외단열 건물의 열부하계산법

  • 1998년 4월 일본 공기조화.위생공학회 북해도지부 설비기술연구회에서는 실무레벨의 "외단열건물의 열부하계산법"을 위한 소위원회가 발족되었으며, 1999년 11월에 연구보고서가 완성되었다. 이에, 일본 학회에서는 건축설비기술자협회 북해도 지부와 공동으로 실무자를 대상으로 세미나를 2000년8월에 개최하였다. 본 내용은 위원회보고서와 세미나에 서 거론된 "외단열건물의 열부하특성과 계산법의 요점"을 제시하고 이에 근거한 최대부하의 합리적인 설계와 불가분의 관계가 있는 "외단열건물을 위한 난방과 냉방을 통일한 열부하계산법의 개념"을 소개함과 동시에 "실무자의 과제와 금후의 전망"에 대하여 언급하고자 한다.

  • 1950년대 초 구미선진국에서 일기 시작한 분자생물학의 돌풍은 30여년간 세계를 휩쓸고 난 후 급기야는 1980년대 초 '유전공학'이란 이름으로 우리나라에 상륙했다.1980년 11월 '유전공학'을 주제로 한 심포지엄을 최초로 열었으며 1982년 정부는 '생명공학'을 국책연구과제로 선정하여 연구비 등을 집중적으로 지원했다. 이 해 3월 산업계에서는 민간주도의 한국유전공학 연구조합을 만들고 4월 학계에서는 유전공학 학술협의회도 설립했다.

  • 1. 희양들명나방은 연 2회 발생한다. 유충의 최성기는 5월과 8월, 발아 최성기는 6월중순과 8월초순이다. 2. 회양목 잎 뒷면에 $20 \\sim 30$개 정도의 알을 무덕이로 낳아놓는다. 유충의 각 령 기간은 보통 10일 내외이다. 유충기간은 $23.6일 \\sim 25.4일$이다. 3. 번데기의 기간은 7.4일, 약 1주간이고 우화시각은 아침 4시-7시 사이이다. 4. 성충나방의 평균수명은 3-4일이며 성충은 추광성이 있다.

Variation of rachis branches in rice varieties with different maturing types by various planting times. (벼 작기이동에 따른 조만성별 수상의 착생변이)

  • This experiment was conducted to investigate the variation of adhering primary and secondary rachis branches of panicle in three ecotypes at National Honam Agricultural Experiment Station in 1993. Three ecotypes. Odaebyeo and Sinunbongbyeo as early-maturing type, Cheongmyeongbyeo and Changanbyeo as medium, and Dongjinbyeo and Mangeumbyeo as late-maturing type were used. The treatment were 5 planting times from May 5 to 5 July by 15 day intervals. The number of primary rachis branch in early maturing type recorded high in between May 5 and 20 May as early transplanting. Medium and late-maturing type, however, was found to be have more primary rachis branches at the late time of June 20 transplanting than at the optimum transplanting of Honam area. The number of secondary rachis branch was high between June 5 and 20 June regardless ecotypes. The rate of secondary rachis branch per primary rachis branch was increased with later transplanting time up to June 5, but showed no differences onwards. The number of grain in primary and secondary rachis branches were low in transplanting time of May 5 regardless ecotype but high in late transplanting time by July 5. Densinty of seed sets was found to be higher in late transplanting than in early transplating;early-maturing type showed high in July 5 and 20 June in medium-late maturing type respectively.

  • Growth rates of oysters at four oyster farms in Hansan-Geoje Bay, near Chungmu, southern Korea, and density-dependent relative shell growth were investigated from November 1979 to May 1980 with the following results: The oysters at Sorang farm showed the best growth, the shell height in May 1980 attaining 10.10 cm, at Hwado 8.69cm and Songdo 8.57cm, all of which started growing in June 1979. At Chubong the oysters which started growing in July attained 8.6cm. The best grown oysters at Sorang shelved relatively slow growth in meat weight until February 1980, and then showed rapid growth upto May. At Hwado and Songdo they grew fast from December 1979 to February 1950, and from April to May 1980. Those at Chubong gradually increased growth rate from December 1979, and in April and May they showed rapid growth but still being smaller than the others. The ratio of meat weight to shell weight increased at Whado, Songdo and Chuhong after December 1979, but at Sorang it increased rapidly after February 1980. The ratio of shell length to shell height was 0.60 and up when the individual number of oysters attached to each cultch-disc(oyster shell) was less than 13, 0.56 to 0.60 when 14 to 25, and 0.51 or less when over 28, respectively.

