Comparative Analysis on ICT Supply Chain Security Standards and Framework (ICT 공급망 보안기준 및 프레임워크 비교 분석)

  • Recently, ICT companies do not directly design, develop, produce, operate, maintain, and dispose of products and services, but are outsourced or outsourced companies are increasingly in charge. Attacks arising from this are also increasing due to difficulties in managing vulnerabilities for products and services in the process of consignment and re-consignment. In order to respond to this, standards and systems for security risk management of ICT supply chain are being established and operated overseas, and various case studies are being conducted. In addition, research is being conducted to solve supply chain security problems such as Software Bill of Materials (SBOM). International standardization organizations such as ISO have also established standards and frameworks for security of ICT supply chain. In this paper, we presents ICT supply chain security management items suitable for domestic situation by comparing and analyzing ICT supply chain security standards and systems developed as international standards with major countries such as the United States and EU, and explains the necessity of cyber security framework for establishing ICT supply chain security system.

Operating Status and Activation of Ecological Learning Facilities in Korea (국내 생태학습시설의 운영현황 고찰 및 시사점)

  • This study aims to establish basic data of operating status for ecological learning facilities in Korea, investigate their characteristics for operating methods, and present proposals for the efficient operation and management of ecological learning facilities. For this purpose, a list of ecological learning facilities in Korea was established and 50 facilities were surveyed about the current status regarding the operation and management. Based on the survey, operation form, interpreter and volunteer, visitor, budget and revenue, promotion method, and other items were analyzed. Concerning the operating forms, most of the facilities were direct-operated facilities by government, and they are operating mainly by officials. Visitors are mostly families on weekends, while kindergarten children are main visitors during weekdays. Most facilities have higher proportion of visitors nationwide, and they get information mainly from websites operated by facilities and related organization. The annual operating budget and revenue depend on the facility size and operating forms, and the direct-operated facilities by government use higher budget compared to commission-operated ones. For the efficient operation of ecological learning, expert with specialized knowledge should participate in the operation, and intuitive and informative websites should be established and continually managed. In addition, it is necessary to support revenue of by national and local governments and to secure external funding network like local companies and donation.

  • For a public library. which is a regional information service agency. to acquire high competitiveness, preparation for uncertainties of future through understanding its own internal strengths and weaknesses. and external opportunities and threats based on assessments regarding knowledge information environment and characteristics of regional community. current status of the library, etc. Therefore. in this study, through SWOT analysis. one of competitive strategy analysis methods, the status of competitive strategy of C library was analyzed. In order to carry out the study interview and survey were performed with professional librarians, then through final consultations from management consulting experts, a plan to strengthen competitiveness for C library was devised. Conclusions from this study were as below. In order to strengthen competitiveness of C library offering distinguished high quality services through active cooperations with external institutions, efforts to improve library's position and stand following being selected as a library to visit for 2006 World Library and Information Congress, and revitalization of library usage through providing user oriented differentiated services are needed.

Analysis of the Impact Factors to Organizational Performance of the Volunteers Centers (자원봉사센터의 조직성과 영향요인 분석)

  • The purpose of this research is to explain what affects the volunteer center's performance on the basis on the program logic model. We assume that internal factors and external factors influence the organizational performance. For the empirical analysis, we use SUR(seemingly unrelated regression). The major findings of this research are as follows: Frist, organizational budget as internal factors are important influential factors. Second, civil society's capacity variable and stakeholder's support variable affect positively volunteer center's performance. Third, the contract out variable's effect as an operation types is not proven statistically. In case of estimating the multi organizational performance, lastly, the SUR method is prefer to the OLS method in the aspect methodology. However, more systemic study is complemented the panel data for organizational performance.

