지식 정보화 시대의 도래에 따라 독서 교육은 인터넷과 멀티미디어를 활용한 방향으로 나아가고 있으며 그에 대한 연구도 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 웹을 활용한 독서지도 프로그램이 많이 연구되고, 제안되고 있지만 장르 별로 세분화되어 있지 못하다. 동화나 위인전 분야는 웹을 활용한 여러 가지 활동들이 제공되고 있다. 그러나 동시분야는 웹 상에서 감상 활동에 알맞은 활동들이 제시되지 못하고 있고, 동시 감상 학습은 주로 교사와 텍스트 중심으로 이루어져 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 학습자 중심의 수업활동을 통해 학습자 스스로 상상, 연상 등으로 동시를 감상할 수 있도록 웹 기반 동시 감상 지원 시스템을 설계하였다. 첫째, 초등학교 전 학년 동시를 데이터베이스화하였다. 둘째, 동시 감상과 학습활동을 읽기 전과 읽은 후 활동으로 제시하고, 활동이 끝나면 동시 낭독을 녹음할 수 있도록 하였다. 셋째, 읽기 전과 읽은 후 활동 등 동시감상 결과가 수행평가 자료로 활용될 수 있도록 하였다. 넷째, 아동들이 동시 짓기 활동에서 쉽게 시상이 떠오르게 다양한 자료를 제시하였다.

데이터베이스 기반의 웹 응용을 위한 캐슁 기법이 최근 많이 연구되고 있다. 자주 제기되는 질의의 결과를 캐쉬해두면 반복 질의를 위한 재사용은 물론 관련 질의의 처리에 이용될 수 있다. 웹 상에서 데이터 교환의 표준으로 XML이 등장한 이래 현재 웹 응용들은 네트워크 상의 원격 XML 소스로부터 데이터 검색을 수행하는 경우가 많아졌는데 이의 효율적인 지원을 위해 검색 결과를 캐쉬하는 것은 유용하다. 본 논문은 웹에서 XML 질의를 관련 XML 캐쉬를 이용하여 처리하는 기법의 구현 및 성능 평가에 관한 것이다. XML 질의로 XQuery, XPath, XQL 등과 같은 모든 XML 질의어의 핵심 요소인 경로 표현식을 대상으로 하였고, XML 캐쉬는 XML 실체뷰를 고려하였고, 캐쉬를 이용한 XML 질의 변환 알고리즘은 [12]에 제시된 것을 대상으로 하였다. [12]의 질의 변환 알고리즘을 지원하는 프로토타입 XML 저장 시스템이 관계 DBMS를 이용하여 구현되어 실제 웹에서의 성능 실험에 이용되었다. 성능 실험 결과 웹에서 캐쉬를 이용한 XML 질의 처리의 효율성을 확인하였다.

사용자 질의를 통한 검색엔진의 도움 없이 웹 데이터베이스의 개념을 도입하여, 웹을 직접 검색할 수 있는 웹 질의 엔진(Web Query Engine)을 제안한다. 특히 사용자가 자신이 원하는 질의를 할 수 있도록 기존의 질의 언어와 유사한 웹 질의 언어를 설계하고, 설계되어진 질의 언어를 사용하여 인덱스 서버에 정보의 요청 없이 네트워크 구조와 위상 기반의 질의를 할 수 있도록 하는 웹 질의 엔진을 설계 및 구현을 하였다.

본 논문에서는 WWW를 기반으로 하여 초등학교 수학의 도형부문 학습을 위한 양방향 원격교육 시스템을 구현하였다. 다양한 멀티미디어 관련 기술을 이용하여 학습 자료를 표현함으로서 학습자의 학습효율을 높이도록 하였으며, 데이터베이스에서 관리되는 학습자의 학습성취도를 분석하여 개인의 능력과 특성에 맞는 교육계획을 제시하고, 테스트 결과에 따른 추론적 진단을 통하여 재교육 영역을 정하도록 하였다. 구현한 원격교육 시스템의 서버는 Windows NT에서 IIS 3.0 웹서버와 MS SQL Server를 이용하여 구현하였으며, 동적인 학습과 사용자와의 양방향 학습을 위하여 Dynamic HTML, JavaScript, VBScript, Java Applet, ASP 등의 기법들을 사용하였다.

