As interest about safety of agricultural products has increased, attempts to establish food safety also have been actively made. One example is GAP(Good Agricultural Practices) information service. This service supplies the safe agricultural products to consumers by establishing the safety management system from their production to sale of the agricultural products. In this parer, the proposed system enables the users to easily use it by providing GAP information service and using RFID.

GAP인증농산물은 농식품의 안전성을 생산단계에서부터 관리하는 훌륭한 시스템에서 생산된 것이다. 즉, 안전한 농산물, 믿을 수 있는 농산물이다. 안전할 것이 아니라 안전성이 확인된 농산물이다.

As safety agricultural product has become more interest, attempt for safety agricultural is more active. One of them is GAP(Good Agricultural Practices) information service. This service is supply system which is agricultural safety supervision of produce to sale. In this paper, This system provide GAP information service using RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) and consequently consumer easily use this system.

현재 운용되고 있는 우수농산물 관리제도는 식품안전시스템으로서 소비자의 신뢰를 확보하는 데 주요한 두가지 문제점이 있다. 첫 번째는 제도의 근간이 되는 생산이력데이타의 입력이 농민과 유통업자 등의 직접입력에 의존하기 때문에 자료의 정확성을 검증하기 불가하다는 것이며 두 번째는 오염된 농산물을 추적하여 회수할 수 없다는 것이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로서 정보기술과 농업현장기술을 결합한 IT융합모델을 고안하였다. 이모델에서는 영상분석시스템을 이용하여 현장 영농 활동을 분류하고 생산이력데이타를 자동생성하며, USN을 기반으로한 실시간 이력추적 시스템을 통해 유통중인 농산물의 현재위치와 안전성 관리자료를 실시간 전송하도록 되어있다.

Recently, import liberalization begin in earnest through the WTO/FTA. but the interior agriculture status is insufficient to management system. So, interior agriculture will hard hit before import liberalization. Whereupon, the government organs establish GAP standard that elevate a quality of agricultural product. And be in force preferential application to valuable agricultural product like ginseng. In this paper, we designed of management system for culture and distributive of ginseng that correspond of interior GAP standard. And we implementation of system for offered to information of recording data. Also, we recorded of data that weather, insect, agrochemical and manure for studing of good product. And we introduced monitoring system and guidance as well as management system for efficient system management.

Recently, agricultural product of inferior qualify and cheap is imported form china, so domestic farmhouses go through difficulty. Moreover, consumption decreasing because of a new about carcinogen detect of chinese agricultural product. Information through certification system construction of domestic agricultural product is offered to customers for distinguish from chinese, and certain inspection standard for importation restriction should be ready to solve this problem. In this paper, we designed and implementation of AIGT system through adopting GAP of international standard for safety inspection of agricultural product and traceability. Also, we building of AIGT system through introduce of monitoring system and guidance as well as management system for offered to information by customer and helped farm management by producer.

국가마다 자국농업보호와 식품안전성 확보를 위해 관리대상 유해물질 종류 확대 및 규제기준을 강화하여 미국은 Zero Tolerance System을, 일본과 유럽연합은 PLS제도를, 우리나라는 농산물우수관리제도(GAP)를 시행하고 있고 농촌진흥청은 이에 필요한 농산물우수관리기준을 설정, 보급하고 있다.