정보시스템 아웃소싱 결정시 CEO의 역할에 관한 분석

  • 최근 국내기업들은 경영혁신 기법의 하나인 아웃소싱에 대한 검토 및 적용사례가 많아지고 있다. 아웃소싱이란 "정보시스템 기능의 일부 또는 전부를 외부업체에 위탁하는 과정"으로 정의된다. 그러나 이런 아웃소싱 결정은 최고 결정자(CEO) 의 소신이 없으면 어렵다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 회사의 최고경영자의 역할이 아웃소싱에 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 설문조사를 통하여 실증적인 분석을 하였다. 본 연구의 설문항목으로는 기업의내부적인 조직상, 관리상의 특성인 CEO의 컴퓨터 활용능력, CEO가 IS 조정(심의)위원회에서의 위치, 관리자(CIO) 와의 보고관계, IS 성과에 대해 아웃소싱의 활동범위 (7개)별로 구분하여 조사하였다. 아웃소싱 활동범위는 다시 S/W 활동(응용프로그래밍, S/W지원/교육훈련), H/W 활동(네트워크 관리, 중대형 컴퓨터 유지보수, 워크스테이션/PC 유지보수), 포괄적인 관리활동(시스템 통합, 설비관리)으로 구분하였다. 조사결과는 컴퓨터 활용능력이 높은 CEO가 아웃소싱을 많이 하였으며, 조정위원회에서 CEO가 활동적인 경우에는 S/W 분야에 아웃소싱이 많이 이루어졌지만, H/W, 포괄적 관리활동분야에서는 위원회 자체가 없는 경우에 아웃소싱이 많아졌다. 또한 CEO와 IS관리자(CIO)의 보고단계가 1단계 이상일 때는 모든 분야에서 아웃소싱이 많았으며, 산업계의 중간그룹에서 아웃소싱을 가장 많이 하는 것으로 조사되었다.것으로 조사되었다.

조선산업 CAD 사용자 혁신 사례

  • 본 연구는 조선산업을 선도하고 있는 우리나라 D조선사와 S 조선사의 CAD system 부문에 있어 사용자 혁신 내용과 과정, 그리고 사용자 혁신이 기업의 경쟁 우위에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 complex product system에서의 사용자 혁신의 함의점과 CAD platform 자체의 진화에 따른 사용자 혁신의 한계를 조망한다. 사례 연구를 통해 본 연구가 발견한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 조선기업의 설계 및 제조 practice 및 관련 IT system 의 다양성과 특이성으로 인해 CAD system vendor 보다는 CAD system user 에 의한 application module 혁신이 cost와 benefit 차원에서 더 경제적이며, 2) 조선업체는 application module 혁신을 위해 사용자 need를 알고 있는 설계자와 CAD system 을 이해하고 있는 system 기술자로 구성된 팀 혹은 CoP를 통해 자체 개발하고 있고, 일부는 제3자 CAD application 업체에 위탁개발하기도 하며, 3) 조선과 같이 매우 복잡한 부품과 설계 및 제조 프로세스로 구성된 complex product system에서의 사용자 혁신은 자신의 암묵적인 노하우를 외부로 노출하지 않는 동시에 자사의 설계에서부터 제조, 구매, engineering, 그리고 경영 프로세스에 이르기까지 하나의 통합된 system 을 가능하게 함으로써 일정의 단축과 오작의 감소로 인한 품질과 원가경쟁력에 큰 기여를 하는 것으로 나타났으나, 4) 사용자 혁신이 일어나고 있는 CAD platform 자체가 대부분 외국계 전문업체 vendor 에 의해 지배되고 있고, CAD 기술의 진화(Solid 3D 등)로 인해 platform 자체가 변화함에 따라 그 위에서 진행되고 있는 application module 의 sustainability 가 위협받고 있다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 정부의 기술혁신 지원 정책과 기업의 혁신 전략에 대한 시사점을 제안하고 있다.

Evaluation of Importance and Performance by Dietitians about Events Marketing at School Foodservice Operations in Busan (부산지역 학교급식 영양사의 이벤트 마케팅에 대한 중요도와 수행도 평가)

  • This research was performed to acquire dietitians' attitudes toward events marketing at school foodservice operations in the Busan area. A total of 359 questionnaires were distributed to dietitians employed at school foodservice operations in Busan from July 1 to 31, 2006 (response rate: 93%). All dietitians assessed the importance and performance of event marketing at 3.39/5.00 and 2.78/5.00. The elementary and high school had significantly (p<0.01) higher average scores of performance of event marketing than those of the middle school. The contract managed foodservices had significantly (p<0.01) higher average scores of performance of event marketing than those of the independent managed foodservices. In the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA), high importance and high performance (B area: doing great) were seasonal event, traditional festival day event, subdivisions of the seasonal event, environment event, school event, the day event and high importance whereas low performance (A area: focus here) was health event. Event marketing increased customer satisfaction and confidence. Therefore, these results suggest that there may be a need to implement special events at school foodservice in order to increase students' satisfaction.

