  • 블록 트랜스포터는 조선 산업의 생산필드에서 많은 물류비용과 생산지연비용을 유발시킨다. 이러한 트랜스포터를 효율적으로 운용하기 위해서는 운송경로의 최적화가 필요하고, 운송경로를 최적화하기 위해서는 실시간으로 트랜스포터의 위치를 확인하는 과정이 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 실시간으로 블록 트랜스포터의 위치를 측위하기 위해 모바일 RFID를 이용한 실시간 위치 측위 구현 방법을 제안하였다. 스마트폰에 포함된 모바일 RFID 리더기를 사용하여 트랜스포터에 부착되어 있는 RFID TAG를 인식하여 트랜스포터의 이름 및 하중 정보등을 수신 받고, GPS 및 AP를 이용한 위치측위 정보를 트랜스포터 정보와 함께 서버로 전송한다. 서버로 전송된 정보를 통해 선박 블록 이동을 위한 효율적인 배차를 가능하게 하여 조선 산업 전체 공정에 대한 관리를 강화할 수 있다.

Freight Transport Demand and Economic Benefit Analysis for Automated Freight Transport System: Focused on GILC in Busan (인터모달 자동화물운송시스템 도입을 위한 화물운송수요 및 사업편익분석 - 부산 국제산업물류도시를 중심으로-)

  • This study aims to analyze the freight transport demand and benefit for the introduction of an automated freight transport system focusing on the Global Industry and Logistics City (GILC) in Busan. In pursuit of this aim, four alternatives were calculated - using the freight volume estimating methods and included, the number of businesses, the number of employees set up, future estimated cargo volume, and switched volume from other transport modes into the GILC. Economic benefits were analyzed against social benefits and costs accordingly. The result of the freight transport demand forecast found, the cargo volume of "Alternative 2-1" to be the most advantageous, applying the number of employee unit method and proportion of employees in Gangseo-gu, Busan. In addition to the conventional analysis of direct benefit items (reduction of transport time, traffic accidents and environmental costs), this study also considered additional benefit items (congestion costs savings, and road maintenance costs in terms of opportunity cost). It also considered advanced value for money research in guidance on rail appraisal of U.K, Federal Transport Infrastructure Plan 2003 of Germany, and RailDec of the United States. The study aims to further contribute to estimating minimum cargo transport demands and assess the economic feasibility of the introduction of new intermodal automated freight transport systems in the future.

  • Trade credit is being used as a price discrimination strategy by the suppliers in order to increase the customer's demand. From the viewpoint of the customer, if delayed payment is allowed for a certain period of time from the supplier, the effect of reducing the inventory carrying cost will positively affect the customer's order quantity. Also, in deriving the economic order quantity(EOQ) formula, it is tacitly assumed that the customer's ordering cost is a fixed cost. However in many business transactions, the customer pays the freight cost for the transportation of his order and so, the customer's ordering cost contains not only a fixed cost but also a freight cost which is a function of the order size. Therefore, in this study, we analyzed the inventory model which considers that the customer's ordering cost contains not only a fixed cost but also a freight cost which is a function of the customer's order size when the supplier permits a delay in payments. For the analysis, it is also assumed that inventory is exhausted not only by customer's demand but also by deterioration. Investigation of the properties of an optimal solution allows us to develop an algorithm whose validity is illustrated using an example problem.

  • 본 논문은 RFID기술을 통해서 상품유통과정 중에 관리와 감독의 협조 시스템을 개발한다. 온도센서를 이용한 식품 유통 관리 시스템은 기존의 단순 이력정보 만을 제공하는 유통 관리시스템을 벗어나 식품의 유통 중 발생하는 다양한 상황을 온도센서 및 GPS를 이용하여 체계적으로 관리하는 신개념 식품 유통 관리 시스템을 말한다. 온도센서를 이용하여 상품의 출고 시 실시간으로 상품의 온도를 파악함으로써 유통 중 발생하는 상품의 손실을 줄이고 좀 더 나은 유통 환경을 제공 할 수 있으며 GPS를 이용하여 운송 경로를 확인함으로써 문제의 원인 및 책임 분석을 통하여 좀 더 체계적으로 상품을 관리할 수 있을 것이다.

해상교통안전을 위한 안전탄력성에 기반한 시스템 안전기술의 도입 검토

  • 현재 해상교통 분야에서는 국제안전관리규약(ISM Code)과 내항선 안전관리체계 등을 통해 해양사고를 저감을 위한 다양한 정책을 추진하고 있으나, 주기적으로 발생하는 대형사고와 잦은 소형어선 인명사고로 인해 타 운송수단에 비해 위험도 높은 것으로 인식되고 있다. 최근 안전분야의 최대 이슈는 2022년 1월부터 시행 중인 "중대재해기업처벌법"이며, 해운업 분야에서는 선박안전관리사 제도 도입 문제와 안전관리의 디지털화 등이 주요 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 본 발표에서는 최근 안전관리 현황과 주요 이슈들을 살펴보고, 2000년대 들어와 관심을 받고 있고 타 분야에서는 적용이 활발한 레질리언스 안전(Safety II) 개념을 적용한 시스템적 안전관리를 소개하고자 한다.

