WBI (Web-Based Instruction), a web-based tool for teaching the students at a long distance, makes possible to Interact between learners and instructors, provides a wide variety of learning materials, has an advantage of overcoming spatial constraints. In this paper, as a model of using the web for education, a web-based education-evaluation system has been designed and implemented. Web-based education-evaluation system has to be equipped with both of the online setting question mode and the upload setting question mode, the former makes questions on web and the latter uploads the setted questions on offline with settling a defeat of the existing systems on setting questions. And the system has to be equipped with the function of analyzing the questions that gives teacher several kinds of analysis information and makes possible to feedback to questions by adjusting the difficulty and revising the questions. In this paper, a system that reflects the above requirements has been designed and implemented with PHP script language and MySQL database system.

본 연구는 웹 기반 감성데이터베이스구축 및 보급을 위하여 국내의 감성 관련 주요 연구 결과 및 감성 자료를 수집하고 주요 감성 지표를 개발하였다. 개발된 감성 지표는 사용 적합성 지표로서 수집한 감성 자료들 중 사용 적합성에 관련된 감성 자료를 선별하여 이를 물리적/객관적 적합성 관련 지표와 주관적 적합성 관련 지표, 개발된 측정 시스템, 감성 정보물로 분류하였다. 물리적/객관적 지표는 다시 환경 지표, 생리 지표, 제품설계 지표, 평가척도 지표, 제품평가 기술 지표로 분류 등의 세부지표로 분류하고, 주관적 지표는 언어 지표, 묘사 지표, 심리 지표, 인지 지표로 다시 나누어 분류하였다. 개발된 제품, 측정 시스템, 또는 시뮬레이터 둥은 개발된 측정 시스템으로 분류하고 그 밖의 감성공학적으로 중요한 자료 및 정보는 감성공학 관련 정보물로 분류하였다. 분류한 지표는 전문가의 검증을 통해 타당성을 확인한 후 감성 데이터베이스로 구축될 예정이다. 이를 위하여 전반적인 감성 자료 관리 시스템을 통한 효과적인 감성 자료 관리체제 구축과 감성 자료의 공유가 뒤따라야 할 것이다.

본 논문에서는 그리드 기술과 웹 서비스 기술을 이용하여 원격지에 위치한 고가의 대형 실험장비와 데이터 공유를 위한 통합데이터베이스 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 통합데이터베이스 시스템은 오픈 분산 컴퓨팅 환경을 통해서 지리적으로 분산되어있는 전체 실험시설들의 실험장비와 데이터베이스를 총괄 관리한다. 또한 인증과 권한 기능을 도입하여, 인증 받은 실험자에게만 권한 별로 차등하여 실험장비 이음과 데이터베이스의 접근을 제공하며, 공유된 실험결과데이터에 대해서 효율적인 검색과 데이터의 다운로드, 실험결과 그래프를 제공한다. 국내 6개의 건축대형장비를 연결하는 통합시스템의 프로토 타입의 개발을 통해 가상 대형장비실험의 효용성을 확인하였다.

REST 웹 서비스는 HTTP 프로토콜을 통해 손쉽게 적용 및 배포할 수 있다. 최근 다양한 정보시스템의 데이터베이스가 REST Open API 웹서비스를 통하여 배포되고 있으며, 이는 스마트폰 애플리케이션, 웹(Web) 등의 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 본 연구는 오픈 API 에 대한 시스템의 성능의 포인트에 서비스 평가를 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구는 REST 오픈 API 의 수행 성능 평가를 통하여 REST 오픈 API 웹 서비스의 확장성에 초점을 둔다. 이를 위해 REST 오픈 API 가 미래에 모바일 클라우드 플랫폼으로써 충분한 성능 및 활용될 수 있는지 검증할 필요가 있다. 본 논문은 큐잉 네트워크(Queueing Network)을 활용하여 REST Open API 웹서비스 서버 시스템을 모델링하고 성능을 분석하였다.

대부분의 생물학에서는 많은 지식을 도출 할 수 있는 공리(axiom)에 의한 응용 프로그램보다는 기존의 지식을 적용하고 있으며, 바이오인포매틱스 데이터베이스에 저장된 복잡한 생물학 자료는 추가, 변경이 자주 발생한다. 이러한 바이오인포매틱스의 데이터베이스와 응용 프로그램에서 지식을 표현하는 방법으로써 온톨로지의 사용이 제시되고 있다. 온톨로지는 사람과 컴퓨터간의 공유되는 지식을 개념화하고, 이를 명세화 하는 것으로 정의된다. 즉, 온톨로지는 도메인 내의 지식을 개념화한 구체적인 형식이며, 개념화와 개념화간의 관계를 표현할 수 있다. 또한, W3C에서 제안한 시맨틱 웹은 온톨로지는 중요 기술로 사용하고 있으며, 온톨로지를 통한 추론과 컴퓨터가 이해 가능한 형식을 제공하여 상호운영성등을 향상시킨다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 바이오 온톨로지들에 대해서 알아보고, 바이오 온톨로지 시스템의 설계와 시스템의 각 구성 요소에 대해서 제시한다. 마지막으로 이러한 시스템을 구축할 때에 고려되어야 하는 이슈들에 대해서 설명한다.

