A study on the role of elementary school principals in the New Normal era (뉴 노멀(New Normal) 시대 초등학교 교장의 역할 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the chaotic state of school education caused by COVID-19 and to seek the role of the principal in responding quickly to the national crisis. To solve this problem, 34 elementary school principals in Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon, and Jeju were surveyed with open questions through the first SNS on what leadership is needed to cope with COVID-19, and the second in-depth interview was conducted through phone calls. In the New Normal era, principal's leadership requires insightful and responsible leadership in supporting educational activities, class support, and problem prevention that can occur due to rapid response to crisis situations, rapid budgeting and input, and promotion of teacher-to-teacher communication, according to a survey. In crisis situations such as COVID-19, it is necessary to establish a role of principal for schools to cope stably and to establish an educational environment in which students learn in a safe environment. For this, national and educational policy support is needed.

A Record and Conservation of Cultural Heritages through Web Ecomuseum : the Case of Mountain Mudeung (웹 생태박물관을 활용한 문화유산의 기록과 보존 : 무등산을 중심으로)

  • Ecomuseum which appeared in France in 1968 and widely diffused over the world, is a new type of museum. The purpose of this museum is not to simply possess and exhibit the existing relics, but to discover the locational senses of a territory by in-situ conserving and interpreting its entire natural and cultural heritages, and to plan the participation of its population and the development of its local community. The significance of this museum can be found in the recovery of disappearing collective memories of a territory, the restoration of the cultural identity of its population and the revitalization of a underdeveloped area. As the majority of these museums are fragmented or open air museums, an 'web ecomuseum' which makes the remote offering of informations about whole dispersed heritages and their holistic interpretation possible by digitalizing, recording, conserving, interpreting and utilizing related heritages, is necessary. This paper considers the possibility of web ecomuseum and its constitution contents and methods through the case of Mountain Mudeung area. Especially, in relation to the latter, this paper suggests a plan which consists of selection of own local themes, construction of digital archives, design of web expositions and production of electronic cultural maps.

Efficient management strategy for untact real-time early childhood physical education(ECPE) (실시간 비대면 유아체육 수업의 효율적 운영방안 제시)

  • The purpose of this study was to propose an efficient management strategy for untact real-time early childhood physical education(ECPE). The studay method was used in-depth interview, non-participant observation. The results of the study ar as follows. First, factors to be considered for untact real-time ECPE are 'location', 'communication', 'program', facilities' and 'equipment.' Second, for the effective untact real-time ECPE management, 'class design', 'class preparation', 'remote manager', and 'teaching ability.' are the sub-factors. The more of research on untact real-time ECPE are needed. Based on this study, it is hoped that an effective operation plan for untact real-time ECPE classes will be prepared.

An Attribute-Based Authentication Scheme Using Smart Cards (스마트카드를 이용한 속성기반 사용자 인증 스킴)

  • In a network environment, when a user requests a server's service, he/she must pass an examination of user authentication. Through this process, the server can determine if the user can use the provided services and the exact access rights of this user in these services. In these authentication schemes, the security of private information became an important issue. For this reason, many suggestions have been made in order to protect the privacy of users and smart cards have been widely used for authentication systems providing anonymity of users recently. An remote user authentication system using smart cards is a very practical solution to validate the eligibility of a user and provide secure communication. However, there are no studies in attribute-based authentication schemes using smart cards so far. In this paper, we propose a novel user authentication scheme using smart cards based on attributes. The major merits include : (1) the proposed scheme achieves the low-computation requirement for smart cards; (2) user only needs to register once and can use permitted various services according to attributes; (3) the proposed scheme guarantees perfect anonymity to remote server.

Physical Therapy Application Development Using the App Inventor -Preliminary Research for the Realization of Tele-Physical Therapy- (앱인벤터를 이용한 물리치료 어플리케이션 개발 -원격 물리치료 구현을 위한 사전연구-)

  • Purpose: The COVID-19 pandemic has changed how healthcare is delivered worldwide and has affected the environment of the healthcare. Physical therapy in traditional healthcare systems can be difficult in unusual circumstances, such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Tele-physical therapy, defined as "the delivery of the physical therapy at a distance using electronic information and telecommunication technologies," will be a solution for this healthcare crisis. Thus, in this study, we proposed a mobile application for tele-physical therapy. Methods: This study used the Chrome Browser version 83.0.4 based on the Windows 10 64Bit operating system to use the App Inventor. To operate the mobile application, we used the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. The design of the mobile application was based on the review of a system used in the physical therapy department. Results: The graphical user interface (GUI) of the mobile application was displayed on three screens: selecting a painful joint (1st screen of the GUI); selecting a painful movement of the joint (2nd screen of the GUI); a self-manual therapy method and movie (3rd screen of the GUI). The proposed mobile application showed the stable repeatability of the self-manual therapy movie. Conclusion: The results of this study demonstrated that the proposed mobile application using the App Inventor for android will be able to create easy to use and reliable tele-physical therapy.

