최근 지역을 기반으로 하는 온라인 지역 커뮤니티가 본격적으로 활성화되고 있다. 온라인 지역 커뮤니티는 같은 지역에 속해 있어 이로 인해 동일한 관심사를 중심으로 형성되는 커뮤니티이다. 따라서 온라인 지역 커뮤니티는 전통적인 현실공간의 커뮤니티와 가상 커뮤니티의 속성을 함께 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 먼저 온라인 지역 커뮤니티의 유형을 도출한 뒤 유형별 커뮤니티 구축, 운영, 활성화 방안, 운영 등에 대한전략을 사례 비교함으로써 성공적인 온라인 지역 커뮤니티를 논의하고자한다.

국토해양부는 지능형 건축물 인증제도의 활성화를 위하여 시행규칙과 고시를 각각 제정하고, 지난해 12월 1일 공포했다. 이 제정안은 2006년부터 지침으로 운영 중인 '지능형 건축물 인증제도'가 지난해 5월 건축법 개정으로 법적 근거가 마련되었고, 건축 기준 완화 인센티브가 확대됨에 따라 이번에 기존의 지능형 건축물 인증 세부시행 지침을 보완한 것이다. 이번 규칙 및 고시는 지능형 건축물 보급을 확대하기 위하여 업무시설 외에 공동주택, 판매시설, 문화 및 집회시설 등으로 인증대상을 확대하고, 원활한 인증제도 운영을 위한 인증기관 지정, 인증절차 및 인증등급의 세분화, 인센티브 적용 방법 등을 주요 내용으로 하고 있다.

This study intended to support the effective operation of libraries by suggesting measures to resolve the problems of small libraries that experience operational difficulties caused by lack of expertise. To achieve this, the study selected 22 small libraries among the nationwide small libraries by grades, types, and users, and then conducted interviews with their operating staffs. Based on the findings of the study, certain library facilitation measures were suggested, including the provision of incentives for librarian certificate holders, the free distribution of book management programs and their training, regular book supply policies of local governments, differential supports for operation evaluation, the establishment of user service guidelines, and cooperations with public libraries.

This study is to suggest the revitalization plan of the medical school libraries in the future, on the basis of analysis for the overall operation situation of the medical school libraries among the medical libraries. So based on the website, it is divided into 1) whether independent homepage exists, 2) service target, 3) books, 4) classification system, 5) manpower, 6) facilities (area, number of seats available), 7) equipment (pc, printer, copy machine, etc.), 8) services, and then analyzed. Consequently, as the ways to revitalize the medical libraries, firstly, it is necessary to establish legal standards and develop guidelines for the medical school library's books, sizes, librarians, etc. Secondly, establishing a cooperative community network between medical school libraries is necessary. Thirdly, policies such as support at the national level, specialization education of librarians, development of operational guidelines, and activation of inter-library networks are needed to revitalize the medical school libraries. It is also expected that research on the actual situation of the medical libraries should be conducted at the national level or at the level of the association of medical libraries.

The purpose of this study was to explore ways to revitalize the community-based child care community by identifying the factors that are hindering and activating the operation and use of this community by elementary school students. To this end, an in-depth interview survey was conducted of operators of child care communities in Jeollabuk-do and users of caring communities. Detailed themes, sub-ranges and upper ranges were determined through a qualitative research method. As a result of the study, it was determined that the basic environmental weakness of the caring community and its lack of power are the things hindering the operation and use of rhe communities the most. On the other hand, the main activation factors for community-based child care community activities were the stabilization of the environment and the strengthening of the internal capacity of the care community. This study is meaningful as basic data for the safe establishment and activation of a community-based child care community, which is emerging as an alternative to the child care gap due to the prolonged effects of COVID-19.

