본 연구에서는 3차원 시뮬레이션 프로그램을 활용하여 40대, 50대, 60대 여성의 하반신 몸통 관련 부위 유형에 따라 요실금 팬티 패턴을 제작하여 하반신 몸통 유형별 요실금 팬티 패턴을 비교·분석하고자 하였다. 유형 1의 패턴은 가장 길이가 길고 폭은 두 번째로 넓은 형태를 나타냈고, 유형 2는 길이가 가장 짧고 좁은 형태를 나타냈다. 유형 3은 길이가 가장 짧고 폭은 가장 넓은 형태를 나타냈으며, 유형 4는 가장 폭이 좁고 길이가 두 번째로 긴 형태를 나타냈다. 가상착의에 대한 평가결과, 유형 2가 앞면, 옆면, 뒷면 모두에서 가장 우수한 것으로 평가되었다. 유형 3은 허리와 복부, 엉덩이와 넙다리둘레가 가장 크고, 하반신이 짧은 비만 체형으로 다른 체형과 같은 방식으로 패턴을 제작하였을 시 다리둘레와 엉덩이부위의 감싸는 분량이 부족한 것으로 평가되었다.

본 연구는 시판되고 있는 여성 요실금 팬티 제품의 패턴을 분석하여 흡수층과 전체적인 패턴의 형태를 비교해 보고자 하였다. 이를 통해 액티브 시니어를 위한 기능성 요실금 팬티 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 얻고자 하였다. 시판 12개 제품을 분해하여 치수, 패턴 등을 분석하고 3차원 시뮬레이션을 통해 외관, 의복압을 평가하였다. 요실금 팬티의 치수 및 패턴 비교 결과, 같은 호칭의 제품임에도 부위별 치수 차이가 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 같은 브랜드 제품도 디자인 및 흡수량에 따라 큰 차이를 나타냈다. 3차원 시뮬레이션에 대한 외관평가 결과, 앞면, 옆면, 뒷면 등 모든 항목에서 제품 간에 유의미한 차이가 있은 것으로 나타났다. 9번 제품이 옆면의 허리 맞음새를 제외하고 가장 우수한 것으로 분석되었다. 의복압에 대한 평가에서는 팬티 제품의 특성상 1번, 2번, 8번 제품을 제외하고 대부분 붉은색으로 표시되었다. 향후 실제 착의실험 및 요실금 팬티에 대한 사이즈 규격화 연구가 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

본 연구는 50대 이상 여성을 대상으로 요실금 증상 및 요실금 제품에 대한 착용실태 및 구매실태, 선호도 등을 조사 분석하고자 하였다. 연구는 설문지법으로 이루어졌으며, 분석에는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 요실금 패드와 팬티 구입 시 방수기능, 흡수속도 등이 중요한 것으로 인식되었다. 요실금 제품의 추가 희망 기능은 샘 방지 기능이 가장 많았고, 선호 색상은 살색이 많았다. 요실금 횟수가 많을 때 흡수기능, 요실금 양이 적을 때는 치수나 맞음새가 중요하였지만, 요실금 양이 많아지면 방수기능이 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 요실금 발생빈도가 높고 요실금 양이 많을 때 샘 방지 기능이 추가되기를 희망하였고, 팬티형 패드를 선호하였다. 분만 횟수가 많을수록 요실금의 양도 많았으며, 요실금 증상도 빈번하게 나타나는 것으로 분석되었다. 폐경 연령에 따라서도 요실금 양에 유의미한 차이를 나타내 조기 폐경 시 요실금 양이 많은 것을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 국제 규격으로 성인용 기저귀의 최대 식염수 양을 측정하는 방법을 적용하여 시판되고 있는 요실금 팬티의 흡수량을 측정해보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 시판 3개 브랜드 15개 제품이며, 분석에는 SPSS 27.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 시판 요실금 팬티의 최대흡수량을 측정한 결과, B제품의 최대흡수량이 가장 많고 C제품의 최대흡수량이 가장 적은 것으로 나타났다. 같은 흡수량으로 표기된 제품임에도 같은 브랜드의 같은 제품에서도 차이를 나타냈고, 브랜드에 따라서도 차이를 나타냈다. 주입된 생리식염수의 양과 요실금 팬티의 역류량은 정(+)의 상관관계를 나타내 주입되는 생리식염수의 양이 증가할수록 요실금 팬티의 역류량은 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 누출이 시작되는 시점과 누출량은 부(-)의 상관관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 연구에서는 흡수량을 증가시키고 역류와 누출을 줄일 수 있는 기능성 패드 개발이 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다.

