스마트TV의 등장으로 콘텐츠, 서비스 플랫폼, 네트워크, 단말을 포함하는 전 방송 서비스 시장 생태계에 변화가 일고 있다. 스마트 TV는 웹 콘텐츠 수용, 앱과 웹 서비스를 통해 사용자에게 TV에서의 새로운 서비스 경험을 제공한다. 그러나 시장 의존적인 플랫폼과 느슨한 웹 서비스 표준, 클라이언트-서버 구조 기반의 개별적 웹 서비스 구현 방식으로 인해 기존의 표준 기반의 방송 서비스와는 매우 다른 특성을 가진다. 본 고에서는 서비스 환경의 변화를 살펴보고, 스마트 TV 환경에서의 서비스 제어 측면에서의 제약 요인들과 새롭게 요구되는 서비스 제어 기능 요소들을 살펴본다.

웹은 초기에 단순히 정적인 문서 형태 정보를 공유하는 기술에서, 서로 다른 서비스를 연결하는 기술과 서로 다른 원격 데이터들을 연결하는 기술로 진화하였고, 이제는 단말의 HW을 제어하고 연결하는 단계를 넘어 모든 사물을 연결하는 기술로도 발전하고 있다. 이제 웹은 단지 개별 콘텐츠와 서비스를 제공하는 기술로서가 아니라, 다양한 응용과 서비스를 연동하고 제공하기 위한 명실상부한 플랫폼이 되어가고 있다. 기술적으로도 과거 웹 기술이 단지 브라우저와 서버 기술에만 초점을 맞추었다면, 최근에는 HTML5를 중심으로 리치 웹 애플리케이션 기술, 시스템 API 기술, 서비스 플랫폼 기술, 웹 운영체제 기술들과 같은 플랫폼 지향적인 기술개발 및 제품개발이 진행되고 있다. 본고에서는 이처럼 빠르게 발전하고 있는 웹 플랫폼 기술과 웹 응용 기술 표준화 동향에 대해 살피고, 향후 웹 플랫폼과 웹 응용 기술이 해결해야 할 이슈들과 나아갈 방향들에 대해 고찰해보고자 하였다.

본 논문에서는 이동형 개인 맞춤 SW 플랫폼인 YouFree에서 동작하는 웹 기반 SW의 개발과 배포를 지원하는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 개발 시스템은 YouFree의 콘텐츠를 접근하고 조작하는 API와 자바스크립트로 구성된 웹 사용자 인터페이스를 편리하게 개발할 수 있는 UI 자동 생성 기능을 제공한다. 배포 시스템은 개발된 웹 기반 SW 패키지를 설치하고 제거하는 기능뿐만 아니라 의존성 있는 패키지가 함께 설치되는 기능과 새 버전의 패키지를 업그레이드 할 수 있는 기능을 지원한다.

Due to the development of the digital technology, the territories of broadcasting and telecommunications are being converged and there have been the efforts to eliminate the spatial and/or temporal restrictions in utilizing the services (usually implemented as applications) via various devices (e.g. smart-phone, smart TV, pad-computer, etc). In the circumstances, Web is coming to the fore as a common running platform of the services and the digital broadcasting receivers are pressed to run Web applications as well as Java applications, which are the standard of data service of the digital broadcasting. The paper introduces a platform for running HTML5-based Web applications, which is equipped with a Web kernel (an engine for running HTML5 Web applications), a Web desktop (the facilities (with an UI similar to Window OS) for managing Web applications), and SDK (a set of API's for Web application developers).

The web-based crowdfunding platform provides small-cap companies the opportunity to reduce financial risks and to reliably produce new products through pre-orders. Meanwhile, crowdfunding projects are also helping companies as a channel to test new products before mass production. Despite these advantages, from the point of view of businesses and consumers, it is true that web-based crowdfunding platforms have limitations in the retail environment. For example, the limited social elements of a web-based platform are somewhat in conflict with the basic characteristics of crowdfunding projects - which inevitably demand high social influences for the success. As such, understanding the mechanisms of social factors of crowdfunding platforms from the consumers' perspective is important. Therefore, in this study, we empirically tested the effect of social factors of crowdfunding platform on consumer participation and evaluation. Based on the Social Influence Theory and Social Presence Theory, we developed a conceptual framework where the social group size and social presence of other backers were the independent variables and the purchaser's intention to participate as the dependent variable. In the results, the size of the social group size and the perceived social presence have a significant positive effect on purchaser's participation intent. In addition, the social presence had a greater influence on the purchaser's intention to participate than the size of the sponsor's social group. We believe that our findings contribute to the extant literature by empirically demonstrating the valid effect of social factors of crowdfunding platforms on consumer evaluations.