특수조직에 해당하는 우리 군은 징집에 의한 국방의 의무에 목적을 두어 장병을 관리 운영하여 대학 재학자 또는 일부 지식층으로부터 군복무기간을 평생가치를 두고 버리는 기간으로 인식되었던 것이 사실이다. 그러나 군의 변화로 군 생활 시기는 새로운 삶의 도약의 발판으로 '교량기능'을 활성화시킬 수 있는 기간으로 변화하여 평생교육차원에서 장병 개개인의 자기발전을 지원하여 생산적인 병영생활이 될 수 있도록 군 스스로 인적자원개발을 위해 노력할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 군 인적자원 운영과 자격과의 상관성에 대해 고찰하면서 현재 지속가능 자격과 미래 유망자격에 대해 도출하기 위해 보스턴컨설팅그룹의 매트릭스(BCG Matrix)를 활용하여 군의 현재 위치에 대해 분석하고 이에 따른 국가기술자격의 효율적 운영방안과 인적자원개발의 예측경영에 대해 제언하도록 한다.

국내의 인터넷 쇼핑몰 운영업체는 일부 업체를 제외하고 영세하다. 따라서 수많은 문제점을 안고 있다. 특히, 소비자가 상품을 구매한 후 발생되는 전자결제의 문제점으로 인터넷 쇼핑몰업체뿐만 아니라 전체 전자상거래시장의 활성화에 반하는 일도 발생한다. 따라서 전자결제의 문제점을 도출하고, 이의 분석을 통한 전체 전자상거래시장의 활성화에 일조하고자 한다. 먼저, 운영업체 자체의 문제점을 도출한다면, 국내 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 영세성으로 인한 투자자금의 부족, 신용카드회사에서 영세 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 고율의 카드수수료를 부과, 중소 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 신뢰성의 문제 등이 있다. 두번째로, 외부 환경적인 측면에서 보면, 표준화와 보안문제, 전자결제시 소비자가 편리하게 결제를 할 수 있도록 배려함이 부족, 소비자의 전자상거래에 대한 인식부족 등이 있다. 운영업체 자체의 대응방안과 외부 환경적인 측면의 대응방안으로 구분하면 다음과 같다. 즉, 운영업체 자체의 대음방안은 공동화와 협업화, 소비자에 대한 신뢰성 회복 등이 있고, 두번째로, 외부 환경적인 측면에서의 대응방안은 전자상거래 요소기술개발 촉진, 불합리한 거래관행의 지도가 필요, 표준화와 인증제도의 정착화가 조속화, 소비자인식의 전환을 위한 노력의 필요성 등이 있다.

This study aims to understand the background and characteristics of the UK's allotments, as the UK is one of the nations participating in allotment invigoration. This study will focus on approaches to policy, active governance, and socioeconomic impact. To address this, allotment-related issues, policies since the beginning of the 19th century were analysed. In addition to this, Sheffield City, UK, was selected as a specific case to analyse the framework of allotment management, active governance concerning allotment management, and the residents' perceptions of allotments through a questionnaire survey. It was found first that the UK government, since 1806, has been consistently producing localism policies aiming to devolve management authority into local governments, which actively obtain sites for allotments. Secondly, the structure of allotment management formed in active governance leads the overall maintenance, partnership, income generation, and monitoring of the allotments. Interestingly, the structure of the department organisation of local government in Sheffield established the position of community manager, who encourages community invigoration. However, a gap between socioeconomic aspects was found in which the allotment invigoration in lesser deprived areas outweighs the invigoration in more deprived areas. In contrast, according to the questionnaire survey, respondents in more deprived areas were more likely to be involved in allotment activities and the community. The key to addressing the socioeconomic gap in the context of allotment invigoration is the adoption of the Public-Community-Private-Partnership framework. This will be of great importance to longer-term promotion of beneficial allotment practices.

This study aims to explore the key elements to facilitate public children's library services by investigating the current status and limitations in services. For this, data were collected through observations and in-depth interviews with library directors and children's librarians in public children's libraries in Seoul. The interviews were conducted based on the semi-structured interview technique. The content of the interview consisted of the vision and service status of the library, the competencies and roles of children's librarians, and ways to facilitate and improve children's services. The study discovered that libraries do not have a policy manual for operations and guidelines, and that their operations vary substantially according to the characteristics of the operating institutions. To resolve these problems, suggestions were made to facilitate children's library operations and services in order to enhance the professionalism of children's librarians.
