  • Wolff Parkinson White Syndrome(WPW)은 일반인과는 다르게 선천적으로 심방과 심실 사이에 부전도로(Accessory Pathway)가 존재하여 정상 전도와 비교하였을 때, 빠른 속도로 심실을 자극하여 부정맥을 일으키는 것을 의미한다. WPW는 부정맥이 주된 증상이기는 하나, 평소에는 무증상인 경우가 많고, 성인이 되어 갑작스럽게 발생하는 경우가 존재하기 때문에 인지하지 못하고 살아가는 환자들이 많다는 것이 특징이다. 이러한 특징은 갑작스러운 건강 악화가 타인의 생명에 악영향을 줄 수 있는 트럭 운전기사나 의사와 같은 직업군 등의 경우 WPW를 조기에 발견하고 치료해 위험을 사전에 방지하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 Electrocardiogram(ECG) 데이터를 기반으로 WPW를 자동으로 분류하기 위한 Feature Ensemble 기반 심층 학습 프레임워크를 제안한다. 제안된 기법의 경우 단일 1D-CNN과 GRU를 이용한 기법 대비 F1-Score, Accuracy 기준의 성능 향상을 달성하였기에 본 Task에 적합함을 보여준다.

  • 수소 기반의 에너지 사회는 중소규모 분산 발전과 연료 전지 자동차에서 시작될 거라는 예측이 지배적이다. 가정용 고분자 연료전지 시스템은 상업화에 가장 가까운 소규모 분산 발전 시스템중의 하나이며, 에너지기술연구위원에서는 가정용 고분자 연료전지에 수소를 공급하기 위한 천연가스 수증기 개질시스템의 개발을 진행해 왔다. 효율 향상과 제작의 용이성, 그리고 소형화에 초점을 맞추어 개발된 prototype-I은 $2.0Nm^3/hr$의 순수 수소 생산 용량을 가지고 있으며, 수증기 개질기와 수성가스 전이 반응기 수중기 생성 장치, 그리고 반응열 공급에 필요한 버너 등을 이중 동심원관에 통합한 형태이다. 수중기 개질과 수성가스 전이 반응을 거쳐 나오는 개질 가스의 조성은 $72.3\%\;H_2,\;4.8\%\;CH_4,\;0.7\%\;CO,\;22.2\%\;CO_2$이며, 이때 S/C 비율은 2.5였다. 고분자 연료 전지 공급 시 요구되는 CO 농도가 10ppm 이하이기 때문에, 본 시스템에는 선택적 산화 반응기를 2단으로 설치하여 CO. 농도를 10ppm 이하로 낮추어주었다. 전체 시스템의 열효율은 LHV 기준으로 $68\%$. Prototype-I의 운전을 통해 설계 개선안을 도출하였으며, 이를 적용해 제작한 prototype-II가 시험 운전 중이다,. 통합된 개질 시스템에서는 각 단위 반응기사이의 열교환을 최적화하여 단위 반응들이 적정 온도 범위에서 일어나도록 유도하는 것이 중요하다. Prototype-II는 수증기 개질 반응기와 WGS 반응기, 수증기 생성 장치 사이의 열교환율을 향상시켜 농도를 $2.5\%$로 감소시키면서 CO의 농도는 $1\%$이하로 유지하였다. 이 결과를 바탕으로 얻어진 메탄 전환율은 $87\%$이고, 열효율은 LHV 기준으로 $75\%$이다. 아울러 개선점을 적용한 선택적 산화 반응기를 제작하였다. 개질 가스와 산소의 혼합을 유도하고, 반응기 온도의 제어를 통해 선택적 산화 반응의 속도와 선택성을 향상시키고자 한다. 시스템의 운전을 통해 메탄 전환율과 열효율의 개선을 진행할 예정이다.

A Survey on the Relationship Between Self-Reported Symptoms of Fatigue and Dietary Factors of Taxi Drivers in Cheonan Area (천안시내 택시운전기사들의 자각적 피로와 식이요인의 관련성에 관한 조사연구)

  • The effect of dietary factors on the self-reported symptoms of fatigue were surveyed by the interviewing method among 119 taxi drivers in Cheonan area. It was shown that 86.5% of them were working over 11 hours a day and 34.4% of them over 16 hours. the level of job satisfaction was very low. Many of them felt fatigue during driving. Some symptoms of fatigue which many taxi drives said to be suffered from were headache physical exhaustion nervousness tired and sore eyes and anorexia. When related variables to the self-reported symptoms of fatigue were analyzed daily sleeping hours and exercise were significantly correlated with physical mental and neuro-motor fatigue, Subjects who had meals irregularly were greater than those who had regularly. In addition they tended to eat faster during working and 28.6% of them seldom had breakfast. Subjects who had meals irregularly consumed significantly less fat iron calcium vitamin A, and riboflavin. A and riboflavin and niacin than those who skipped it.

  • 본 연구는 이륜차를 운전함에 있어 기존의 스마트 AR 헬멧과 달리 비대면 음식 배달 서비스 사업에 보다 특화되고 안전에 중점을 둔 스마트 헬멧을 개발하는 방안을 제시하고 있다. 스마트 헬멧, 그리고 본 헬멧과 연동되는 어플리케이션의 개발을 진행하며 웹 대시보드를 통해 라이더의 실시간 위치를 확인하는 기능을 지원한다.

