In the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) convergence security environment, a lot of companies use an external public web system for the external disclosure and sharing of product information, manufacturing technology, service manualsand marketing materials. In this way, the web system disclosed on the Internet is an important aspect of cyber security management and has an always-on vulnerability requiringan information protection solution and IT vulnerability checks. However, there are limits to vulnerability detection management in anexternal environment. In this study, in order to solvethese problems, we constructed a system based on digital forensics and conducted an empirical study on the detection of important information in enterprises by using forensic techniques. It was found thatdue to the vulnerability of web systems operated in Korea and overseas, important information could be revealed,such as the companies' confidential data and security management improvements. In conclusion, if a system using digital forensic techniques is applied in response to theincreasing number of hacking incidents, the security management of vulnerable areas will be strengthened and the cyber security management system will be improved.

검색 가능 암호 시스템은 암호화된 자료를 복호화하지 않고도 원하는 자료를 검색할수 있도록 하는 암호 기반 기술이다. 검색 가능 암호 시스템은 개인의 정보가 외부 저장 공간에 저장되면서 발생하는 여러 문제점에 대한 해결 방법으로 지금까지 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 본 고에서는 검색 가능 암호 시스템의 기본 구조, 요구 조건, 안전성 모델 등을 살펴본 후 지금까지 제안된 중요 검색 가능 암호 시스템들에 대해 살펴보기로 한다.

인터넷 뱅킹 서비스 규모가 증가하면서 외부에서의 위협으로부터 안전성을 확보하기 위하여 보안기술을 도입하였다. 하지만, 악의적인 공격자에 의한 사고사례가 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 그 원인을 분석하기 위한 자료가 필요한 실정이다. 추가적으로 보안기술과 더불어 사고를 방지하기 위하여 국내/외에서 관련 법률을 제정하였으며, 이 또한 사고를 방지하기 위한 자료로 활용이 가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스에서 발생하는 사고사례의 원인을 분석하기 위하여 현재까지 발생한 사고사례에 대한 조사 결과를 서술하며, 사고를 방지하기 위한 지표의 일환으로 국내/외에서 제정된 관련 법률에 대한 조사 결과를 서술한다.

법랑은 소성 전후의 색상 변화가 심하기 때문에 체계적인 연구가 필요하다. 법랑의 색상에 영향을 주는 주된 요인은 안료와 프리트이다. 상품의 최종 평가는 외부 디자인과 색상에 의해 좌우되므로 눈에 의한 대략적인 구별이 아니라 측색계에 의한 체계적이고 표준화된 색상의 자료 비축이 필요하다. 이런 요구에 부응하여 본 연구는 주방 용품으로 많이 쓰이는 법랑의 시료의 색상에 관한 자료들 중 일부를 보고한다.

This study examines whether firms' openness to external knowledge improves their innovative performance and what factors make openness more effective in generating innovation. Using 2008 Korean Innovation Survey in manufacturing sector, this study tests whether openness improves innovative performance and how absorptive capacity, small size and use of appropriation methods to a high degree influence the effect of openness on innovation in Korean manufacturing industries. This study finds the followings: First, the effect of openness varies depending on type of innovation. Openness is more effective for incremental innovation than for radical innovation. Second, there exists complementarity between openness and the R&D intensity when innovation is incremental. When the R&D intensity level is high, the effect of openness on incremental innovation is stronger than on radical innovation. Third, openness is more effective for small firms to perform radical innovation than incremental innovation. Fourth, when a firm uses appropriation methods to a high degree, openness is not effective for incremental innovation.

The main purpose of this study is to develop XML schemata and related STEP model for sharing construction drawings information. To achieve this purpose, the authors have developed a drawing information model based on STEP/AP202, the data searching mechanism based on STEP, and XML schemata for sharing and exchanging information between vector data and non-shape attribute information. Finally, the authors have suggested the way of sharing drawing information through linked STEP data and a XML schema using test cases of construction material information and code checking. The study shows a way of optimized managing and sharing construction information through the drawing information and external data for the whole building life-cycle, from early design stage to the construction stage.

