In this paper, we designed the on-line Real-time Video Communication Learning System(RVCLS) for Web-based project learning and develop programs for test groups. And we have also analyzed how the Web-based learning using RVCLS change the students' perception on the classroom environment, using the WIHIC which is the classroom environment examination tool As a result, the Web-based project learning activities using RVCLS had affirmative effects on the eight areas of classroom environment such as students unity, teacher support, participation in class, spontaneity, exploration activities, task-oriented mind, cooperative attitude, and equality. Also, the web -based project learning using RVCLS is expected to help students enhance the self-directed learning capacity and increase abilities to use ICT.

This study aims to design and implement individual complete learning system based on IPI(Individually Prescribed Instruction) model. Most of current web based learning systems do not consider individual students' ability and just follow the sequence of instructing contents $\rightarrow$ providing problems $\rightarrow$ presenting the result of evaluating. However, this system focuses on individual ability prior to studying subjects. In individual complete learning system, it is acknowledged that a period and a pace to complete each task will differ from students to students, therefore until they complete the whole unit, they are not allowed to move onto the next unit. After completing each unit, there will be a process of evaluating students' performance. It is necessary to show the correct completion of 80% of the evaluation to move onto next step; for those who are evaluated as inadequate to move on, an individual supplementary instruction will be provided. Therefore, this study intends to supplement the deficit of prior learning and provide feedback dependent on individual's learning ability so that the goal of Individual Whole Complete Learning could be accomplished.

Web based instruction (WBI) has been widely used thesedays because the web has various advantages for instruction. However, most of current WBI systems do not support various requirements from students. It is because of the lack of research for structural instruction method. This paper presents a new method of WBI and designs an instruction model to support various requirements from students by implementing dynamic WBI system using JSP to solve current WBI problems. The developed WBI system uses multimedia based instructions. The implemented system focused on the practical instruction by providing the functions of listening, homework, and test on web site. For the similar effects as in the classroom, it supports functions of electronic white board and multimedia data which is consisted of high-quality sound and video data with high degree of compression. Furthermore, the system supports that instructors can design a test using three kinds of basic forms, a multiple-choice test, brief-answer test, essay test, and evaluate the tests easily. It also supports easy management for homework, lecture registration, and many school affairs.

현재 원격수업 교육 시스템은 21세기를 맞이하여 초고속정보통신망의 발전과 함께 사회전반에 크게 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 하지만 현재는 특정 업체나 단체에서 교육을 독점적으로 서비스하기 위해 웹 기반으로 서비스가 이루어질 학교에서는 자체적으로 특정 교과를 독립적으로 교육을 행할 수 있는 시스템이 없는 현실이다. 이 논문에서는 원격교육서비스를 통하여 학습자가 언제, 어디서든지 멀티미디어 데이터를 제공받아서 학습 및 평가를 받을 수 있는 주문형 수업 시스템을 제안한다. 공급자와 수요자에게 사용상에 특별한 지식을 요구하지 않는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공, 교육 정보갱신이 깁고 빠르게 이루어지며, 특정 교과를 독립적으로 서비스가 가능하며, 서비스상에 특별한 인력을 필요로 하지 않으며, 수요자는 원하는 시간에 자신의 능력별로 서비스를 받을 수 있게 된다.

컴퓨터와 멀티미디어, 네트워크 기술의 발달을 바탕으로 웹 기반 교육이 출현하였고 기존 교실 중심수업의 한계를 뛰어 넘는 교육적 잠재성에 교육 운영자 및 학습자는 많은 기대를 하게 되었다. 웹을 이용한 학습은 자기주도적인 학습이 가능하고 학습자와 교수자 간의 상호 보완적인 학습이 이루어질 수 있다는 장점이 있기 때문이다. 이러한 웹 기반 학습을 효과적으로 운영하기 위해서는 개별 교육기관 자체적으로 개발한 학습관리시스템(Learning Management System;LMS)이 필요하다. 학습자들에게 양질의 온라인 콘텐츠를 제공하고자 하는 교사들을 위해 개발된 학습관리시스템 중 하나가 Moodle LMS이다. Moodle LMS는 소스가 공개되어 있어 누구나 필요한 사람은 소스를 개선, 확장, 활용할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문은 Moodle LMS를 활용하여 학습자가 원활하게 토론에 참여할 수 있는 토론 시스템을 설계하였다.