  • Mobile application is growing explosively with the advent of a new technology: smartphones. Mobile application is a new marketing channel and performs as a start-up platform. This study examines the effect of mobile application on the off-line market. Despite the continuous declining demand for taxi service, paradoxically, the supply of taxi service has increased. The taxi industry can be categorized into general taxi and call taxi. General taxi is accidental and inefficient because it has to search for its own passenger. As call taxi takes the request of a passenger, it is more efficient than general taxi. However, the current defective passenger-taxi driver matching system and insufficient taxi driver management hinder the development of the call taxi market. Differences in differences (DID) is an econometrical methodology that examines whether or not an event has meaningful influence. This research uses DID to investigate the effect of the Kakao taxi application on the call taxi industry. Furthermore, it examines the effect of major companies' reckless diversification, which is considered unethical behavior. The passengers of call taxi data from August 2014 to July 2015 and those of designated driving service data of the same period were collected as the control group.

  • Recently, many safety accidents involving children shuttle buses take place. Without a teacher for help, a safety accident occurs when the driver can't see a child who is getting off in the blind spot of both frontside and backside. A deep learning-based smart mirror allows user authentication and provides various services. Especially, It can be a role of helper for children, and prevent accidents that can occur when drivers or assistant teachers do not see them. User authentication is carried out with children's face registered in advance. Safety accidents can be prevented by an approximate sensor and a camera in frontside and backside of the bus. This study suggests a way of checking out whether children are missed in the process of getting in and out of the bus, designs a system that reduce blind spots in the front and back of the vehicle, and builds a safety system that provide various services using GPS.

The Effects of Combined Exercise Program to Intra-City Bus Driver With Chronic Neck Pain : Case Report (만성 경부통을 가진 시내버스 운전기사에게 복합 운동프로그램의 효과 : 사례연구)

  • Background: Although many of those who drive for a living are exposed to repetitive and awkward posture and whole body vibration which cause them cumulative trauma disorder, therapeutic studies related to the problems from the transport unit are still somewhat inadequate. The purpose of this case report is to identify the effect of combined exercise program on patients suffering chronic neck pain caused by long hour of intra-city bus driving. Method: A total of 4 subjects are selected as patients, all of whom have more than 10 years of experience in intra-city bus transportation services. These people have suffered from neck pain for years. We ran the combined exercise program 3 times a week for 4 weeks and respectively evaluated the results after the 2nd and 4th week. We implemented conventional physiotherapy for 40 minutes, another 40 minutes of combined exercise program, and then educated the patients to enable themselves to do active stretching program as a home program. The combined exercise program contained 3 different stages. 1st stage: active stretching program, 2nd stage combined stabilization exercise and strengthening exercise, 3rd stage: proprioceptive exercise Result: After 4 weeks of intervention, there was enhance in the range of motion. $12^{\circ}$ increase in flexion, $10^{\circ}$ in extension, $6^{\circ}$ in lateral flexion respectively, and $10^{\circ}$ in rotation on average. VAS(visual analgue scale) decreased by 33% on average, NDI(neck diability index) by 28% and fatigability by 23%. Conclusion: There were improved results in the range of motion, NDI, VAS, and in fatigability after applying combined exercise program to intra-city bus drivers exposed to whole body vibration and cumulative trauma disorder.

The Effects of Individual Counseling for Bus-drivers to Cerebrovascular and Cardiovascular Disease Prevention: Secondary Data Analysis (버스운수업 종사자의 뇌심혈관질환 예방을 위한 개별상담 효과: 이차자료분석)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the effects of individual counseling for bus-drivers on cerebrovascular and cardiovascular disease prevention. Methods: The one-group pretest-posttest design was used. This study presents a secondary analysis of data collected in 'contents of cerebrovascular and cardiovascular disease prevention program for bus-drivers in one workplace in Seoul, Korea. The data were collected from 56 bus drivers, using questionnaires from September 10th to November 20th, 2014. The analysis was conducted with ${\chi}^2$ test and paired samples t-test using SPSS/Win 21.0. Results: After the intervention, the participants showed a significant decrease in the level of systolic blood pressure (p=.003) and a significant increase in the total cholesterol level (p=.030). The distribution of cardiovascular risk groups changed after the intervention: 5.3% decreased in the high risk group, 16.1% decreased in the medium risk group, and 3.5% decreased in the low risk group, while 25.0% increased in the normal group. Conclusion: The comprehensive individual counseling including simple screening, tailored education and counseling is effective to manage their lifestyle risk factors, resulting in better maintenance of their health as well as preventing cerebrovascular and cardiovascular disease.

The Estimation of Standard Child Care Service Cost in Family Childcare Centers (가정어린이집 표준보육비 산정 연구)

  • This study aimed to analyze the operating expenses and to estimate the standard child-care service cost in family childcare centers. The subjects were 442 family childcare centers in Korea and the data were analyzed with descriptive statistics by using SPSS 18.0 programs. The main results were as follows. Firstly, as the result of operating expenses analyses of family childcare centers, monthly average staff wages were 5,120,000 won and average general operating costs per month were 5,114,170 won. Therefore, monthly average operating costs of family childcare centers were totally 10,234,170 won. Secondly, the four standard child care service costs were calculated on the basis of the directors holding an additional teacher's position concurrently, whether the additional cooking staff were employed or not, and the type of lunch/snack materials.