This study aims to contribute to development of women's incontinence panties with anti-aging effect meeting customers' requirements by examining types, sorts, sizes and specifications of women's incontinence panties currently sold in the market. The results of analysis of a total of 22 commercial products are as follows. 1. Among the samples, 21 incontinence panties were slip on type like regular underwear; only 1 was pad insertion type. With respect to the length of side seam, 17 (77.3%) incontinence panties were above 14 cm which is classified as maxi; the rest of them (5, 22.7%) were 7~11 cm which is classified as middy. 2. With respect to size, the percentage of Size 3 was 40.9% showing the largest, followed by Size 4 (31.8%), Size 2 (18.2%), Size 5 (9.1%). To produce the incontinence panties considering various ages and body shapes, it is recommended to select above Size 4 as a minimum. 3. With respect to materials of the incontinence panties, natural fibers such as cotton or rayon were mostly used and a polyurethane, nylon or polyester was mixed to enhance the wearing sensation and stretchability of the panties. Finally, for structure of the crotch area, single knit was the largest (9, 40.9%), terry weave 7 (31.8%), sofe pile weave 4 (18.2%), and waffle weave or diamond weave 2.

This study aims to contribute to the development of male incontinence underwear with an anti-aging effect that meets customer requirements by examining the types, sorts, sizes and specifications of male incontinence underwear currently sold on the market. The results of an analysis of a total of eight commercial products are as follows. 1) Among the samples, six types of incontinence underwear were of a pull-on style like regular underwear; two types were of a pad insertion style. With respect to the underwear design, four (50%) types of incontinence underwear were brief style. The rest were drawers (3, 37.5%). Only one was of a trunk (12.5%) style. 2) With respect to size, the percentage of Size 3 was 50%, followed by Size 4 (50%). Most of the size of the underwear uses hip measurement whereas Japanese products (3, 37.5 %) use waist circumference. 3) With respect to the materials of the incontinence underwear, natural fibers such as cotton were mostly used and a polyurethane or polyester was mixed to enhance the wearing sensation and stretchability of the underwear. Finally, for the structure of the pad area, a napping finish was the largest (3, 37.5%), single knit 2(25%), twill weave 2(25%), and rib weave 1.

본 연구에서는 요실금 발생빈도가 높아지는 40대, 50대, 60대 여성을 대상으로 하여 하반신 몸통 체형을 유형화하고 그 특징을 알아보고자 한다. 또, 연령대별 하반신 몸통 체형을 분류해봄으로써 요실금 팬티 패턴 개발에 필요한 기초자료를 얻고자 한다. 본 연구는 국가기술표준원 제8차 인체치수조사데이터 중 40-69세 여성 1543명을 대상으로 하여 하반신 몸통 관련 계측항목 총 29개를 분석하였다. 분석에는 SPSS 26.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 하반신 몸통 높이 항목은 연령이 증가할수록 낮아지고, 너비 관련 항목은 연령이 증가할수록 넓어지며, 둘레 관련 항목은 허리둘레와 배둘레는 증가하고 엉덩이둘레는 작아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 몸통길이는 연령이 증가할수록 감소하였다. 하반신 몸통 구성 요인은 하반신 몸통 수평 요인, 높이 요인, 하부 요인, 수직 요인으로 분류되었다. 하반신 몸통 유형은 긴 역삼각 체형, 짧고 높은 몸통 체형, 몸통 비만 체형, 낮은 삼각 체형으로 분류되었다. 하반신 몸통 수평 요인과 높이 요인은 유형 3이 가장 크고, 하반신 몸통 수직 요인과 하부 요인은 유형 1이 가장 큰 것으로 분석되었다. 하반신 몸통은 허리와 복부가 발달된 유형과 엉덩이, 넙다리가 발달된 유형으로 분류되어 요실금 팬티의 가로 부위 설정 시 체형 차이의 반영이 요구되었다. 또, 몸통이 긴 유형과 짧은 유형으로 분류되어 앞중심과 뒷중심길이 차이를 반영할 수 있는 제도법이 필요하였다.

