본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 기업들의 새로운 경쟁요인으로 부각하고 있는 물류서비스 부분의 품질 평가기준이나 평가척도 등에 관한 기존 연구를 현 시점에 맞게 재해석하고 또 새로운 평가 요소를 발굴하여 이를 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 적용함으로써 이용자들의 만족도, 재이용의도 및 타인추천의도의 향상을 꾀하였다. 특히 물류서비스 요인들의 고객만족에 대한 직접적인 영향을 분석함과 동시에 구매 후 행동인 재이용의도와 타인추천의도에 대한 간접적인 분석을 통해 그 영향 정도를 실증적으로 파악하여 쇼핑몰 운영자에게 있어 실질적인 도움을 주고자 하였다.

The main objective of study was to analyze the effectiveness of transit mall. To this end, this study compared operational status of transit malls in operation (Daegu, Seoul and Busan). For the city of Busan where the latest transit mall became operational in 2015, a discriminant model was proposed to determine user satisfaction/dissatisfaction. The outcomes of comparative study showed that each city has different operational focus - Seoul has focus on traffic demand management, Busan has focus on walking environment, and Daegu has focus on accessibility to public transportation. Also, the discriminant model indicated that market sentiment, convenience of bus service, traffic accident risk, number of pedestrian, market user number have effects on user satisfaction. These results implied that, to improve user satisfaction, measures for market revitalization such as opening events and forming consultative groups need to be prepared and traffic conditions should also be improved through expansion of curfew time, linkage with subway station.

The purpose of this research is to present the major factors which determine dominant design of Smartphone OS and to verify a logical causal relationship with them and user satisfaction. To achieve this goal, OS compatibility, OS enhancement, Installed base, and network effect were presented as determinants of Smartphone OS which serves as the basis for determining dominant design and their logical causal relationship with user satisfaction was empirically analyzed. The results of the research showed that OS compatibility and OS enhancements had a positive effect on the expansion of user base. Of the two factors, OS enhancement showed that it does not only expand the user base but also acts as the cause for the fortification of the network effect. Furthermore, it was shown that OS enhancement had a direct positive effect on user satisfaction. The findings of this research are significant in its academic contribution as well as its potential for practical application by presenting the logical causal relationship in the process of determining OS dominant design an area which was previously untouched by empirical testing.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of non-face-to-face lectures conducted at universities in Korea under the influence of COVID-19. So this study analyzed the satisfaction level of the students according to the type of class operation, such as face-to-face classes and remote video classes. To this end, this study compared the differences in class satisfaction by class type and class size for a total of 8,707 courses operated by a university between 2019 and 2020. The study found that the satisfaction level of the remote video class was significantly high. In addition, the combination of remote video classes and face-to-face was more satisfactory than other cases. On the other hand, the satisfaction level of small classes in both face-to-face and remote video classes was higher than that of medium or large classes. This means that even remote video classes are highly satisfactory in small-scale classes. Based on the findings, the study proposes a paradigm for new college classes.

고객의 요구사항 다양화 및 콜서비스 요청의 지속적인 증가로 서비스 접점(MOT)의 중요성이 크게 확대되고 있으며, 이는 산업과 업종에 관계없이 모두가 동일한 현안사항을 가지고 있다. 콜량의 예측을 통해 적정인원을 산출하여 실제로 인입되는 콜량과 예측된 콜량을 트래킹하여 예측과 실제의 갭을 최소화하는 것으로 고객만족도 향상에 성패를 좌우한다. 양질의 상담 서비스 제공과 운영 사업비의 효율화는 우리 모두의 관심이자 동시에 해결해야 할 과제이다. 본 연구는 콜센터의 ARS 운영현황과 시장 동향 분석 및 ARS 운영기관 실태점검 및 평가를 통하여 효율적인 운영전략을 모색하고자 한다.

범용 컴퓨터가 아닌 홈 네트워크로 연결된 정보가전용 실시간 시스템에 내장되는 운영체제인 정보가전용 실시간 운영체제는 디지털 TV, 웹 TV, WebPad, PDA, Smart Phone 등에 사용된다. 그러나 정보가전용 실시간 운영체제는 선점형 스케줄링, 멀티 태스킹 및 태스크간 예측 가능한 동기화 방법 그리고 짧고 제한된 인터럽트 처리와 작은 실행 이미지 등과 같은 특징들을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 특징들을 만족하는 정보가전용 실시간 운영체제를 DVD 플레이어에 적용하여 설계 및 구현한 내용을 기술한다.

City tour service has a function not only informs tourists of historical and cultural resources in the city but also contributes to improving city image making. In this study, a questionnaire was surveyed to tourists who used Suwon city tour to find out which factors make affect their intention to re-visit or recommendation to others. Structural equation model was constructed and set a hypothesis that overall city tour satisfaction would have a positive effect. The fitness of the final model was found out to be meet the statistical criteria. As a result of the final model, both satisfaction of guide and satisfaction of city tour operation were significant at 5% significance level (P<0.01). On the other hand, both satisfaction of bus facility and of promotion, customer service were statistically insignificant. Consequently, City tour service satisfaction was found to effect to the intention of re-visit and recommendation. Especially, The higher the satisfaction of guide and city tour operation, the more tendency to recommend. It is expected that local government which operates city tour bus could take advantage of this result in the future.