Web-based Assessment System is needed for Process-Oriented Evaluation to integrate instructions into evaluation frequently in Informatics Education, and considered usability for supporting teachers to test more conveniently. First of all, we analyzed usability of traditional Web-based Assessment System, and proposed PBA(Paper-Based Assessment) model by extracting usability features of paper-pencil assessment in off-line. The evaluation system based on the PBA model controls the whole processes of tests; before-test, under-test, after-test. Especially, the system readily can change the target class, and control access to the test page during each step. Thus we can get high credibility about the test results. Moreover, students can login to the paper easily by using their grade, class, number and name. Finally, we designed and implemented the Web-based Assessment System for Informatics education on the basis of PBA model; PAS(PBA-based Assessment System).

독서 교육은 종래의 종이책 위주의 독서에서 종이책과 인터넷의 멀티미디어를 병행한 방향으로 나아가고 있으며 재량활동 시간에 독서관련 활동을 선택하는 학급이 늘어나고 있는 추세이다. 또한, 각 분야에서 이와 관련된 웹을 활용한 독서지도프로그램이 많이 연구되고, 제안되고 있다. 위인전이나 동화, 영어이야기 등의 분야는 웹을 활용한 여러가지 활동들이 제공되고 있지만 초등학생을 위한 동시를 즐길 수 있는 내용들은 많이 부족한 실정이다. 종래의 동시지도는 주로 교사와 텍스트 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 학습자 중심의 수업활동을 통해 학습자 스스로 사고하고 연상함으로써 동시를 학습(국어과 교육과정을 분석하여 재량활동에 사용)할 수 있도록 웹을 기반으로 하는 동시학습 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

본 연구는 상호작용에 대한 제 이론을 고찰하고 상호작용 증진을 위한 여러 가지 요소를 고려하여 웹 기반 학습 환경 설계 전략을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 지식 정보화 사회에 들어오면서 여러 가지 통신 환경이 급속하게 발달하였다. 학교 현장에서 이러한 여러 가지 인터넷 환경을 고려한 수업이 설계되고 실시되고 있다. 학교 현장에서 실시되고 있는 이러한 적용에서 상호작용에 대한 고찰이 미흡하고 상호작용을 고려한 여러 가지 시스템이 구현된 것이 드문 것 같다. 이에 본 연구에서는 웹 기반 학습 환경에서 가능한 다양한 상호 작용에 대한 개념 및 상호작용의 내용에 따른 유형을 알아보고 상호작용을 증진시키기 위한 설계 전략을 고찰해 보았다.

학습지도안은 교사와 학습자의 학습활동을 효과적으로 진행하기 위한 조직적이고 구체적인 수업 진행 계획을 의미한다 이러한 학습지도안을 위한 시스템으로 학교현장에 보급된 '교무업무지원 시스템'의 '교수-학습' 메뉴와 웹을 통한HTML 형식과 파일 형식의 학습지도안 공유가 이루어지기도 한다. 그러나 교무업무지원 시스템은 데이터의 형태를 다양하게 할 수 없으며 공유를 할 수 없는 단점이 있다. 또한 HTML 형식과 파일을 공유하는 방법은 다른 형태의 문서로 재사용하기 어렵고 유연성이 떨어진다는 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 데이터와 프리젠테이션을 분리함으로써 데이터의 재사용을 높이고 하나의 데이터 소스를 이용하여 다양한 프리젠테이션을 가진 수 있는 XML을 이용한 웹기반의 학습지도안 활용 시스템을 제안한다. 이로써 XML을 이용한 학습지도안 문서의 한 번의 입력 작업으로 데이터의 변통 없이 XML의 적용만으로도, 교사와 학생의 요구에 맞는 여러 형태의 학습 자료로 활용할 수 있도록 만든다

This study examined contents of interaction that played an important role in learners' accomplishment of educational goals at web-based educational system. The purpose of the study was to find out design strategies of web-based education website that could give learners more satisfactory interaction. The study firstly investigated concept and values of web-based education as well as interaction by literature study to analyze web-based educational design principles at actual web-based education websites from point of view of interaction and to examine what factors should be used and reinforced at existing teaching. The findings were as follow: Web-based education websites made use of interaction with 'each design factor', such as colors, texts and images, etc that were based on communication designs to give 'information' by systematic interaction more than by social interaction.