Reproductive Ecology of the Hard Shelled Mussel, Mytilus coruscus in Western Korea (한국 서해산 홍합, Mytilus coruscus의 번식생태)

  • The gonad index, gonadosomatic index, the condition index, reproductive cycle, first sexual maturity, and sex ratio of the hard shelled mussel, Mytilus coruscus were investigated by using histological analysis and morphometric data. Specimens were collected monthly in Kyeokpo, western Korea from January to December, 2006. The gonad index reached a maximum in February, and minimum in September. Both the monthly variations of the gonad index (GI) and the gonadosomatic index (GSI) reached a maximum in February. After that, their values continually decreased between March and April because of spawning. The monthly variation of the condition index coincides with the GI and the GSI. The spawning period was from February to April, with the main spawning occurring between February and March. The reproductive cycle of this species could be classified into six stages: early active stage (November to January), late active stage (November to February), ripe stage (December to April), partially spawned stage (February to April), degenerative stage (April to October), and resting stage (June to December ). Percentages of sexual maturity was over 50% for the female and male hard shelled mussels that ranges from 40.1 to 50.0 mm in shell length. The percentage was 100% for those that are over 50.1 mm. The sex ratios of females to males over 40.1 mm in shell length were not significantly different from a 1:1 sex ratio $(x^2\;=\;0.63,\;p\;>\;0.05)$. No evidence of hermaphroditism was found in histological sections of any hard shelled mussel examined.

  • An experiment was carried out to find out effective heading date and period of limited ripening in different regions of climatic conditions by sowing date and length of nursery stage of a new variety Milyang 23. Since varieties of Tongil line have a character of premature heading, these do not show the symptom of senescent even though length of nursey stage was delayed. And the delay of heading date is due to late transplanting date, on the other hand, length of nursery stage delayed.

Spawning Time and Early Growth of Pacific Cod (Gadus macrocephalus) in Jinhae Bay, Korea (진해만 대구의 부화일 및 초기 성장에 관한 연구)

  • Hatching date and early growth of Pacific cod Gadus macrocephalus were estimated by examination of otolith microstructure of Pacific cod juveniles collected in Jinhae Bay of Korea from May to June, 2008. Water temperature during the main spawning time ranged from 7 to $9^{\circ}C$ according to the geographic distribution of temperature measured from November to May between 2006 and 2009. The spawners were collected from December to February between 2006 and 2008, and the gonadosomatic index of spawners was larger in females than in males, showing a peak in January. Total length of juveniles ranged from 37.5 to 94.9 mm ($63.2{\pm}11.0mm$; mean${\pm}$SD). The number of daily growth increments in juvenile otoliths were on average $102{\pm}15$ in May 17 samples, $119{\pm}16$ in May 29 ones and $116{\pm}18$ in June 3 ones. Hatching dates estimated from the number of daily growth increments ranged from late December to mid-March, showing the peak between late January and mid-February. Daily growth in total length (TL, mm) can be adjusted to the Gompertz curve: $TL_t=123.2{\exp}\{-{\exp}[-0.0165(t-81.8)]\}$ ($r^2$=0.93, n=273).

