Cheonsubara Dance is one of the most important ceremonies in Buddhist rituals. This paper is a study on principles of Cheonsubara Dance in Yeongnam. This also distinguishes the Cheonsubara Dance performed for about 7 minutes with no patterns according to 'The Great Dharani of Spiritually Sublime Phrases' by dance words, and analizes its combinations and principles. Cheonsubara Dance in Yeongnam consists of 7 dance words(Greeting, Carrying, Carrying with 180° rotation, Bara-Garugi, Bara-Garugi with both hands, rotate once, Bara-chigi), and put together according to the number of letters from 'The Great Dharani of Spiritually Sublime Phrases'. Usually, the principles can be seen through 4 types of changes from the dance: 1) When letters of 'The Great Dharani of Spiritually Sublime Phrases' appear consecutively with the same number of characters, 2) When a two-letter word turns into a three-letter word, 3) When the opposite of 2) occurs, 4) When 2~3 letter words change in a row.

본 논문에서는 태양광 전원, 배터리, 마이크로터빈, 스마트 홈 등 다양한 목적과 특성을 가진 요소로 구성된 마이크로그리드를 효율적으로 제어, 관리하기 위한 분산 지능형 제어원리를 제안한다. 기존의 중앙집중식 제어원리는 중앙에서 전체 시스템에 대한 정보를 취득하여 운영에 대한 의사결정을 독점하는 구조였다면 제안하는 원리는 마이크로그리드의 구성요소가 각각 지능형 에이전트를 기반으로 스스로 데이터를 취득하고 이웃 에이전트와의 대화와 협조를 통해 분산제어를 수행하는 방식이다. 각 에이전트 사이는 근거리 무선통신 방식인 Zigbee를 이용하였고 마이크로그리드를 실시간으로 해석하기 위하여 MATLAB 기반의 실시간 시뮬레이터를 이용하였다. 실시간 마이크로그리드 시뮬레이션 모델과 에이전트 역할을 하는 마이크로 컨트롤러를 연계하여 Hardware-in-the-loop 기반의 데모시스템을 구축하였고 제안하는 원리에 대해 검증하였다.

초등 교육 과정에서 컴퓨터 교육은 재량시간으로 컴퓨터의 개념과 원리의 이해보다는 도구로서의 기술 교육에 할애하고 있다 그러나, 초등학생들은 이미 생활에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 정보화 시스템에 익숙하여 컴퓨터를 이용하여 다루는 기술은 교과의 수준을 상당히 갖추고 있다. 또한, 게임서버. 윈도우즈, 운영체제, 동영상/음악 파일 등의 다운로드/업로드 등의 단어에 이미 익숙해 있다. 이러한 용어들의 이해는 컴퓨터의 원리인 운영체제, 네트워크, 알고리즘, 프로그램 등에 대한 개념 교육으로 해결할 수 있다 따라서, 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터의 가장 중요한 원리인 알고리즘 중 정렬 알고리즘을 사례를 이용하여 역할놀이 모형으로 6학년 초등학생을 대상으로 학습을 수행하였다. 학습한 결과 정렬 알고리즘을 쉽게 유도해 냈으며. 질적인 분석으로 컴퓨터의 원리 교육에 대한 학습 효과가 있음을 보이고자 한다.

이제 HACCP가 무엇이며 왜 이것을 단체 급식소에 적용해야 할 것인가의 것은 더 이상 논의 과제가 아니다. 문제는 어떻게 HACCP 원리를 주방 동선 구성에 적용할 것이며 동시에 이 원리 기준에 적합한 주방 기계 선정 및 운영 절차는 무엇인가에 관한 하드웨어적 접근에 관심이 모여지고 있다. 작은 정부를 주장하는 메리랜드 주에서는 미국에서 최초로 새로운 조리 시설을 짓거나 전반적 보수공사 하는 모든 외식업체는 HACCP Plan을 제출한 후 통과된 경우에 한하여 공사 허가서를 내어주고 있다. 이로써 업체 종사원 스스로가 위생 상태를 점검 기록함으로 함으로 식중독 사고를 사전에 예방함과 동시에 공무원의 업체 방문을 최소화 하여 적은 인원으로 효율적인 주 정부 운영을 하고 있는 것이다. 또한 자발적으로 많은 외식 업체들이 마케팅 차원에서 경쟁 업체와의 차별화 정책의 일환으로 스스로 서둘러 HACCP를 도입하고 있다. 워싱턴 DC지역에서는 요식협회 스스로 HACCP를 도입한 외식업소에 "Extra Step"이라는 로고를 사용케 하고 있다. 이로써 보다 많은 고객들이 이 로고를 보고 해당 식당을 선택토록 광고의 효과를 더 하기 위함이다. 당연히 이와 같은 추세에 따라 유럽과 미국의 세계적인 주방 기기 메이커들도 미국의 National Sanitation Foundation(NSF), US Dept of Agriculture(USDA) 및 FDA 의 규제 흐름에 따라 상당히 빠른 속도로 HACCP 원리에 적합한 기능을 기계적으로 보완해 가고 있다. 최근 4/15/98, FDA가 대량 급식소를 포함한 주방의 HACCP 적용매뉴얼을 인터넷 web 주소 http://vm.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/ hret-1.htm 통하여 발표한 내용과 미 육군의 식당 위생 기술 자료 TB MED 530 자료, 그리고 87년 12월 이후 (주)HRS 에서 기계 설치 사후 관리하면서 경험한 사항을 중심으로 다음 내용을 정리해 보고자 한다.리해 보고자 한다.

A urban regeneration project of Korea has been promoted highly attaching to physical reforms, but without fulfilling the basic goal of reactivating city functions through concerning overall areas. Moreover, the general rule and its system of urban regeneration project which would provide roles of public and civilians as well as facilitate cooperative urban regeneration, are currently missing. Thus, social stratum continuously requests a framework act for urban regeneration project called Control Tower, to be a guide to the evidently right path to step up. The research analyzes the current status and problems of urban regeneration projects in Korea to examine the necessity of Control Tower, and to bring up the way to move on for its efficiency presented below: First, the law should be declarative; possess general, prospective influences on laws and systems related to urban regeneration. Second, the nonbinding guideline on a urban regeneration project should be suggested to reflect the conditions by the regions. Last, propulsions should be framed such as administrative principles of strengthening publicity and connection of urban regeneration projects, a committee and fund to promote the former, and a research for problem solution.

In this study, we analyzed he computer operating system curriculum in primary and middle schools and suggested the content framework for them through review of previous research. After surveying primary and middle school teachers, we developed the framework based on the spiral curriculum. Through these surveys, we were able to determine when and how students should be introduced to the as curriculum. The content framework focuses on two areas: understanding and practicing computer OS. Each area has 4 levels which are based on the students' grade. We suggested developing textbooks and materials about computer OS; establishing Information Science as a part of the primary school curriculum: and offering lectures about computer OS to student teachers at the National Universities of Education.