A Dynamic Route Search Algorithm for Time-Sensitive Air Cargo in Air Traffic Management (항공교통관리에서 시간에 민감한 항공운송을 위한 동적 항로탐색 알고리즘)

  • Air Traffic Management(ATM) is to control air traffic flow quickly and safely. For efficient ATM, the ability which calculate optimal route using filight plan and filght information is required. Especially for the time-sensitive air cargo, it is essential. In this paper, therefore, we present a dynamic route search algorithm which calculate optimal route dynamically. The conventional method using Dijkstra algorithm has a problem that recalculate the entire route when some airways are closed. However, the proposed algorithm recalculates only affected waypoints, so it finds optimal route quickly and accurately. Comparisons with the conventional method and the proposed algorithm show that the proposed algorithm provides better.

  • After the huge explosive accident in port of Tianjin, it is being strengthened on the dangerous goods regulations. This also has been make an extra impact which must meet international standards and even different parts became possible import customs regulations exporting from Korea. Since 2004, internationally in compliance with the enforced the transport of dangerous goods regulations (IMDG Code), but becomes substantial damage to the domestic industry that exports of dangerous goods is a lot of difficulties in the logistics of efficiency due to possible follows only the clearance to the needs of the Chinese Government. In Korea and secure hazardous materials management needs have emerged, but piecemeal ad hoc policy is connected economically costly and unnecessary regulations weighted long-term safe at the same time enables continuation of the development of the only domestic chemical industry to find effective hazardous materials management plan it is.

  • The port is a space where maritime transport and land transport intersect and is an essential industrial infrastructure for international trade. Therefore, it has a very important function in the national economy. Although the space and the physical facilities of a port are important, it is also very important to efficiently manage and operate these port infrastructures. The government introduced the Port Authority System to strengthen the efficiency and professionalism of port management operations. Since the port authority systemis based on port autonomy, the independence and autonomy of the port authority are very important in port management and operation. Nevertheless, the Port Authority is not functioning properly because the government interferes excessively with the operations of the Port Authority. Therefore, it is suggested that the legal system should be improved to strengthen the autonomy of the Port Authority (PA). This study examines the perception of the legal system that needs to be improved to strengthen the autonomy of the Port Authority, and suggests policy measures for Port Authority workers, civil servants, port companies, and civic groups.

A Study on Effect of B/L's Exemption Clauses Relating to the Governing Law of English Law (영국법의 준거법과 관련한 선하증권 면책약관의 효력에 관한 연구)

  • In the Bill of Lading of The Irbenskiy Proliv is not subject to the Hague-Visby Rules in accordance with paragraphs (A) and/or (E) of cl.1 or to the Hague Rules in accordance with paragraphs (B) and/or (D) of cl.1. The Irbenskiy Proliv is very rare case that is effective to exempt the carrier as literal words of Bill of Lading. The action concerns cargoes of perishable goods shipped from Brazil to Japan, under Bills of Lading each of which contained an extensive carrier's exemption clause. A preliminary issue was ordered to be determined on the question whether c1.4 is effective to exempt the ralliers from any potential liability for the claims in this case. The court held that there is no reason to reject c1.4 as part of each of the contracts contained in or evidenced by the bills of lading; and it protects the carrier where damage to the goods shipped results from such causes. It is therefore effective to exempt the carriers from any potential liability for those claims.

Evaluation on HACCP prerequisite-program performance within general hospital foodservice operations (종합병원 급식소의 HACCP 선행요건 관리 수행도 평가)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine prerequisite-program performance of the hospital foodservice operation and develop measures for improvement of prerequisite-program performance. Methods: Data were collected through surveys administered to 168 hospital dieticians in the Seoul, Incheon, Gyeonggi-do, Daegu, and North Gyeongsang areas. Out of total questionnaires, 65 questionnaires were usable and the response rate was 38.7%. Statistical analyses were performed using the SPSS program (ver 20.0) for ${\chi}^2-test$ and one-way ANOVA. Results: According to the result of the prerequisite-program evaluation, the percentage of 'appropriate', 'needs to be improved', and 'inappropriate' was 44.6%, 47.7%, and 7.7%, respectively. The score for the 'inappropriate' group was significantly lower than that of the 'appropriate' group or 'needs to be improved' group on the food safety management (p < 0.001), preparation facility management (p < 0.001), water management (p < 0.001), and storage transportation management (p < 0.05) parts. Holding rate of foodservice facility and equipments in the 'appropriate' group were significantly higher than in the others on convection oven (p < 0.01), air conditioner (p < 0.01), three-compartment sink (p < 0.01), hot-holding equipment (p < 0.01), cold-holding equipment (p < 0.05), exclusive thawing refrigerator (p < 0.05), and sterilizer for sanitary shoes (p < 0.05) items. Conclusion: To improve the quality of hospital foodservice, foodservice managers and HACCP specialists should develop and implement a prerequisite-program and a HACCP plan considering the characteristics of the hospital foodservice operation.
