대용량, 대어휘, 화자독립 음성인식시스템의 개발과 1998년 3월 16일부터 일반인들을 대상으로 시험운용하고 있는 음성인식 증권서비스에 대한 것이다. 이 시스템은 상용서비스를 위하여 한 대당 120명이 동시에 사용할 수 있는 대용량 시스템으로 HMM 기술에 기반을 둔 고립단어 인식 시스템이다. 이 시스템은 음소를 기본 인식단위로 사용하여 인식단어의 추가 및 변경이 자유로우며, 추가 또는 변경된 회사명칭을 운용자의 개입 없이 자동적으로 시스템에 반영될 수 있다. 본 서비스의 개발과정에서 인식대상단어를 결정하는데 발생된 문제점과 인식단어의 변경방법 및 적용후의 효과 등을 살펴보았다.

기존의 임베디드 기기의 하드웨어는 리눅스의 장점에도 불구하고 임베디드 기기들의 프로세서나 메모리 등의 하드웨어 자원이 Built-in 형태로 제공되어 시스템 운용 환경 변화에 맞춘 대응이 어렵다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 i.MX6Q SABRE Board for Smart Devices를 참조하여 메모리를 교체할 수 있도록 SO-DIMM을 장착하고 PCIe 이더넷을 추가한 개발보드를 만들었다. 그리고 개발보드에 추가 및 변경 된 하드웨어 디바이스를 활성화한 새로운 임베디드 시스템을 이식하는 방법을 제시한다. 구현 및 성능 분석 결과 새로운 임베디드 시스템에서 운용자는 시스템 운용 시 환경 변화에 대응하여 메모리를 바꾸어 장착할 수 있게 되었고 이로 인해 시스템의 요구사항에 따라 자원의 확정성 및 유연성이 높아짐을 확인하였다.

본 연구는 ATM 시스템 개발에 있어서 인간-기계 계면체계에 더 적합한 설계 계획을 위한 새로 운 인간영역에 관한 정의이다. ATM은 광대역 종합정보통신망에 사용될 비동기 전송방식 교환시 스템으로 인간-기계 시스템 상호작용에 있어서 인간 운용자에게 높은 신뢰성과 양호한 적응성이 강력히 요구된다. 대형 통신시스템의 설계영역 정의에 대한 이런 관점은 다음과 같은 관련 영역 을 포함하고 있다: 인간-기계 시스템의 구성요소: 객체지향적 설계 계획: 인간 프로세서 체계 모 형의 영역: 인지작용의 원칙: 인간오류 행위의 영역 등 이다. 또한, 제안하는 지식베이스 체계 는 인간-기계 계면기능의 평가에 있어서 인간지향적 오류의 진단분석을 유용하게 할 수 있다. 이 적합한 인간지향적 영역 정의는 ATM 통신 교환체계의 운용보전에 있어서 적합한 설계영역을 위한 주요한 지식기반이 될 것이며, 사용자에 편리한 운용체계의 개발로 효율적인 성과를 가져 올 것 이다.

유비쿼터스 환경에 산재하는 서비스 발견 미들웨어는 프로토콜, 표준, 서비스 검색 방법 및 프로그래밍 언어 등의 이질적인 특성을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 이질적인 서비스 발견 미들웨어의 상호운용을 지원하기 위해 유니버설 네트워크를 위한 웹서비스 프레임워크를 제안했다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대표적인 미들웨어인 DPWS 와 웹서비스의 상호운용을 지원하기 위해 양방향 DPWS 어댑터에 대한 설계 및 구현을 서술한다. 또한 양방향 DPWS 어댑터의 구조, 구성 요소와 동작 과정을 설계하고, 간단한 시나리오를 구현함으로써 양방향 DPWS 어댑터가 제공하는 서비스 지향 아키텍처, 상호운용성 제공, 일반적인 웹서비스 호출, 자가 구성, 동적 서비스 검색 등의 이점을 논한다.

The purpose of this study is to contribute the improvement of national welfare by presenting of pension welfare business of Korea and Japan. The reason why I take the management of Japan's pension accumulation as the object of comparative study is that the history of pension system of Japan is relatively longer than that of Korea. First of all, National Pension Fund comes into use for public sector, financial sector, and welfare sector, The scale of pension management for welfare sector is 50 small. Therefore, the study for welfare business investment reflecting the intentions of pension entries and pensioners is needs of times. This study defines the concept of welfare investment business and prospects welfare investment business of the future on the basis of Japanese experiences, and then suggests the direction of efficient propulsion of welfare investment business to the reasonable decision-makers. Especially this study redefine the concept of welfare investment business on the basis of pension entry's social benefits which are composed of pension entry's gains and pensioner's gain. Of course, welfare investment business has to be presupposed the stability of pension system and the continuous contribution to national economy. Thus, in order to efficiently perform welfare business, the policy-making for national welfare improvement has to be established after the good of business is set up like the results of this study.

Technological advancement and demand of sUAS (small Unmanned Aircraft System)are rapidly growing, which makes the current legal system unable to follow. Currently, Aviation Security Act and its subordinate law exclude the registration and certification for non-commercial purpose sUAS weighing less than 12kg. Despite this sUAS being the most popular model for consumer, there is no way to regulate them legally. When there is sUAS crash accident, the operator legally responsible for the occurrence damage cannot be identified. It has been an issue for a long time with the concrete classification and registration of sUAS, but it has not been introduced yet. It is obvious that damages caused by sUAS will be transferred not only to operators but also to third parties. Discussions on liability insurance for these sUAS are actively being held. But first, it is necessary to identify who will be responsible for the damage caused by the sUAS. In other words, even with the liability system established, without clarified operator the damage occurred cannot determine who is responsible. According to the cases of America and Germany, they have enforced the law of registration and identification obligated to 200g or 250g sUAS. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare regulations on concrete classification and registrations to identify for noncommercial purpose sUAS as soon as possible in Korea.

The paper discusses application of soft OR methodologies, which have been developed for last decades centered in European OR communities, to strategy formation process. It is shown that there is strong similarity in understanding of strategy formation between descriptive school of strategy and the research trend of soft OR. The focus and philosophical background of cognitive school of strategy, in particular, share much in common with soft OR school. The analysis and overview of several soft OR methodologies are introduced. It is also proposed that SODA can be utilized more directly to the strategy formation process. However, it is also noted in this paper that the epistemological issues should be considered and resolved for fluent investigation of soft OR methodologies in relation with existing rich strategic research works, for soft OR adopts interpretative research methods while strategy research generally lies on positivistic approaches.
