The purpose of this study is to analyze user needs of university libraries for design of user-centered information retrieval system. To do this, 6 kinds of basic system design factors necessary for user-centered information retrieval system design of the university libraries are used. The user needs which should be considered for system design are examined and analyzed through the questionnaires made by user-centered approach according to the design factors.

본 연구는 학교급식이 교육의 일환으로 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 가정의 식생활 관리자로서 자녀들의 식습관에 가장 큰 영향을 주는 어머니를 대상으로 하여 가정에서의 식생활 관리와 학교급식과 영양교육에 대한 인식 및 요구도를 알아보아, 자녀와 어머니에게 필요한 교육과 학교에서 제공할 수 있는 교육방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 대상자는 서울시 강서교육청 소속 57개 초등학교 중 지역차이를 고려하여 4개 학교 3,4 학년 학부모 400명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 조사하였으며, 이 중 362부를 분석에 이용하였다. 본 조사는 부산지역의 전기공사와 자동화설비업 또는 전기 설계감리업과 안전관리 직종의 인력 수요와 채용 규모, 인력 채용시 기업이 요구하는 교육 내용 등의 실태를 조사하여 객관적이고 정량적인 기술인력의 수요와 공학교육의 요구 수준을 파악함으로써 향후 학생의 취업률 제고와 교육과정의 업그레이드를 위한 유용한 정보를 제공함에 그 목적을 둔다.

한국인의 발 형태 또는 치수를 측정하거나 비교한 연구는 과거에도 이루어진 바가 있다. 그러나 측정 후 제화를 만들면서 제화를 고부가로 만들기 위한 제화에 대한 고객의 요구사항이나 불만, 가격 대, 색깔 등을 조사하는 연구는 거의 전무한 실정이다. 본 연구는 기초 기반기술의 핵심이 되는 족형 개발기술의 선결과제로써, 한국인들이 원하는 구두에 대한 요구조사 분석을 통하여 소비자가 느끼는 구두의 문제점, 원하는 사항 둥을 파악하여, 이를 족형의 설계에 반영함으로 구두 산업의 생산성 향상을 통한, 고부가 가치산업으로의 방향을 제시하는데 목적이 있다.

This study proposed to seek the future development direction of policy information service in Korea by identifying users' needs for policy information and analyzing policy information users' behavior. For this purpose, we analyzed policy information users' needs and behavior through survey and interview methods, and the results are as follows. First, the most common purpose of policy information use was figuring out policy trends, and the Internet was the most common search method used in investigating policy information. Second, electronic resources showed a high rate of use, but the domestic material utilization ratio was higher, and the U.S. resources usage of overseas data was the highest. Third, users most often used materials produced within the last 2-5 years, and Web DB (journals, academic articles, etc.) and reports were the most used material types. Fourth, in the survey of opinion about methods for improving policy information utilization efficiency, cooperation between government agencies' libraries, cooperation between agencies producing the policy information resources, and the overall national collection of policy information were rated the highest.

The final goal of this study is to develop the in-service program of engineering education for professors of engineering college. In this study, survey research method using questionnaire was used to engineering professors of universities and junior colleges. The study contents were analysis of in-service status and educational needs for professors of engineering college. Statistical package SPSS for windows, korean edition version 10.0, was used for analysing data. To do it, 97 questionnaire were used finally. Educational needs was divided into engineering teaching method, engineering evaluation method, and engineering basic competancy. Equation suggested by Borich was induced to calculate the educational needs. Results were that educational needs of engineering teaching method and engineering basic competency were high, respectively, but, educational needs of engineering evaluation method was low. It was known that we need to consider the results during in-service program development.

