  • 도심 도로변의 대기질은 주변의 고층 건물로 인한 거리 협곡으로 인하여 도시의 대기질에서 가장 빈번하게 기준을 초과하는 지역이다. 대부분의 대도시에서 고층 빌딩으로 구성된 도심 거리 협곡(urban street canyon)의 자동차에서 배출되는 대기오염물질은 운전자, 보행자, 도로변 작업자, 자동차 승객 등의 건강에 직접적으로 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 자동차 대기오염물질은 지표면에서 발생되기 때문에 거리 협곡은 배출원 인근의 대기오염물질 확산에 중요한 영향을 준다. 우선적으로, 거리 협곡은 협곡 상공에서 수직적인 혼합을 유도하게 된다. 둘째로, 거리 협곡의 형성은 협곡의 지형적 또는 물리적 경계 내의 오염물질을 정체시키게 되어, 협곡 상공으로 공기가 자유롭게 이동하여 오염물질을 수송하는 것을 지체시키는 경향이 있다.   • 일반적으로 도심지에서 터널 시공을 위한 암반굴착 작업은 주변 보안물건에 대해 직접적인 피해를 유발시킬 수 있는 공해요소인 진동을 허용기준값 이하로 제어할 수 있으면서 상대적으로 시공성과 경제성이 뛰어난 공법으로 수행되어야 한다. 본 사례에서는 각내의 대표적인 문화시설인 예술의 전당 하부를 통과하는 우면산 터널 공사현장에서 암반굴착공법으로 고려한 TTM 장비를 이용한 기계굴착, 플라즈마 공법, 유압장비를 이용한 할암공법, 겔파쇄 공법, 미진동파쇄기를 이용한 공법, 진동제어발파공법에 대한 현장 적용성을 시험시공 등을 통해 평가한 내용과 결과를 제시하였다. 비록 각 도심지 터널의 현장 상황이나 주변 여건에 따라 이 현장에서의 시험시공 내용이나 적용 결과를 그대로 적용할 수는 없겠지만, 진동제어 암반굴착 공법에 대한 시험시공이나 선정 과정에 이 사례연구가 개략적인 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on the Locational Characteristics and Road System of Existing Old Settlements in Cheongju City (청주 원도심 내 현존하는 옛마을의 입지특성과 가로체계의 변화)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify locational characteristics and the road systems of existing 22 old settlements in Cheongju downtown of Korea. These old settlements are classified largely into two types by geographical feature; Hill type located in ridge and Valley type in the valley from the ridge. The Hill type is further categorized into San-rock located on ridge and Gogae located on hillside, and the Valley type into closed large and small valley, that is, Daegok and Sogok by the shape and size of the valley. The road systems are classified into outer road, approaching road, inner road, and side road. In San-rock type villages, Inner road is changed side roads by new arterial road, and new ones become inner road. The outer road are almost cut off, but side roads maintain. In the case of the Gogae type, main road becomes inner road, maintain old hierarchical road, and in other cases, villages are formed around side roads derived from main road, and outer road and inner road are cut off. Among the Valley type, Daegok type maintains old hierarchical road, while for Sogok type, outer roads are cut off, and new roads are outer road.

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the transitional process of spatial configuration of 'Topdong Yangdalmal'; One of the existing 22 old settlements in cheongju city. The results are as follows. 1) Side roads are derived from Inner road until 1970, so large-scale lots are subdivided small-scale lots. The houses are mostly in 1970s and 1980s. The existing old houses are 11, their orientation are East South, and the entrance gives on side road. The orientation, court yard, and entrance of the houses nearby side roads keep ongoing, in spite of alteration and extension. Especially, Entrance is changed by the new arterial roads and subdivided lots, but, the houses nearby side roads are continued as in the past. 2) The newly built houses in 1970's are 20, and it's arrangements are equal to existing old one. The orientation of houses after 1980's is the same in 1970's. But, the entrance is changed by subdivided lots, and the size of the court yard are reduced or disappeared. In other hand, the houses as the same size of the existing houses, and Storyincrease continue court yard as in the past. Therefore, the houses which are nearby inner road, and increase story, are continued, in spite of the newly built one.

  • The study is to find regional characteristics of the old town of Jeju city, "Mu-gun-sung," through researches of the status of the spatial structure in the cul de sac roads of the area. In particular, the status and characteristics of the area are clearly defined with the typology of the cul de sac roads based on the urban renewal regulations. The results are listed as follows: First, there are buildings from various periods in the area. Second, it is comparatively analyzed that there are the similarities and differences in Collaborative Development based on a neighborhood plan in Japan and Korea which pursue conservative renewals of the cule de sac roads. Third, the status and characteristics of the area are clarified through the analysis of the types of the cul de sac roads.

  • The purpose of this study is to categorize Commercial area by identifying characteristics of blocks and coding them in order to segment use zoning in Commercial area. The study was conducted as follows. Data from building register, cadastral map, statistics annual report are utilized to identify the physical environment of the block. four types used as code under the physical environment classification code which are classification code of physical environment, detail usage, volume ratio, and height type are set, and combine the classification codes sorted by the four types of code. Through the physical environment classification codes, there are currently 37 different block characteristics of the Old downtown Commercial area. Diversity is not reflected. There are only Central commercial area of regulations in Old downtown commercial areas that are uniformly managed. For the renewal, management and development that can occur in the near future, it is necessary to segment of use district in the commercial area. Consider the current situation and future development direction for the management of sustainable commercial areas. Management is required using physical environment classification codes. It is meaningful that it can be maintained, managed and developed in accordance with the characteristics of each block.