Relationship Between Foodservice Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty in Industry Contracted Foodservice (위탁급식 전문업체 산업체급식소의 고객 만족과 충성도와의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to improve the satisfaction of industry contracted foodservice customers by analyzing the correlation between satisfaction with foodservice and customer loyalty. To accomplish this, a questionnaire was distributed to 300 customers at five industry contracted foodservice establishments. The average customer satisfaction score was 3.51/5.00, and customer satisfaction was highest with sanitation, followed by service, food, and environment. Blue collar workers showed significantly higher foodservice satisfaction than white collar workers with respect to menu, service, sanitation, and environment (P<0.01). The average customer loyalty score was 3.46/5.00 and revisit intentions, word-of-mouth intentions, and intentions not to switch were 3.60, 3.52, and 3.46, respectively. Blue collar workers had significantly higher customer loyalty than white collar workers for word-of mouth intentions and intentions not to switch (P<0.01). Revisit intentions correlated significantly (P<0.01) with food (r=0.649), service (r=0.636), sanitation (r=0.648), and environment (r=0.579). Word-of mouth intentions and intentions not to switch showed significant (P<0.01) positive correlation with service. The explanation power ($R^2$) of foodservice satisfaction and revisit intention was 0.483, word-of-mouth intention was 0.526, and intention not to switch was 0.3641. The sanitation satisfaction had the highest positive influence on revisit intentions (P<0.01). Service and food satisfaction had a significant (P<0.01) positive influence on word-of-mouth intentions and intentions not to switch.

Effect of the Consumer's Perception of the University Foodservice Quality on the Consumer Attitude (대학교 급식소의 급식서비스 품질에 대한 인식이 소비자태도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the consumer's perception of the subject to manage the foodservice operation in the university, and to analyze the effects of consumer's perception of the university foodservice qualify on intent to revisit and intent to recommend. The questionnaires were distributed to 575 students in the K University located in Masan, who were sampled by proportionate stratified sampling method. The surveys were peformed from May 17 to June 2, 2005. The 566 questionnaires were responded, and 6 unusable questionnaires were excluded, then 560 were used for the final analysis (response rate: 97.4%). For the statistical analysis, SPSS (12.0) was used to conduct the descriptive analysis, factor analysis reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows: First 254 respondants (47.3%) did not know that their foodservice operation was managed by contract foodservice company, and 374 students (66.8%) did not know the name of the contract foodservice company which runned their foodservice operation. Second, the food factor of university foodservice quality had a significant positive effect on intent to revisit (P<0.001), and the food factor of university foodservice quality also had a significant positive effect on Intent to recommend (p<0.001). It was concluded that as the food factor of university foodservice qualify Increased, the intent to revisit and the intent to recommend the university foodservice increased. So when university foodservice managers plan the foodservice operation strategy, they should focus on increasing the perception of customers' foodservice quality and also advertising contract foodservice company's brand name.

A study on the Effective Selection of the Personal Information Audit Subject Using Digital Forensic (디지털 포렌식 기법을 활용한 효율적인 개인정보 감사 대상 선정 방안 연구)

  • Recently the leak of personal information from in-house and contract-managed companies has been continually increasing, which leads a regular observation on outsourcing companies that perform the personal information management system to prevent dangers from the leakage, stolen and loss of personal information. However, analyzing many numbers of computers in limited time has found few difficulties in some circumstances-such as outsourcing companies that own computers that have personal information system or task continuities that being related to company's profits. For the reason, it is necessary to select an object of examination through identifying a high-risk of personal data leak. In this paper, this study will formulate a proposal for the selection of high-risk subjects, which is based on the user interface, by digital forensic. The study designs the integrated analysis tool and demonstrates the effects of the tool through the test results.
