Initiated as Korea's inaugural space exploration endeavor, the lunar exploration development project has resulted not only the Danuri lunar orbiter but also payloads designed to achieve mission objectives and the associated Korea Pathfinder Lunar Orbiter (KPLO) Deep-space Ground System for the operation and control of the Danuri. Scientific data gathered by four scientific payloads, developed by domestic institutions and installed on board the Danuri, will be publicly available starting January 2024. To facilitate this, the first-ever Korean space exploration scientific data management and public release system, KARI Planetary Data System (KPDS), has been developed. This paper provides details on the configuration and functions of the established KPDS website.

최근 정보화 사회의 진전과 함께 각계각층에서 컴퓨터의 활용이 크게 늘어나고 있으며 따라서 소프트웨어를 이용하여 각 산업 활동이 신속성, 효율성, 생산성 및 편리성 등의 측면에서 많은 효과를 보게 됨에 따라 소프트웨어의 비중은 날로 높아지고 그 중요성도 새롭게 인식되고 있다. 국내 민간분야에서의 소프트웨어 개발은 다양한 민간규격(ISO/IEC-12207, ISO/IEC-9126 등)을 따라 수행되고 있으며 국방분야에서는 “소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 (방위사업청 지침 2006-9, 2006.1.25)”이 소프트웨어 개발지침으로 최근 채용되어 개발에 적용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 “소프트웨어 개발 프로세스 (방위사업청 지침 2006-9, 2006.1.25)”의고찰을 통하여 소프트웨어 개발 프로세스의 요구조건을 소개 하였으며, 국방사업에서의 소프트웨어 품질관리 방법에 대하여 살펴보았다.

기업 자금의 조달은 주식 발행 자금으로부터 은행의 융자자금 및 사채에 이르기까지 매우 다양하다. 본 기고는 항공우주산업으로서 지원가능한 정부의 기술개발 등 특수한 목적을 위해 지원하고 있는 재정자금에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 특히 관련 부처의 출연자금(융자자금 제외) 위주로 설명하였으며 과학기술처의 특정연구개발사업은 정부출현연구소 및 대학의 연구활동을 지원하기 위한 자금이므로 생략하였다.

Technical performance measurement (TPM) has been in widespread use for many years and is recognized as a highly useful method that can identify deficiencies in meeting aircraft system requirements, provide early warning of program problems, and be used to monitor technical risks. This paper presents the overview of technical performance measurement method and its application in aircraft system development for KHP, KTX etc.