본 연구는 공공부문에서 적용할 수 있는 현실적이고 경제성 있는 USN 서비스 모델을 발굴하고 USN 서비스를 도입하기 위한 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 공공부문 USN 도입 방안에 대한 제시는 서비스의 특성을 충분히 고려하여야 하며, 적절한 서비스 요구사항에 대한 평가를 기반으로 도입되고 추진되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 과정을 수행하기 위하여 2차례에 걸친 사용자 분석을 수행하였다. 우선 다양한 서비스 모델의 발굴하기 위한 1차 조사를 수행하여 여러가지 우수한 USN 서비스 모델을 발굴하였고, 이를 바탕으로 사용자를 중심으로 한 2차 조사를 실시하여 서비스의 특성 등을 분석하였다. 이렇게 조사된 자료는 서비스 요구사항 평가 모델 등을 바탕으로 평가되어 USN 서비스를 단계적으로 확산하는 전략에 활용되고 있다.

본 논문에서는 다양한 과학기술 분야의 연구자들이 R&D 수행에 있어서 필요한 인프라로서 클라우드 서비스를 활발히 이용하도록 하기 위해서 요구되는 정책적 기술적 개선 방안을 도출하였다. 이를 위해서 R&D를 위한 클라우드 서비스의 해외 사례를 조사하고, 국내 출연(연) 대학 등 연구현장의 다양한 분야의 연구자들로부터 클라우드 서비스에 대한 인식 조사 및 수요 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 조사 분석 결과 과학기술 및 공학 ICT 등 다양한 분야의 연구에서 요구되는 수요를 충족할 수 있는 클라우드 서비스의 필요성을 도출하였으며, 보안 및 행정제도 등에 있어서도 개선점을 도출할 수 있었다. 연구를 통하여 우리는 국가 R&D를 수행하는 연구자들이 기존 클라우드 서비스에 대한 제약을 해소하고 더 나은 연구환경을 지원받도록 하기 위한 R&D 사이버인프라스트럭쳐로서의 클라우드 서비스를 제안하였다.

본 연구는 붕괴사고에 대해 원인을 도출하기 위한 조사방법으로 과학적 재난원인 조사기법은 포렌식 기법을 국내에 적용하는데 목적이 있다. 목적달성을 위한 과정의 일환으로 본 연구에서는 조사를 수행하는 일련의 프레임워크를 국내의 실정에 적합하도록 개발하여 적용하기 위해 국외 붕괴사고 조사절차와 포렌식 기법이 적용된 사례를 분석하였다. 그리고 가설의 수집단계-증거수집-가설분석 및 검증-결론도출의 조사 전 단계에서 공학적 검증이 필요한 요소를 도출하고, 붕괴의 사고유형에 따라 요구되는 기법을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 재난원인조사 분석에 있어 아직 국내에 명확하게 정착하기 못한 포렌식 조사기법의 기본적인 틀을 구축할 수 있다는데 의의가 있다. 특히, 화학사고나, 화재사고 등 다른 재난에 비해 붕괴사고의 경우 국내 외에서 포렌식 조사기법을 적용한 연구나 사례가 상대적으로 부족한 실정이기 때문에 본 연구는 향후 선도적인 가이드라인의 형태로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 판단된다.

This study conducts an analysis on the relative significance and urgency of competence factors for jobs in the field of Social Welfare through a demand analysis on the vocational training of the K Human Resource Development Institute regarding the National Competency Standards (NCS) in the field of Social Welfare, which was developed in the year 2014. The aim is to derive competence factors with high demands in education and high necessity of curriculum development based on the analysis. The data of 1,227 persons: 583 public officials and 644 private employees, was analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 and Microsoft Excel 2013. Results of the demand assessment on vocational training are as follows: for public officials, 4 competences in social development jobs (social area analysis, needs assessment, community resource building, community network, social assessment, community organizing, and welfare planning), 2 competences in public welfare jobs (management of unusual complaints in welfare and civil cooperation in resource development), and 2 competences in social welfare administration jobs (financial management in social welfare organizations and welfare planning) had high urgency in competence development. Implications were suggested based on the results.
