As Web based knowledge and technology is needed for librarians in the digital environments, it should be educated through the Department of Library and Information(DLI) courses. For importing the courses in DLI, we go through several preliminary stages. First, the role and duties of web masters in digital libraries are figured out. Second, it is known that the tendency of MLS courses in American universities is toward to adopt the web related subjects, but still not in Korea. Third, the survey finds out the recognition of web masters in Korean university libraries about the functions and abilities web masters. As the results, we suggest several subjects for the web master's training. They are HTML, XML, Window NT and Web Server Management, Javascript and Java, Networks, Mutimedia Programs, Programming, and LINUX.

사이버 아파트에 있어서 각 세대의 개인 및 가족 정보는 재산상의 직접적인 정보와 연결되어 있기 때문에 다른 어떤 분야만큼이나 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 아직은 언론이나 네티즌들에게 널리 알려지지 않은 사이버 아파트의 보안문제에 대해 살펴보고 그 법적인 검토를 해보고자 한다. 사이버아파트의 경우 웹마스터가 랜 관리까지 병행하는 경우가 많아서 웹마스터의 정보관리가 무엇보다 중요하다.

본 논문은 Recovery 기법 중의 하나인 Roll-Forward를 적용한 고가용 웹 서버의 설계 및 구현에 대해서 그 방안을 제시한다. Roll-Forward Recovery 는 복구에 드는 시간을 감소시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 즉, 일반적인 중복 시스템에서 결함이 발생하면 시스템의 상태는 가장 최근의 checkpoint 지점으로 Rollback 되어야 하기 때문에 복구에 많은 시간을 소비하게 되지만, Roll-Forward를 적용함으로써 복구에 드는 시간을 감소시킬 수 있다. 단일 서버시스템 또는 Rollback Recovery를 적용한 시스템의 결함 발생 시 서비스를 제공할 수 없는 상태가 되거나 복구에 많은 시간을 소비한다. 이에 비해 Roll-Forward를 적용한 중복 서버시스템을 구성하여 동작 운용중인 서버의 결함 발생 시 즉시 다른 서버가 결과를 보여줌으로써 고가용 웹 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 Roll-Forward를 적용한 고가용 웹 서버의 동작원리는 마스터서버에 들어오는 요청을 백업서버에서도 똑같이 수행하며, 마스터 서버가 동작 중 결함이 발생하였을 경우 백업서버가 피 결과를 보여줌으로써 고가용의 서비스가 제공되는 웹 서버를 구현하고자 한다.

본 논문은 MPI 미들웨어에 기반하여 데이터베이스에 포함되어 웹에 의해 제공되는 정보들을 고속으로 검색할 수 있는 분산 병렬 검색 시스템을 구현한다. 지리적으로 산재한 막대한 양의 정보를 다루어야 히는 생물정보 분야 응용의 요구에 부합하기 위하여, LINUX를 탑재한 3 대의 PC로 구성된 클러스터를 구축하고 CGI 구동 프로그램, 마스터와 슬레이브로 구성된 MPI 프로세스를 구현하였으며 메시지 큐. MPI 프리미티브. HTTP 1.1 프로토콜에 의해 서로 통신한다. 마스터는 CGI의 요청에 따라 슬레이브에게 명령을 내려 동시에 해당 웹 페이지에 대한 검색을 수행하며 이를 통합하여 CGI에게 전달한다. 마스터는 다수의 CGI 요청들을 직렬화할 뿐 아니라 슬레이브들과의 동기화에 의해 최종적인 검색 결과를 수행한다. 본 논문에서 구현된 클러스터는 특정 어댑터의 추가 구현에 의해 새로운 데이터베이스에 대한 검색 기능을 추가할 수 있으며 동일한 운영체제와 미들웨어를 갖는 노드를 추가함으로써 협력 검색에 있어서 보다 많은 컴퓨터를 참여시킬 수 있다.