Patterns on the Outbreaks of Bovine Mastitis and Susceptibility to Antimicrobias of Isolated Causative Agents in a Municipal Area

  • 광주시 지역에서 사육하고 있는 젖소 1,614두중 유방염으로 의심되는 730분방 중에서 170분방을 검사분석하여 유방률, 균의 분리와 간이검사법과의 관계, 계절별 분리균의 분포, 항균 요법제에 대한 감수성 등을 검사하였다. 본 원인균은 730분방 중 134분방(18.4%)에서 분리되었으며 체세포 숫자는 평균 $1.620 imes 10^6pm 1.167 imes 10^6/ml$(C.V. 72.0%)이었다. CMT 반응치는 평균 $2.9pm 1.2$(C.V. 41.4%)이었으며 WT 반응치는 평균 $2.8pm 1.2$(C.V. 42.9%)이었다. RBVT와 CMT의 상관계수는 0.82(P<0.001)이었고 RBVT와 WT의 상관계수는 0.75 (P<0.001)이었으며 CMT와 WT의 상관계수는 0.93 (P<0.001)이었다. 체세포 숫자를 기준으로 하여 CMT 및 WT의 양성율을 비교하여 보면 원인균이 분리된 경우에는 체세포 숫자가 $0.49 imes 10^6$ 이하/ml의 경우에 반응치가 1+일때의 CMT는 72.4%, WT는 42.1%이었고 체세포 숫자가 $0.50 imes 10^6~1.00 imes 10^6/ml$의 경우에 반응치가 2+일 대의 CMT는 45.5%, WT는 48.8%이었으며, 체세포 숫자가 $3.01 imes 10^6$ 이상/ml의 경우에 반응치가 3+일 때의 CMT는 73.7%, WT는 92.3%이었다. 원인균의 월별 분리 빈도를 보면 8월 (17.9%)이 가장 높았고 다음은 9월(16.4%), 7월 (12.7%), 6월 (11.2%), 1월 (9.0%)의 순이었다. 원인균의 분리 빈도를 보면 Staphylococcus sp. (51.4%)가 가장 높았고 다음은 Escherichia coli(23.9%), Pseudomonas sp. (11.2%). Streptococcus sp. (6.7%)의 순이었다. 항균 요법제에 대한 감수성은 trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole은 Streptococcus sp., Staphylococcus epidermidis, Proteus sp., Salmonella sp. 등에 높았고 gentamycin은 Streptococcus sp., Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacteriaceae, Klebsiella sp., Proteus sp., Salmonella sp. 등에 높았으며 enrofloxacin은 일반적으로 거의 모든 균에서 감수성이 높았다.

Study on the Growth and the Yield of Ecotype of Garlics in Main Producing Districts in Korea (주산단지(主産團地) 마늘의 생태형(生態型)에 따른 생장(生長)과 수량(收量)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究))

  • The major objectives of this study were to find out the growth and yield of two ecotypes of Korean garlic in main garlic producing districts in Korea. The data were collected by the field survey which had been conducted at 270 township in 58 major garlic production countries throughout the country on 10th, 20th, and 30th day of every month from 1982 to 1984. The results of this study were as follow: 1) Sowing period of garlic of southern and northern ecotype were around September 20 and October 20, respectively. 2) Average number of plants per $3.3m^2$ of the southern and northern ecotype were 123 and 100, respectively. 3) Leaf emergence time of southern ecotype was before the beginning of winter (November) and that of northern ecotype was from early February till April. 4) Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the plant heights measured on November 30 for southern ecotype and on June 30 for northern ecotype most adequately predicted the yield of garlic. The relationship between yield and plant height were as follows: Southern ecotype; Y=571.56+5.34X Northern ecotype; Y=251.81+5.45X where Y is yield expressed in Kg/l0a and X is height in cm at the respective date. 5) The number of leaves increased until harvest in both ecotypes. At harvest, the number of leaves in southern and northern ecotype were 10 and 8, respectively. Number of leaves counted on January 20 for southern ecotype and on June 20 for northern ecotype correlated best with the yield of the ecotypes. 6) The highest senescent portion of southern ecotype and northern ecotype were seen on January 30 and May 30, respectively. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that the senescent portion of southern ecotype counted on January 30 and that of northern ecotype on June 20 mostly affected the yield. 7) Average yield of southern and northern ecotype at the main garlic producing districts were 771 and 652Kg/10a, respectively.