기상청의 위성기상업무는 위성자료를 취득하여 위성영상 및 기상분석정보를 생산하고, 예보관을 비롯한 자료 사용자들에게 자료를 신속하게 제공함으로써 체계적인 위성자료 활용서비스를 수행하는 것이다. 최근 외국의 우주개발 동향과 관련하여 활용 가능한 위성자료가 증가함에 따라 위성자료 활용시스템 개선을 추진해 왔으며, 2002년 현재 종래의 GMS, NOAA 이외에 Meteosat-5, FY-2B, FY-1C, Terra, QuickScat, DMSP, TRMM, SeaWiFS 등의 다양한 위성자료를 활용하고 있다. 예보현업에 대한 원격탐사자료 지원업무는 24시간 근무체계로 위성수신분석장비를 안정적으로 운영하면서 각종 위성정보를 종합적으로 활용하여 기상실황의 변화를 감시하고, 특히 전선, 저기압, 태풍에 동반된 구름의 변화상황, 황사의 발생 및 이동 등에 대한 상황을 파악하고 있다. 또한 위성자료의 보존관리 및 외부기관으로부터의 위성자료 요청에 대한 지원업무도 중요한 업무의 하나로 수행하고 있다. 위성정보 활용체계를 강화하기 위해, GMS-5호 위성의 관측임무를 대체하게 될 GOES-9, MTSAT-1R 위성의 자료수신 및 활용체계 구축을 준비하고 있으며, Terra, Aqua와 같은 첨단 지구관측위성자료를 이용한 기상정보 산출기술의 개발을 단계적으로 추진할 것이다.

사람의 역할을 대신하기 위해 등장한 무인기는 최근 취미용 드론의 발달과 함께 다양한 분야로 확산되어, 기계가 인간을 대체하는 4차 산업혁명의 한 축을 담당하고 있다. 그리고 4차 산업 혁명에 따른 지능화, 자율화는 드론의 능력과 확장성을 향상시켜 다시 드론의 발달과 확산을 강화하고 있다. 전자 및 SW 등 드론 산업 외부에서 진행된 기술혁신의 결과가 드론의 자율비행 및 자료 분석, 활용 등 드론의 발전을 선도하고 있다. 따라서 드론 분야의 발전을 위해서 타 산업 분야의 혁신 결과가 쉽고 빠르게 반영될 수 있도록 보다 개방적이고 유연한 연구개발/산업화 구조를 구축할 필요가 있다.

전력제어시스템은 외부망으로부터 보호하기 위하여 망분리를 해야 하지만 부득이하게 외부망과 연결을 필요로한다. 이러한 이유때문에 망연계 구간에서 보안을 강화할 수 있는 다양한 보안솔루션들이 개발되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 제어시스템에서 사용하고 있는 PI시스템과 제어망으로의 접속을 원천적으로 차단하는 물리적 일방향자료전달시스템 연계를 위한 구성과 그에 따른 에이전트 구현방법을 소개한다.

The purpose of this paper is to analysis sectoral patterns of technological innovation in Korean manufacturing sector. Pavitt(1984) put forward a well-known taxonomy that industries three groups of industries characterized by markedly different innovative modes, namely science-based, production-intensive and supplier-dominated industries. Using Pavitt's taxonomy as a framework, we try to explain similarities and differences among sectors in the sources and impact of innovations. Based on a sample of 2,371 firms in manufacturing industry, this paper investigated its relevance to explain the sources and directions of innovative activities in Korean industries. Empirical study shows that in supplier dominated firms most process innovations come from suppliers of equipment and materials. In science-based firms product innovation is produced internally, based on the rapid development of the underlying sciences in the universities and research institutes. It also shows that production-intensive firms have a positive association between innovativeness and customer collaboration. This explanation has implications for our understanding of the sources and directions of technical changes, the formation of technological advantages at the level of both region and country.