최근 근자상거래와 같은 웹 기반 응용프로그램에서는 높은 가용성과 확장성을 가지며 빠른 응답시간을 갖는 데이터베이스에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 대한 해결책의 하나로 비공유 구조의 클러스터 시스템을 구성하고 분활과 복제정책을 사용한다. 즉, 해쉬함수나 범위값에 의해 분할하여 여러 노드에 분산 시키고 서로 다른 노드에 마스터와 백업을 두어 가용성을 높이고 있다. 그러나 기존의 방법은 하나의 갱신 질의에 대해서 마스터와 백업에 각각 질의를 보내주어야 하고 온라인 확장시에는 모든 마스터와 백업의 데이터가 재구성되어야 하므로 네트워크 비용이 크다는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 네트워크 비용을 줄이기 위한 변형된 분활 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 기법에서 마스터는 기존의 기법과 동일한 방법으로 저장하나 백업은 네트워크를 통해 지정된 노드로 포워딩을 하지 않고 질의를 받은 서버에 그대로 저장함으로써 클러스터를 구성하는 노드 사이에 통신 비용을 줄인다. 또한 온라인 확장에서는 기존의 기법과 달리 백업데이터는 같은 서버의 마스터데이터와 중복되는 것만 이동시킴으로써 데이터 이동비용을 줄이며, 전체 트랜잭션 처리량을 높인다.

웹 서비스(Web Service)와 그리드 컴퓨팅(Grid Computing)은 서로 다른 목적을 위해 개발되고 있다. 하지만 두 개의 기술은 "동적이며 여러 기관에서 참여하는 가상 조직을 통한 문제 해결과 자원 공유" 와 같은 동일한 문제를 다루고 있다. Computational 웹 서비스(CWS: Computational Web Service)는 그리드 기반 기술로 웹 서비스를 사용하는 새로운 아이디어이다. 현재의 CWS 는 워커와 CWS 사이의 중개 역할을 하는 풀 서비스(Pool Service)를 각자 고유하게 하나씩 소유하고 있다. 그러나 풀 서비스가 특정 CWS 에 소속되어 있다면 자원 사용 측면에서 비효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 CWS 에 독립적이며 일반적인 풀 웹 서비스(PWS: Pool Web Service)와 이를 위한 스케줄링 방법을 제안한다.

기존의 웹 기반 상담 시스템은 상담 설문을 제작 시 매번 웹마스터에게 설문 문항을 등록하도록 요구하여, 즉각적인 상담 설문 제작에 있어 어려움이 많았다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 데이터베이스를 기반으로 동적인 상담 문항 게시 기능과 누적된 학생들의 상담 결과를 분석할 수 있는 웹기반 청소년 상담 시스템을 설계하고 이를 실제로 구현하는데 그 목적이 있다. 또한 실존주의적 교육이론에 기반하여 교육 주체간의 인격적 만남에 기반하여 함께 청소년의 문제를 해결할 수 있는 소통의 장을 마련하고자 하였다.

The data processing of this study is based on the word data search in social media through textom and the big data analysis is carried out and three areas (2019 Gwangju World Swimming Championships, 2019 Gwangju World Swimming Masters Competition, 2019 World Swimming Championships Problem) was consistently handled through data collection and refinement in the web environment. We applied the collected words to the program of Ucinet6, visualized them, and conducted a CONCOR analysis to grasp the similar relationship of words and to identify the cluster of common factors. As a result of the analysis, the clusters related to the 2019 Gwangju World Swimming Championships mainly consisted of four major areas of recognition and perception, mainly searching for operational aspects related to the swimming championship, and the community related to the 2019 Gwangju World Swimming Masters Competition Is mainly searched for the promotion of the Masters Competition and the aspect of the competition divided into two areas of major recognition and peripheral recognition. The cluster related to the problems of the 2019 Gwangju World Swimming Championships is divided into five areas, And they are mainly searching for the place, operation, institution, event, etc. of the problem of the swimming championship.

In this paper, we propose an object-oriented modeling technique using UML(Unified Modeling Language) for accessibility of user and efficiency of facilities under Web-based integrated manufacturing management system application. For this, we first collect user requirements and related technology of integrated manufacturing system, and then design proposed system considering business flow and various essential design part(class, component, package, use case, and etc) to reduce system risk as well as communicate peacefully between developers in system redevelopments. Additionally, we develop database of manufacturing master code, check management, repair management and error management for proposed systems. Finally, we design and implement our three main modules; manufacturing check module, manufacturing repair module, manufacturing error module under Web-based environments with JSP language.