본 논문은 자바를 이용하여 웹 상에서 멀티미디어 데이터를 서비스 할 수 있는 구조를 제시한다. 자바 언어는 어플리케이션을 플랫폼 독립적으로 수행 가능하게 하며 다중 사용자를 위한 세션 관리 및 쓰레드 관리가 용이하다. 설계된 구조는 이러한 자바 언어의 특성을 반영하여 데이터베이스 연산 쓰레드를 이용한 객체 저장 및 질의 기능을 제공하며, 이러한 멀티미디어 데이터 서비스 기능을 기반 구조로 하여 자바 스윙을 이용한 웹 상에서 사용자에게 높은 표현력을 제공하는 서비스 구조를 제시한다. 또한 사용자 인터페이스에 대해 기존의 페이지 단위 구성으로 인한 웹 어플리케이션의 설계 및 구현의 비일관성을 없애고 개발 단계를 단일화 하여 적용 시스템의 빠른 개발 및 유지 보수성을 높인다. 따라서 본 논문은 순수 자바를 이용한 웹 기반 멀티미디어 데이터 서비스 구조를 제시하고 실행 방법 및 그 단계를 명세한다.

웹검색엔진은 색인되는 웹문서가 많아질수록 시스템 확장성(scalability)이라든지, 데이터베이스 유지 관리의 용이성, 데이터의 안전성 문제, 등의 많은 문제가 웹검색엔진에 부담으로 주어지게 된다. 반면에 인트라넷(intranet)용 검색엔진의 경우는 확장성보다는 검색엔진 자체의 개발의 용이성이 더욱 중요하다. Oracle $ConText^{TM}$는 오라클 사(社의) RDBMS인 $Oracle7^{TM}$의 정보검색 확장 옵션으로 텍스트를 Oracle7의 기본 데이터 타입으로 사용될 수 있게 한다. Oracle7+ConText는 대용량의 문서 베이스와 개발의 용이성을 동시에 보장할 수 있는 매우 훌륭한 웹검색엔진 개발 도구이다. 우리는 이를 검증하기 위하여 Oracle7+ConText에 기반한 WEBSECT(Web Search Engine With ConText)라는 웹검색엔진을 개발하였다. 본 논문은 WEBSECT의 개발과 시험 운영을 통해 데이터베이스에 기반한 웹검색엔진의 우수한 확장성과 텍스트 애플리케이션 개발의 용이성 등을 소개한다.

A web-based information management system to share engineering data of truss bridge is developed through construction of standardized database of truss bridge. 3D shape information is stored in database according to AP 203 of STEP, and 3D visualization on the web is implemented by using the web 3D technology that helps users to understand geometrical shape of structures, directly. AP209 is used to store structural analysis information such as finite elements, material properties, and analysis result into relational database. Based on the developed database, a prototype of integrated information management system for truss bridge is developed, and it provides additional information such as specifications and inspection information related with shape object to end users.

National defense research and development is trying to develop the weapon system to satisfy users' requirements at minimum cost, high quality and the shortest period. Under integrated database computer environments, development processes and tools have been developed to implement system engineering and concurrent engineering systematically. In the aerospace defense weapon system, the fixed wing development department has developed and operated the integrated operation and management information system based on web technology to manage efficiently the technical information generated by the R&D process. When this system was applied to the existing R&D project for the aircraft weapon system, it proved and verified its efficiency. In this paper, we describe the future development plan of an integrated R&D framework and an integrated weapon system database based on the integrated operation and management information system which are able to centrol the technical information of KF-X, UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) and UCAV(Unmanned Combat Aerial Vehicles) programs. We also describe an interoperability and integration plan with WISEMAN which will be operated soon in our research Institute.

As, the web technology and the computer hardware have been rapidly evolving, the convenient interface and reality are more important than the transmission time and the execution time. For satisfying these requirements, VRML is the most suitable language to implement virtual reality on the Web. However, it is too difficult for non-expert to use. It is also complicated to reconstruct VRML whenever it changes. In order to resolve these problems, this paper implements VRML Authoring Tool based on the web. Also, this paper analyzes the problem of the existing the cooperating VRML and database system, implements the extended VRML supporting system, and evaluates it with the existing system.
