해양관측정보 및 안전정보 제공을 목적으로 운영하는 해상 부이(등부표)에 영상정보감시 및 영상전송장치를 개발하여 설치 운영하고, 이를 통해 얻어진 영상정보 자료를 기반으로 시설물 유지관리 시 활용방안과 영상으로 실제 관측 가능한 해양 정보 등을 검토하였다.

선박 원격제어를 위해 시스템은 선박의 항해가 종료될 때 까지 중단없이 운영되어야 한다. 선박원격제어를 시스템의 중단 원인 및 해결방안 도출하기위해 실습선을 대상으로 원격제어 시스템을 시험운영한 결과 네트워크 단절 및 데이터누락이 현상이 일어나는 것을 발견하였다.

Recently, Operators of Facilities perform Asset Management for extending life-cycle of Facilities. Moreover government recommend Asset Management for educational facilities through the statute as promotion law for educational facilities business, regulations of operating educational facilities business. Operators of Education Facilities also have recognized Asset concept of the educational facilities, and established and operated each systems. However, OO university isn't performing Asset Management efficiently because of absence of own structure system and Asset Management system. Therefore, this study analysed the present condition of Asset Management of OO university, and offered basic references that efficiently improve the present Asset Management and suggest not only the reasonable operation but also management organization.

The government has conducted a management evaluation for business management and main business to establish autonomous responsibility management system of public agencies. And many public agencies build and operate EA for alignment of strategy and technology, information resources management, IT standardization. There are many similarities between management evaluation and EA, such as BSC-based performance management, based on the PDCA management procedures can improve, etc. This paper analyzes the similarities and relationships between the two institutions, research ways to apply to management evaluation in the EA in terms of resource management, strategic management, and performance management. Through this expanded utilization of EA and propose a ways to systematically preparing management evaluation and to operating the performance-based management system.

하천관련 정보관리기술의 발전을 위해서는 관련자료 출처 발굴과 자료의 통합관리 및 분석 기술개발 등의 노력이 필요하다. 이에 따라 하천관련 정보에 대한 관리기술의 선진사례 분석을 통하여 국외의 앞선 기술을 살펴보고 국내 적용 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 분석한 미국의 HIS (Hydrologic Information System)는 CUAHSI (Consortium of Universities for the Advancement of Hydrologic Science, Inc)에서 수행하는 연구 활동의 하나로서 개방형 프로젝트로 개발되고 있으며 수문분석에 필요한 정보를 통합하여 관리하고 배포하는 기능을 수행하고 있다. CUAHSI-HIS는 웹기반 시스템이며 HIS 중심부(데이터 목록), Hydro 서버(데이터 게시), HydroDesktop (사용자 검색툴)으로 구성되어 있다. 이 세 개의 핵심 요소들은 상호작용을 통해 운영되며 미국 내의 모든 물관련 자료를 발굴하고 수집한다. 이렇게 발굴 수집된 자료는 WaterML로 표준화하여 다양한 사용자가 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 제공된다. 국내의 경우 RIMGIS와 WAMIS 등이 하천정보를 제공하고 있지만 변화된 하천운영 환경을 반영하여 사용자에게 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 정보를 제공하기 위해서는 정보의 표준화 및 시스템 구성환경 등 다양한 측면에서 검토가 필요하다. 이를 위해 CUAHSI-HIS 연구사례를 벤치마킹하여 국내 실정에 맞는 적용방안을 수립하여 구축하게 된다며 체계적인 정보관리 및 활용성을 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Under the 'Sustainability Paradigm', the building maintenance system is getting more important because more efficient maintenance means more sustainable building. This paper aims at improving present building maintenance system by comparing with the foreign developed countries' systems. The comparing countries are selected according to the level of building maintenance. As the results, 4 countries including USA, England, Germany, and Japan become the benchmark. The results show that building maintenance regulations are various by social, economic, and cultural characteristics. In addition, though building maintenance policy must be established, first of all, the related regulations and policy targets are prepared before the enforcement of maintenance regulation. The results provide some policy implications: 1. Building maintenance must be controled under the condition that a building can guarantee the safety of people and function of it. 2. Building maintenance system should contribute to the desirable urban environment and architectural culture.

The ubiquitous transportation system environments make it possible to collect each vehicle's position and velocity data and to perform more sophisticated traffic flow management at individual vehicle or platoon level through V2V and V2I communications. The VISSIM simulation experiments were performed to address the issues in developing the preventive congestion management algorithm proposed in the companion paper. Traffic flow stability measures were developed based on the platoon profile, which enables us to explicitly consider traffic flow stability in traffic flow management. Traffic flow management strategies according to the traffic flow states were proposed: Maintain the equilibrium speed for free flow state, maintain the traffic flow stability by platoon control for critical state, and surpress the shock wave propagation for congested state. And finally potential benefit of the proposed traffic flow management scheme was evaluated based on the simulation experiment results. It is considered that extensive field experiments should be performed to confirm the simulated results.

Given the expansion of globalization and international trade, the number of apparel consumers is growing every year, making it difficult to estimate the amount of handling needed from the logistics industry. To determine which management factors are important and which ones require improvement, fuzzy AHP was used. Using this method, the factors were ranked in the final analysis as follows: The first and most important factor was training employees (0.17), while the second was fire hazard management (0.169); the third-highest factor was inbound and outbound goods (0.142), and the fourth was the warehouse management system. Barcode management was ranked fifth. By these results, we were able to analyze the processes of clothing warehouses, noting that although the factors appear independent, they are actually connected while proceeding with full management control. Moreover, because of the special characteristics of garments, employee management is crucial. Due to the vulnerability of these goods to fire hazards, this factor must be well managed.

This study was intended to propose a plan for the operation of the local assembly information services as a service for the specialized service of the National Assembly Library's depository library. To that end, the information services of the national assembly libraries, the local assembly libraries, and the social science libraries were investigated and analyzed. We drew the implications based on the results of the analysis and finally developed the operational strategies such as the strengthening the data sharing system for the local council, the assembly information reply service for local councils and the information literacy program for users.
