The study and techniques of system engineering have been applied to various fields including space-air, national defense division in advanced countries. Korea is currently in the early stages of introducing system engineering scheme in railway system and national defense division restrictedly. As theory and application of system engineering covers a wide scope, documents management and requirement analysis technology applied to establishment of standard and core unit development of the research target. The techniques which are historical management and trace among standards for establishment of standard are introduced using SE tools and participating agencies shared the information by constructing of database from all documents which are generated from the project. Through the functional analysis of the requirements for the intelligent station monitoring system in basic design stage, established requirements are verified and will be made official announcement as standard of the intelligent station monitoring system.

Purpose: This study proposes a plan for linking the Severe Accident Punishment Act and the Occupational Health and Safety Management System so that SMEs can meet the requirements of the Severe Accident Punishment Act only by maintaining and implementing the Occupational Health and Safety Management System. Method: Conduct a theoretical approach, such as a literature review. First, as a theoretical approach, the safety and health management system of the Serious Accidents Punishment Act was examined, the requirements of ISO 45001 were analyzed, and the statistics of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) from 5 to 49 to which the 2024 Serious Accidents Punishment Act was applied and the number of accident deaths were investigated. Result: No problems were found in linking with the Serious Accident Punishment Act when constructing Occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45001). Conclusion: It is judged that the establishment of Occupational health and safety management systems (ISO 45001) and management of implementation performance will be able to satisfy the Act on the Punishment of Serious Disasters.

Recent heterogeneous network management researches on information security, however, deal only with simple management using PKI and could not sufficiently address the different kinds of security problems that could arise in a heterogeneous network. Thus, various security requirements should first be satisfied and a security management protocol should first be developed to achieve a secure heterogeneous network. Hence, in this paper, various secure and effective heterogeneous network management that address security issues, which were merely a consideration in existing studies, are proposed. The proposed scheme for the protection of the user privacy is the central object and static middle objects of the process used to mutual authentication, also if communication between users is required 1-out-2 oblivious transfer to communicate by using secret communication, as well as the effectiveness and security conscious approach. Specially The proposed scheme is designed to enhance security and efficiency related to various services required in heterogeneous network, based on the reliable peripheral devices for TTP. Using Mobile device, which has been applied to electronic commerce transactions in existing schemes, this study also proposed an appropriate management scheme that is suitable for a dynamic environment and setting a temporary group to provide various services.

우리 나라는 한-IAEA 보장조치 협정에 따라 핵물질 및 시설에 관련된 보장조치 정보들을 IAEA로 보고하고 유지할 의무를 갖고 있으며, 양국간 체결한 쌍무 협정에 따라 핵공급국이 요청할 경우 수입된 원자력관련 전략물자들에 대한 정보들은 관련정보들을 제공할 의무가 있다. 국제 약속에 따른 국가 보장조치 의무사항들을 이행하고, 점차 규모나 범위가 방대해지는 원자력 산업을 국가에서 효율적으로 통제 및 관리하기 위해 필요한 정보분석 등을 위하여 국가차원의 보장조치 정보관리시스템이 요구되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 국가 보장조치 정보관리시스템 구축을 위한 보장조치 정보분석, 고려사항 및 정보관리체제에 대하여 기술하였다.

이종 네트웍 환경아래 서로 다른 서비스 요구사항을 가진 대형 분산 어플리케이션을 효율적으로 관리하는 것은 매우 어려운 일이다 또한 기존 네트웍 관리 시스템들은 서비스관점보다는 시스템중심으로 관리하여 어플리케이션에 맞는 종합적인 관리를 수행하는 것은 복잡하고 이해하기 어렵다. 이 논문에서 어플리케이션 수행을 보다 적극적으로 관리하고 어플리케이션과 네트웍의 요구사망을 분석, 실행하는 Proactive Application Management System (PAMS)을 제안하고 구현하였다. 각 관리 서비스는 모바일 에이전트로 이루어져 변화에 따라 능동적인 관리가 가능토록 하였다. 실험결과는 에이전트 중심으로 하는 PAMS가 성능과 실패관리에 능동적으로 대처하여 긍정적인 효과가 있음을 보여준다.

Construction companies recently have been highly interested in developing information system as following the advanced of IT technology. Especially, with advent of knowledge-based paradigm, Knowledge Management System(KMS) has been actively built. However, current KMS is not optimized and not satisfied because KMS is not integrated with existing information system and has problems of method of knowledge management. The objectives of this research is to develop integrated KMS, which synthesizes knowledge and functions of scattered information system. This research investigates current KMS and analyzes the requirements of KMS. Based on the requirements, the utilization of construction portal is suggested. And integrated knowledge management method, which has connections with applications in construction portal, is suggested and the system is developed.

보안 관리(Security Management)는 매우 광범위한 주제이다. EDI 망에서의 보안 관리는 목적하는 보안 정책 즉, 원하는 보안 서비스, 적용할 보안 메카니즘, 보안 수행 절차, 기반을 이루는 보안 구조, 사용 오류, 침입 시도 등의 보안에 관한 모든 사항을 관리하는 것으로 정의할 수 있다. 보안 관리의 범위는 EDI 망에서의 보안 구역(Security Domain) 단위로 구분되며, 이 보안영역은 원하는 보안 정책을 적용하는 대상 구역이 된다. 본 논문에서는 ITU-T X.800(또는 ISO/IEC 7498-2)의 표준화에 기반을 둔 보안 영역 내에서 개발되고 있는 안전한 EDI 망에서의 보안 관리 기능 영역을 위한 정의, 범위, 요구 사항을 시스템 보안 관리, 보안 서비스 관리, 보안 메카니즘 관리, 관리 자체의 보안, 일반적 보안 관리 사항 등 5가지 범주로 나누어 다루며, 표준화 내용, 관리 도구 등을 다룬다.

포화상태인 인증사장은 신규기업 유치 보다 기존기업 유지를 통해 이탈율을 최소한으로 줄여야 한다. 기업의 여건, 성향, 요구사항 등을 분석하여, 고객관리시스템을 도입하여야 한다. 수많은 기업정보를 세분화하여 분류하고 이것을 이용하여 고객정보를 관리해야 한다. CRM은 고객관리를 효율적으로 할 수 있는 정보관리시스템이다. CRM 시스템을 효과적인 구축을 위해서는 설문지 및 QFD을 통해서 고객의 요구사항을 파악하고, SWOT을 통해 외부환경 및 내부역량을 파악한다. 또한, 내부적으로 CRM 체크리스트를 작성하고, 체크리스트에 기록된 내용을 분석하여 나온 결과를 중심으로 하여 부족한 부분에 대해서는 집중적으로 개선방안을 수립해야 한다. 고객의 등급을 RFM에 의해 분류하여 관리해야 한다. 고객의 등급 및 분류에 따라 마케팅 전략을 수립하여 운영 및 관리를 해야 한다. CRM 구축을 통해 CRM 인프라를 강화하고 CRM 전략을 수립해야 마케팅 및 기술 경쟁력을 확보할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) 기반의 모니터링 및 관리 시스템인 단순 네트워크 관리 프로토콜(SNMP : Simple Network Management Protocol)을 분석하여 모니터링 관리 프로토콜 설계에서 고려되어야 할 요구 사항 및 성능인자를 기술하였다. 또한 선박 네트워크 장치의 장애 및 통신선의 절체와 같은 동시 다발적인 사고로 인한 결손에 효율적으로 대처하기 위한 장애 관리 기능과 앞선 요구사항 및 성능 인자를 고려 하여 선박용 백본 네트워크 기반에서의 실시간 모니터링 관리 프로토콜을 설계 하였다.