본 연구는 기존의 필름 운영체계에서 PACS 운영체계로 전환 시 업무 변화에 따른 보건소 구성원 간의 인식을 조사하고 이들이 가지고 있는 새로운 업무에 대한 저항감을 줄여 새로운 시스템 도입에 적극적으로 적응할 수 있도록 하여 업무의 효율성을 높일 수 있는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 시행하였다. 연구기간은 2009년 6월1일부터 2009년 12월 16일까지이며 연구방법은 대전, 충남북에 소재하고 있는 필름운영체계에서 PACS 체계로 바뀐 보건소의 의사, 방사선사, 간호사, 기타 직종을 대상으로 하였으며 70부의 설문이 분석에 사용되었다. 임상적 유용성 인식은 방사선사(2.8) > 의사(2.7) > 간호사(2.4) > 기타(2.0)로 모든 직종이 향상된 것으로 인식하고 있었으며 PACS 가 필름시스템 보다 임상적으로 사용자 편리서, 접근 용이성 등이 모두 우수하며 임상적으로 유용하다고 답했다. 업무변화 및 효율성 인식은 방사선사(3.2) > 간호사(2.0) > 의사(1.988) > 기타(1.983) 순으로 직종별 차이를 보여 PACS 운영이후 업무가 효율적으로 변화되었다고 인식하고 있었다. 진료 및 근무환경 인식은 방사선사(3.6) > 의사(3.2) > 간호사(3.1) > 기타(3.0) 순으로 진료 및 근무환경이 향상되었다고 답했다. 교육적절성에 관한 인식은 기타(3.5) >간호사(3.0) > 의사(2.8) > 방사선사(2.5) 순으로 직종별 차이를 보였다. 적응 및 만족도 인식에서는 방사선사(2.9) > 기타(1.7) > 간호사(1.6) > 의사(1.5) 순으로 직종별 차이를 보였으며 PACS 운영이후 사용자의 적응도와 만족도가 높다는 것을 알 수가 있었다. 병원정보시스템의 핵심인 PACS 도입과 같은 보건소정보화 과정에서의 보건소 구성원의 인식을 알아본 결과, 임상적 유용성 인식, 교육 적절성에 관한 인식에서는 근무 년 수가 적을수록, 유용성이 높다고 했으며, 업무 변화 및 효율성 인식, 진료 및 근무환경 인식, 적응 및 만족도 의식에서는 근무 연수가 길수록 유용성이 높다고 인식하고 있었다. 성별에 따른 임상적 유용성 인식과 업무 변화 및 효율성 인식에서는 남자가 여자보다 유용하다고 인식하고 있었다. 연령별 차이에 따른 임상적 유용성 인식, 업무 변화 및 효율성 인식, 진료 및 근무 환경 인식은 40대 이상에서 높다고 인식하였다. PACS 도입으로 인해 보건소 구성원의 거부반응과 같은 저항감이나 부담감, 소극적 참여의지 등의 태도나 인식이 예상되었으나 연구 결과 대체적으로 모두 긍정적으로 인식하였으며 PACS가 보건소 구성원들에게 기존 필름체계를 대체할 수 있는 수단으로 유용하게 인식하고 있었다. 다만 본 연구결과는 향후 새로운 PACS 도입 시 성공적인 운영을 위해 직종에 따른 정보 제공 및 맞춤형 훈련 교육이 필요함을 시사하고 있다.

This study evaluated economic value recognized by the residents for the pleasant urban park management using contingent valuation method(CVM) to APEC Memorial Park in Pusan in terms of private fund development for the management of the city park. As a result, the estimated amount payable by each household for the management of APEC Memorial Park in Busan was between 5,673 won and 8,358 won. If such amount is expanded to households in park hosting area, it was 2.2~2.3 times of the park management budget in 2012, which demonstrates the willingness to pay (WTP) of residents for pleasant park was higher than the management budget. Social factors of respondents affecting WTP for city park management operation included age, educational level and income level. Those with high age and high education level had higher WTP. And, WTP was much affected by the use of park and recognition of residents. In particular, those with high frequency in the use of parks had higher WTP, and the users with more than once per week had 1.1 times higher WTP than overall WTP. Then, the satisfaction of park rather than recognition of necessity of park had led to higher WTP. Accordingly, it is necessary to manage park facility management and use program operation to enhance park satisfaction and it is also required to develop a park culture distribution policy to link such recognition to donation.

This study is a comparative study before and after a single group to identify the effect of convergence class operation on the self-directed learning ability, problem-solving ability and major satisfaction of nursing students in the social-tailored curriculum. The survey was conducted on 79 nursing students from C University. Self-directed learning ability, problem-solving ability and major satisfaction level have been improved since application before applying convergence class. Through this study, we hope to open and operate various curricula in nursing colleges that meet the needs of the community, provide students with various opportunities, cultivate self-directed learning skills, problem-solving skills, and major satisfaction so that learners can solve problems themselves in order to maximize their effects, and develop various contents in the university.
