The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of parents' socioeconomic status, communication between parents and adolescents, and adolescents self-esteem on adolescents emotional autonomy and behavioral autonomy. The data were collected from 367 middle and high school students. The significant results were as follows. First, emotional autonomy was influenced by dysfunctional communication between the father and adolescent and open communication between the mother and adolescent after controlling for the socioeconomic status of the parents in step 2. Second, behavioral autonomy was affected by the socioeconomic status of the parents in step 1, and dysfunctional communication between the mother and adolescent and self-esteem were the meaningful predictors of behavioral autonomy after controlling for the socioeconomic status of the parents in step 2. Finally, the meanings and limitations of this research and implications for counseling strategies were discussed.

Purpose: Phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor increases the cellular content of cAMP, and cAMP suppresses connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) expression induced by TGF-${\beta}1$. Therefore, we investigated whether PDE inhibitor suppresses renal fibrosis without suppression of TGF-${\beta}1$. Materials and Methods : Renal interstitial fibrosis was produced by ligation of left ureter in Sprague-Dawley rats. Cilostazol, a selective PDE3 inhibitor, and dipyridamole, a hybrid PDE5, PDE6, and PDE8 inhibitor, were provided in drinking water for 7 days. In addition to the Masson-trichrome score of renal tissue, the concentration of fibronectin and TGF-${\beta}1$ in renal tissue- conditioned media was measured by ELISA. Results : Masson- trichrome score and fibronectin concentration were significantly lower in cilostazol-treated group compared to the control group (P<0.05). Though dipyridamole treatment seemed to suppress the Masson- trichrome score and fibronectin concentration too, the decrements were not statistically significant. There was no difference in TGF-${\beta}1$ concentration among the groups. Conclusion: A selective PDE3 inhibitor cilostazol suppresses renal fibrosis without alteration of TGF-${\beta}1$ expression. Hemolytic anemia due to tiny prosthetic paravalvular leakage is one of a complication of prosthetic valve replacement. Mild Hemolysls usually occurs after aortic valve replacement with mechanical valve but rarely occurs in mitral valve position especially in case of tissue valve. Cardiac valves fabricated from biologic material are associated with a reduced incidence of hemolytic anemia. Hemolysis was reported in patients with an lonescu-Shiley bovine pericardial xenograft prosthesis in the aortic position but not in the mitral site. A 41-year-old female patient was admitted due to sudden development dark colored urine. About 10 years ago the patient was underwent MVR (Mitral Valve Re lacement) with fTmm lonescu-Shiley valve due to MR (Mitral regurgitation). Echocardiographic examination showed mild degree of mitral regurgitation with valvular thickening. However, there was no definitive evidence of paravalvular leakage. The peripheral blood smear showed nomochromic normocytic anemia, but the hematologic and urinary examination revealed severe hemolytic evidence. Mitral valve replacement with St. Jude Medical valve (27mm) was done and intraoperatively, a tiny paravalvular leakage was found which was regarded as the point of hemolysis. The hemolytic evidence completely disappeared. We are reporting a case of severe hemolytic anemia due to tiny prosthetic paravalvular leakage with a review of the literature.

It is very important for hemodialysis in patients with end stage renal disease to obtain vascular access that resists repeated punctures and maintains adequate blood flow. This study was designed to indentify factors that may influence early patency rate of autogenous arteriovenous fistula. Material and Method: 49 cases in 47 patients who underwent radiocephalic fistula formation in our hospital from June 2002 through May 2003 were reviewed and analyzed. Result: The early patency rate was 79.6%. Age, sex, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus were not significant factors for patency. Body mass index and duration of hypertension and diabetes did not influence the early results either. Cephalic vein diameter measured preoperatively and blood flow at radio-cephalic fistula were significantly positive correlative factors. Groups with the vein diameter less than 2.7mm, or with the blood flow less than 100 mL/min had significantly lower early patency rate than the other groups. Conclusion: To improve early patency rate of radiocephalic fistula, large sized cephalic vein should be selected and if the intraoperative flow at radiocephalic fistula is less than 100 mL/min, another arteriovenous fistula formation should be considered.

This study is for presenting the factors about success attribution that fit the korean security service conditions and developing the actual analysis of measurement tools by investigating the success factors of the security service agents. To this end, conducted a meeting from the fully open questionnaire at first, and then formed the semi-structured questionnaire, finally carried out the survey from the closed questionnaire and analyzed data from SPSS 21.0, AMOS 21.0 and developed the measurements. It was conducted from December, 2014 to June, 2015. This survey was conducted of 170 security guards after the verification of the content validity though the pilot survey and presented the success attribution factors and standards on the basis of the result form this survey. At the first and second analysis process, the success attribution factors of the guards consisted of inner qualities, external qualities, induction factors for inner qualities, and induction factor for external qualities. On analysis of the final data and documents, however, at the third analysis, the success attribution factors of the guards consisted of 'martial arts and physical ability'(4 questions), 'attitudes to work'(3 questions), 'support for the working environment'(3 questions), 'organized business skills'(3 questions), 'attitudes to the duty'(3 questions), and 'coping with crises(2 questions).