An Exploratory Study on Online Education Scaffolding Stategy and Effect at the University Using a Systematic Review (대학 온라인 교육의 스캐폴딩 전략 및 효과 탐색을 위한 체계적 문헌고찰)

  • The interest in online education has increased due to the spread of COVID-19. Especially, in the online environment, the importance of scaffolding, which refers to the help and support provided by instructors or peer learners, is being emphasized. This study aimed to review the antecedents of online scaffolding at the university of Korea through the method of systematic review. For this purpose, we collected 578 studies conducted from 2010 to 2021 and selected 7 studies according to the criteria of selection and exclusion. As a result, we found general features, types, and effects of online scaffolding at the university of Korea. Based on these results, we discussed suggestions and implications for a follow-up study. We hope many empirical kinds of research will be conducted about online scaffolding at the university.

An Analysis of Changes and Features in the Revised North Korean Library Act (개정된 북한도서관법의 변화와 특징 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to derive implications by comparing and analyzing the North Korean Library Act both in 1999 and in 2012. In this study, the North Korean Library Act revised in 2012 compared to the previous North Korean Library Act in 1999, and the newly revised, deleted, and newly established items were analyzed by old/new phrase contrast method. While the North Korean Library Act revised in 1999 consisted of a total of 5 chapters and 45 articles, the North Korean Library Act revised in 2012 was reorganized into a total of 6 chapters and 58 articles. The main changes and features are the establishment and modification of provisions related to electronic libraries and electronic publications in accordance with changes in the information service environment, and new provisions related to training of library staff. Based on the analyzed results, the topics and fields that can be discussed in the future, such as mutual exchange of various learning contents for remote education, establishment of an information service cooperation system between South and North libraries, and training specialists on North Korean libraries.

A Study on Awareness of Tele Exercise Rehabilitation According to Demographic Characteristics of Physical Therapists (물리치료사의 인구사회학적 특성에 따른 원격운동재활에 대한 인식도에 대한 연구)

  • Background: This study investigated the perception of community care-based tele exercise rehabilitation according to demographic characteristics of physical therapists and presented basic data for the spread of tele exercise rehabilitation within community care. Methods: The study collected and analyzed data from 195 physical therapists. The analysis was performed using frequency analysis with 10 general characteristics, 13 tele exercise rehabilitation recognition questions, and a total of 23 questions. Analysis of general characteristics of study subjects and recognition of tele exercise rehabilitation were expressed in terms of frequency and percentage using frequency analysis. Chi-squared test was used to compare general characteristics and tele exercise rehabilitation recognition. Correlation analysis of major sociodemographic variables affecting the perception of remote exercise rehabilitation was conducted. Results: The awareness level of physical therapists for remote exercise rehabilitation was confirmed. The difference in the recognition of remote motor rehabilitation in the number of therapists, career, hospital form according to the sociodemographic characteristics showed statistically significant differences. Conclusion: It is necessary to first raise awareness of therapists through the promotion of tele exercise rehabilitation, and furthermore, in the future, it will be necessary to find a policy direction and plan on how tele exercise rehabilitation can be applied to rehabilitation services in local communities care.

  • 제3차 우주개발 진흥 기본계획의 일환으로써 개발되는 차세대 중형위성 5호인 수자원위성은 수자원/수재해 감시 전용 위성으로 2025년 발사 예정이다. 수자원위성의 메인 센서인 C-band 영상레이더(Synthetic Aperture Radar, SAR)는 기상조건 및 주야 상관없이 지표면 관측이 가능한 센서로 급변하는 수재해 양상에 효과적으로 대응하기 위해 탑재된 센서이다. 본 연구사업은 차세대 수자원위성의 효과적 활용 방안 및 SAR 자료기반의 활용산출물 및 주제도 서비스를 위한 알고리즘 구조설계 및 표출시스템 시범개발을 목표로 하고 있으며, 홍수/가뭄/안전/환경모니터링을 주제로 수자원 및 원격탐사 분야의 다학제적 전문가들로 구성된 컨소시엄을 구성하여 추진하고 있다. 본 연구의 내용은 가뭄 모니터링을 위해 개발 중인 SAR 기반 토양수분과 농업적 가뭄지수 산정 알고리즘 개발 및 공간적 표출을 포함한다. 토양수분은 SAR 영상에서 지표피복별로 추출된 후방산란계수와 수문학적 개념의 융합을 통해 논/밭/산림에 대해 산정한다. 물리적 특성에 기반한 변화탐지모델을 활용해 토양수분량을 추출 후, 기계학습기법과 S C S - C N 방법에서 파생된 수문학적 개념 5일 선행강우량과 결합한 토양수분 산정 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 산정된 토양수분을 기반으로, 논 지역은 벼 재배에 따른 담수 시기를 고려한 토양의 포화/불포화상태, 밭 지역은 토양 종류에 따른 토양의 물리적 특성, 산림 지역은 수문학적 개념 및 식생지수를 활용하여 가뭄 판단 기준을 구축하고, 가뭄의 해갈 여부와 해갈되는 시점의 강우량을 산정 가능한 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 개발된 가뭄 모니터링 기법은 향후 고도화, 최적화 및 안정화를 통해 수자원위성의 핵심 활용기술로써 구현할 계획이다.

  • Through this study, the following proposals were made to secure the operability of local governments' records management systems (RMSs). First, for the stable operation and maintenance of RMS, establishing a noninterruptible system with regular operation support is necessary. Second, improving the maintenance quality above a certain level by establishing an integrated RMS maintenance system is imperative. Third, systematically managing the RMS infrastructure compatibility list should be vital to provide clear standards for maintaining local governments' RMS structure.
