The official development assistance (ODA) accompanies an interstate financial transaction, such as trade, foreign direct investment, and money transfer. ODA policy has designated several purposes. Among them, political purposes have been considered to be the key factors in the regional distribution of foreign aid. If we agree the traditional approach that recognizes ODA as a 'political one', the practice of ODA can be a kind of state geopolitics. This study investigates the construction and characteristics of geopolitical discourses. More specifically, this study pays special attention to the 'practical geopolitics' that is crucial to the policy-making. By analyzing the minutes of the National Assembly Standing Committee, four geopolitical discourses were identified: 'practicing humanities as a developed country', 'providing a role model to developing countries', 'developing new foreign markets' and 'coping with global geopolitics'. These geopolitical discourses have been constructed through the process of justifying the ODA policy to the domestic and international audiences. Constructing discourses on ODA shows the representation of a dichotomous and typical image of developed/developing.

This paper analyzes the types of characters in the drama by applying Gremas's Actantial model and Enneagram's character typology and examines how they are shaped. As the Korean Wave is important, it is necessary to study the type of characters and how to describe them. Character is the most important factor in the influence of drama. As a result of applying to the Actantial model, and the following results were obtained. The main subjects are Yu-jin Choi and Ko Ae-sin, the Helpers are many people helping the subject, the opponent is the pro-Japanese figures, the Sender is Gojong, and the recivers are the people of Joseon. Analysis results by personality type of Enneagram, it was found that the subjects are 3 and 5 type, the Helpers are various types, the opponent is 3 type, the Sender is 5 type, and the receivers all types. In the method of describing the subject, internal description (direct description) is used, and the other is only formed by indirect description. Some of the Helpers and the Sender are used an image-telling method to show the inside. However, the opponent is image-telling only to show indirectly. As a result, it was possible to confirm the differences and effects on the method of image-telling by character type.

In the actantial model of Algirdas Julius Greimas, a story makes 3 kinds of relationships with 6 actants, and, in these relationships, the desires of subjects and objects are operated. And, when the subject performs its desire, there are both assistance of helper and disturbance of opponent. And, the object of desire wanted by the subject is provided by sender and receiver. Using this actantial model, this study analyzed the narrative structure of the animation 'Dalbitgungjeon', and, by rearranging the subject of capacity, examined general stream of communication. Korean animations have tried to approach using archetypes of Korean culture as motifs with various perspectives. But, it is true that, compared with foreign animations dramatized using cultural archetypes, Korean animations still have something to be desired. Thus, this study analyzed the narrative structure of 'Dalbitgungjeon' which was recently producted using archetypes of Korean culture as its motif, and, rearranging the subject of capacity, examined general stream of communication. By doing this, this study tried to search for the method of producing an animation equipped with more advanced narrative structure. Of course, narrative structure of Greimas has been studied in various aspects. However, there are still not enough animation researches using cultural archetypes of Greimas. Considering such aspects, this study focused on searching for a method of using the formation of cultural archetypes based on the analysis of fables of Greimas.

최근 들어 인터넷이 매개가 된 청소년 성범죄가 급증하고 있다. 또한 원조교제라고 불린 청소년성매매 행위는 수법이 교묘해지고 수위도 한층 높아지고 있다. 이에 청소년성매매라는 범죄자들의 개인정보 공개에 대해 법적인 근거와 국내 및 해외 사례를 통해 살펴보고자 한다. 필자는 직접적인 언급은 않지만 문맥상 범죄자라도 개인정보의 공개는 신중을 기할 필요가 있음을 암시하고 있다.

Under the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of Official Development Assistance(ODA) in health and medical service is emphasized more. The number of cases is expected to increase in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to provide differentiated education and training for each type of occupation as a follow-up to realize the operations management and maintenance of medical equipment supported by the ODA project. In this study, for an effective follow-up and operations management of medical equipment supported by the ODA project, the differences in educational training achievement between users and maintainers were analyzed through a t-test. As a result of this study, there were significant differences between users and maintainers of medical equipment in use and manage six types of priority management target medical equipment(Q5) and an instruction manual understanding of medical equipment(Q6). However, there was no difference in the need and purpose of education and training, satisfaction with an instructor, and the need for cross-professional communication.

