Seasonal And Secular Variations Of The Water Volume Transport Across The Korea Strait (한국해협을 통과하는 해수용적수송량의 계절 및 영년변화)

  • 한국해협(韓國海峽)을 통과(通過)하는 해수용적수송량(海水容積輸送量)의 계절(季節) 및 영년변화(永年變化)에 대(對)하여 기존자료(旣存資料)를 써서 지형유리론(地衡流理論)에 입각(立脚)하여 계산(計算) 음미(吟味)하였다. 한국해협(韓國海峽)을 통과(通過)하는 “쯔시마” 난류(暖流)의 북방수송량(北方輸送量)은 약 $2{\times}10^6m^3$/sec의 우세(優勢)한 년변화량(年變化量)을 갖고 동춘절(東春節)의 $0.33{\times}10^6m^3$/sec 로부터 하추절(夏秋節)의 $2.21{\times}10^6m^3$/sec 사이에서 변화(變化)한다. 그리고 정미(正味)의 수송량(輸送量)의 년평균치(年平均値)는 1935년(年)의 $1.3{\times}10^6m^3$/sec 로부터 1939년(年)의 $0.8{\times}10^6m^3$/sec사이로 변화(變化)하며 영년변화량(永年變化量)은 약 $0.5{\times}10^6m^3$/sec로서 년변화량(年變化量)의 약 1/4밖에 안된다. 북방수송량(北方輸送量)의 영년변화(永年變化)는 약(約) 4년주기(年週期)를 갖는 것 같이 보인다.

  • 국가화재안전기준 107 및 107A에서 할로겐화합물 소화설비와 청정소화약제 소화설비 설계시 하나의 방호구역을 담당하는 저장용기의 소화약제의 체적합계보다 소화약제의 방출시 방출경로가 되는 배관(집합관을 포함한다)의 내용적의 비율이 설정된 값 이상인 경우 당해 방호구역에 대한 설비는 별도의 독립방식으로 하도록 요구하고 있다. 이산화탄소 소화설비의 경우에는 이산화탄소의 증기압이 충분히 높으므로 방출배관의 용적에 대한 제한사항이 포함되어 있지 않으나 저압이산화탄소 소화설비의 경우 약제의 저장온도가 낮으므로 방출시 기화되어 설계시 의도한 방출량을 만족시키지 못할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 저압이산화탄소 소화설비에 대한 방출배관 용적 제한 필요성에 대하여 논의하였다.

Analysis of Weld Pool Flow and Shape Considering the Impact of Droplets in GMAW (GMAW에서 용적입사를 고려한 용융지 유동 및 형상해석)

  • In the present study, depressions of the GMA weld pool due to the impact of droplet are numerically investigated. The numerical simulation is conducted on the basis of the Navier-Stokes equation and the volume of fluid(VOF) functions. The kinetic energy of transferring droplet makes a depression of the weld pool surface. The surface active element affects the depression of the weld pool. The droplets transferred efficiently to the bottom of the weld pool, along with electromagnetic force make the finger shape penetration at the high current GMAW.

감광제 도포 후 용매 건조기술

  • 본 연구에서는 평판 디스플레이 Photo공정 중에서 무회전 도포(Spinless Coating)방식으로 기판(Glass)에 감광제 약액을 도포한 후 용매(Solvent)를 제거시키기 위한 진공건조장치(Vacuum dryer)에서 감광제 도포막의 품질에 영향을 주지 않는 범위 안에서의 용매 제거시간을 단축하기 위한 진공챔버의 용적에 따른 진공포트의 크기 및 배치에 대한 최적화를 구현하였다. 구현된 챔버의 용적과 진공포트의 크기 및 배치를 바탕으로 진공건조장치를 챔버, 챔버 구동부, 기판 구동부, 진공펌프, 그리고 $N_2$ 공급부로 모듈화하여 구성하였으며. 실제 도포 기판을 이용하여 진공건조를 실시한 후 도포막을 검사함으로써 진공포트에 대한 최적화를 검증함과 동시에 진공건조 능력을 확인하였다.

  • The static force balance model (SFBM) has been used to analyze drop transfer in gas metal arc welding. Although the SFBM is capable of predicting the detaching drop size in the globular mode with reasonable accuracy, discrepancy between the calculated and experimental results increases with current. In order to reduce discrepancy, the SFBM is modified by considering the momentum of the molten metal flow, which is generated by the pinch pressure. The momentum increases with smaller drop size and becomes compatible to the electromagnetic force. The modified force balance model (MFBM) predicts the experimental results more accurately, and extends its application to the projected mode.

  • High flowing concrete has been made using a combination of much amount cementitious materials and addition of SP agents, so that it makes possible to high flowing properties of fresh concrete. In the fluid mechanical and rheological point of view, high flowing concrete is affected on the relation between cement paste and aggregate of volume. In this experimental study, it is measured high flowing concrete of slump-flow about 65$\pm$5cm according to 0.54~0.80 of volume ratio and to analysed the properties of high flowing concrete in fresh and hardened concrete. It is the aim of this study to consider the affection of high flowing properties accoring to cement paste to aggregate ratio of volume on the combination of concrete.

  • Recently, due to abnormal climate phenomena caused by greenhouse gas, flood damage such as local torrential rain has been emerging in Korea. Accordingly, there is a growing need for porous blocks capable of permeability in concrete, but there are limitations in commercialization due to problems such as high unit weight and flexural strength development limitations. This study investigates the unit weight and strength properties of porous blocks using bottom ash as an alternative to aggregate as part of a study to improve the light weight of porous blocks.

  • Recently, usage of ultra-high strengh concrete(UHSC) have been increased. Concrete has been recognized as a material which is resistant to high temperatures, but chemicophysical property of concrete is changed by the high temperature. So, mechanical properties of concrete may be reduced. Therefore, this study evaluated effect of the coarse Aggregate volume by high temperature mechanical properties of UHSC. Residual mechanical properties are evaluated under fine aggregate ratio 40,60% and 500℃ temperature on UHSC of W/B 15, 20%. As result, residual mechanical properties of UHSC are high by lower coarse aggregate volume.

  • There has been considerable interest recently in the topic of renewable energy. This is primarily due to concerns about environmental impacts. Moreover, fluctuating and rising oil prices, increases in demand, supply uncertainties and other factors have led to increased calls for alternative energy sources. Small hydropower, especially using water supply system, attracts high attentions because of relatively lower cost and smaller space requirements to construct the plant. Moreover. newly developed positive displacement turbine has high acceptability for the system. Therefore, the purpose of this study is focused on the examination of the performance characteristics and proposition of a optimum design method of the turbine for the improvement of the performance. The results show that newly proposed optimum design method for the turbine has high accuracy of performance prediction and good applicability for the performance improvement of the turbine.
