자율운항선박 육상원격제어사의 행동기반 비상대응능력 평가 방법

  • 자율운항선박 육상원격제어사의 육상원격제어능력은 자율운항선박의 안전 운항 달성에 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 특히 화재, 침수와 같은 비상상황은 긴밀한 대처를 필요로 하며, 선박에 자율화된 대응 시스템이 있다 하더라도 육상원격제어사의 비상상황 대응능력은 중요도가 높은 원격제어능력이라 할 수 있다. 하지만 육상원격제어사의 능력에 대한 연구는 대부분 선박조종능력에 편향된 경향을 보이며 선박조종 이외의 비상상황대처에 대한 연구는 부족하다. 이에 본 연구는 자율운항선박의 비상상황에 대한 육상원격제어사의 대처능력을 평가하기 위한 방법으로써 행동기반 비상대응능력 평가 모델을 개념화하여 제시하였다.

Analysis on the Satisfaction of the Cyber Graduate Student: Focusing on J University Case (원격대학원생 학습만족도 분석: J대학 사례를 중심으로)

  • In this study, 186 remote graduate students from J University were surveyed and interviewed in-depth to see if their satisfaction varies depending on their gender, semester, and major, and the results were as follows. First, the gender satisfaction of remote graduate students was shown to be statistical significance differences between men and women in professors, offline activities, and class evaluations, all of which showed that men were significantly higher than women. Second, the satisfaction level of each semester of remote graduate students was shown to be significantly different in curriculum, LMS, lecture content quality, and offline activities, and tended to increase as the school year went up. Third, the satisfaction level of remote graduate students by major was found to have significant differences in other factors except LMS and class contents, with the highest educational administration. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data to improve elements absolutely necessary for student-centered education, such as curriculum of remote graduate schools, establishment of learning platform (LMS), and development and production of lecture contents.

An Importance-Performance Analysis on the e-Learning Content Components of Cyber Graduate School (원격대학원 콘텐츠 구성요소에 대한 중요도-수행도 분석: J대학 원격대학원 사례를 중심으로)

  • In this study, the importance-performance analysis (IPA) of the content components of remote graduate students was conducted. To this end, an online survey of 221 remote graduate students at J University obtained the following results. First, the importance of content components by area was in the order of learning content, interaction, teaching-learning strategy, and evaluation, and the degree of execution was in the order of teaching-learning strategy, interaction, evaluation, and learning content. Second, it was found that there were significant differences between importance and performance in the four areas of content components: learning content, teaching-learning strategy, interaction, and evaluation. The importance-execution analysis (IPA) was conducted in two dimensions: region-specific and item-specific, and the results are as follows. The learning content was found to be the maintenance area, the teaching-learning strategy and interaction were the key improvement areas, and the evaluation area was the overinvestment area. The results of this study can be used as basic data to diagnose the present of remote graduate school content and to gauge what needs to be improved in the future based on it.

Analysis of Factors for Learning Satisfaction Based on Gender in Online Graduate University Settings (원격대학원생의 성별차이에 따른 학습만족요인 분석)

  • This study aimed to understand the differences of the factors for learning satisfaction (learning content, system, interaction, instructor personality, and instructional context) between males and females in online graduate university settings. To examine the research objectives, a total of 88 graduate students attending online universities in Seoul, Korea participated in the survey. Among them, 66 valid responses were used for the analyses using the SPSS 21.0 statistical package. In order to figure out the differences of the factors in gender, Multivariate Analysis of Variance(MANOVA) was conducted with the five dependent factors. As a result, interaction was found to be a significant variable implying that females more actively participated in communication process. Finally, possible reasons for the results were described and suggestions were raised.

  • 코로나19 팬데믹으로 사회적 거리 두기가 확산됨에 따라 원격근무가 확산되면서 정부기관에서도 지난 3월부터 재택근무가 시작되어 현재도 일정 수준을 유지하고 있다. 따라서 비대면 시대의 원격근무 본격적인 확산에 대비해, 정보시스템 성공모형과 기술수용모형을 기반으로 정부기관에서 재택근무 시 필수적으로 사용하고 있는 정부원격근무서비스인 Government Virtual Private Network의 품질요인이 이용자 만족도에 미치는 영향 등을 분석하여 개선방안 마련에 기여하고자 한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 소셜 네트워크 서비스(Social Network Service)인 트위터(Twitter)를 이용한 원격 데이터베이스 모니터링 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안한 시스템을 통해 원격 데이터베이스를 모니터링할 경우 기존 상용화된 CS(Client-Server)기반 모니터링 방식에 비해 다음과 같은 장점들이 있다. 첫째, 웹 애플리케이션 기반 사용자 인터페이스를 사용하기 때문에 프로그램 유지보수의 문제가 발생하지 않으며, 웹 브라우저를 통한 인터넷 접속이 가능한 환경이라면 언제 어디서든 시간과 공간의 제약 없이 원격 데이터베이스의 모니터링이 가능하다. 둘째, 제안한 시스템은 원격 데이터베이스 모니터링 시 중앙관리서버에 통합 저장되어 있는 원격 데이터베이스들의 상태정보를 사용하므로 관리자 접속이 증가할 경우 데이터베이스에 대한 연결세션과 질의수행 증가로 인해 데이터베이스 성능에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 CS 기반 모니터링 방식과 달리 데이터베이스 성능에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 셋째, 제안한 시스템은 관리자가 모니터링을 수행하고 있지 않은 상황에서 원격 데이터베이스에 문제가 발생할 경우 이를 트위터를 통해 관리자의 스마트폰으로 즉시 통보하므로 관리자가 해당 문제를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있다.

  • G-Sensor is being used for controlling motion of smart-phone and robot. G-Sensor can control motion to several direction, because it is composed of X, Y, and Z axis and also can be used on many mobile-phone by using Wi-Fi communication and RS-232C communication on the Bluetooth module. In this research, we suggest the application that realize and develop visual-vehicle-remote-control-system by using mobile-phone with G-Sensor so that drivers can more easily remote control and manage their vehicle with mobile-phone in real-time visual.

The Chronological Stages of Advanced Online Education (온라인 고등교육의 변화에 대한 단계별 고찰)

  • This study categorized the developments of advanced online education in Korea, which have achieved rapid growth for past 20 years, and analyzed the characteristics of each stage. Starting from the introduction stage, which focused on video content and basic LMS, it went through a growth stage in which the transition from lifelong to advanced education institute, and the first online graduate program accreditation were achieved. In the maturity stage, the expansion of online graduate programs led to the spread of online real-time classes and seminars, and the introduction and proliferation of smart-phone also paved the way for smart learning. However, as the non-face-to-face teaching method was suddenly implemented as a whole due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online education has rapidly developed and also faced various problems to improve the quality of education. By analyzing and reviewing the trend, this study discussed the problems facing the current revolutionary period and what needs to be solved for future development.

  • With the technological innovation owing to the 4th industrial revolution, the maritime transportation is rapidly being developed with autonomous ships and systems. Particularly, autonomous ships will partially replace the manned ships and navigation among them remotely upon the degree of autonomy suggested by IMO. Accordingly, the remote operator and related research have increased as well. However, the data on the minimum required manpower for remote operators are lacking such as considering engage required situations and their co-occurrence probability. Therefore, this study proposes a simulation model that calculates the number of remote engage required situations by defining restricted water area and remote engage required situation as close-quarter situations based on accumulated trajectory data of actual ships. The findings are expected to be used as background materials to establish the appropriate manpower distribution of remote operators in remote operation centers.
