An Efficient Enterprise Knowledge Portal System Model in Partitioned Network Environment (네트워크 분리 환경에서의 효율적인 지식행정시스템 모델)

  • 정부의 지식행정시스템은 2001년 도입 이래 그 동안 각 기관의 실정에 맞게 많은 발전을 거쳐 사용자들이 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 필수적인 시스템으로 자리를 잡았다. 하지만 최근 정보보안(내부 자료 유출 방지, 해킹 피해 최소화 등)의 요구가 증가함에 따라 기존의 네트워크를 업무망과 인터넷망으로 분리하는 네트워크 분리가 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 변화에서 지식행정시스템은 시스템 분할의 기준이 없어 일방적으로 업무망에만 설치되는데 이렇게 될 경우 지식행정시스템의 일부 기능이 제한되고 사용자의 사용성이 떨어지며 외부 사용자는 접근이 불가능하게 되는 문제가 발생한다. 정보보안 강화라는 네트워크 분리의 목적을 달성하면서도 사용자의 불편함을 최소화하기 위해서는 업무망에 있는 지식행정시스템을 업무망과 인터넷망에 분할하여 설치하는 새로운 모델이 필요한데, 기존에 제안된 분할 방법은 분할 목적이 다름으로 인해 적용하기가 어려웠다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 분리 환경에 맞는 새로운 시스템 분할 요인으로 외부사용자 참여도, 내부시스템 결합도, 인터넷 결합도를 제시하고 요인별 측정치에 따른 위치를 결정하여 네트워크 분할환경에서의 효율적인 지식행정시스템 모델을 제안하고 문화체육관광부의 지식행정시스템에 적용한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 지식행정시스템 모델을 사용하면 네트워크 분리환경에 따라 발생한 시스템의 제한된 기능의 정상화가 가능하고, 불가능했던 외부 사용자의 접근이 가능하며, 사용자의 불편함을 완화시킬 수 있다.

The Influence of Business Environment Factors on the Characteristics of Management Accounting System(MAS) - Focusing on small and mid-sized enterprises (기업의 경영환경요인이 관리회계시스템에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 중소기업을 대상으로)

  • This study attempted to analyze the influence of both internal and external business environment factors on the characteristics of the management accounting system (MAS). For this, external business environment factors were divided into environmental uncertainty and market competition while internal factors were classified into management strategy, organizational structure and advanced manufacturing technology. In addition, the characteristics of the MAS were categorized into information scope, timeliness, integration and aggregation. The study results found the followings: Among business environment factors, environmental uncertainty had a relatively significant effect on the scope, integration and aggregation of information while organizational structure revealed the largest influence on timeliness. However, market competition had no particular effect on the characteristics of the MAS.

  • The dominant perspective on institutional change of the GRI is the environment-dependence. GRI's institutions are, however, prone to change due to the endogenous factors. Therefore, we need a dynamic alternative model to analyze the interaction between the exogenous and endogenous factors around the GRI's institutions. In this paper, authors examined the changes in GRI's funding system. The results were verified in the layering which is a one of the dynamic institutional change forms. Owing to the interaction between the exogenous and endogenous factors, institutional reform's layers of the institution funding expansion have been continuously accumulated in order to modify the Project-Based System(PBS). Eventually expansion layers of the institution funding have grown more quickly than the Project-Based System(PBS), as a result, GRI's funding system has been changing centered on the Block funding.

Analysis of Characteristics about the Location environment of Industrial Complex and Migration Company (산업단지 입지환경과 입주기업의 특성 분석)

  • The aim of this study is to determine factors that affect the competitiveness and the move-in environment of migration companies according to the recent change of location conditions of industrial complexes. The results of analysis show that productive factor and economic factor are related to the main factors that determine the location environment. The resident companies have a strong link to the economic characteristics factors, which seems to be related to the expectation and satisfaction for public support facilities, hospitals, educational institutions, and administrative agencies to be placed in the complex, encouraging companies to be located in the complex. In other words, if the existing economic factors and public support facilities were complemented, it can be inferred that the industrial complex promotion policies will be more effectively planned. Also, transportation and infrastructure facilities are analyzed as successful factors for resident companies. In addition, the economic and productive environments turn out to affect public support facilities and environmental factors of infrastructure as major factors. The results of this study are expected to be a useful guideline in determining the resident policy or external factors for the future industrial complex.

