  • 정보화의 진전에 따라, 국가 경영의 정보시스템 의존도는 심화되고 있으나, 현재까지 공공부문의 재해 재난 대비는 미흡한 상태이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 국가기간정보시스템의 생존성 확보를 위한 원격지 이중화 백업센터의 구축 방안을 고려한다. 서비스 중단시의 손실을 고려하여 우선백업대상시스템을 선정하였으며, 백업센터의 구성 및 형태, 위치 등의 고려요소를 파악하였으며, 확장성과 비용 효율성을 감안하여 공동백업센터 형태로 구성하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 국가기간정보시스템 공동백업센터의 구축은, 국가경영의 연속성 확보는 물론, 향후 공공부문의 전문적 전산운영기반 확충의 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다.

  • 오늘날 우리는 맡은 발전을 거듭한 지능망 서비스를 일상 생활에서 직간접적으로 접하고 있으며. 서비스가 다양화 되고 그 품질이 중요시 되면서 TCAP(Transaction Capability Application Part)의 높은 성능과 안정성에 대한 요구가 증대되어 왔다. 본 논문에서 제시하는 고성능 무중단 TCAP 모델은 원격지에 위치한 다중 TCU(Transaction Capability User)에게 TCP/IP 소켓을 제공하고 폴링(Polling)을 수행하여 TCU상태를 효과적으로 관리하며, 네트워크 장애나 하위 스택 프로세스 문제로 서비스가 지속될 수 없는 경우 이중화 메커니즘을 적용하여 서비스의 중단을 최소화 한다. TCU 어플리케이션 개발자를 위해 이중화에 대한 고려 엄이 TCAP 메시지론 사용할 수 있도록 API를 제공 하여 실제 서비스 적용에 범용성과 편리성을 제공한다. 기존에 개발되어 사용되고 있는 TCAP보다 메시지 처리 및 전송 효율을 높이기 위한 프로세스 구조와 무중단 서비스 제공을 위한 이중화 모델을 설계하고 구현하였다. 설계 및 구현 내용을 검증하기 위해 ITU-T에서 권고하는 적합성 시험을 실시하고, 테스트 베드를 구축 해 성능 시험을 수행 한다.

  • 전자화폐는 기존의 화폐 개념을 네트워크 상으로 옮겨 디지털화한 무형의 화폐 또는 지불수단으로, 기존 신용력에 기반을 두고 종이 화폐가 가지고 있었던 불편함을 해소하기 위해 원격지 이송에 따른 통신기능, 휴대 및 보관관리의 편리성, 위조방지 기능을 기존 화폐 개념기능에 추가한 것이며, 온라인 방식과 오프라인 방식이 있다. 본 논문에서는 오프라인 방식 전자화폐가 만족해야 할 요구사항, 즉, 익명성, 위조불가능성, 이중사용방지와 조건부 익명성 철회를 충족시킬 수 있는 시스템의 구조와 프로토콜을 제시하고, 이를 자바카드를 이용해서 구현하였다.

  • Main machinery in the factory have various digital indicator to display its operating data for the manager. It is useful to control these datum at the remote office for factory automation in order to increase machine productivity. It is easy to use Ethernet infrastructure for remote communication. But most of all machinery in domestic factories still support RS232c or RS485 serial communication way. In this case to control machinery datum on the ethernet base, it is need to change RS232C or RS485 data to ethernet base. In this paper, in order to develop a remote progress management system through the wireless Internet, we show a design method to make easy maintenance by developing the system with both the JAVA language and RxTx Package for RS232c serial communication. For the system implementation, we added the digital indicator connect with a thermo couple to a machine which provide the real time status data of temperature. To connect machines management server program, we set up a convertor to change the RS485 data to the RS232c and also another convertor to change the RS232c data to wireless ethernet.

  • An HSS(Home Subscriber Server) system requires a main-memory database on main-memory unit for the real-tine management of the subscriber information in the mobile communication service, in that the system controls not only basic data for handling calls of users, but also additional service data related to user authentication and operational data. Nonetheless, HSS-DBS system, requiring the reliability and stability, need more secure data store method and a back-up technique because the system have a long startup time and the big problem on the failures of main-memory. This paper proposes an efficient back-up replication technique, on the basis of enhancing the stability and performance of HSS system. The proposed shadowing back-up technique adopting the delayed recovery process, can help minimize the real-time back-up overloads by location registration, while the proposed backup replication method enables more stable system operations with replicating the data to remote server in real time.

A Study on Focus Position Control of Reflector Using Fuzzy Controller (퍼지제어기를 이용한 반사경의 초점 위치제어에 관한 연구)

  • The present study investigated the tracking system of a reflector to trace the movement of sun. The system was designed to minimize the error between the vertical vector of reflector and the position of sun. The proposed system was able to collect the sun lights at a point as a useful source of light energy and transmit the collected light to a remote area through optical fibers. Also the study successfully solved the controller design problem due to the complexity of modeling of the sun tracking system using a fuzzy logic controller which mimics human reasoning.

Conceptual Design of Emergency Communication System to Cope with Severe Accident in Nuclear Power Plants (중대사고를 대비한 원전비상통신시스템 개념설계)

  • To cope with sever accident like Fukushima accident, the emergency response system is needed. It consist of the hardened I&C system and the mobile control station. The hardened I&C system monitors the state in the nuclear power plant and controls the emergency equipment such as valves, pumps and the mobile control station placed at 30km away from nuclear power plant receives the status information from the hardened I&C system and transmits the control data to the hardened I&C system. In this paper, we design the emergency communication system connecting the hardened I&C system to the mobile control station and analyze the performance of the system. This system consists of the terrestrial communication system and the satellite communication. The performance such as a communication link budget, throughput and delay time is analyzed for each system.

Deep Learning Based Group Synchronization for Networked Immersive Interactions (네트워크 환경에서의 몰입형 상호작용을 위한 딥러닝 기반 그룹 동기화 기법)

  • This paper presents a deep learning based group synchronization that supports networked immersive interactions between remote users. The goal of group synchronization is to enable all participants to synchronously interact with others for increasing user presence Most previous methods focus on NTP-based clock synchronization to enhance time accuracy. Moving average filters are used to control media playout time on the synchronization server. As an example, the exponentially weighted moving average(EWMA) would be able to track and estimate accurate playout time if the changes in input data are not significant. However it needs more time to be stable for any given change over time due to codec and system loads or fluctuations in network status. To tackle this problem, this work proposes the Deep Group Synchronization(DeepGroupSync), a group synchronization based on deep learning that models important features from the data. This model consists of two Gated Recurrent Unit(GRU) layers and one fully-connected layer, which predicts an optimal playout time by utilizing the sequential playout delays. The experiments are conducted with an existing method that uses the EWMA and the proposed method that uses the DeepGroupSync. The results show that the proposed method are more robust against unpredictable or rapid network condition changes than the existing method.