In this paper, we proposed multimedia based ExamBank system in web environments. In the proposed system the database was designed based on the object-relation model and the application program was implemented with Java such that independent execution would be possible to guarantee no fault for multi-client in Web environments. We defined the Exam entities as objects, and implemented those inter-relationships as user definition and type. In addition, by mapping the schema object of DBMS and JAVA class, it becomes to possible transferring the object systematically between DHMS and JAVA application server.

The established childcare facilities, which were established as a result of a policy of the government focusing on enlarging the numerous facilities, caused some qualitative deficits. In the existing situations, they usually practice a single fixed program and concentrate on more static teaching then kinetic with over-crowded childcare teachers. Most of the teachers are being taken into consideration as improperly qualified professionals for the jobs in the field and we can also point out the passive form of service of the parents and the communities. Thus, We are interested in putting the management system for common education of children based on website mutual help through service after realizing a proper design into the real childcare education. This system makes database through PHP web programing method, organizes a common childcare group, forms a special educational program for each group to take the most proper way of teaching, and finalizes the management system for Common education of children based website.

This paper propose WebDBs(Web Database system) which retrieves information registered in web using query language similar to SQL. This proposed system automatically extracts information which is needed to retrieve from HTML documents dispersed in web. Also, it has an ability to process SQL based query intended for the extracted information. Web database system takes the most of query processing time for capturing documents going through network line. And so, the information previously retrieved is reused in similar applications after stored in cache in perceiving that most of the web retrieval depends on web locality. In this case, we propose cache mechanism adapted to user applications by storing cached information associated with retrieved query. And, Web search engine is implemented based on these concepts.

According to the widespread use of ontology documents, a management system which store ontology data and process queries is needed for retrieving semantic information efficiently. In this paper I propose a storage schema that stores and retrieves semantic web documents based on RDF/RDFS ontology language developed by W3C in a relational databases. Specially, the proposed storage schema is designed to retrieve efficiently hierarchy information and to increase efficiency of query processing. Also, I describe a mechanism to transform RQL semantic queries to SQL relational queries and build up database using MS-ACCESS and implement in this paper. According to the result of implementation, we can blow that not only data query based on triple model but also query for schema and hierarchy information are transformed simply to SQL.

본 논문에서는 당사에서 개발한 부스터펌프 원격관리 시스템을 소개한다. 부스터펌프 원격관리 시스템은 인터넷을 통하여 급수 장비인 부스터펌프 시스템에 대한 원격관리와 정보 공유가 가능하며 이를 통해 장비 운영자, 납품업체, 시공업체 등에서 누구나 부스터펌프 시스템을 감시 및 관리를 할 수 있게 한 웹기반의 통합 시스템이다. 부스터펌프 원격관리 시스템은 각각의 부스터펌프 시스템이 설치되어 있는 현장에 당사 Gateway 제품인 ProNET-iMC를 설치하여 부스터펌프 시스템의 정보를 수집하고 이를 상위 시스템에서 취합하여 데이터베이스에 저장하며, 웹을 통해 사용자 권한에 따른 실시간 및 이력 정보를 제공하도록 설계되었다. 부스터펌프 원격관리 시스템을 통하여 부스터펌프 시스템의 고장을 방지하거나 조기에 발견하여 신속한 A/S를 통해 제품의 안정성을 높이고 사용자의 신뢰를 구축 할 수 있을 것이다.

The amount of information we can obtain from the m is enormous. However, the users are often confused with search results due to irrelevant information, misinformation, insufficient information, etc. This paper proposes a metadata management system trying to facilitate obtaining right information on the Web. Elements of the metadata for Web coursewares are selected and their relationships are identified in order to organize them in a relational database. Procedures to obtain the metadata are implemented in the Microsoft ASP(Active Server Pages). The system provides user-friendly interfaces to give essential information on the Web coursewares and to handle users' enquiries correctly and efficiently.