This study sought to typify incontinence symptoms and how women over sixty perceive incontinence panties and pads. The study uses Q methodology to analyze the perception of these products by type. The research utilized Q methodology and the QUANL pc program for analysis. Type 1 was a type of depression and anxiety due to incontinence. Type 1 was a type of thinking that incontinence was hidden from others. Type 2 was a smell-sensitive reclusion. Type 2 was most concerned about smell, as people sometimes avoid interpersonal relationships because of urinary incontinence. Type 3 was function-oriented toilet frequently. Type 3 was recognizing that the absorption function of incontinence products is important, as the toilet is frequently used. Type 3 mainly wore underwear among incontinence products and thought that incontinence was not hidden from others. In the case of incontinent women, products that prevent others from feeling the smell of urine were considered important. Future studies should expand on this study's work to analyze practical, currently-existing incontinence products.

The purpose of this study was to develop washable panties for elderly women of incontinence urine. We carried out a questionnaire survey in order to find out what are the inconvenience of incontinence. Also we analyse the properties of incontinence panties available in silver market. Then we did wearing test of the existing continence panties to 40 subjects. Having done the wearing test, it was clear that the composit and the size of the absorbing layers must be crucial points of the development of the prototype panty. The prototype was designed to improve absorbing speed as well as capability without sacrificing of wearing comfort. The developed prototype panty went through wearing test and property tests to assure the design. The results are as follows:- 1. Absorbing capability as a whole, quick absorbance at the moment of passing of urine, the touch of the cover layer after quick absorbance and deodorant property were improved than existing incontinence panties. 2. The size and the dimensions of each part, specially absorbing layers at the crotch area, were remarkably improved.

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the male products for urinary incontinence by examining the types and characteristics of those registered in KIPO (Korean Industrial Property Office). Additionally, the types and characteristics, especially for the cloth products and the pads, of male panties for urinary incontinence on the market are analyzed. Men in their 60s with minor symptoms were selected as the subjects to evaluate the wearability. The results are as follows. 11 male products for urinary incontinence, registered in KIPO, are structurally different from those for women by having a separate pocket mainly for absorption. There are one disposable type and 7 cloth types, and the cloth panties can be classified as either united or separable type depending on the detachability of pads from the panties. The types of the panties vary according to the position, shape, and size of the attached pads on normal male panties (boxer, briefs, drawers). The fabrics for the urinary incontinence are usually piled in 3 to 5 layers by having the most absorptive layer on the top, the next with deodorizing characteristics, and the bottom with the waterproof fabric as basics with some additional layers of antibiotic or breathable fabrics. From the wearability test, it has been determined that the panties are not distinguishable in external appearance and the fitness is also not a problem since the size varies as the normal panties. It has been evaluated that the fitness of the panties is an important factor since the pad should be worn in any form; the pad sewed in the middle of the panties was evaluated to be more wearable than having a long pad. In case of separable panties, when the pattern and fabric is similar to the functional panties and the options such as the thickness of the pads or detachability are given to the users, it tends to be more satisfactory.