Objectives: Alongside smoking, occupational exposure is an important risk factor for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The purpose of this study was to evaluate factors associated with occupational pulmonary function decline that can be used to create guidelines for the health management of shipyard workers Materials: This study analyzed spirometry from 10,597 male shipbuilding workers. Functional decline in spirometry was defined as FEV1/FVC <70% and logistic regression for work duration and occupational hazard exposure was performed Results: Among the subjects, 4.2% showed an obstructive pattern in pulmonary function. The odds ratios for hazard exposure were 1.67(indirect) and 3.54(direct), and for work duration 1.97(10-18 years), 2.29(19-27), and 5.02(28+). After adjusting for smoking and work-related factors, the odds ratios for work durations of over 10 years were 1.73(10-18 years), 1.99(19-27), and 4.09(28+), but for hazards exposure was 1.71(direct) alone after adjustment. Conclusions: Occupational COPD is insidious and chronic, and thus long-term hazard exposed(especially over 10 years) shipyard workers with functional decline in spirometry need to prevent and manage COPD. This study is important for establishing guidelines to manage hazard exposure among shipyard workers and prevent COPD.

Hypophosphatemia rickets, also known as Vitamin D-resistant rickets(VDRR) and refractory rickets, is a form of rickets which is resistant to the usual doses of vitamin D. VDRR is characterized by decreased renal tubular reabsorption of inorganic phosphate and is easily diagnosed by a normal blood calcium, hypophosphatemia, and slightly elevated alkaline phosphatase. Clinical features of Hypophosphatemia rickets included lateral bowing deformities of the legs, short stature, scoliosis, and enlargement of wrist and ankles. Dental finding in patient with VDRR were spontaneous dental abscesses in caries free teeth and other dental findings included delayed eruption, delayed apical closure, thin and hypoplastic enamel, absent or poorly defined lamina dura, enlarged pulp chambers, and numerous accessory canals and pulp horns that extend up and into the dentinoenamel junction. we reported the clinical feature and treatment of VDRR child who was referred from the department of pediatrics for early loss of primary teeth and its treatment.

In this study, the differences of labor-management cooperation and corporation performance resulted from integrated human resource management types is investigated for 12 urban railroad corporations and then the effect of labormanagement cooperation on the corporation performance is also verified. The results show that the labor-management cooperation and the corporation performance of "closed immersion type" and "opened flexibility type" integrated human resource managements are higher than those of "conservative management type" and "poor management type" integrated human resource managements. As a result of the effect of labor-management cooperation on the corporation performance, it is revealed that "individual cooperation" affects all the corporation performances such as train operation stability, customer's satisfaction, management innovation, self-supporting management, and job satisfaction, whereas "collective cooperation" affects only two coporation performances, management innovation and job satisfaction.

A 4-week-old 0.5 kg male Shih Tzu with history of congenital abnormality, abnormality, was referred to Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Chungbuk National University for further evaluation and treatment. During physical examination, the dog revealed mild depression and dyschezia. In plain radiographs, a digital thermometer put in the anus and grasped blind end of the rectum. In contrast radiographs, a urethrorectal fistula was confirmed. Urine specimens were collected with cystocentesis. Bacteria of the urine were detected using an auto microorganism analyzer. According to history taking, physical examination, radiographic signs and urinalysis, it was diagnosed as type IV atresia ani with a urethrorectal fistula. The dog was treated by fistulectomy and anoplasty, and discharged with instruction. Three days after operation, mild dehiscence was appeared. Wound was left to heal by second intention. During the follow-up of eight weeks, wound showed it to be healed and defecation was normal.

Recently, many people switch from an open SNS like facebook to a closed SNS like Kakaostory to expect more empathetic responses. In this study, I derive the design factors that motivate empathetic responses in SNS. In particular, I focus on Kakaostory that is popular for women in their 30s and 40s. I conduct literature review and survey and find out the design factors and identified the type of photos that induce comments and feeling icons. While writing comments is influenced by the relationship with the poster and the contents, adding a feeling icons is affected by the states of the responders. The heavy users are more affected by the contents than by relationship. The photos with more responses have better image quality and capture situation better. The photos with more comments are cuter, brighter, and more positive. The photos with feeling icons only are visually sophisticated. This results can be useful to develop a design that induce empathetic responses.
