디지털콘텐츠 산업이 각광을 받고 있다. 하지만 아직까지 정확한 데이터가 부족한 상황이다. 이는 콘텐츠 업체들이 대부분 영세하며 업체수가 많아서 시장 동향 및 매출액 시장 규모 등을 추산하기가 매우 어렵다는 것이다. 시장 진입장벽 또한 없어서 신규로 시장에 진입하는 업체들이 매우 많다. 이들 업체들은 시장에 대한 정확한 분석 자료가 없어서 체계적인 준비를 못하고 있다는 지적이 잇따르고 있다. 이에 디지털콘텐츠 산업 동향에 대해서 분석해보고자 한다. 본고는 한국소프트웨어진흥원의 조사자료를 기본으로 하여 작성되었음을 밝힌다. 따라서 저작권은 진흥원에 있다.

Purpose: In this paper, we have dealt with problems and the improvement proposals of FTC (FAIR TRADE COMMISSION) report which insist on relaxed entry regulation for an optical shop. Methods: We analyzed each content of the FTC (FAIR TRADE COMMISSION) report which argue relaxed entry regulation for an optical shop. Results: At present, the supply of optician and optical shop are already saturated, the overseas cases cited would not be in accord with our reality. The reform of policy must take precedence in order to carry out the policy. A delicate balancing act is needed in order to satisfy both the government's and optician's needs. Conclusions: At this point, it is premature to carry out the relaxed entry regulation, this policy should be looked from a long-term point of view.

현재 조명용 LED 광원모듈의 세계시장규모는 약 200억불로 Osram, GE, Philips 등의 다국적기업이 시장의 70-80%를 독점하고 있으며, 국내업체는 기술력 부족 등으로 세계 시장진입을 못하고 있는 실정이다. 국내시장 규모는 약 6,000억원 규모로 약 80%이상을 Osram, GE, Philips 등으로부터 수입하고 있는 실정이다. 특히, 백색조명용 LED 광원모듈은 세계적으로 기술개발 단계이거나 시장진입 초기로서 동 개발제품의 기술을 국내업체가 이전해 온다면 반도체 조명시장 조기진입 및 세계시장 선점에도 크게 기여 할 것으로 예상된다. 우리나라에서도 차기 LED조명시장을 염두에 두고 한국광기술원을 중심으로 연구에 박차를 가하고 있다. LED/반도체조명연구사업부가 개발한 2,500 루멘급 백색조명용 LED 광원모듈 시제품의 개발 성공은 백색조명용 LED 광원모듈의 핵심 원천기술 확보에 한발 더 나아가 결과이며, 시제품 개발결과가 조명제품으로 이어진다면 2010년에는 3,000억원의 무역역조가 개선될 것으로 전망하고 있다. 또한, 국내 최초로 개발된 3mW급 380nm UV(자외선) LED는 위폐감지기, 살균기 등 의료.환경.바이오산업 등에 적용 가능하며, 조명용 백색 LED 제작을 위한 펌핑광원으로 활용이 가능하다. 아울러 20mW 급 380nm UV LED 개발이 완료되는 2008년에는 반도체조명산업과 의료/환경산업 등에 활용되어 약 연 10억불 이상의 수입대체 효과를 가져 올 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 한국광기술원 LED/반도체조명연구사업부는 다양한 LED 광원모듈의 연구개발을 통해 원천기술을 확보하고 LED광원 모듈의 국산화에 일익을 담당하고 있다.

In this paper, we analyzed and analyzed the entry path and the capacity of translation competent personnel who participated in the translation project for the last 5 years. For this purpose, the entry path of the translation workforce is classified as 'employee', 'research course', 'vt', and 'external expert'. And the number of manpower and the amount of translated manuscripts were examined by year. In addition, the average amount of manpower for one translator was also examined. As a result of the research and analysis, the proportion of the total translation companies in the translation business was in the order of external experts - from the research course - from the qualification examination - from the staff. The proportion of manuscripts is in the order of from the research course - external expert - from the qualification examination - from the staff. In addition, we surveyed and analyzed the present status of each of the translators and discussed the characteristics and problems of each business sector. In the translation of historical documents, the proportion of manpower is the largest in the research process, but the proportion of manuscripts is the highest in the qualification test, and that of the experts in the translation and special classics is significant. In addition, it was judged that translation work of translator was proceeding inefficiently by analyzing average manpower quantity of translation worker. In order to solve these problems, three plans were proposed: 'Need to plan the use of translation personnel based on business plan', 'Improvement of qualification examination for cross-country and translation committee members', 'Training of translation experts in specialized fields and expansion of entry routes'. Each of these measures must be validated and validated through detailed analysis and research. However, it is hoped that the translator will help the translation project by establishing a more systematic and planned business plan and a plan to utilize the translation workforce.

The present study examined how the psychological well-being of young adults was affected by the perceived parental rearing attitudes and how self-concept clarity and the perceptions of emerging adulthood mediated this causal relationship based on Arnett's the theory of emerging adulthood. We specially focused on affectionate or rejective types of perceived parental rearing attitudes and possibility or instability perceptions of emerging adulthood. We performed survey research with 358 university students from six universities located in Seoul, and other cities in South Korea and analyzed collected data using SPSS 25.0 and SPSS Macro. As a result, we found correlational relationships between psychological well-being of emerging adulthood and other variables. Also, we found the mediating effect of the self-concept clarity in the relationship between the psychological well-being and the perceived parental attitudes: affectionate, rejective. However, we only found the mediating effect of the perceived possibility perception of emerging adulthood was significant in the relationship between the psychological well-being and affectionate parental rearing attitudes. Finally, we found a sequential mediation effect that the self-concept clarity and then perceived instability perception of emerging adulthood affected in the relationship between psychological well-being and rejective parental rearing attitudes of emerging adulthood. Based on results, implications and suggestions for counseling service and psychological education for university students faced emerging adulthood were discussed.

21세기에는 인터넷방송 시대가 본격 열릴 전망이다. 지상파 방송 3사를 비롯해 언론사, 케이블TV업체,PC통신업체, 대기업, 인터넷업체 등이 경쟁적으로 인터넷방송국을 설립하거나 이를 적극 추진하고 있기 때문이다. 캐티즌으로 불리는 인터넷방송 시청인구도 인터넷 보급확산에 힘입어 기하급수적으로 증가하는추세를 보이고 있다. 이에 따라 인터넷방송 시장은 유망 인터넷 비즈니스의 한 분야로 자리하면서 본격적인 성장궤도에 진입할 것으로 보는 시각이 지배적이다. 21세기 뉴미디어로 불리며 크게 주목 받고 있는 인터넷방송의 현황과 과제를 살펴봤다.

올해 CDN서비스 시장은 포털 업체들의 동영상 검색 서비스강화, 온라인게임업체들의 대형게임 출시, 월드컵 등으로 1,000억 원 규모로 성장이 예상된다. 이에 따라 기존 CDN서비스 업체들 뿐 아니라 신규업체들이 속속 진입, 그 어느 때보다 경쟁이 치열해 질 것으로 전망되고 있다.