The predominant concern of the study consist in: (1) the direct effect of social commitment on teachers' intervention efficacy for helping both victims and offenders in school violence situation; (2) the indirect effects of both teachers' perceptions of offenders and victims, and fairness of school regulations on teachers' intervention efficacy. Research is based on a survey conducted with 351 teachers(84 males and 267 females) from 10 middle schools located in different districts of the city of Daegu. In order for subjects to verify research questions, structural equation models in teachers' intervention efficacy for helping both victims and offenders were explored. In order to verify the difference between mediators' effect, along with total indirect effect and each individual mediator's effects, bias-corrected bootstrapping analysis by using Mplus were employed. The major findings of the study supported the significance on direct effect of social commitment, and indirect effect of both fairness of school regulations and teachers' perceptions toward offenders and victims, on teachers' intervention efficacy. However, the indirect effect of fairness of school regulations(.025) was far outweighed by teachers' perceptions(.224) toward offenders and victims. In conclusion, the above findings claim our attention in that they provide a range of practical implications for teachers and other related professionals including school workers who are engaged in helping out both victims and offenders in school violence situation.

항생물질은 만병통치의 대명사가 아니며 적기적소에 가장 효율적으로 사용함으로 소기의 목적을 얻을 수 있다는 사실을 사양가들과 기술자 들에게 좀더 생각해볼수 있는 기회가 되길 바라며 축산사육경험이 많을수록 질병의 위험을 항생물질에 의존하는 막연한 생각에 도움이 되길 바란다. 우수한 축산물을 생산하기 위하여 우선 내가 선택한 사양관리방법에 돌이켜보고 그 다음 부족한 곳에 항생물질의 원조를 받아서 수익성 높은 축산경영을 기대해야 할 것이다.

우리나라가 경제협력개발기구(OECD)에 가입해 선진국 반열에 진입지도 벌써 17년이 지났고, 회원국들 가운데 개발도상국들을 위해 개발 원조를 시행하는 회원국이 된 지도 3년이 되어 간다. 한국전쟁 직후 폐허와 같은 상황 속에서 다른 나라의 원조 없이는 국가를 영위하기조차 힘들었던 우리나라가 당당히 세계의 어려운 나라를 돕는 선진국의 일원이 된 것이다. 하지만 최근 OECD 통계조사 결과를 토대로 살펴본 우리의 현실은 불명예스럽기 그지없다. 특히 결핵의 경우 우리나라 신규 결핵환자 수는 인구 10만 명당 100명 후진국 양상을 보이고 있다. 정말이지, 불명예스런 결과가 아닐 수 없다. 이 같은 사실을 외국인들은 어떻게 받아들이고 있을까? 이를 알아보기 위해 현재 대한결핵협회 홍보대사이자 한국외국인력지원센터에서 외국인노동자 전문 상담원으로 활동 중인 두 인물을 찾았다. 이들의 대화를 통해 앞으로 우리나라가 결핵 선진국 대열로 진입하기 위해 해결해야 할 문제점과 방안은 은 무엇인지 알아보자.

During the Korean War, China dispatched 'the Anti-US and Pro-Joseon Comfort' group to North Korea 3 times. The purpose of the comfort group was to comfort the Chinese People's Supporting Soldiers and Joseon People's Army fighting the US imperial forces and at the same time, inform them of China's situation to booster their morale. Another purpose was to promote the socialism construction projects in the new China. Namely, China wanted to propagate various heroic achievements of the Chinese soldiers and accuse the US imperialist soldiers and thereby, inspire Chinese people's international sense and patriotism for the new China to mobilize the people for the war and promote the construction of the new China effectively. The comfort group consisted of diverse classes (laborers, farmers, intellectuals, women, students, soldiers, etc.) in various areas such as politics, military, ethnic, society, culture, education, etc. Their activities were conducted in various forms such as consolation, legwork, meeting and performances. Their activities were full of anger and compassion, sacrifice and emotion, battle and romance, impression and comfort. Such emotion was delivered intact to the Chinese people through the comfort group's propaganda activities back home in China. The Anti-US and Pro-Joseon Comfort' group revealed their identity of socialists New China in terms of their organization and their specific performances. Their identity claimed for democracy and equality, internationalism empathizing world peace and solidarity of the proletariats, and patriotism supporting the communists regime. The comfort group played a role in propagating such identity of new China effectively by crossing the border. It was a political and cultural performance that stipulated the political meaning of the Anti-US and Pro-Joseon Chosun Comfort' group
