  • 최근 국제물류에서 화물 컨테이너의 운송을 보다 안전하고 효율적으로 관리하기 위하여 수출입절차 규제가 강화되고, 도난, 밀매, 테러 등의 범죄를 예방하기 위한 새로운 정책과 기술이 도입되고 있다. 특히, 빠르게 실용화가 진행되고 있는, RFID 기술을 사용한 무선인식 전자봉인(e-seal)은 기존의 기계적 봉인장치를 대체함으로써 컨테이너 운송의 안전성을 보장하고, 선적 및 하선 절차의 효율을 높인다. 수년간 e-seal의 ISO 국제표준화가 진행되어 왔으며. 최근 e-seal의 데이터 보호에 대한 표준화가 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 e-seal의 실질적인 사용 환경과 기존의 명령어 표준규격을 고려하여 안전한 e-seal을 위한 새로운 명령어들을 설계하고 EAP를 응용하여 e-seal과 리더기간의 상호 인증 프로토콜을 제시한다. 그리고 이를 다시 효율적으로 개선하여 e-seal에 적합한 상호 인증 프로토콜을 제시한다.

  • 최근 물류 분야는 국가나 기업의 가치창출의 핵심동력으로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 내륙운송의 경우 정보화시스템의 현대화 및 정보연계는 미진한 실정이다. 국가물류의 효율화를 위해서는 물류흐름상의 정보 단절을 방지하는 것이 중요하며, 각 주체별 물류정보 연계/통합의 필요성이 확산되고 있다. 본 연구는 국가물류 효율화를 위해 각 물류 주체별 정보 현황 및 정보 통합의 문제점을 살펴보고, 물류 정보 표준화 방향성을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 그래핀수지로 기존에 황동(Ni-Al-Bronze) 프로펠러 대체 가능 제품의로 고가의 황동을 그래핀수지 특히 재생 플라스틱 활용으로 저가로 공급 가능하다. 또한, 재활용이 가능한 친환경 프로펠러임, 가벼운 소재를 이용하여 연료 효율 증대, 연료 효율을 향상시켜 연안해운 저탄소 실현, 마찰저항을 최소화하여 선박의 추진성능 개선, 해양생물 부착 방지(방오기능)를 통한 프로펠러 수명연장 기대, 프로펠러 검사 및보수 유지비용 절약 기대, 향후 폐기물에 그래핀을 혼합한 재생 자재로 활용 가능이 크다.

  • Air transport today is a means of transport that is optimized for exchanges between nations. Around the world, has experienced an increase in operating and the number of airline route expansion that has entered into the international aviation agreements in order to take advantage of the air transport efficient, but the possibility of the occurrence of air transport accidents increased. When compared to the accident of other means of transport, development of air transport accidents, not high, but it leads to catastrophe aviation accident occurs. Air Transport accident many international transportation accident than domestic transportation accident, in the event of an accident, the analysis of the legal responsibility of the shipper or the like is necessary or passenger air carrier. Judgment of the legal order of discipline of air transport accident is a classification of the type of air transport agreement. Depending on the object, air transport agreements are classified into the contract of carriage of aviation of the air passenger transportation contract. For casualties occurs, air passenger transportation accident is a need more discussion of legal discipline for this particular. Korean Commercial Code, it is possible to reflect in accordance with the actual situation of South Korea the contents of the treaty, which is utilized worldwide in international air transport, even on the system, to control land, sea, air transport and welcoming to international standards. However, Korean Commercial Code, the problem of the Montreal Convention has occurred as it is primarily reflecting the Montreal Convention. As a cause of liability for damages, under the Commercial Code of Korea and the contents of the treaty precedent is reflected, the concept of accident is necessary definition of the exact concept for damages of passengers in particular.   • This paper provides a method to implement IT system for supply chain management problem The fundamental scheduling issues that arise in the pickup delivery system are optimizing the system with the minimum cost, the maximum throughput and the service level. This study is concerned with the development of the customer responsive pickup-delivery system based on e-logistics and demand chain management. Through this study, the pickup-delivery problem of the vehicle using the GIS PDP and GUI- type computer programs are formulated. The computational results show that the proposed method is very effective on a set of test problems.

  • Modern freight transport pursues not only the reduction of logistic costs but also aims at green logistics and efficient shipments. In order to accomplish these goals, various policies regarding the multimodal shipment and stopover to logistic facilities have widely been made. Such situation requires changes in existing methods for analyzing freight demand. However, the reality is that a reliable freight demand forecast is limited, since in the transport research field there is no robust freight demand model that can accommodate transshipments at logistic facilities. This study suggested a novel method to analyze freight demand, which can consider transshipments in multi-modal networks. Also, the applicability of this method was discussed through an example test.

  • The ILOF project addresses the needs of logistics industrial organizations to reduce information processing time, improve added and residual value of information and reduce processing and transportation costs. It deals with the information supply chain information systems shared by vertical partner as important entity, whose performance and optimization very significantly affects the efficiency and performance of logistics industries. This paper deals with logistics information exchange systems based on supply chain management, focusing on sharing database and processes between partners such as shipper, logistics broker, transportation company, shipping company etc., for smoothing the information flow, enhancing consumer service and reducing communication fee and labour costs. The significance of contribution of this research is the provision of a model for logistics information exchange including entity relationship diagram, data flow diagram and functions which is able to facilitate the formulation of a customer driven supply chain information network, there by enhancing the competitive edge of companies in logistics industries on local and global basis.

  • Generally, the container road transportation can be divided into three types; short distance, long distance and shuttle transportation. Specially, the shuttle service occurs several amounts of container which is same as O/D pairs. Also container vehicle can be divided into three types according to the chassis types of vehicle; only 20-feet container, only 40-feet container and combined chassis trailer. Combined chassis trailers can load two 20-feet containers or one 40-feet container. This paper deals with Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) for delivering containers considering shuttle service. This problem is similar to the previously studied Shin and Oh (2008), but the characteristics of shuttle service must be considered additionally. We formulate the container shuttle transportation planning problem using combined chassis trailers based on VRP with pick-up and delivery which can visit each node more than one time, and propose an efficient solution procedure.

  • This paper proposes new algorithms of accessibility indices to analyze the connectivity of the Korean highway network. First of all, we find a transportation network that presents Korea's highway network in graphs in 2011 and 2017. And we analyze and compare the nation's highway network in 2011 and 2017 using concepts such as associated number, the relative distance, the accessibility, the degree of connectivity, the index of dispersion, the diameter of graph theory. To do this, an algorithm is presented which can easily obtain various accessibility indices from a given transportation network. Using the simulation results of this study, we can find city that is the center of traffic in the highway transportation network. In addition, cities that are included in the network but are relatively underdeveloped can be found and used as basic data for enhancing the connectivity of the nationwide traffic in the future. Moreover, the proposed algorithms of accessibility indices, which are modeled on highway transport networks, can help identify the accessibility space structure of each city and provide criteria for efficient and reasonable selection of alternatives in various regional planning processes, including transportation.