  • The purpose of this study is to review and evaluate the proper planning for 2030 Incheon Urban Parks & Green Space Master Plan. Some of the plans are aimed at multiple small districts within the city's old town, as local governments are planned to be sub-subsidized by Incheon Metropolitan City. However, these plans have become simple plans for each district and therefore find it difficult to collect from the perspective of the using system of the residents who are directly used. First, the construction of the urban park and green space network requires the construction of a service using system that can be felt by the users. Second, the basic idea of each district planned as the detailed strategy of the master plan should be planned through consultation with nearby the district. Third, specific targets and directions for the urban park and green space plan through the urban development project are needed.

  • The purpose of this study is to derive a model of urban regeneration business using idle facilities in the old city center. The scope of the study was set as empty houses and empty stores owned by private companies, and analyzed the 50 central city revitalization projects using idle facilities in 14 local cities in Japan. The results of this study are follows; First, as an urban regeneration strategy using idle facilities in the old town, it was a combination of other functions centering on commercial functions or introducing new functions required in the city center. Second, various financial supports have been provided to induce the utilization of idle facilities by the private sector, and different strategies have been implemented for businesses that need maintenance first. Third, based on the analysis results, it was possible to derive urban regeneration business model. Fourth, in order to operate smooth business, it is a need for an organization that is in charge of reviewing the consistency of upper-level planning and urban guiding functions such as urban revitalization plan, balance review of expenditure and revenues by cost subsidy and loan repayment, consultation among the business partners.

  • Recently, It is increasing that importance of systematic management by carbon sinks in forest resources. Especially, in terms of social, Forest resources in urban areas are important role as well as carbon sinks, and improvement of the natural environment of the city. In this study, through ANOVA analysis that a total of nine different vegetation index from rearranged NIR band of images to Forest tree species classified in urban areas using high-resolution aerial images and satellite images of KOMPSAT-2. And various vegetation indices such as NDVI are divided a species by forest units through statistical analysis. Also, separated species are compared to forest type map by the Forest Service. As a result, it is built as basis for vegetation management in urban areas.

Urban Gutter Reservoir Operating System Model Using Sensors (센서를 활용한 도심지 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 모델)

  • 최근 국지성 호우 등 홍수방어 시설의 설계빈도를 초과하는 강우 발생으로 홍수피해가 증가하고 있다. 그 중 도시지역의 내수침수 피해는 전체 피해액의 50%를 넘는다. 그러나 우수관거의 노후화 및 통수능 부족으로 우수의 즉각적인 배출이 이루어지지 않아 침수피해가 증가하고 있다. 침수피해의 주요 원인 중 저지대 지역 및 우수관거의 통수능력 부족이 침수피해의 가장 큰 원인을 차지한다. 따라서 도심지의 경우 내수침수로 인한 피해가 증가하고 있는 점을 감안하면 배수관거와 연계한 저류시스템 구축으로 침수 빈발 지역의 치수 능력 향상을 통하여 경제적 피해를 저감시킬 수 있다. 저류시스템은 현장 노면수 저류를 위한 측구 저류조와 저류조 운영 시스템을 의미하며, 저류조 운영 시스템 모델에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 구축을 위해서 현장 센싱(Sensing)데이터와 연계할 수 있는 정보체계 및 운영 시스템 모델이 필요하다. 이에 센서를 활용한 도심지 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 모델을 제시한다. 먼저 센서의 구성은 측구 저류조 내의 협소한 공간과 전원공급, 방진·방수 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 구성되어야 하며, 무전원 근거리 이동통신기술(RFID)을 적용하여 측구 저류조 운영 시스템 수집서버와 통신하여 센싱 데이터를 저장한다. 데이터는 근거리 RFID 리더기가 측구 저류조로부터 센싱 정보를 수신하여 통신모듈에 수신한 저류조 개폐도어 열림과 닫힘 시그널(signal), RFID의 고유 ID 등을 전달 받아 운영 시스템 내의 RFID 이력 DB(Database)에 기록한다. 기록된 정보는 각각 RFID 일련번호, 기록 시간, 동적센서 시그널 값 등이 저장되어 각각의 측구 저류조의 상태를 확인할 수 있어야 한다. 저류량 산정을 위해서 GIS기반의 하수도 시설물 속성 데이터를 포함하는 운영 시스템을 구성해야 한다. 운영 시스템은 수집된 센서정보를 시계열 단위로 분석하고 위치정보 기준으로 측구 저류조 내의 총 저류량 산출에 필요한 기초정보를 제공하며 결과를 표출한다. 따라서 하수도 시설물의 속성정보를 포함하여 측구 저류조 및 센서의 속성정보 정의가 필요하며, 공간정보 파일(Shape File)을 적용하여 GIS 운영 시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 운영 시스템은 저류조 만관상태와 총 저류량을 산출하여 침수위험 알림을 제공할 수 있으며, 예상 강우에 따른 도심지 피해를 역으로 예측하여 강우사상 빈도에 따른 측구 저류조 체적을 결정할 수 있다.