최근 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 사용자의 욕구증대에 따라 웹 어플리케이션 형태로 서비스를 제공하려던 것이 이제는 다양하게 산재해 있는 개별적인 웹 어플리케이션들을 효율적으로 통합하는 웹 서비스 방식으로 진화하였다. 웹 서비스는 XML 기반 표준인 XML, UDDI, WSDL, SOAP등을 이용하여 플랫폼이나 지리적 위치에 관계없이 분산된 애플리케이션들이 서로 통신할 수 있도록 한다. 웹 사이트가 점차 많아지고 컨텐츠의 양이 방대해짐에 따라 나타난 웹 컨텐츠 관리 시스템은 웹 서비스와 같은 XML 기반의 시스템이다. 웹 서비스와 웹 컨텐츠 관리 시스템을 결합할 경우 인터넷은 거대한 분산 데이터베이스가 될 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스를 기반으로 한 웹 컨텐츠 관리 시스템을 제안한다.

Recently, there has been much interest in the e-Navigation that applies a variety of digital devices to shipboard thanks to the high interest to maritime safety and the rapid development of ICT technologies. The e-Navigation proposes a new ICT paradigm in maritime information service and maritime safety. This study proposes the shore-based maritime information service platform that enables the converged services of various kinds of maritime data and the standard ENC based on IHO S-100. The proposed maritime information service platform enables the harmonized integration, presentation and web services of ENC, sensed data such as AIS, ocean weather and currents, and geospatial data. Also, the platform enables the mobile maritime information service through WebApp or App software operating in mobile devices of smart phone or web pad. Finally, the proposed platform accommodates the standard ENC of the existing S-57 and the new S-101, and the standard web services of WMS and WMTS of ISO 19100 and OGC.

최근 인터넷의 급속한 발전과 함께 웹 어플리케이션 형태로 서비스를 제공하였던 것이 다양하고 개별적인 웹 어플리케이션들을 효율적으로 통합하는 웹 서비스 방식으로 진화하고 있다 이에 따라, 차세대 플랫폼의 대안으로 웹 서비스(Web Service)가 급부상하고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 서비스의 보안은 필수적인 요소이며, 웹 서비스 보안에 대한 연구개발이 필요하다 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스에 대한 전반적인 사항을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고 XML 정보보호기술을 기반으로 웹 서비스의 보호 방안을 제시한다. 그리고, XML-Web Service 보안 모델을 검토하고, 기반구조 및 기능을 살펴본다. 최종적으로 제안된 모델은 차세대 웹 서비스 플랫폼의 기반 기술이 될 것으로 기대된다.

N-screen 은 여러 단말을 통한 콘텐츠 소비형 서비스로써 이용자 환경과 요구사항에 반응하여 연속성을 가지고 이용자가 원하는 단말을 통해 제공될 수 있다. 자신이 가지고 있는 다양한 단말만 아니라 인증을 거친 다른 사용자가 가진 단말에도 N-screen 을 제공할 수 있다. 서로 다른 서비스 이용자 간 N-screen 을 제공하기 위한 플랫폼으로써 웹 플랫폼을 이용할 수 있다. 웹은 N-screen 을 제공하기 위해 가장 우선시 되는 요구사항인 플랫폼의 통합을 이끌어 낼 수 있으며 서비스 플랫폼과 협업을 통해 서비스 이용자의 요구사항을 만족시키고 동시에 Community 융합을 통해 전혀 새로운 서비스로 제공될 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 웹 기반 N-screen 환경에서 Community 서비스 제공을 위한 서비스 제어기능 모델을 제안하고 그에 따른 서비스 시나리오를 설명한다.

본 논문에서는 DC-DC 컨버터의 온라인 진단을 위해 개발된 java VM(virtual machine) 기반 모니터링 시스템에 대하여 소개하고자 한다. 개발된 진단 플랫폼은 DC-DC 컨버터의 온라인 진단을 위해 시스템 식별 기법을 이용하여 진단을 위한 파라메터를 추정하고 추정된 결과를 인터넷을 통해 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있도록 제작되었다. 개발된 진단 플랫폼은 기존의 DC-DC 컨버터의 제어기와 직렬 통신으로 연결되어 있으며 웹을 통해 주요 제어 변수의 설정과 모니터링이 가능하도록 제작되었다. 웹 서비스를 위해서 StrongArm 기반의 플랫폼을 적용하였으며 리눅스 환경에서 java VM을 이용하여 웹 서비스를 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제시된 기술은 향후 산업용 장치들의 웹 기반 진단 및 모니터링 기술에 이용될 예정이다.