Thermal Behavior of a Pipe-Rack Structure Subjected to Environmental Factors (외부 환경적 요인에 의한 파이프랙 구조물의 열적 거동)

  • Pipe-rack structures supporting high temperature and pressure are of great importance to ensure the safety of the operation of the plants. If some damage occurred in the pipe-rack structure, the facilities not only bring damage to the commercial property, but also result in economic losses. Specially, since pipe-rack structures are exposed to various environmental conditions, it is essential to evaluate the thermal behavior of the structure caused by environmental conditions for the appropriate design and maintenance of the pipe-rack structure. Thus, based on a selected, typical pipe-rack structure, a thermal-stress coupled analysis was conducted to evaluate the temperature distributions and thermal stresses of the structure. For this, this study accounted for the operating condition of the pipe and the effect of environmental conditions, Yeosu in South Korea and Saudi Arabia in the Middle East. The results of the study showed the need for accounting for a variance in the environmental factors to evaluate the thermal behavior of the pipe-rack structure along with the working condition of pipe.

  • Modern is the era of convergence. In the complex position of the company to survive in the rapid environmental changes it can not be a mandatory fusion rather than choice. Wind convergence also in the art can be said to castration. This phenomenon can be found in many real life. Most real-life contact with the service sector is no exception. Due to a number of banks and insurance combined Banca named fusion of French banking and insurance business are integrated. Even recently, the situation has been provided by Investment consulting, equity trading services within bank branches. In this study, based on the need for convergence of corporate businesses convergence factors examined through regression analysis on whether any impact on the financial aptitude. External environmental factors that make up the fusion research factors internal environmental factors, both core competencies were factors to affect financial performance.

  • In recent years, the global GEF(Green Energy Family) activities to preserve the global environment due to energy consumption have been implemented under the Kyoto Protocol for the Prohibition of Carbon Dioxide Emissions, RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances directive), and WEEE(Waste Electrical and Electronice Equipment) are required to collect waste for the purpose of minimizing waste by integrating lighting and communication. In this paper, we constructed a controller that can control the illumination of RGB LED module by using fuzzy inference system and checking environmental factors(Illumination, distance to the subject, etc.) using microprocessor in real time.

  • 동굴내부의 지형변형은 동굴내의 외인적인 요인과 내인적인 요인에 의하여 발달된다. 외인적인 요인으로서 기후변동에 의한 기온의 변화와 침출수의 증감 및 외부 이입물질 등을 들 수 있으며, 내인적인 요인으로서는 암석의 공극율, 지질환경, 단층 및 습곡면의 형상, 절리 및 균열면의 유무, 동굴지천의 구배 및 유속, 층리간의 이종의 암석게재 여부 등을 들 수 있다. 동굴 시스템은 수문 물리화학적 요소에 의해 형성되며 외부 기준면 통제에 의해서 암석학, 구조학, 기후학, 생물학, 토양학 등과 밀접한 상태에서 의존적인 발달 과정을 가진다. 동혈 내부의 침식은 유수의 입력 경우 유출과정에서 형성되며, 또한 유수의 비 입력 경우유출 및 액체용액의 분출에 의해서 형성된다. 다수의 동굴학자들은 동굴은 계절마다 침수되거나 빨리 흐르는 홍수에 의한 폭우에 의해 epiphreatic 상태에서 간헐적으로 포화되는 과정을 거치며 선택적으로 발달한다고 주장하고 있다. 혼합지대 동굴의 가장 좋은 예는 현재의 카르스트 지역에서 나타나는 것이 아니라 과거 제4기의 200만년전 동안보다 해수면이 더 안정적이었던 때에 이루어진 고 카르스트(Paleo Karst)에서 발견되고 있다.
