feedback mechanism, accessibility, design, navigation and searching).
